如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种弯曲扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统和外壳1。
其中,振动系统包括弯曲形状的振膜2和与弯曲形状的振膜2相匹配结合的弯曲形状的音圈3。磁路系统用于驱动振动系统,自上而下包括华司、磁铁和弯曲形状的盆架8。华司包括弯曲形状的中心华司4和设置于弯曲形状的中心华司4两侧的弯曲形状的边华司5;磁铁包括弯曲形状的中心磁铁6和设置于弯曲形状的中心磁铁6两侧的弯曲形状的边磁铁7。外壳1为弯曲形状,用于对应收容固定磁路系统和振动系统。
此外,需要说明的是,弯曲形状的振膜2和弯曲形状的音圈3的侧面投影曲率相同。弯曲形状的中心磁铁6、弯曲形状的中心华司4和弯曲形状的边磁铁6、弯曲形状的边华司5之间形成磁间隙,弯曲形状的音圈3收容于磁间隙中。弯曲形状的音圈3上下方向振动,弯曲形状的中心磁铁6、弯曲形状的中心华司4和弯曲形状的边磁铁7、弯曲形状的边华司5靠近磁间隙一侧的切边也为上下方向的,且磁间隙上、下的间距相同。音圈3侧面投影和磁路系统侧面投影的曲率相同。
也就是说,弯曲形状的音圈3套设在华司和磁铁上;弯曲形状的音圈3设置在弯曲形状的中心华司4和弯曲形状的边华司5之间;同时,弯曲形状的音圈3设置在弯曲形状的中心磁铁6和弯曲形状的边磁铁7之间。
此外,弯曲扬声器还包括前盖9;其中,前盖9为弯曲形状,对应设置在弯曲形状的振膜2的上方;并且,前盖9与振膜2的曲率相同。在本发明中,一种优选的实施方式为,弯曲扬声器的所有结构侧面投影的弯曲的弧度方向 相同,弯曲曲率相同。
在图1所示的实施例中,振膜2包括位于中心位置的刚性的球顶部和位于边缘位置的折环部;在本实施例中,将位于中心位置的刚性的球顶部和位于边缘位置的折环部看成为一个整体结构的振膜,并且整体结构的振膜的侧面投影的弯曲曲率与弯曲扬声器其他结构的侧面投影的弯曲曲率相同。
在本发明中除了图1所示的实施例中的振膜(包括球顶部和折环部)的侧面投影的弯曲曲率与弯曲扬声器其他结构的侧面投影的弯曲曲率相同之外,其他形状或者结构的振膜也看成一个整体结构的振膜,并且整体结构的振膜的侧面投影的弯曲曲率与弯曲扬声器其他结构的侧面投影的弯曲曲率相同;振膜的其他结构为现有技术,在本发明中不再逐一说明。
图3-1、图3-2和图3-3分别示出了根据本发明实施例的弯曲扬声器的正面、侧面和背面。从图3-1和图3-3所示的实施例中看出,扬声器的正面和背面投影形状均为矩形结构;而从图3-2所示的实施例中看出,弯曲扬声器的侧面投影的形状为弯曲形状。
因此,由图1、图2、图3-1、图3-2和图3-3所示的实施例中可以看出,本发明提供的弯曲扬声器整体设计为弯曲形状,同时弯曲扬声器结构中的外壳、振膜、音圈、磁铁、华司和盆架等各个零部件均设计为弯曲形状,也就是说,弯曲扬声器的所有结构侧面投影的弯曲的弧度方向相同,弯曲曲率相同。
其中,需要说明的是,弯曲形状的外壳1用于对应收容固定磁路系统中的弯曲形状的磁铁、华司和盆架8和振动系统中弯曲形状的振膜2和音圈3;即弯曲扬声器结构中的各个零部件为同样的弯曲形状,并且所有零部件的弯曲弧度是一致的,并且弯曲的曲率也是相同的;这样扬声器在装配组装过程中,各个零部件之间能够完全对应匹配,以便紧凑组装成能够满足电子穿戴产品的弧度的结构需要的弯曲扬声器。
本发明提供的弯曲扬声器用于安装到电子穿戴产品中,由于腕表、智能眼镜等电子穿戴产品为贴合人体设计,因此一般的电子穿戴产品均设计有弧度,以满足人体的舒适度要求。相应地,弯曲扬声器以电子穿戴产品的弧度结构为扬声器产品的弯曲基准设计,能够有效克服现有的平整结构的扬声器 与电子穿戴产品贴合性差的缺陷,最大化利用电子穿戴产品有限的装配空间。
图4示出了根据本发明实施例的弯曲扬声器的应用结构。
如图4所示,本发明提供的电子穿戴产品,包括产品外壳11和组装在产品外壳中的弯曲扬声器;弯曲扬声器为上述描述的弯曲扬声器。其中,弯曲扬声器的侧面投影与产品外壳11的侧面投影的曲率相同。
也就是说,产品外壳11与组装在产品外壳11中的弯曲扬声器中的所有的弯曲形状的结构的弯曲弧度是一致的,并且弯曲的曲率相同,在组装过程中容易匹配组装。
在图4所示的实施例中,电子穿戴产品10为圆形结构,将本发明的弯曲扬声器整体安装于电子穿戴产品10中,从图4的实施例中可以看出,弯曲扬声器与圆形结构的电子穿戴产品10的弯曲弧度一致,并且具有相同的曲率,因此,弯曲扬声器与电子穿戴产品10具有良好的贴合性。
此外,需要说明的是,弯曲扬声器装入电子穿戴产品10时,相对于现有的平整的扬声器更容易定位,同时也更方便装配,并且节省了装配空间。
由于在电子穿戴产品与扬声器的装配过程中,装配空间的浪费是现有的电子穿戴产品要解决的重要问题之一。因此,本发明提供的弯曲扬声器的弯曲结构,能够极好地与有弧度的结构的电子穿戴产品的弧度结构对应装配,从而节省了大量的装配空间。
此外,需要说明的是,当弯曲扬声器与电子穿戴产品10装配完成后,弯曲扬声器的前盖9与电子穿戴产品10的产品外壳11之间形成的空间就作为电子穿戴产品的前声腔,与外部相通,并向外部传递扬声器所发出声音。弯曲扬声器的外壳1与产品外壳11之间形成的密闭空间为电子穿戴产品的后声腔。
由于弯曲扬声器装入电子穿戴产品10后能够以其弯曲的结构与电子穿戴产品的弧度结构充分贴合,因此能够最大化节省电子穿戴产品10内部的腔体空间,有利于电子穿戴产品10最小化设计。
需要强调的是,电子穿戴产品是用于装饰人体的,需要佩戴在人体上,因此,电子穿戴产品要贴合人体,还要佩戴方便,所以电子穿戴产品越小越轻便、越适宜人们穿戴。故弯曲扬声器应用在电子穿戴产品时,弯曲扬声器节省了电子穿戴产品10内部的腔体空间,有利于电子穿戴产品的最小化设计, 并有利于人们的佩戴。
此外,需要进一步说明的是,由于弯曲扬声器装入电子穿戴产品10能够充分贴合,在电子穿戴产品10内部腔体大小一定的条件下,能够实现扬声器的最大化设计;也就是说,在电子穿戴产品10的体积和大小不发生变化的情况下,装入电子穿戴产品的扬声器为弯曲形状的,并且,弯曲扬声器设计为与电子穿戴产品10的弧度完全一致的弯曲形状的结构,这种设计方式能够将与电子穿戴产品10装配的扬声器最大化。
因此,在电子穿戴产品内部腔体大小不变的情况下,与之装配的扬声器越大,电子穿戴产品的结构性能和声学性能就更好。也就是说,在电子穿戴产品内部腔体大小不变的情况下,本发明提供的弯曲扬声器可以根据电子穿戴产品的形状将扬声器最大化,从而实现电子穿戴产品的结构性能和声学性能的优化。
通过上述实施方式可以看出,本发明提供的弯曲扬声器,采用弯曲形状的扬声器,弯曲扬声器与弯曲类电子穿戴产品有良好的贴合性;在弯曲扬声器装入电子穿戴产品时,容易定位,同时方便装配;弯曲扬声器装配在电子穿戴产品中,能够节省电子穿戴产品内部腔体空间,有利于电子穿戴产品的最小化设计;同时,在电子穿戴产品内部腔体大小一定的条件下,还能实现扬声器最大化设计,使电子穿戴产品的结构性能和声学性能更优。
如上参照附图以示例的方式描述了根据本发明提出的弯曲扬声器及其应用的电子穿戴产品。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,对于上述本发明所提出的弯曲扬声器及其应用的电子穿戴产品,还可以在不脱离本发明内容的基础上做出各种改进。因此,本发明的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种弯曲扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统和外壳;其中,所述振动系统包括弯曲形状的振膜和与所述弯曲形状的振膜相匹配结合的弯曲形状的音圈;
    所述磁路系统自上而下包括华司、磁铁和弯曲形状的盆架;
    所述华司包括弯曲形状的中心华司和设置于所述弯曲形状的中心华司两侧的弯曲形状的边华司;
    所述磁铁包括弯曲形状的中心磁铁和设置于所述弯曲形状的中心磁铁两侧的弯曲形状的边磁铁;
    所述磁路系统用于驱动所述振动系统,所述外壳为弯曲形状,用于对应收容固定所述磁路系统和所述振动系统。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的弯曲扬声器,其中,
    所述振膜和所述音圈的侧面投影曲率相同。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的弯曲扬声器,其中,所述弯曲扬声器的所有结构侧面投影的弯曲的弧度方向相同,弯曲曲率相同。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的弯曲扬声器,还包括前盖,其中;
    所述前盖为弯曲形状,对应设置在所述弯曲形状的振膜的上方;并且,
    所述前盖与所述振膜的曲率相同。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的弯曲扬声器,其中,
    所述中心磁铁、所述中心华司和所述边磁铁、所述边华司之间形成磁间隙,所述音圈收容于所述磁间隙中。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的弯曲扬声器,其中,
    所述音圈上下方向振动,所述中心磁铁、所述中心华司和所述边磁铁、所述边华司靠近磁间隙一侧的切边也为上下方向的,且所述磁间隙上、下的 间距相同。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的弯曲扬声器,其中,
    所述音圈侧面投影和所述磁路系统侧面投影的曲率相同。
  8. 一种电子穿戴产品,包括产品外壳和组装在所述产品外壳中的弯曲扬声器;其中,
    所述弯曲扬声器为如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的弯曲扬声器。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子穿戴产品,其中,
    所述弯曲扬声器的侧面投影与所述产品外壳的侧面投影的曲率相同。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子穿戴产品,其中,所述弯曲扬声器的前盖与所述产品外壳之间形成的空间为所述电子穿戴产品的前声腔,与外部相通;
    所述弯曲扬声器的外壳与所述产品外壳之间形成的密闭空间为所述电子穿戴产品的后声腔。
