本发明实施例提供一种演示文档的操作方法和系统及控制装置、演示装置,能够通过在控制装置对演示文档操作生成相应的操作命令符,演示装置接收操作命令符,执行与控制装置相同的操作。仅仅传输操作命令符,就能实现控制装置与演示装置之间演示文档同步操作,避免通过传输控制装置屏幕内容网络需求高的问题,对网络环境要求较低、同步性非常高、隐私性安全性大大提高,可以极大提高用户体验。

实施例一
本实施例的演示文档的操作方法,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:控制装置与演示装置建立连接;
在该步骤中,建立连接可以通过移动网络和蓝牙等方式建立连接,移动网络包括2G、3G和LTE等网络。这里的控制装置是指用于来控制演示文档的操作的装置,例如可以为移动终端,例如智能手机、平板电脑等,演示装置是指用于投影设备或装置,例如投影设备、与投影设备连接的电脑设备、其他移动终端、以及远程的其他设备等。
步骤S102:当控制装置对演示文档进行操作时,生成相应的操作命令符并发送给演示装置,该操作命令符用于演示装置根据该操作命令符执行与所述控制装置相同的操作;
在该步骤中,对演示文档进行操作的可以如打开演示文档、上下翻页、高亮显示、注释等操作。这里的演示文档可以指用作会议需要的文档,可以为一般会议常用的ppt文档,word文档,pdf文档等。以ppt文档为例,当用
户在控制装置打开ppt文档时,就会生成相应的打开ppt文档的操作命令符,将该操作命令符发送给演示装置,演示装置收到该操作命令符后,根据该操作命令符,同时执行打开ppt文档的操作。这样,可以是控制装置与演示装置之间实现同步操作。其中,最核心的操作同步的实现,是依赖于用户数据包协议UDP(User Datagram Protocol)连接来进行相应的操作命令的传输。操作命令依靠控制装置与演示装置完全相同的传输协议列表。传输协议列表,该列表为主持人端与演示端操作同步的纽带,每一个主持人端的操作都有唯一的操作命令符,而所有的操作命令符组合为传输协议列表,下面举例说明,实际应用中的操作命令列表可以以下列方式(但不仅限于下列方式)实现:操作命令符以数字和字符的组合方式呈现,分为按钮、点击操作、滑动操作、文字操作、系统命令等。当主持人端发生按钮按下操作时,主持人端通过UDP连接发送opbt+数字组合的操作命令符,软件的每一个操作命令符都有相应的按钮button。当演示端收到操作命令符时,执行相应的button按下操作。当主持人端进行空白处的单击、双击、长按操作时,主持人端通过UDP连接发送opcl+数字组合的操作命令符,单击、双击、长按都有不同的操作命令符。演示端收到操作命令符时,执行相应的单击、双击、长按等操作。当主持人端在进行滑动操作时,主持人端通过UDP连接发送opsl+数字组合的操作命令符,该数字组合的格式为起始坐标点*结束坐标点的格式。演示端收到操作命令符时,执行相应的滑动操作,起始位置和结束位置分别为操作命令符中的起始坐标和结束坐标。当主持人端进行文字操作时,包括文字的选择、高亮、注释等操作,主持人端通过UDP连接发送opch+操作代码+文字起始位置+文字结束位置组合的操作命令符。其中操作代码为两位的数字代码、文字起始结束位置分别是以no+数字的方式来表示。演示端收到操作命令符时,执行文字选择、高亮、注释等操作。当主持人端进行屏幕共享、结束演示等系统操作时,主持人端通过UDP连接发送opsy+数字组合的操作命令符,每
个系统操作都有唯一的操作命令符,演示端进行屏幕共享、结束演示等操作。
步骤S103:在演示装置根据操作命令符执行相同的操作之前,控制装置将演示文档发送给演示装置。
在该步骤中,应该理解为只要是在演示装置对该演示文档执行相同的操作之间得到该演示文档就可以。例如,可以是在建立连接之后控制装置就将该演示文档发送给演示装置,也可以是同发送演示文档的操作命令符同时将演示文档发送给演示装置。
在上述步骤S101中,即在与演示装置建立连接包括步骤:获取控制装置IP地址,将控制装置IP地址共享给演示装置使演示装置根据控制装置IP发起连接请求建立连接,或获取演示装置IP地址,根据演示装置IP地址向演示装置发起连接请求建立连接。应该理解为,控制装置与演示装置之间要进行演示文档的共享和操作命令符的发送与接收。彼此之间要建立连接,可以通过IP系统,当然也可以采用其他方式来进行连接。当采用IP系统进行连接时,可以为控制装置获取自身的IP地址即控制装置IP地址,将该IP地址通信给演示装置,演示装置收到该控制装置IP地址后,输入控制装置IP地址向控制装置发起连接请求,控制装置通过自动确认或者接受用户的确认指令,同意与演示装置建立连接。当然,还可以,控制装置去获取演示装置的IP地址,这里包括接收演示装置共享的演示装置IP地址,也包括接收用户输入演示装置的IP地址,主动向演示装置发起连接请求,如果演示装置同意连接,就与演示装置建立连接。
为了保证用户自身的隐私安全,即防止随便泄露用户的控制装置上的内容。当对非演示文档操作时,进行屏蔽操作使演示装置的演示文档状态不变,或将屏幕内容传输给演示装置使演示装置显示屏幕内容。即控制装置主的操作命令符发送仅限于对演示文档的操作,当主持人端进行与文档操作无关的行为时,演示装置保持当前状态不变。例如,用户演示当前ppt内容,当用
户此时有QQ消息时,需要看QQ消息,而这时就不生成查看QQ消息的相应的操作指令符,这样在演示装置还保证ppt演示界面,能够有效的提高用户自身的隐私安全。进一步,如果移动设备需要进行非主持人端支持内容的演示时,则暂停当前控制装置的操作,通过网络传输进行屏幕的共享,通过UDP连接将屏幕内容进行视频压缩编码传输。在演示端收到屏幕共享命令时,接收网络传输过来的压缩视频流,进行播放显示。当恢复控制装置的操作时,通过网络向演示装置传输屏幕共享停止的命令以及当前控制装置的状态,远端设备恢复演示的状态并与控制装置当前状态保持一致。
实施例二
本实施例的演示文档的操作方法,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:演示装置与控制装置建立连接;
在该步骤中可以通过移动网络和蓝牙等方式建立连接,移动网络包括2G、3G和LTE等网络。这里的控制装置是指用于来控制演示文档的操作的装置,例如可以为移动终端,例如智能手机、平板电脑等,演示装置是指用于投影设备或装置,例如投影设备、与投影设备连接的电脑设备、其他移动终端、以及远程的其他设备等。
步骤S202:演示装置接收控制装置发送的操作命令符,根据操作命令符对演示文档执行与所述控制装置相同的操作;
在该步骤中,在控制装置执行对演示文档进行操作时生成该操作对应的操作命令符,该操作包括打开演示文档、上下翻页、高亮显示、注释等操作。值得注意的是,每个操作命令符对应唯一的一个操作,当控制装置接收到该操作命令符后,就根据该操作命令符对演示文档执行与控制装置相同的操作,实现操作同步。
步骤S203:在根据操作命令符执行相同的操作之前,演示装置接收演示
文档。
在该步骤中,该演示文档可以是建立连接后,控制装置就发送演示文档给演示装置,演示装置接收该演示文档,当有接收到操作命令符时,对该演示文档执行相应的操作,也是可以在接收演示命令符同时接收演示文档,然后对演示文档执行相应操作。
在上述步骤S201中,即与控制装置建立连接的步骤可包括:获取演示装置IP地址,将演示装置IP地址共享给控制装置使控制装置根据演示装置IP地址发起连接请求建立连接,或获取控制装置IP地址,根据控制装置IP地址向控制装置发起连接请求建立连接。应该理解为,控制装置与演示装置之间要进行演示文档的共享和操作命令符的发送与接收。彼此之间要建立连接,可以通过IP系统,当然也可以采用其他方式来进行连接。当采用IP系统进行连接时,可以为演示装置获取自身的IP即演示装置IP地址,将该IP地址共享给控制装置,控制装置收到该演示装置IP地址后,输入演示装置IP地址向演示装置发起连接请求,演示装置通过自动确认或者接受用户的确认指令,同意与控制装置建立连接。当然,还可以,演示装置去获取控制装置的IP地址,这里包括接收控制装置共享的控制装置IP地址,也包括接收用户输入控制装置的IP地址,主动向控制装置发起连接请求,如果控制装置同意连接,就与控制装置建立连接。
为了提供控制装置自身的隐私安全,当控制装置对非演示文档操作时,演示文档保持当前状态;或接收控制装置的屏幕内容,显示屏幕内容。即控制装置主的操作命令符发送仅限于对演示文档的操作,当主持人端进行与文档操作无关的行为时,演示装置保持当前状态不变。例如,用户演示当前PPT内容,当用户此时有QQ消息时,需要看QQ消息,而这时就不生成查看QQ消息的相应的操作指令符,这样在演示装置还保证ppt演示界面,能够有效的提高用户自身的隐私安全。如果移动设备需要进行非主持人端支持内容的
演示时,则暂停当前控制装置的操作,通过网络传输进行屏幕的共享,通过UDP连接将屏幕内容进行视频压缩编码传输。在演示端收到屏幕共享命令时,接收网络传输过来的压缩视频流,进行播放显示。当恢复控制装置的操作时,通过网络向演示装置传输屏幕共享停止的命令以及当前控制装置的状态,远端设备恢复演示的状态并与控制装置当前状态保持一致。
在上述步骤S203中,为了提高演示文件的安全性,防止演示文档被泄露,将演示文档存储在数据缓存单元中,便于文档安全删除,当演示结束、或者演示端关闭及其他非法操作时,演示装置会主动删除数据缓存中的文件。
本实施例还提供另外一种演示文档的操作方法,如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S301:控制装置与演示装置建立连接;
步骤S302:当控制装置对演示文档进行操作时,生成相应的操作命令符并发送给演示装置;
步骤S303:演示装置接收操作命令符,根据操作命令符执行与控制装置相同的操作;
步骤S304:在演示装置根据操作命令符执行相同的操作之前,控制装置将演示文档发送给演示装置;演示装置接收演示文档。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种演示文档的控制装置401,如图4所示,该控制装置401包括第一连接模块4011、操作命令发送模块4012和文档发送模块4013:第一连接模块4011设置为与演示装置501建立连接;操作命令发送模块4012设置为当对演示文档进行操作时,生成相应的操作命令符并发送给演示装置501,该操作命令符设置为演示装置501根据该操作命令符执行相同的操作;文档发送模块4013设置为在演示装置501根据操作命令符执行相同的操作之
前,将演示文档发送给演示装置501。
其中,该控制装置401的第一连接模块4011还设置为获取控制装置IP,将控制装置IP共享给演示装置501使演示装置501根据控制装置IP发起连接请求建立连接,或获取演示装置IP,根据演示装置IP向演示装置501发起连接请求建立连接。
本实施例还提供另外一种演示文档的控制装置401,如图5所示,该控制装置401还包括屏幕传输模块4014:屏幕传输模块4014设置为当对非演示文档操作时,进行屏蔽操作使演示装置的演示文档状态不变,或将屏幕内容传输给演示装置501使演示装置501显示屏幕内容。
本实施例还提供一种演示文档的演示装置501,如图6所示,该演示装置501包括第二连接模块5011、操作命令接收模块5012和文档接收模块5013:第二连接模块5011设置为与控制装置401建立连接;操作命令接收模块5012设置为接收控制装置401发送的操作命令符;根据操作命令符对演示文档执行相同的操作;文档接收模块5013设置为在根据操作命令符执行相同的操作之前,接收演示文档。
其中,该演示装置501的第二建立模块5011还设置为接收控制装置IP,根据控制装置IP向控制装置401发起连接请求建立连接,或获取演示装置IP,将演示装置IP共享给控制装置401使控制装置401根据演示装置IP发起连接请求建立连接。
本实施例还提供另外一种演示文档的演示装置501,如图7所示,该演示装置501还包括屏幕接收模块5014,屏幕接收模块5014设置为当控制装置401对非演示文档操作时,演示装置的演示文档状态保持不变;或接收控制装置401的屏幕内容,显示屏幕内容。
本实施例还提供另外一种演示文档的演示装置501,如图8所示,该演示装置501还包括存储模块5015,存储模块5015设置为文档接收模块5013接
收控制装置401发送的演示文档后,将演示文档存储在缓存数据单元中。
本实施例还提供一种演示文档的操作系统,如图9所示,该系统包括控制装置401和演示装置501:控制装置401与演示装置501建立连接;控制装置401设置为当控制装置401对演示文档进行操作时,生成相应的操作命令符并发送给演示装置501;演示装置501设置为接收操作命令符,根据操作命令符执行相同的操作在演示装置501根据操作命令符执行相同的操作之前,控制装置401还设置为将演示文档发送给演示装置501;演示装置501还设置为接收演示文档。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。
本发明实施例对网络环境要求较低、同步性非常高、隐私性安全性大大提高,可以极大提高用户体验。
Claims (17)
- 一种演示文档的操作方法,包括:控制装置与演示装置建立连接;当所述控制装置对演示文档进行操作时,生成相应的操作命令符并发送给所述演示装置,所述操作命令符用于所述演示装置根据所述操作命令符执行与所述控制装置相同的操作;所述控制装置在所述演示装置根据所述操作命令符执行相同的操作之前,将所述演示文档发送给所述演示装置。
- 如权利要求1所述的演示文档的操作方法,其中,所述控制装置与演示装置建立连接包括:获取所述控制装置的IP地址,将所述控制装置的IP地址共享给所述演示装置使所述演示装置根据所述控制装置的IP地址发起连接请求建立连接;或所述控制装置获取所述演示装置的IP地址,根据所述演示装置的IP地址向所述演示装置发起连接请求建立连接。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的演示文档的操作方法,还包括:所述控制装置与演示装置建立连接后,当对非演示文档操作时:进行屏蔽操作使所述演示装置的所述演示文档状态不变;或将屏幕内容传输给所述演示装置使所述演示装置显示所述屏幕内容。
- 一种演示文档的操作方法,包括:演示装置与控制装置建立连接;所述演示装置接收所述控制装置发送的操作命令符;;所述演示装置接收演示文档;所述演示装置根据所述操作命令符对所述演示文档执行与所述控制装置相同的操作。
- 如权利要求4所述的演示文档的操作方法,其中,所述演示装置与控制装置建立连接包括:所述演示装置接收控制装置IP地址,根据所述控 制装置IP地址向所述控制装置发起连接请求建立连接;或所述演示装置获取演示装置IP地址,将所述演示装置IP地址共享给所述控制装置使所述控制装置根据所述演示装置IP地址发起连接请求建立连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的演示文档的操作方法,还包括:所述演示装置在与控制装置建立连接之后,当所述控制装置对非演示文档操作时:保持所述演示文档状态不变;或接收控制装置的屏幕内容,显示所述屏幕内容。
- 如权利要求4-6任一项所述的演示文档的操作方法,还包括:所述演示装置接收所述控制装置发送的演示文档后,将所述演示文档存储在缓存数据单元中。
- 一种演示文档的操作方法,包括:控制装置与演示装置建立连接;当控制装置对演示文档进行操作时,生成相应的操作命令符并发送给所述演示装置;所述演示装置接收所述操作命令符,根据所述操作命令符执行与所述控制装置相同的操作;在所述演示装置根据所述操作命令符执行相同的操作之前,所述控制装置将所述演示文档发送给所述演示装置;所述演示装置接收所述演示文档。
- 一种演示文档的控制装置,包括第一连接模块、操作命令发送模块和文档发送模块:所述第一连接模块设置为与演示装置建立连接;所述操作命令发送模块设置为当对演示文档进行操作时,生成相应的操作命令符并发送给所述演示装置,所述操作命令符用于所述演示装置根据所述操作命令符执行与所述控制装置相同的操作;所述文档发送模块设置为在所述演示装置根据所述操作命令符执行相同的操作之前,将所述演示文档发送给所述演示装置。
- 如权利要求9所述的演示文档的控制装置,其中,所述第一连接模块还设置为获取控制装置IP地址,将所述控制装置IP地址共享给所述演示装置使所述演示装置根据所述控制装置IP发起连接请求;或获取所述演示装置IP地址,根据所述演示装置IP地址向所述演示装置发起连接请求。

- 一种演示文档的演示装置,包括第二连接模块、操作命令接收模块和文档接收模块:所述第二连接模块设置为与控制装置建立连接;所述操作指令接收模块设置为接收所述控制装置发送的操作命令符;根据所述操作命令符对演示文档执行与所述控制装置相同的操作;所述文档接收模块设置为在根据所述操作命令符执行相同的操作之前,接收所述演示文档。
- 如权利要求12所述的演示文档的演示装置,其中,所述第二连接模块还设置为接收控制装置IP地址,根据所述控制装置IP地址向所述控制装置发起连接请求建立连接;或获取演示装置IP地址,将所述演示装置IP地址共享给所述控制装置使所述控制装置根据所述演示装置IP地址发起连接请求建立连接。
- 如权利要求12所述的演示文档的演示装置,还包括屏幕接收模块,所述屏幕接收模块设置为当控制装置对非演示文档操作时:所述演示文档状态不变;或接收控制装置的屏幕内容,显示所述屏幕内容。
- 如权利要求12-14任一项所述的演示文档的演示装置,还包括存储模块,所述存储模块设置为所述文档接收模块接收控制装置发送的演示文 档后,将所述演示文档存储在缓存数据单元中。
- 一种演示文档的操作系统,包括如权利要求9-11任一项所述的控制装置和权利要求12-15任一项所述的演示装置。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法。
