控烟筒内的存氧量、进氧流量、反应温度及控烟筒的制作材料与香烟的燃烧速度有直接关系。即烟制品在在导热系数越低的控烟筒里燃烧。其反应温度就越低,燃烧时间也就越长。同时,在保持烟火不灭的情况下。控烟筒内存氧量越少,进氧流量越慢,烟制品在里面燃烧速度就越慢,其反应温度就越低;实验证明,只要精确控制控烟筒内的存氧量、进氧流量、反应温度并使用实验中制作控烟筒的材料。那么,纸制卷烟、雪茄及其他烟制品在控烟筒内燃烧,完全可以比正常燃烧时间延长300%—400%,如果使用比实验中导热系数更低的材料来制作控烟筒。那么,将燃烧比例延长到500%,理论上不难实现;所谓控制控烟筒内存氧量。即在不碰 到香烟的条件下,将控烟筒做的尽可能的小一点,那控烟筒内氧气量自然就少了;所谓控制进氧流量。即在保持烟火不灭,通气孔均匀分布在控烟筒筒壁上的情况下。只要通气孔总面积尽可能的少一点,那进氧流量自然就慢了;所谓合适的控烟筒制作材料,即制作控烟筒的材料,必须是导热系数低一点的,能防火的或添加防火材料后能防火的。如玻璃、橡胶、陶瓷、塑料、木头等等。当然,如果以导热系数极低的材料为主制作而成的,或由其他新技术合成的、防火的、导热系数极低的材料。那也是可行的;所谓控制反应温度。即只要使用导热系数低一点的材料制作控烟筒。同时,在不碰到烟制品和保持烟火不灭的情况下。尽可能的将控烟筒做小一点,将均匀分布在筒壁上的通气孔总面积做少一点。那么,烟制品在控烟筒内燃烧时,其反应温度自然就会下降。从而,燃烧速度就会延长。

为实现以上目的,本发明的完整技术方案如下:
一种控烟器,包括烟嘴、除灰片、插烟口、推烟器.、烟嘴护罩、控烟筒、多味过滤嘴、烟制品进出口、通气孔、通气孔封闭片、过烟通道、护手罩、护手罩加重区、护手罩通气孔和防滑圈组成;
所述烟嘴主要由烟嘴口、烟嘴主体、延伸区、卡子、过烟通道、凹槽等组成。烟嘴制作材料以塑料、木头、橡胶、海绵及陶瓷等为主;所述延伸区四周被烟嘴护罩罩住,连接处用卡子紧紧卡住。前端与外筒连接处设有凹槽;所述烟嘴主体与延伸区可以分离也可以结合在一起;所述过烟通道位于延伸区、烟嘴主体中间,两头通透,可插入多味过滤嘴;
所述插烟口位于推烟器、控烟筒、及除灰片的中间。为适应一些过滤嘴或烟支大小有稍有不同却差别不大的情况。制作时,插烟口的前端应稍大一点。然后,一点点的缩小。同时,后端与推烟器的连接处,要留有足够大的通气孔,做为过烟孔;
所述推烟器末端连接着烟嘴、烟嘴护罩,前端连接着插烟口、除灰片,前端外壁连接着控烟筒、护手罩,中间过烟通道可以放置多味过滤嘴,四周被防滑圈紧紧包裹住。同时,根据结构与使用方法的不同。他可分为可伸缩推烟器、弹簧伸缩器、电动伸缩器三种。

所述弹簧推烟器主要是由外筒、弹簧、过烟通道、过烟通道管、过烟孔等组成;所述过烟通道管两头通透,中间包裹着过烟通道,外部被弹簧包裹住,前端连接着过烟孔、插烟口及除灰片,整体可以上下推动;所述外筒中间分别包裹着弹簧、过烟通道管、过烟通道;所述弹簧被外筒与过烟通道管包裹在中间,四周不留空隙;使用时,先直接将过烟通道管顶着插烟口、除灰片往前推到烟制品进出口。当进烟或出烟完成后,再将过烟通道管慢慢往回弹即可。
所述电动推烟器是以可伸缩推烟器为样本,并在此基础上,安装一个小型电驱动器,使其连接并控制内伸缩。使用时,只要按一下电驱动器开关,内伸缩就会自动伸长并将活动顶环、插烟口、除灰片往前推到烟制品进出口。当进烟或出烟完成后,再按一下,则往回退并分离固定卡口、缩短。
所述除灰片直径与控烟筒内径一样长,紧紧包裹住插烟口,外部与控烟筒内壁紧密接触。吸完烟后,使用推烟器顶着插烟口推出残留过滤嘴时,会带动除灰片往前推。从而,烟灰和其他残留物会随着除灰片的推动而排出控烟筒。
所述控烟筒末端连接着推烟器、除灰片及插烟口,前端连接着烟制品进出口,筒壁上均匀分布着同样大小的通气孔,四周被护手罩罩住;所述控烟筒的直径只需比所燃烟略大,且不会碰到即可。不同大小、长短的烟制品,应使用相应大小、长短的控烟筒。控烟筒筒壁上面通气孔的大小、多少,必须根据控烟筒大小和材料的不同而调整。
所述控烟筒的材料必须是导热系数低一点的,能防火或添加防火材料后能防火的。如玻璃、橡胶、陶瓷、塑料、木头等等。当然,如果以导热系数极低的材料为主制作而成的,或由其他新技术合成的、防火的、导热系数极低的材料,那也是可行的。
所述烟嘴护罩位于烟嘴外部,将烟嘴包裹住。使烟嘴尽可能的保持干净、卫生。为了使用方便,烟嘴护罩罩壁内部可以制作一个或几个小抽屉。用来存放喷火口细长型的打火机及火柴、火柴擦燃区等等。点火时,按小抽屉开关拿出打火机或火柴,并将其伸到控烟筒内点燃烟制品。
所述烟制品进出口位于控烟筒的前端,他紧紧包裹住控烟筒。进出烟制品时,按动开关,打开烟制品进出口。吸烟时,烟制品进出口或全部封闭或留一个通气孔或留几个小通气孔或全部打开均可。
所述多味过滤嘴可放置在过烟通道(20)和过烟通道(12)中。为了拿取方便,在两边各放 置一部分最好。每一个多味过滤嘴都有一种味道,想吸什么味的,只要更换多味过滤嘴即可。如薄荷、桔子、柠檬、草莓等各种味道;所述多味过滤嘴的材料主要是海绵过滤嘴和各种香料或香油。根据制作工艺和使用方法的不同,他可分为浸泡型图和香精微胶囊型图两种:

所述护手罩加重区是在护手罩一侧添加重量。当放下控烟器时,控烟器就会像不倒翁一样,使加重区朝下。护手罩加重区可以使控烟筒内的烟灰就算掉出来,也只会掉到护手罩加重区一侧。使除灰更加简便;
所述护手罩通气孔是在护手罩上开出几个通气孔。当烟制品在控烟筒内燃烧,护手罩与控烟筒之间的氧气无法满足其供氧量时,护手罩通气孔可以达到加大氧气供应量,满足烟制品燃烧的目的。他可以自由开关,也可以很长、很大,用来观察烟制品燃烧情况;
所述通气孔封闭片位于护手罩内侧,紧贴护手罩。当烟制品在控烟筒内燃烧,需要减少供氧量时。按位于护手罩上的通气孔封闭片开关,使通气孔封闭片能够贴到通气孔上。从而,达到封闭通气孔,减少供氧量的目的;
所述防滑圈两头通透,紧紧包裹住推烟器。握住他,转动螺纹时,各个螺纹就不会相互转动了。防滑圈的制作材料不限。如橡胶、塑料、金属等均可。

所述防滑圈表面应添加一些花纹,或在不十分影响手感和使用功能的情况下,尽可能的增加表面凹凸。从而,增强控烟器的防滑能力。
本发明产生的有益效果:
本发明利用烟制品与氧气、反应温度及控烟筒制作材料的关系。使同一支烟制品在特制的控 烟器里燃烧,时间可以延长300%---500%左右。使人们吸烟时,不仅可以省钱,更重要的是可以大幅度减少尼古丁、焦油、一氧化碳、醛类、氮化物、烯烃类、胺类、氰化物、重金属、酚类化合物、甲醛、苯丙芘、砷、镉、甲基肼、氨基酚等有害物质的摄入量。同时,本发明还配置了除灰片、可伸缩推烟器、烟制品进出口、烟嘴护罩、控烟筒、护手罩、护手罩加重区、护手罩通气孔、通气孔、通气孔封闭片、多味过滤嘴、防滑圈、等诸多控烟器部件。有了这些部件的精确控制。那么,烟火容易引发火灾,在风大的地方自燃太快,烟灰四处飘散影响卫生等许多由吸烟带来的问题将迎刃而解。
本发明使吸烟完全可以做到更省钱、更健康、更安全、更卫生、更环保、更文明。

吸烟时,先将烟嘴护罩(5)从烟嘴(1)上拿下来。然后,按小抽屉开关(32),打开小抽屉(27),拿出打火机(29)或火柴(30),点燃烟制品(8)。烟制品(8)点燃后,按烟制品进出口开关(22),使烟制品进出口(9)只留一个或几个小通气孔;
吸完烟后,先打开烟制品进出口(9),将烟嘴护罩(5)套回到烟嘴(1)上。再把可伸缩推烟器(4)往后拉长、固定并再往前推。当除灰片(2)和插烟口(3)被推到烟制品进出口(9)时,倒出烟灰、等废弃物。倒出后,先按烟制品进出口开关(22),缩小烟制品进出口(9),使其能卡住废弃烟头。然后,拉回可伸缩推烟器(4),松开烟制品进出口(9)。最后,倒出烟头,关闭烟制品进出口(9);
第三实施形态比第一实施形态少了多味过滤嘴(7)、通气孔封闭片(11)及通气孔封闭片开关(23)。吸烟时,除了不能随意更换口味外,还无法控制通气孔(10)的进氧流量,无法精确控制烟制品(8)的燃烧速度。其他结构、功能及使用方法与第一实施形态基本相同;

Claims (19)

  1. 一种控烟器,其特征在于:包括烟嘴(1)、除灰片(2)、插烟口(3)、推烟器(4)、烟嘴护罩(5)、控烟筒(6)、多味过滤嘴(7)、烟制品进出口(9)、通气孔(10)、通气孔封闭片(11)、过烟通道(12)、护手罩(13)、护手罩加重区(14)、护手罩通气孔(15)、防滑圈(19)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述烟嘴主要由烟嘴口(35)、烟嘴主体(36)、延伸区(37)、卡子(38)、过烟通道(20)、凹槽(21)等组成;制作材料以塑料、木头、橡胶、海绵及陶瓷等为主;所述延伸区(37)四周被烟嘴护罩(5)罩住,连接处用卡子(38)紧紧卡住,前端与外筒(39)连接处设有凹槽(21);所述过烟通道(20)位于烟嘴主体(36)、延伸区(37)中间,两头通透,可插入多味过滤嘴(7);所述烟嘴主体(36)与延伸区(37)可以分离也可以结合在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述插烟口(3)为了适应一些过滤嘴或烟支大小稍有不同,却差别不大的情况;制作时,插烟口(3)的前端应稍大一点,然后再一点点缩小;同时,插烟口(3)后端与推烟器(4)的连接处,要留有足够大的过烟孔(24),用来连接过烟通道(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述推烟器(4)末端连接着烟嘴(1)、烟嘴护罩(5),前端连接着插烟口(3)、除灰片(2),前端外壁连接着控烟筒(6)、护手罩(13),中间过烟通道(12)可以放置多味过滤嘴(7),四周被防滑圈(19)紧紧包裹住;同时,根据结构和使用方法的不同,他可分为可伸缩推烟器、弹簧伸缩器、电动伸缩器三种。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述推烟器(4)为可伸缩推烟器,由外筒(39)、内伸缩(40)、活动顶环(41)、过烟孔(24)、过烟通道(12)、固定卡口(42)组成;所述外筒(39)末端连接着延伸区(37),前端连接着控烟筒(6)及护手罩(13),中间包裹着内伸缩(40),四周大部分被防滑圈(19)紧紧包裹住;所述内伸缩(40)由几根两头通透的管子和固定卡口(42)组装成,可以伸长缩短的组合体,管子形状可以是圆柱体也可以是圆形、正方形等等;内伸缩(40)末端通过螺纹(16)连接着烟嘴(1),前端连接着活动顶环(41);所述活动顶环(41)连接着插烟口(3)、除灰片(2)、过烟通道(12)、过烟孔(24);所述过烟通道(12)前端连接着活动顶环(41),末端连接着过烟通道(20),中间可以放置多味过滤嘴(7)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述推烟器(4)为弹簧推烟器,由外筒(39)、弹簧(43)、过烟通道(12)、过烟通道管(44)、过烟孔(24)组成;所述过烟通道管(44)两头通透,中间包裹着过烟通道(12),外部被弹簧(43)包裹住,前端连接着过烟孔(24)、插烟口(3)及除灰片(2),整体可以上下推动;所述外筒(39)中间分别包裹着弹簧(43)、过烟通道管(44)、;所述弹簧(43)被外筒(39)与过烟通道管(44)包裹在中间,四周不留空隙。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述推烟器(4)上设有小型电驱动器(25),使其连接并控制内伸缩(40)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述除灰片(2)紧紧包裹住插烟口(3),外部与控烟筒(6)内壁紧密接触。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述控烟筒(6)末端连接着着推烟器(4)、除灰片(2)及插烟口(3),前端连接着烟制品进出口(9),筒壁上均匀分布着同样大小的通气孔(10),四周被护手罩(13)罩住;所述控烟筒(6)制作材料必须是导热系数低一点的,能防火的或添加防火材料后能防火的,如玻璃、橡胶、陶瓷、塑料、木头等等;如果以导热系数极低的材料为主制作而成的,或由其他新技术合成的、防火的、导热系数极低的材料。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述烟嘴护罩(5)位于烟嘴(1)外部,将整个烟嘴(1)包裹住,前端紧靠着推烟器(4)、防滑圈(19);为了使用方便,在烟嘴护罩(5)罩壁内可以制作一个或几个小抽屉(27);所述小抽屉(27)可以用来存放喷火口(28)细长型的打火机(29)、火柴(30)及火柴点火区(31)等物品;所述打火机(29)或火柴(30)、火柴点火区(31)使用时,先按小抽屉开关(32)将其拿出、点火,再将火头伸到控烟筒(6)内点燃烟制品(8);所述烟嘴护罩(5)没有小抽屉(27)、打火机(29)、火柴(30),也是其表现形式之一。
  11. 根据权利要求书1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述烟制品进出口(3)位于控烟筒(6)的前端,他紧紧包裹住控烟筒(6),外部装有烟制品进出口开关(22);烟制品进出口(3)全部封闭,留一个中孔,留几个小孔,或全部打开均是其表现形式之一。
  12. 根据权利要求书1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述多味过滤嘴(7)位于过烟通道(20)和过烟通道(12)中,材料主要是海绵过滤嘴(25)和各种香料、香油;根据制作工艺和使用方法的不同,他可分为浸泡型和精微胶囊型两种。
  13. 根据权利要求书12所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述浸泡型多味过滤嘴(7)是由一种也可以是几种香料或香油与海绵过滤嘴浸泡后,将香味保留在过滤嘴中而产生的。
  14. 根据权利要求书12所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述精微胶囊型多味过滤嘴(7)是先将一种也可以是几种香料或香油装在精微胶囊包(33)里,然后再将装有香料或香油的精微胶囊包(33)装入海绵过滤嘴(34)中;使用时,挤压海绵过滤嘴(34),将精微胶囊包(33)捏碎即可。
  15. 根据权利要求书1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述护手罩(13)末端通过螺纹(18)连接着推烟器(4)、防滑圈(19),前端安装着烟制品进出口开关(22);整个护手罩位于控烟筒(6)及烟制品进出口(9)外部,比控烟筒(6)略大,将控烟筒(6)、烟制品进出口(9)包裹住;护手罩(13)罩壁一侧为护手罩加重区(15),另一侧为护手罩通气孔(14)、通气孔封闭片(11)及通气孔封闭片开关(23);同时,没有护手罩加重区(15)、护手罩通气孔(14)、通气孔封闭片(11)和通气孔封闭片开关(23)的护手罩(13),也是其表现形式之一。
  16. 根据权利要求书1及15所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述护手罩加重区(15)是在护手罩(13)一侧添加重量,当放下控烟器时,控烟器就会就会像不倒翁一样,使加重区(15)朝下;这样,即使控烟筒(6)内的烟灰掉出来,也只会掉到加重区(15)一侧,使除灰更加简便。
  17. 根据权利要求书1及15所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述护手罩通气孔(14)是烟制品(8)在控烟筒(6)内燃烧后,护手罩(13)与控烟筒(6)之间的氧气无法满足其供氧量时,护手罩通气孔(14)可以加大氧气供应量,满足烟制品(8)燃烧;他可以自由开关,也可以很长、很大,用来观察烟制品(8)燃烧情况。
  18. 根据权利要求书1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述通气孔封闭片(11)位于护手罩(13)内侧,紧贴护手罩(13);当烟制品(8)在控烟筒(6)内燃烧,需要减少供氧量时,按位于护手罩(13)上的通气孔封闭片开关(23),使通气孔封闭片(11)能够贴到通气孔(10)上;从而,达到封闭通气孔(10),减少供氧量的目的。
  19. 根据权利要求书1所述一种控烟器,其特征在于:所述防滑圈(19)两头通透,紧紧包裹住推烟器(4),握住他,转动螺纹时,各个螺纹就不会相互转动了;所述防滑圈(19)的制作材料不限,如橡胶、塑料、金属等均可;所述防滑圈(19)的形状不限,可随意选择,如圆柱体、长方形、三角形或梯形等均可;同时,各种形状的防滑圈(19)表面可添有花纹,在不十分影响手感和使用功能的情况下,尽可能的增加表面凹凸,从而增强控烟器的防滑能力;烟嘴(1)、除灰片(2)、插烟口(3)、可伸缩推烟器(4)、烟嘴护罩(5)、控烟筒(6)、多味过滤嘴(7)、烟制品进出口(9)、通气孔(10)、通气孔封闭片(11)、过烟通道(12)、护手罩(13)、护手罩加重区(14)、护手罩通气孔(15)、螺纹(16)、螺纹(17)、螺纹(18)、防滑圈(19)通气封闭片开关(23)等各种组成部件可全部组装在一起成为一种控烟器,也可以相互有选择的混合组装,成为若干种控烟器。
