Abstract

一种自动点烟香烟净化器,包括香烟容置腔(100)和烟尘净化装置(200),香烟容置腔(100)的一端设置有吸烟口(110),且吸烟口(110)连通烟尘净化装置(200)和香烟容置腔(100);香烟容置腔(100)设置有吸烟口(110)的一端设有香烟定位件(130);自动点烟香烟净化器还包括可移动地遮蔽香烟容置腔(100)背离吸烟口(110)一端的通气端盖(400);通气端盖(400)朝向香烟容置腔(100)的一侧向香烟容置腔(100)内凸设有点烟件(310)。将未点燃的香烟(A00)放入自动点烟香烟净化器内后,于自动点烟香烟净化器内进行点燃,点燃的香烟(A00)一直位于自动点烟香烟净化器内,不会有未经过滤的二手烟产生,且该自动点烟香烟净化器的结构简单、易于实现,不会有操作不便以及容易发生烫伤、烟灰洒落等情况发生的可能。

Description

自动点烟香烟净化器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种香烟净化装置,尤其一种可以手持移动的香烟净化器。
背景技术
随着越来越严苛的禁烟令被逐步颁布实施,烟民虽对其能够理解,但是尚无戒烟计划或一时戒烟未成功的人们能够抽烟的场合越来越少,为能在允许抽烟的场合抽一支烟需要花费较多的时间和精力。烟民们从未想要抽烟时让身旁的人们受到二手烟的伤害,但能够合法且不影响他人的情况下抽烟变得越来越困难,导致不少烟民以身涉法、禁烟令推行受阻。
目前亦有技术人员尝试研发手持式的香烟过滤净化装置,以使得烟民在公众场合中能够不影响他人的情况下正常抽烟。如中国发明专利申请号为200710162388.5公开的一种环保型香烟尘雾净化装置。遗憾的时:一方面,根据该专利申请提供的技术方案,需要将香烟点燃后、将点燃的香烟插入到香烟烟座中、再将香烟烟座连同点燃的香烟插入到净化装置内,操作不便且容易发生烫伤、烟灰洒落等情况,同时点燃的香烟插入到净化装置前会释放香烟气体污染周围环境;另一方面,根据该专利申请提供的技术方案,香烟自燃产生的二手烟经出烟口处的排气净化装置排出,于一香烟尘雾净化装置内设置一排气净化装置和一二手烟处理系统导致功能浪费,且据图示结构微小的排气净化装置,让人不得不为其净化性能产生担忧。且该技术方案完成至今,市场上仍未曾见过其产品贩售,亦从反面印证了该技术方案在实施中确有其问题。
因此,亟需一种结构简单、使用方便的手持式香烟过滤净化装置,以解决现有技术中存在的问题,以期手持式香烟过滤净化装置能够在市场上推广应用,造福烟民。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便的手持式香烟过滤净化装置,以解决现有的手持式香烟过滤净化装置操作不便、容易发生烫伤和烟灰洒落、二手烟溢出等问题,以期手持式香烟过滤净化装置能够在市场上推广应用,造福烟民。
为了实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种自动点烟香烟净化器,包括香烟容置腔和设置于所述香烟容置腔周侧的烟尘净化装置,且所述香烟容置腔的吸烟口和所述烟尘净化装置的进气口位于所述自动点烟香烟净化器的同一侧;所述香烟容置腔背离所述吸烟口的一端设置有点烟装置。
与现有技术相比,将未点燃的香烟放入自动点烟香烟净化器的香烟容置腔后,香烟被香烟容置腔背离吸烟口的一端设置有点烟装置点燃,点燃的香烟一直位于自动点烟香烟净化器内,不会有未经过滤的二手烟逸出,且本发明提供的自动点烟香烟净化器,其结构简单、易于实现,不会有操作不便、发生烫伤、烟灰洒落等情况发生的可能。
较佳的,所述香烟容置腔背离所述吸烟口的一端开设有进气端口,所述进气端口处设置有使得气体仅向所述香烟容置腔内流动的第一单向阀;所述进气口处设置有使得气体仅向所述烟尘净化装置内流动的第二单向阀;用户自吸烟口处吸取香烟气体后,将二手烟喷出至进气口,第一单向阀和第二单向阀的设置使得香烟气体和二手烟不会发生逆流而导致含有尼古丁等成分的气体逸出。
较佳的,所述点烟装置包括用于点燃香烟的点烟件和用于控制所述点烟件工作的电源。
具体地,所述吸烟口处设置有香烟定位件,所述自动点烟香烟净化器还包括可移动地遮蔽所述香烟容置腔背离所述吸烟口一端的通气端盖;所述通气端盖朝向所述香烟容置腔的一侧向所述香烟容置腔内凸设有所述点烟件;于香烟容置腔吸烟口的一端设有香烟定位件,于香烟容置腔背离吸烟口的一端设置有可移动地遮蔽香烟容置腔的通气端盖,且于通气端盖朝向香烟容置腔的一侧向香烟容置腔内凸设有点烟件。在使用本发明提供的自动点烟香烟净化器时,移 动通气端盖以露出香烟容置腔的一端、将香烟自香烟容置腔背离吸烟口的一端放入香烟容置腔内,随后移动通气端盖以遮蔽香烟容置腔,使得香烟被香烟定位件和弹性定位件定位;启动点烟件即可方便地点燃香烟
具体地,所述香烟定位件为固定连接于所述香烟容置腔侧壁的网状隔板或外壁固定连接于所述香烟容置腔侧壁且内径小于香烟直径的环形隔板;香烟定位件用于对香烟进行限位,并使得处于香烟容置腔内的香烟燃烧产生的香烟气体能够穿过香烟定位件进入到吸烟口。
具体地,所述点烟件呈直线弹簧状的电阻丝;本发明提供的自动点烟香烟净化器通过通电加热的电阻丝点燃香烟,不会产生形状和位置不可估量的火焰导致危险,此外,由于点烟件的一端连接于通气端盖内侧、另一端抵顶于香烟容置腔内的香烟,使得点烟件的位置比较固定,烧红的点烟件只能点燃香烟而不会导致点燃其他物品。
具体地,所述点烟件呈放松状态时,所述点烟件背离所述通气端盖的一端与所述香烟定位件之间的距离小于等于香烟过滤嘴的长度。
具体地,所述通气端盖的一侧枢接于所述自动点烟香烟净化器的外壁,所述通气端盖的另一侧与所述自动点烟香烟净化器的外壁对应设置有卡接装置。
具体地,所述点烟件固定设置于所述香烟容置腔背离所述吸烟口的一端。
较佳的,所述香烟容置腔的内径与香烟的直径之比为大于1小于1.2;香烟容置腔的内径略大于香烟的直径,用于将香烟装入香烟容置腔后,将自动点燃香烟净化器呈吸烟口朝上放置,使得香烟的烟草端与点烟件相贴以点燃香烟;由于香烟容置腔的内径仅略大于香烟的直径,因而香烟燃烧的气体能够经香烟容置腔的内径和香烟之间的空隙逸出吸烟口仅为微量,不会触发烟雾报警器。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
如图1-图3所示的自动点烟香烟净化器,包括香烟容置腔100和设置于香烟容置腔100周侧的烟尘净化装置200,且香烟容置腔100的吸烟口110和烟尘净化装置200的进气口210位于自动点烟香烟净化器的同一侧;香烟容置腔100背离吸烟口110的一端设置有点烟装置300。更具体地:
香烟容置腔100与香烟尺寸相适配、以能够容置和定位香烟A00。具体地,香烟容置腔100呈两端相通、周壁封闭的圆筒状,该香烟容置腔100的一端设置有与之相通的吸烟口110,用户可以经该吸烟口110将香烟A00放入香烟容置腔100内;香烟容置腔100背离吸烟口110的一端为进气端口120,当用户吸食香烟时,香烟燃烧所需的气体经由进气端口120进入香烟容置腔100内。较佳的,为防止香烟容置腔100内的含有尼古丁等成分的香烟气体逸出,于香烟容置腔100背离吸烟口110一端的进气端口120处设置有使得气体仅向所述香烟容置腔内流动的第一单向阀121。第一单向阀121的设置使得外部气体能够从进气端口120处进入香烟容置腔100、香烟容置腔100内的气体不得经进气端口120流出。
如图3所示,点烟装置300包括用于点燃香烟A00的点烟件310和用于控制点烟件310工作的电源320。点烟件310固定连接于香烟容置腔100背离吸烟口110的一端,即,点烟件310固定连接于香烟容置腔100的进气端口120处。当香烟经吸烟口110放入香烟容置腔100内后,将自动点燃香烟净化器呈吸烟口110朝上放置,使得香烟的烟草端与点烟件310相贴以点燃香烟A00;用户可以经漏出吸烟口110的香烟A00的过滤嘴端吸食香烟A00。
烟尘净化装置200设置于香烟容置腔100的周侧。具体的,烟尘净化装置200包括设置于香烟容置腔100的周侧并与香烟容置腔100呈同心的圆筒状置物腔,以及设置于该圆筒状置物腔内的焦油过滤层、尼古丁过滤层、固体烟尘过滤层。该圆筒状置物腔的两端分别具有开口。其中,靠近吸烟口110的一端开口与吸烟口110呈同心的环形,定义其为进气口210;远离吸烟口110的一端开口用于将二手烟过滤后的气体排出,定义其为出气口220。用户将喷出的二手烟气体经喷向吸烟口110和进气口210,由于香烟容置腔100内容置有香烟A00,大部分的二手烟气体经进气口210进入烟尘净化装置200内。
较佳的,为防止烟尘净化装置200内的含有尼古丁等成分的二手烟气体逸出,于烟尘净化装置200的进气口210设置有使得气体仅向烟尘净化装置200流动的第二单向阀211。第二单向阀211的设置使得用户喷出的二手烟气体能够经进气口210进入烟尘净化装置200内、烟尘净化装置200内的二手烟气体不能流出烟尘净化装置200。
较佳的,香烟容置腔100的内径与香烟A00的直径之比为大于1小于1.2;香烟容置腔100的内径略大于香烟A00的直径,用于将香烟A00装入香烟容置腔100后,将自动点燃香烟净化器呈吸烟口110朝上放置,使得香烟A00的烟草端与点烟件相贴以点燃香烟;由于香烟容置腔的内径仅略大于香烟的直径,因而香烟燃烧的气体能够经香烟容置腔的内径和香烟之间的空隙逸出吸烟口仅为微量,不会触发烟雾报警器。
如图4和图5所示的本发明自动点烟香烟净化器第二实施例。
与前述实施例不同的:所述吸烟口处设置有香烟定位件,所述自动点烟香烟净化器还包括可移动地遮蔽所述香烟容置腔背离所述吸烟口一端的通气端盖。具体地:
香烟定位件130为固定设置于香烟容置腔100侧壁的网状隔板或外壁固定设置于香烟容置腔100侧壁且内径小于香烟直径的环形隔板;香烟定位件130用于对香烟进行限位,并使得处于香烟容置腔100内的香烟燃烧产生的气体能够穿过香烟定位件130进入到吸烟口110;当然,不仅限于此,香烟定位件130亦可以为能够实现对香烟进行限位并使得香烟容置腔100内的香烟燃烧产生的 气体能够穿过香烟定位件130进入到吸烟口110的其他形状,如环形的网状隔板等。
通气端盖400朝向香烟容置腔100的一侧向香烟容置腔100内凸设有点烟件310,点烟件310与电源320连接,以方便地实现点燃香烟。具体地:点烟件310呈直线弹簧状;直线弹簧状的点烟件310的一端固定于通气端盖400,当香烟容置腔100内没有装载香烟A00时,直线弹簧状的点烟件310呈放松状态,直线弹簧状的点烟件310的另一端悬空于香烟容置腔100内,且点烟件310背离通气端盖400的一端与香烟定位件130之间的距离小于等于香烟过滤嘴的长度;当香烟容置腔100内装载香烟A00时,点烟件310呈被压缩的状态,点烟件310伸入香烟容置腔100内的端部抵顶于香烟A00的烟草端。直线弹簧状的点烟件310的长度随香烟容置腔100内的香烟长度而伸缩变化,且,点烟件310呈放松状态时,点烟件310背离通气端盖400的一端与香烟定位件之间的距离小于等于香烟过滤嘴的长度,从而使得点烟件310可以时时推顶香烟A00,使得香烟A00被香烟容置腔100内壁、香烟定位件130、及点烟件310可靠的定位。此外,本发明提供的自动点烟香烟净化器通过通电加热的电阻丝点燃香烟,不会产生形状和位置不可估量的火焰导致危险,此外,由于点烟件310的一端连接于通气端盖400内侧、另一端抵顶于香烟容置腔100内的香烟,使得点烟件310的位置比较固定,烧红的点烟件310只能点燃香烟而不会导致点燃其他物品。
本实施例提供的自动点烟香烟净化器,通气端盖400可移动地遮蔽香烟容置腔100背离吸烟口110一端,以使得移动通气端盖400以打开香烟容置腔100时、香烟A00可以经香烟容置腔100一端的取放口置入,移动通气端盖400遮蔽香烟容置腔100时,香烟容置腔100能够被定位。在该实施例中,由于通气端盖400枢接于自动点烟香烟净化器的外壁,可以有效防止通气端盖400的遗失。在不同于上述实施例的其他实施例中,通气端盖400亦可以为可拆卸地遮蔽香烟容置腔100,如通气端盖400可拆卸地卡接于自动点烟香烟净化器的外壁,或通气端盖400可拆卸地螺纹连接于自动点烟香烟净化器的外壁等。
本实施例的自动点烟香烟净化器,于香烟容置腔100设置有吸烟口110的一 端设有香烟定位件130,于香烟容置腔100背离吸烟口110的一端设置有可移动地遮蔽香烟容置腔100的通气端盖400,且于通气端盖400朝向香烟容置腔100的一侧向香烟容置腔100内凸设有点烟件310。在使用本发明提供的自动点烟香烟净化器时,移动通气端盖400以露出香烟容置腔100的一端、将香烟自香烟容置腔100背离吸烟口110的一端放入香烟容置腔100内,随后移动通气端盖400以遮蔽香烟容置腔100,使得香烟被香烟定位件130和弹性定位件定位;启动点烟件310即可方便地点燃香烟。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的自动点烟香烟净化器,将未点燃的香烟放入自动点烟香烟净化器内后,于自动点烟香烟净化器内进行点燃,点燃的香烟一直位于自动点烟香烟净化器内,不会有未经过滤的二手烟产生,且本发明提供的自动点烟香烟净化器,其结构简单、易于实现,不会有操作不便且容易发生烫伤、烟灰洒落等情况发生的可能。
图6所示为本发明自动点燃香烟净化器第三实施例。
由于香烟容置腔100进气端口120处设置有第一单向阀121,使得外部气体只能在用户吸食香烟A00时进入香烟容置腔100,其可能导致香烟容置腔100内的氧气不足、香烟A00不能良好的燃烧。为此,在本实施例中,于香烟容置腔100背离吸烟口110的一端向外延伸形成体积较大的辅助气腔140,且设置有第一单向阀121的进气端口120设置于辅助气腔140远离吸烟口110的一侧;用户吸食香烟A00时,较多的外部气体经第一单向阀121进入香烟容置腔100和辅助气腔140内;用户暂停吸食香烟A00时,残存于辅助气腔140内的较多的包含氧气的外部气体能够供香烟A00燃烧一段时间,使得香烟A00维持一直燃烧的状态;此外,辅助气腔140还可以容置香烟A00燃烧产生的香烟气体,在用户吸食香烟时,在用户抽烟间隙、香烟燃烧产生的香烟气体亦能够为用户吸取,以避免浪费。进一步的,香烟A00燃烧产生的热量加热会造成局部气压过大,辅助气腔140的设置通过增大香烟燃烧端与进气端口120之间的空间,可以有效缓解香烟燃烧加热造成局部气压过大的状况。
图7和图8所示为本发明自动点燃香烟净化器第四实施例。
本实施例与前述第三实施例相同,均可以解决因香烟燃烧加热造成局部气压过大的问题,但其采用了截然不同的技术方案。
为解决自动点燃香烟净化器因香烟燃烧加热造成局部气压过大的问题,在本实施例中,增设一回流道。回流道的一端连通于香烟容置腔100远离吸烟口110的一端,回流道的另一端连通于烟尘净化装置200;回流道的设置,用于将香烟容置腔100内香烟A00燃烧产生的气体导入烟尘净化装置200内并经烟尘净化装置200净化后排出。
如图7所示,更具体地,于烟尘净化装置200的外侧,设置有本发明自动点燃香烟净化器的外壳体500。外壳体500亦呈与香烟容置腔100、烟尘净化装置200同心且周壁封闭的圆筒状。外壳体500的内径大于烟尘净化装置200的外径,于外壳体500的内径和烟尘净化装置200的外径之间产生回流通道510。外壳体500靠近吸烟口110的一端连通于烟尘净化装置200的进气口210附近;再请结合图8所示,外壳体500远离吸烟口110的一端向烟尘净化装置200的端壁外侧延伸形成若干个回流支路520,若干回流支路520的另一端连通于香烟容置腔100靠近进气端口120的一端。回流通道510和回流支路520构成用于将香烟容置腔100内未被及时吸取的香烟气体回流过滤后排出的回流道。
在本实施例中,回流支路520支路的横截面比较小,用户自吸烟口110处吸食香烟气体时,较多的外部气体经第一单向阀121进入香烟容置腔100内,只有少量的二手烟气体会经过回流通道510和回流支路520回流到香烟容置腔100内。较佳的,亦可以于回流通道510或回流支路520设置第三单向阀,以防止进入回流道的香烟气体回流到香烟容置腔100内。进一步的,进入回流道的气体为在用户抽烟间隙、香烟燃烧产生的香烟气体,为使得这部分气体亦能够为用户吸取,以避免浪费,可以将第三单向阀可以设置于回流道靠近进气口210的位置。
与现有技术相比,将未点燃的香烟放入自动点烟香烟净化器的香烟容置腔100后,香烟A00被香烟容置腔100背离吸烟口110的一端设置有点烟装置300点燃,点燃的香烟一直位于自动点烟香烟净化器内,不会有未经过滤的二手烟逸出,且本发明提供的自动点烟香烟净化器,其结构简单、易于实现,不会有操作不便、发生烫伤、烟灰洒落等情况发生的可能。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动点烟香烟净化器,包括香烟容置腔和设置于所述香烟容置腔周侧的烟尘净化装置,且所述香烟容置腔的吸烟口和所述烟尘净化装置的进气口位于所述自动点烟香烟净化器的同一侧;其特征在于:所述香烟容置腔背离所述吸烟口的一端设置有点烟装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动点烟香烟净化器,其特征在于:所述香烟容置腔背离所述吸烟口的一端开设有进气端口,所述进气端口处设置有使得气体仅向所述香烟容置腔内流动的第一单向阀;所述进气口处设置有使得气体仅向所述烟尘净化装置内流动的第二单向阀。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的自动点烟香烟净化器,其特征在于:所述点烟装置包括用于点燃香烟的点烟件和用于控制所述点烟件工作的电源。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的自动点烟香烟净化器,其特征在于:所述吸烟口处设置有香烟定位件,所述自动点烟香烟净化器还包括可移动地遮蔽所述香烟容置腔背离所述吸烟口一端的通气端盖;所述通气端盖朝向所述香烟容置腔的一侧向所述香烟容置腔内凸设有所述点烟件。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的自动点烟香烟净化器,其特征在于:所述香烟定位件为固定连接于所述香烟容置腔侧壁的网状隔板或外壁固定连接于所述香烟容置腔侧壁且内径小于香烟直径的环形隔板。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的自动点烟香烟净化器,其特征在于:所述点烟件呈直线弹簧状的电阻丝。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的自动点烟香烟净化器,其特征在于:所述点烟件呈放松状态时,所述点烟件背离所述通气端盖的一端与所述香烟定位件之间的距离小于等于香烟过滤嘴的长度。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的自动点烟香烟净化器,其特征在于:所述通气端盖的一侧枢接于所述自动点烟香烟净化器的外壁,所述通气端盖的另一侧与所述自动点烟香烟净化器的外壁对应设置有卡接装置。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的自动点烟香烟净化器,其特征在于:所述点烟件固定设置于所述香烟容置腔背离所述吸烟口的一端。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的自动点烟香烟净化器,其特征在于:所述香烟容置腔的内径与香烟的直径之比为大于1小于1.2。
