本发明实施例提供了一种基于多终端的消息推送方法及装置,通过获取 当前终端的信息,判断当前终端是否能有效阅读推送消息携带的文件,在当前终端能够有效阅读推送消息携带的文件的情况下,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒,从而减少了有效阅读的复杂度。

具体实施方式
根据现有技术,当用户的多个终端同时接收到推送消息时,当前终端阅读该推送消息,当前终端阅读结束后,取消其他终端对于该推送消息的未读提醒。然而,该方案不论当前终端能否有效阅读该推送消息,均向当前终端进行推送,从而导致推送消息无法有效阅读。
如图1所示,针对上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种基于多终端的消息推送方法,包括:
步骤101:在当前终端阅读推送消息的情况下,向信息服务器发送获取当前终端的信息的消息,其中,所述推送消息中携带有文件。
步骤102:接收信息服务器发送的所述当前终端的信息。
步骤103:根据所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,以使信息服务器取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
根据上述方案,通过获取当前终端的信息,判断当前终端是否能有效阅 读推送消息携带的文件,在当前终端能够有效阅读推送消息携带文件的情况下,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒,从而减少了有效阅读的复杂度。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图2所示,本发明实施例在上述方案的基础上对本发明所提供的一种基于多终端的消息推送方法进行更详细的说明。该基于多终端的消息推送方法具体可以包括:
步骤201:用户在多个终端上登录,向信息服务器发送相应终端的信息,信息服务器保存用户与终端的信息的对应关系。
在本发明实施例中,多个终端的类型可以为移动终端、个人电脑、个人数字助理中的一种或多种。向信息服务器发送相应终端的信息可以包括:状态信息和能力信息。其中,状态信息包括终端在线或终端离线;能力信息用于表明终端是否能有效阅读接收到的推送消息中携带的文件。此外,终端的信息还可以包括终端的标识信息,可以利用终端的标识信息确定每个终端在网络中的唯一性。
另外,向信息服务器发送相应终端的信息还可以包括:设备信息。其中,设备信息可以包括:终端型号、终端名称、操作系统等。
如图3所示,为本发明实施例提供的用户登录流程示意图。
用户A分别在终端a、终端b、……登录,登录成功后,每个终端分别向信息服务器发送各自终端的信息,信息服务器对接收到的终端的信息进行保存。
如表1所示,为本发明实施例提供的信息服务器中保存的用户与终端的信息的对应关系表。

步骤202:接收另一个用户发送的文件,信息服务器向该多个终端同时推送未读提醒的消息,其中该未读提醒的推送消息中携带有文件。
其中,信息服务器可以根据保存的用户与终端的信息的对应关系中用户所对应的终端的标识信息获知用户在多个终端上进行登录。根据表1中的对应关系,用户A分别对应a终端标识、b终端标识、c终端标识和d终端标识,因此用户A的接收端共存在4个终端。
步骤203:用户的多个终端同时接收到未读提醒的推送消息,在当前终端阅读所述推送消息的情况下,向信息服务器发送获取当前终端的信息的消息。
步骤204:接收信息服务器发送的所述当前终端的信息。
其中,多个终端同时接收到推送消息,用户根据自身情况利用当前终端如智能手机,阅读该推送消息。向信息服务器获取到当前终端的信息。
在本发明优选实施例中,终端的信息还可以包括终端的优先级信息;信息服务器根据终端的优先级信息,优先向优先级高的终端推送消息。在优先级高的终端不能有效阅读该推送消息的情况下,依次向优先级较低的终端推送消息。
步骤205:信息服务器根据当前终端的信息中的状态信息,判断当前终端是否处于在线状态,如果当前终端处于离线状态,执行步骤206;如果当前终端处于在线状态,执行步骤207。
步骤206:信息服务器将所述推送消息对于当前终端设置为离线消息,继续保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒,并返回步骤203。
步骤207:信息服务器根据当前终端的信息,判断该推送消息携带的文 件是否被当前终端有效阅读;如果所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读,则执行步骤208;如果所述推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读,则执行步骤209。
其中,推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读包括两种情况:1、推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读;或,2、推送消息携带的文件被当前终端强制阅读。
因此,信息服务器可以根据当前终端的能力信息以及推送消息携带文件的信息,判断当前终端是否能有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件。
其中,能力信息可以包括:终端能够处理的文件类型、格式、大小等,以及硬件信息、软件信息、网络信息等。文件类型包括:文本、语音、视频、图片、压缩包、邮件等;格式以视频举例,需要说明该视频的后缀名,如*.avi*.rmvb*.rm*.asf*.divx*.mpg*.mpeg*.mpe*.wmv*.mp4*.mkv*.vob等,大小,除文件大小外,还需要对格式本身提供其它信息,如文本对应字数,语音/视频对应时长等。硬件信息包括:CPU、硬盘/闪存、剩余内存空间、剩余电量等。软件信息包括:系统自带软件的文件处理能力,安装软件的文件处理能力等。网络信息包括:有线、无线等。当判断当前终端能够有效阅读推送消息携带文件的情况下,阅读该推送消息携带的文件,并执行步骤208。
当判断当前终端不能有效阅读推送消息携带文件的情况下,提示当前终端是否强制阅读该推送消息携带的文件。在当前终端强制阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的情况下,则表明该推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读,因此执行步骤208。在当前终端未强制阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的情况下,则表明该推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读,因此执行步骤209。需要说明的是,提示当前终端是否强制阅读该推送消息携带的文件可以由终端自己执行,也可以由信息服务器向终端发送相应的消息或指令,以使终端执行。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,当判断当前终端不能有效阅读推送消息携带的文件的情况下,提示当前终端是否强制阅读该推送消息携带的文件。在当前终端对该提示进行处理后(不管当前终端是强制阅读该推送消息携带的文件,还是未强制阅读该推送消息携带的文件),向信息服务器返回处理消息,以使信息服务器获取所有终端的信息,根据所有终端的信息选择所有终 端中能够有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的终端,保持所述能够有效阅读所述推送消息的文件的终端的未读提醒,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。从而能够提高该推送消息携带的文件被有效阅读的概率。
步骤208:当前终端向信息服务器返回该推送消息的有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消该推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒,结束本次流程。
步骤209:信息服务器保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
在本发明实施例中,由于推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读,则信息服务器保持推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒,则其他终端继续根据步骤202~步骤209阅读推送消息携带的文件,直到推送消息携带的文件被某一终端有效阅读。
在本发明一优选实施例中,根据当前终端的信息,在推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,信息服务器还可以取消该推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。在这种情况下,当前终端可以将下载后的推送消息携带的文件,拷贝到其他能够有效阅读该文件的终端上进行有效阅读。
根据上述方案,信息服务器通过判断当前终端是否在线,以保证推送消息向在线状态的终端推送。通过判断当前终端是否能有效阅读推送消息携带的文件,在不能有效阅读推送消息携带的文件的情况下,提示当前终端是否强制阅读推送消息携带的文件,从而能够让用户自主选择是否利用当前终端强制阅读推送消息携带的文件。且在终端强制阅读推送消息携带的文件的情况下,获取所有终端的信息,以保证将推送消息向能够有效阅读该推送消息的终端推送,从而提高了推送消息携带的文件的有效阅读。
下面结合一个具体的实例,对本发明的方案进行说明:
如图4所示,假设用户A接收另一用户发送的视频,该视频名称为“ABC”,视频格式为“*.avi”,该视频大小为500MB。
根据步骤201,步骤202,判断用户A的接收端存在4个终端,即终端1、终端2、终端3和终端4。信息服务器向该四个终端同时推送未读提醒的消息。
根据步骤203,用户首先使用终端1阅读该推送消息。当前终端向信息服务器发送获取当前终端的信息的消息。
根据步骤204,步骤205,步骤207,接收信息服务器发送的当前终端的信息。其中,当前终端的信息可以包括:当前终端剩余空间为1GB,可以阅 读文件格式为“*.avi”的视频,且当前网络为无线网络,当前终端处于在线状态。因此,终端1能够有效阅读该推送消息携带的视频,并阅读该视频。
根据步骤208,向信息服务器返回该推送消息的有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消对终端2、终端3和终端4的未读提醒。
如果终端1的状态信息为离线,则向信息服务器通知该状态,信息服务器将推送消息在终端1上置为离线消息,并保持其他终端的未读提醒。如果终端1不能够有效阅读推送消息携带的视频,则向用户提示,是否在终端1上强制阅读该推送消息携带的视频,如果用户在终端1上强制阅读该推送消息携带的视频,则向信息服务器返回有效阅读标识,信息服务器取消对终端2、终端3和终端4的未读提醒;如果用户在终端1上不强制阅读该推送消息携带的视频,则向信息服务器通知该消息,信息服务器继续保持该推送消息对终端2、终端3和终端4的未读提醒。
如图5所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种向多终端推送消息的装置,该装置可以设置在终端中,该装置包括:
第一发送单元501,配置为在当前终端阅读推送消息的情况下,向信息服务器发送获取当前终端的信息的消息,其中,所述推送消息中携带有文件;
接收单元502,配置为接收信息服务器发送的所述当前终端的信息;
其中,多个终端同时接收到推送消息,用户根据自身情况利用当前终端如智能手机,阅读该推送消息。向信息服务器获取到当前终端的信息。
在本发明优选实施例中,终端的信息还可以包括终端的优先级信息;信息服务器根据终端的优先级信息,优先向优先级高的终端推送消息。在优先级高的终端不能有效阅读该推送消息的情况下,依次向优先级较低的终端推送消息。
第一取消单元503,配置为根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
优选地,所述装置还包括:
第一保持单元504,配置为根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,使所述信息服务器保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
其中,推送消息携带文件被当前终端有效阅读包括两种情况:1、推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读;2、推送消息携带的文件被当前终端强制阅读。
因此,根据当前终端的能力信息以及推送消息携带文件的信息,判断当前终端是否能有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件。

当判断当前终端不能有效阅读推送消息携带文件的情况下,提示当前终端是否强制阅读该推送消息携带的文件。在当前终端强制阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的情况下,则表明该推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读,因此向信息服务器返回该推送消息的有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消该推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。在当前终端未强制阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的情况下,则表明该推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读,因此信息服务器保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
在本发明实施例中,由于推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读,则信息服务器保持推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒,则其他终端继续阅读推送消息携带的文件,直到推送消息携带的文件被某一终端有效阅读。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,当判断当前终端不能有效阅读推送消息携带文件的情况下,提示当前终端是否强制阅读该推送消息携带的文件。在当前终端对该提示进行处理后(不管当前终端是强制阅读该推送消息携带的文件,还是未强制阅读该推送消息携带的文件),向信息服务器返回处理消息, 以使信息服务器获取所有终端的信息,信息服务器根据所有终端的信息选择所有终端中能够有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的终端,保持所述能够有效阅读所述推送消息的文件的终端的未读提醒,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。从而能够提高该推送消息携带的文件被有效阅读的概率。
优选地,所述第一取消单元,具体配置为根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读,且所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;
或者,
根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在当前终端没有能力阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的情况下,提示当前终端是否强制阅读所述推送消息携带的文件;
在当前终端对所述提示进行处理后,向信息服务器返回处理消息,以使信息服务器获取所有终端的信息,根据所有终端的信息选择所有终端中能够有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的终端;,并保持所述能够有效阅读所述推送消息的文件的终端的未读提醒,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。

如图6所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种向多终端推送消息的装置,该装置可以设置在信息服务器中,该装置包括:
获取单元601,配置为获取在阅读推送消息的情况下的当前终端发送的、获取当前终端的信息的消息,其中,所述推送消息中携带有文件;
第二发送单元602,配置为向当前终端发送当前终端的信息;
第二取消单元603,配置为接收当前终端返回的有效阅读标识,取消推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;其中,所述有效阅读标识由当前终端根据接收的当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向信息服务器返回。

优选地,当前终端的信息包括:状态信息和能力信息;其中,所述能力信息用于指示当前终端是否有能力处理所述推送消息携带的文件;本实施例 的装置还包括:第二判断单元605,配置为在第二取消单元603接收当前终端返回的有效阅读标识,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒之前,接收当前终端发送的所述状态信息和能力信息,根据当前终端的状态信息,判断当前终端是否处于在线状态,如果当前终端处于离线状态,将所述推送消息对于当前终端设置为离线消息,继续保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;如果当前终端处于在线状态,进一步根据当前终端的能力信息,判断当前终端是否能有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件。
本实施例的向多终端推送消息的装置用于实现前述多个方法实施例中信息服务器侧的向多终端推送消息的方法,并具有相应的方法实施例的有益效果,在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种基于多终端的消息推送方法,包括:
    当前终端在阅读推送消息的情况下,向信息服务器发送获取当前终端的信息的消息,其中,所述推送消息中携带有文件;
    所述当前终端接收信息服务器发送的所述当前终端的信息;
    所述当前终端根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    所述当前终端根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,使所述信息服务器保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读,具体包括:所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读;或,
    所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端强制阅读。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述当前终端根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒,具体包括:

    所述当前终端的信息包括:状态信息和能力信息;其中,所述能力信息用于指示当前终端是否有能力处理所述推送消息携带的文件;
    在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒之前,进一步包括:
    所述当前终端向所述信息服务器发送所述状态信息和能力信息,以使所述信息服务器根据当前终端的状态信息,判断当前终端是否处于在线状态,如果当前终端处于离线状态,将所述推送消息对于当前终端设置为离线消息,继续保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;如果当前终端处于在线状态,进一步根据当前终端的能力信息,判断当前终端是否能有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件。
  6. 一种基于多终端的消息推送装置,包括:
    第一发送单元,配置为在当前终端阅读推送消息的情况下,向信息服务器发送获取当前终端的信息的消息,其中,所述推送消息中携带有文件;
    接收单元,配置为接收信息服务器发送的所述当前终端的信息;
    第一取消单元,配置为根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第一保持单元,配置为根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,使所述信息服务器保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读,具体包括:所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读;或,
    所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端强制阅读。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述第一取消单元,具体配置为根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读,且所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;
    或者,
    根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在当前终端没有能力阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的情况下,提示当前终端是否强制阅读所述推送消息携带的文件;
    在当前终端对所述提示进行处理后,向信息服务器返回处理消息,以使所述信息服务器获取所有终端的信息,根据所有终端的信息选择所有终端中能够有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的终端,并保持所述能够有效阅读所述推送消息的文件的终端的未读提醒,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,
    所述当前终端的信息包括:状态信息和能力信息;其中,所述能力信息用于指示当前终端是否有能力处理所述推送消息携带的文件;
    所述装置还包括:
    第一判断单元,配置为在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回有效阅读标识,以使信息服务器取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒之前,向所述信息服务器发送所述状态信息和能力信息,以使所述信息服务器根据当前终端的状态信息,判断当前终端是否处于在线状态,如果当前终端处于离线状态,将所述推送消息对于当前终端设置为离线消息,继续保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;如果当前终端处于在线状态,进一步根据当前终端的能力信息,判断当前终端是否能有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件。
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在移动终端上运行时,导致所述移动终端执行根据权利要求1-5中的任一个所述的基于多终端的消息推送方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求11所述的计算机程序。
  13. 一种基于多终端的消息推送方法,包括:
    信息服务器获取在阅读推送消息的情况下的当前终端发送的、获取当前终端的信息的消息,其中,所述推送消息中携带有文件;
    所述信息服务器向所述当前终端发送所述当前终端的信息;
    所述信息服务器接收所述当前终端返回的有效阅读标识,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;其中,所述有效阅读标识由所述当前终端根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述方法进一步包括:
    所述信息服务器接收到所述当前终端返回的未被有效阅读标识,保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;其中,所述未被有效阅读标识由所述当前终端根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读,具体包括:所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读;或,
    所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端强制阅读。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述信息服务器接收所述当前终端返回的有效阅读标识,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒,具体包括:
    所述信息服务器接收所述当前终端返回的有效阅读标识,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;其中,所述有效阅读标识由所述当前终端根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读,且所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回;
    或者,
    所述信息服务器根据所述当前终端返回的信息确定所述当前终端没有能力阅读所述推送消息携带的文件,则提示当前终端是否强制阅读所述推送消息携带的文件;
    所述信息服务器在接收到所述当前终端对所述提示进行处理后返回的处理消息后,获取所有终端的信息,根据所有终端的信息选择所有终端中能够有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的终端,并保持所述能够有效阅读所述推送消息的文件的终端的未读提醒,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,
    所述当前终端的信息包括:状态信息和能力信息;其中,所述能力信息用于指示当前终端是否有能力处理所述推送消息携带的文件;
    在所述信息服务器接收所述当前终端返回的有效阅读标识,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒之前,进一步包括:
    所述信息服务器接收所述当前终端发送的所述状态信息和能力信息,根据当前终端的状态信息,判断当前终端是否处于在线状态,如果当前终端处于离线状态,将所述推送消息对于当前终端设置为离线消息,继续保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;如果当前终端处于在线状态,进一步根据当前终端的能力信息,判断当前终端是否能有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件。
  18. 一种基于多终端的消息推送装置,包括:
    获取单元,配置为获取在阅读推送消息的情况下的当前终端发送的、获取当前终端的信息的消息,其中,所述推送消息中携带有文件;
    第二发送单元,配置为向所述当前终端发送所述当前终端的信息;
    第二取消单元,配置为接收所述当前终端返回的有效阅读标识,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;其中,所述有效阅读标识由所述当前终端根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述装置进一步包括:
    第二保持单元,配置为接收到所述当前终端返回的未被有效阅读标识,保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;其中,所述未被有效阅读标识由所述当前终端根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件未被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述推送消息携带的文件被当 前终端有效阅读,具体包括:所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读;或,
    所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端强制阅读。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其中,所述第二取消单元,具体配置为:
    接收所述当前终端返回的有效阅读标识,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;其中,所述有效阅读标识由所述当前终端根据接收的所述当前终端的信息,在所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有能力阅读,且所述推送消息携带的文件被当前终端有效阅读的情况下,向所述信息服务器返回;
    或者,
    根据所述当前终端返回的信息确定所述当前终端没有能力阅读所述推送消息携带的文件,则提示当前终端是否强制阅读所述推送消息携带的文件;
    在接收到所述当前终端对所述提示进行处理后返回的处理消息后,获取所有终端的信息,根据所有终端的信息选择所有终端中能够有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件的终端,并保持所述能够有效阅读所述推送消息的文件的终端的未读提醒,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,
    所述当前终端的信息包括:状态信息和能力信息;其中,所述能力信息用于指示当前终端是否有能力处理所述推送消息携带的文件;
    所述装置还包括:
    第二判断单元,配置为在所述第二取消单元接收所述当前终端返回的有效阅读标识,取消所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒之前,接收所述当前终端发送的所述状态信息和能力信息,根据当前终端的状态信息,判断当前终端是否处于在线状态,如果当前终端处于离线状态,将所述推送消息对于当前终端设置为离线消息,继续保持所述推送消息对于其他终端的未读提醒;如果当前终端处于在线状态,进一步根据当前终端的能力信息,判断当前终端是否能有效阅读所述推送消息携带的文件。
  23. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在服务器上运行时,导致所述服务器执行根据权利要求13-17中的任一个所述的基于多终端的消息推送方法。
  24. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求23所述的计算机程序。
