Description

叠式商品陈列容器及陈列架 技术领域
本发明关于一种商品陈列容器,尤指一种可以叠加组合成不同体积与形状的陈列架。
背景技术
商品陈列空间不足是所有销售端所面临的共同问题。往往商家只能提供有限的空间,而对于供货厂家而言,该空间可能不足以陈列所需商品而作罢,不仅成为销售的困扰,亦可能因此而丧失商机。
以书写文具为例,目前的陈列架大概有两种,一种为亚克力做的直立状的陈列架,于陈列架上具有多格供书写工具插置的插槽。另一种陈列架为具有多层横向设置的插槽。但不论是那一种,其均有固定的体积而无法依陈列位置加以变化,且体积较大。对于商品不是很多样的品牌而言,以少数的商品使用大的陈列架过于浪费,又无法与其它品牌的商品共享陈列架,导致商品无法上架的困扰。
发明内容
有鉴于现有商品陈列架具有体积固定,无法变换所衍生的商品陈列困难问题。本发明的主要目的在于提供可以任意叠加组合成所需形状、体积、陈列数量的容器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的主要技术手段在于使容器具有一朝上开口的容置槽,容器具有侧周壁及一底板,其中,于容器的底面设有至少一道供另一容器的侧周壁顶部插卡的卡槽。
本发明另提供一种叠式商品陈列架,至少包括三个容器组成的陈列架单元,该陈列架单元是以两容器搭配一位于上层的容器组成,每一容器具有一朝上开口的容置槽、侧周壁及一底板,至少位于上层的容器的底板底面设有至少一道卡槽,位于下层的容器以侧周壁顶部插卡于上层的容器卡槽当中。
通过上述技术手段,本发明可获得的具体效益为,使用时可以根据陈列位置的形状、面积,将数个容器排列一起,再将底层的容器侧周壁顶部插卡于上方的容器卡槽当中,利用上方的容器将下方的容器组装定位。并且,可根据需要调整插置于不同的卡槽,进而改变容器的形状以及容置空间。当容器设为较小体积时,可以供书写工具或者其它小商品插置陈列,当容器设为较大时,可以适用于花店的鲜花陈列使用,因此,适用范围极为广大。
更可进一步将位于陈列架最底层的容器底板底面至少设有两道交叉的卡槽,位于最底层的两相邻容器以一补强定位组件连接,该补强定位组件设有匹配插卡于卡槽的框条,以及插卡于两卡槽交叉处的卡柱。
通过补强定位组件插卡于两相邻的容器卡槽,可以将加强组合后容器架的稳定性。
本发明进一步于容置槽内周壁上设有至少一道插置部。
通过该插置部,可以匹配插置隔板,以将容器内部分隔数个空间,亦可以在插置部上相应插置商品标示牌或者广告牌。

具体实施方式
以下配合附图及本发明的优选实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定本发明目的所采取的技术手段。
请参阅图1~3所示,本发明所提供的叠式商品陈列容器1具有一朝上开口的容置槽10,以形成容器1的侧周壁11以及底板12,在底板12的底面(即容器1的底面)设有至少一道凹入的卡槽13,于本优选实施例当中,是将容器1设为四边形,该卡槽13贯穿两相对侧,另两相对侧边亦设有贯穿的卡槽13,两方向的卡槽13交叉贯通,并且该卡槽13的宽度可供两侧周壁11插置。
使用时,容器1可以单独使用,亦可以如图4、5所示,将容器1上下堆叠 组装成一商品陈列架,至少以三个容器1组成一双层的陈列架单元,将位于下方的容器1左右相并,使相并的侧周壁11顶部紧迫插卡于上层的容器1的卡槽11当中,而于各容器1的容置槽10内置入物品,其可以任意组装成笔筒、或者是商品陈列用的容器,例如体积小的容器可适用于文具陈列,体积大的容器可适用于花店的鲜花陈列。又如图6~8所示,本发明可以通过改变位于上、下方的容器1的插卡位置,作不同的组合,以顺应所陈列位置的空间需要以及改变容器1的容置空间,并且上方容器1以两个不同方向的卡槽与下方容器1插卡,更可以增加稳固性。
如图9、10所示,本发明亦可以插卡组装成多层的陈列容器架。由各种组合形态可知,本发明可依商品陈列位置的不同而作不同形状的组合。
前述优选实施例当中,是将容器1的卡槽13的宽度设为可供两个相并的侧周壁11紧迫插卡,同样的卡槽13的宽度亦可仅供一容器的侧周壁顶部插卡,如图11所示,是将卡槽13的宽度设为仅供一侧周壁11插卡,如此亦可以组装成上下堆叠的陈列容器,并且通过不同的插卡位置而改变组合形态以及容器的容置空间。
上述图1、11实施例当中,是将容器1设为四边形,卡槽13则贯穿两相对侧边,并且卡槽13与容器的边缘平行。另外卡槽亦可以设为与边缘呈一夹角。
此外,为了加强组装的陈列容器架的稳固性,本发明进一步设计一可框住容器卡槽的补强定位组件20。请参图12A及图12B,本实施例当中,该补强定位组件20为一四边形框体,包括四个依序连接的框条21,于两相邻的框条21之间形成一卡柱22。请参阅图13、14所示,该补强定位组件20是通过框条21匹配插卡于容器1的卡槽13当中,该卡柱22则相应插卡于两个不同方向卡槽13的交叉处,利用补强定位组件20可以框住两容器1,加强其稳固性,以在两容器1上方继续组装堆叠上层的容器。前述是将补强定位组件20框住两两相并的容器1,如图15是将补强定位组件20框住三个呈90度并贴的容器1,如此,可以如图16将多个容器1并贴成大面积的陈列容器架,再利用补强定位组件20框住定位,以便于如图17所示在其上方继续组装多层的容器1,形成多层的陈列容器架。
前述实施例是将补强定位组件20设为具有4个框条21的四边形框体,此外,亦可以如图18、19两种实施例,将补强定位组件20A、20B设为包括一道 框条21A、21B,以及位于框条21A、21B两端的卡柱22A、22B。卡柱22A、22B的宽度大于框条21A、21B截面宽度,利用框体21A、21B插卡于两容器的卡槽中,以及使两端的卡柱22A、22B分别插卡于两容器的卡槽交叉处,仍可以达到补强定位的功能。
请参阅图20所示,本发明可以进一步在容器1的容置槽10内周壁上设有至少一插置部14,在本实施例当中,该插置部14设为包括两道间隔设置并且呈上下延伸的凸条,两凸条之间形成一插槽,并且插置部14是设有四个,两两设置在相对的周壁上。如图21所示,是将插置部14A设为中空的筒状,该筒状的插置部14A当中设有一呈上下延伸的插孔。如图221所示,使用时,可以在插置部14上插卡商品广告牌或者标示牌。亦可以如图23所示,在相对的两插置部14上插置一隔板15,以将容置槽10内部区隔数个区域,以方便商品陈列。而所述插置部亦可为凸柱状,将隔板两端匹配设有C形端口或者圆孔。
前述图1实施例当中,是将卡槽13直接成形在容器1底板12上,亦即形成具有凹凸的底板12。此外,如图24A、24B所示,亦可将底板12设为平板状,在容器1底面设有数道交叉的卡槽13,以将底面分割成数个排列的凸块,而每一凸块为朝下开口的中空状。如图25所示亦设有平板状的底板12以及位于容器1底面的卡槽13与凸块,此实施例当中凸块为实心状。
前述容器实施例为正方形或者矩形的四边形,其亦可为菱形,或者如图26所示为朝上开口的圆形容器1,只要在容器1底部设以弧形的卡槽13,供其它容器的顶部插卡即可,而卡槽13的设置,可以是两个容器1的顶部共同插于同一卡槽13,亦可以是一容器顶部插于单一卡槽13。优选的,如图所示,于容器1底部设计多个同径但位于不同圆心的弧形卡槽13,以供图27A~27E所示根据陈列位置或者陈列品需要而作不同的组合。图28及29显示本发明亦可作多层的组合,以符合更多的陈列需要。
而上述的圆形容器的容置槽内周壁亦可以设置至少一插置部14,以供标示牌或者隔板插置。

  1. 一种叠式商品陈列容器,该容器具有一朝上开口的容置槽、侧周壁及一底板,其特征在于:容器的底板底面设有至少一道供另一容器的侧周壁的顶部插卡的卡槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:该卡槽至少设有两道,每一卡槽可容置另一容器的侧周壁顶部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:该卡槽可容置另二容器的侧周壁顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:所述的容器为四边形,卡槽贯穿其中两相对边。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:所述的容器为四边形,卡槽是贯穿容器底面的两相对边,且于另两相对边亦设有至少一道贯穿两相对边的卡槽,两方向的卡槽交叉贯通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:所述容器的容置槽内周壁设有至少一插置部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:所述容器的容置槽内周壁设有两相对的插置部,另设一匹配插置于插置部的隔板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:所述插置部包括两间隔设置的凸条以及设于两凸条之间的插槽。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:所述插置部设为筒状,具有一呈上下延伸的插孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:所述容器的圆形,该设于底板底面的卡槽亦为弧形。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的叠式商品陈列容器,其特征在于:所述容器的容置槽内周壁设有至少一插置部。
  12. 一种叠式商品陈列架,其特征在于:至少包括三个容器组成的陈列架单元,该陈列架单元是以两容器搭配一位于上层的容器组成,每一容器具有一朝上开口的容置槽,容器具有侧周壁及一底板,至少位于上层的容器的底板底面设有至少一道卡槽,位于下层的容器以侧周壁顶部插卡于上层的容器卡槽当中。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的叠式商品陈列架,其特征在于:位于陈列架最底层的容器底板底面至少设有两道交叉的卡槽,位于最底层的两相邻容器以一补强定位组件连接,该补强定位组件设有匹配插卡于卡槽的框条,以及插卡于两卡槽交叉处的卡柱。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的叠式商品陈列架,其特征在于:该补强定位组件包括四条框条而形成四边形,两相邻的框条之间设有一卡柱。
