Description
本发明涉及空调设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种空调器。
现有的空调器,例如:截面形状为椭圆或类似椭圆结构的柜式空调器中,其出风口的导风格栅与门板通常是分开的两个独立的部件,该类空调器,需要通过不同的运动机构分别对控制导风格栅和门板进行控制,实现门板的打开和关闭、以及导风格栅的导风功能。
其缺点是:导风格栅与门板为分开的两个零件,需要不同的运动机构进行分别单独控制,导致整机成本较高,结构复杂,可靠性低,装配效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种空调器,改进了出风口的导风格栅与门板的结构,整机成本降低,产品可靠性和装配效率得到提高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
空调器,包括有壳体;所述壳体包括有:进风格栅及出风口;其中,所述空调器还包括有:出风口导风及关闭装置,以及用于驱动所述出风口导风及关闭装置往复运动的驱动装置,所述驱动装置与出风口导风及关闭装置连接;所述出风口导风及关闭装置位于出风口的内侧或外侧;所述出风口导风及关闭装置包括有出风格栅部及门板部;当空调器处于非工作状态时,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的门板部将空调器的出风口覆盖从而关闭出风口;当空调器处于工作状态时,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的出风格栅部将空调器的出风口覆盖并进行导风。
在其中一个实施例中,所述空调器为一种横截面为椭圆结构的柜式空调器。
进一步地,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的横截面采用扇环结构。
进一步地,所述驱动装置为一种旋转驱动机构,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的旋转中心与其扇环结构横截面的圆心重合。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的空调器,包括有:出风口导风及关闭装置,以及用于驱动所述出风口导风及关闭装置往复运动的驱动装置,所述驱动装置与出风口导风及关闭装置连接;所述出风口导风及关闭装置位于出风口的内侧或外侧;所述出风口导风及关闭装置包括有出风格栅部及门板部;当空调器处于非工作状态时,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的门板部将空调器的出风口覆盖,从而关闭出风口;当空调器处于工作状态时,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的出风格栅部将空调器的出风口覆盖并进行导风。因此,本发明的空调器,出风格栅部及门板部采用一体式结构,可以进行一体化控制,成本低,可靠性高,提高了装配效率,通过控制出风格栅部及门板部处于不同位置,实现门板和出风格栅打开关闭;同时,使空调外形更为炫丽,更具有个性化。

在其中一个实施例中,所述空调器为一种横截面为椭圆结构的柜式空调器。
进一步地,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的横截面采用扇环结构。
进一步地,所述驱动装置为一种旋转驱动机构,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的旋转中心与其扇环结构横截面的圆心重合。
下面参考附图并结合实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
实施例:
本实施例公开了一种空调器,如图1、2、3、4所示,包括有壳体2及底盘1,进风格栅3位于壳体2的侧部或后部;出风口4位于壳体2的前部;壳体2包括有左装饰板21和右装饰板22,出风口4位于左装饰板21和右装饰板22之间的区域;所述出风口导风及关闭装置5位于壳体2的内部;出风格栅部51及门板部52位于所述出风口导风及关闭装置5的两侧。
优选地,所述空调器为一种横截面为椭圆结构的柜式空调器,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的横截面采用扇环结构,出风口导风及关闭装置5的圆心与空调器的横截面正面的椭圆心重合;从而使所述出风口导风及关闭装置5旋转的时候不会出现偏心。
所述出风口导风及关闭装置5的横截面曲率与空调器的横截面正面的椭圆段曲率相等,或者出风口导风及关闭装置5的横截面曲率小于空调器的横截面正面的椭圆段曲率。
所述出风口导风及关闭装置5的出风格栅部51设置有气流通道。
通俗地解释为:
本实施例公开了一种新型空调大门板(出风面板)与出风(导风)格栅的运动方式,即大门板(出风面板)与出风(导风)格栅运动为一体化的出风口导风及关闭装置,该出风口导风及关闭装置整体结构为一个圆弧或者圆结构,通过采用电机驱动出风口导风及关闭装置使其围绕圆心旋转,当出风口导风及关闭装置旋转在不同位置,实现了门板和出风格栅的隐藏或者打开功能。
闭合状态:如图2,闭合状态时,在一个或者多个电机驱动下带动出风口导风及关闭装置5,使出风口导风及关闭装置5围绕圆心进行转动,当转动至门板部52居中时,出风格栅部51位于隐藏的位置,门板实现了闭合出风口的功能。
打开状态:如图3、4,同理,打开过程中,在一个或者多个电机驱动下带动出风口导风及关闭装置,使出风口导风及关闭装置围绕圆心进行转动,当转动至门板部52隐藏,出风格栅部51居中的位置,门板打开,实现导风功能。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,例如,所述空调器还可以上分体挂壁式或其他形式的空调器,空调器的横截面采用非椭圆面的其他闭合曲线面、多边形闭合面;出风口导风及关闭装置可以采用移动方式的驱动机构,出风口导风及关闭装置的具体形状和结构的变化等,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

- 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器为一种横截面为椭圆结构的柜式空调器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的横截面采用扇环结构。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述驱动装置为一种旋转驱动机构,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的横截面采用扇环结构,所述出风口导风及关闭装置的旋转中心与所述扇环结构的圆心重合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,包括有壳体及底盘,进风格栅位于壳体的侧部或后部;出风口位于壳体的前部;壳体包括有左装饰板和右装饰板,出风口位于左装饰板和右装饰板之间的区域。
- 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述出风口导风及关闭装置位于壳体的内部;出风格栅部及门板部位于所述出风口导风及关闭装置的两侧。
