Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affaiblissement (8) comprenant au moins un plan d'appui (12) présentant une fente (13) et conçu pour recevoir une feuille d'emballage (3). La fente (13) s'étend le long d'une ligne d'extension longitudinale (L) se trouvant dans ledit plan d'appui (12). Un élément de compression (14) s'étend sur une longueur (I) parallèle à la ligne d'extension longitudinale (L) et est conçu pour obtenir un pli (9a) parallèle à la ligne d'extension longitudinale (L). Des moyens d'activation (22, 23) sont raccordés de manière fonctionnelle à l'élément de compression (14) et sont conçus pour générer une course de travail (19) de l'élément de compression (14) dans un plan perpendiculaire au plan d'appui (12) et contenant la ligne d'extension longitudinale (L). Au moins un ensemble d'éléments de coupe (26a, 26b, 34, 35) disposés au moins au niveau d'une extrémité de la fente (13) et configurés pour réaliser au moins une ouverture (9b). Les éléments de coupe comprennent des premières parties de coupe (26a, 26b, 34) déplaçables à travers la fente (13) le long d'une course de coupe (25). Des moyens de raccordement (15a, 15b ; 15) sont intercalés de manière fonctionnelle entre l'élément de compression (14) et les éléments de coupe, et sont configurés pour faire en sorte que les premières parties de coupe sont formées d'un seul tenant avec l'élément de compression (14) pendant la course de travail (19) de façon à générer la course de coupe (25).
