Description

一种积木式的拼装玩具轨道 技术领域
本发明涉及一种玩具轨道,具体是一种积木式的拼装玩具轨道。
背景技术
玩具轨道已流行了很多年,最先的轨道为一整体的轨道体,这种玩具轨道不能做任何改变,玩家只能按生产厂家设定的方式进行玩耍,这样的玩具轨道很容易使玩家对其产生厌倦,也不利于提高玩家的动手能力和激发智力成长;现有一些玩具轨道由多个轨道段组成,每个轨道段的前后端均设有可与另一轨道段拼接的连接结构,通过这些连接结构将轨道段组装成一个可供玩具车沿其行走的路径,但这种拼装玩具轨道只能拼成平面轨道体,无法组装成立体轨道,故趣味性同样不强。而且现有的玩具轨道都是包括供玩具车行走的轨道面和防止玩具车脱离轨道面的挡边,如此设计大大增加了玩具轨道的使用材料,使得该玩具的成本较高,而且轨道面的宽度也受到轨道本身的限制,无法适用于不同尺寸大小的玩具车行走。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术所存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种趣味性强、适用性强且组装自由高的积木式的拼装玩具轨道。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种积木式的拼装玩具轨道,包括有若干段导轨和连接件,其特点是所述每条导轨均为左右两条独立的条轨,所述连接件为积木连接块,所述积木连接块上设有多处对接部,所述条轨上对应设有与对接部配合连接的相接部,通过条轨上的相接部与积木连接块上不同位置的对接部配合连接而形成轨道宽度或高度可调的轨道面中部露空的轨道体。
本发明的连接件与条轨的连接方式可以多种多样,可以是:上述积木连接块上的对接部为公接部或母接部,上述条轨上的相接部为与积木连接块相反的母接部或公接部,通过条轨的母接部或公接部与积 木连接块不同位置的公接部或母接部对接而形成轨道宽度或高度可调的轨道面中部露空的轨道体;也可以是:还包括有一拼接件,所述拼接件上设有公接部或母接部,上述积木连接块的对接部和上述条轨的相接部均对应设有与拼接板相反的母接部或公接部,将积木连接块的某一母接部或公接部与条轨的母接部或公接部对齐后通过拼接件的公接部或母接部与其对接而实现条轨与连接件连接成一体。
为了既能节省材料又能满足轨道设计要求,上述条轨为截面呈“L”形的条轨,所述“L”形条轨的一边为供玩具车车轮行走的窄轨道面,另一边为防止玩具车脱离轨道的挡边,上述条轨上的公接部或母接部设置于“L”形条轨的两边的外侧面上。
本发明的积木连接块可以有多种形状,如上述积木连接块为“一”形板块、“L”形板块或“H”形板块,所述积木连接块上的所有对接部呈直线排列或矩阵排列,故可保证积木连接块与条轨连接时不会发生被公接部卡住无法连接的问题。
除此之外,本发明的连接件还可以是由若干积木连接块组成,所述积木连接块上的对接部包括公接部和母接部,积木连接块之间通过公接部和母接部的对接而形成各种所需的连接件,通过不同的连接件与上述条轨相连接而形成各种形状的轨道面中部露空的轨道体;也可以是还包括有连接板,上述连接件由若干积木连接块组成,所述连接板上对应设有与积木连接块上的公接部或母接部相反的母接部或公接部,通过连接板拼接于相邻两积木连接块的对接位置而实现两积木连接块连接形成各种所需的连接件,通过不同的连接件与上述条轨相连接而形成各种形状的轨道面中部露空的轨道体。
为了保证拼装成立体玩具轨道体时结构更为牢固,本发明还包括有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的两端和/或杆身上对应设有与上述积木连接块的对接部配合连接的插接部,通过支撑杆、积木连接块和导轨三者配合而组合成立体轨道体。
本发明由于将导轨设计成左右两条独立的条轨,故减少了导轨的轨道面的材料,进而降低制造成本,同时设计成条轨也便于存放,将连接件设计成积木连接块,并在积木连接块上设有多处对接部,条轨上对应设有与对接部配合连接的相接部,因此通过条轨上的相接部与积木连接块上不同位置的对接部配合连接而形成轨道宽度或高度可调的轨道面中部露空的轨道体,玩具车的左右车轮刚好位于左右两条轨上而实现玩具车可沿轨道行走,还可调整宽度和高度,故有效提高该玩具轨道的适用范围,适用于各种不同大小的玩具车行走,而且采用积木式拼装方法,不仅趣味性强,而且拼装的难度和技巧比现有的导轨前后对接的难度和技巧要高,所以更能锻炼玩家的动手能力和心智;又由于可将多块积木连接块通过自身的对接部相连接或者通过连接板将多块积木连接块连接成一体,所以连接件可根据玩家的想法拼装,再在拼装成的连接件上连接上条轨,从而可拼装成各种形状的轨道体,如双轨或多轨的玩具轨道,满足多人竞速玩耍,另外还配设有支撑杆,通过支撑杆于框形件对接部的连接而可拼装车立体的玩具轨道,因此,该玩具轨道的拼装自由度高,可充分发挥玩家的想象来拼装轨道,不仅趣味性强,而且可激发智力成长。

如图1至图7所示,该发明所述的一种积木式的拼装玩具轨道,包括有若干段导轨和连接件,其特点是所述每条导轨均为左右两条独立的条轨1,而连接件为积木连接块2,该积木连接块2上设有多处对接部,条轨1上对应设有与对接部配合连接的相接部,通过条轨1上的相接部与积木连接块2上不同位置的对接部配合连接而形成轨道宽度或高度可调的轨道面中部露空的轨道体,玩具车的左右车轮刚好位于左右两条轨1上而实现玩具车可沿轨道行走,还可调整宽度和高度,故有效提高该玩具轨道的适用范围,适用于各种不同大小的玩具车行走,而且采用积木式拼装方法,不仅趣味性强,而且拼装的难度和技巧比现有的导轨前后对接的难度和技巧要高,所以更能锻炼玩家的动手能力和心智。
如图1和图2所示,该实施例的积木连接块2上的对接部为母接部62,条轨1上的相接部为与积木连接块2相反的公接部61,通过条轨1的公接部61与积木连接块2不同位置的母接部62对接而形成轨道宽度或高度可调的轨道面中部露空的轨道体;如图3和图4所示,该实施例还包括有一拼接件3,该拼接件3上设有公接部61,积木连接块2的对接部和条轨1的相接部均对应设有与拼接板3相反的母接部62,将积木连接块2的某一母接部62与条轨1的母接部62对齐后通过拼接件3的公接部61与其对接而实现条轨1与连接件连接成一体。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的积木式的拼装玩具轨道,其特征在于上述积木连接块(2)为“一”形板块、“L”形板块或“H”形板块,所述积木连接块(2)上的所有对接部呈直线排列或矩阵排列。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的积木式的拼装玩具轨道,其特征在于上述连接件由若干积木连接块(2)组成,所述积木连接块(2)上的对接部包括公接部(61)和母接部(62),积木连接块(2)之间通过公接部(61)和母接部(62)的对接而形成各种所需的连接件,通过不同的连接件与上述条轨(1)相连接而形成各种形状的轨道面中部露空的轨道体。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的积木式的拼装玩具轨道,其特征在于还包括有连接板(4),上述连接件由若干积木连接块(2)组成,所述连接板(4)上对应设有与积木连接块(2)上的公接部(61)或母接部(62)相反的母接部(62)或公接部(61),通过连接板(4)拼接于相邻两积木连接块(2)的对接位置而实现两积木连接块(2)连接形成各种所需的连接件,通过不同的连接件与上述条轨(1)相连接而形成各种形状的轨道面中部露空的轨道体。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7的任一权利要求所述的积木式的拼装玩具轨道,其特征在于上述公接部(61)为圆形凸柱,上述母接部(62)为圆形凹孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的积木式的拼装玩具轨道,其特征在于还包括有支撑杆(5),所述支撑杆(5)的两端和/或杆身上对应设有与上述积木连接块(2)的对接部配合连接的插接部,通过支撑杆(4)、积木连接块(2)和导轨三者配合而组合成立体轨道体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的积木式的拼装玩具轨道,其特征在于上述支撑杆(5)的两端和/或杆身上的插接部为公接部(61)或母接部(62),上述积木连接块(2)上的对接部为与支撑杆(5)相反的母接部(62)或公接部(61),通过公接部(61)和母接部(62)配合连接而组合成立体轨道体。
