洗衣机在使用的过程中,不同的进水量和不同的洗衣量均会造成洗衣机重量的不同,同时洗衣机在洗涤过程中,在漂洗阶段和脱水甩干阶段,洗衣机的重量也会发生变化,相关技术中的洗衣机均未能够对洗衣机的重量进行实时的检测,从而无法根据洗衣机的重量变化情况控制和判断洗衣机的运行过程。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种洗衣机,精确地实时监测机体的重量变化。

弹簧43为具有弹性系数的线性弹簧。弹簧43的两端分别止抵在上壳体46的下表面和光反射面44的上表面上。其中值得理解的是,上壳体46和下壳体45之间还可以是通过其他弹性件相连,弹性件也可以通过其他方式与上壳体46和下壳体45相连,上壳体46和下壳体45的形状、上壳体46和下壳体45之间的配合关系不限于此,只要使得上壳体46和 下壳体45之间可相对移动即可。
光发射端41和光接收端42设在上壳体46上。光反射面44设在下壳体45上以将从光发射端41发出的光线反射回光接收端42。当然值得理解的是,光发射端41和光接收端42还可以设在下壳体45上,光反射面44设在上壳体46上以反射光线,也就是说,光发射端41和光接收端42设在上壳体46和下壳体45的其中一个上,光反射面44设在上壳体46和下壳体45的另一个上以将从光发射端41发出的光线反射回光接收端42。值得理解的是,光电传感器4内还设有与光接收端42相连的控制面板等控制元件,控制元件可将从光接收端42接收的光信号转化为电信号,该电信号与光反射面44和光发射端41(光接收端42)之间的距离d成对应关系,优选为线性对应关系。
具体而言,光发射端41发出的光线被光反射面44反射回光接收端42内,当洗衣机1000内衣服和水的重量改变时,机体1的重量发生变化,弹簧43的形变量同时发生变化,上壳体46相对下壳体45移动,光反射面44与光发射端41和光接收端42之间的距离d发生变化,即被光反射面44反射到光接收端42的光信号发生变化,从而使得从光电传感器4传输出的电信号发生变化,使得电信号可以准确地反应洗衣机1000整机重量变化。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机1000具有以下几个优点:
1.通过设置光电传感器4,控制装置可以即时感测机体1的重量,即时判断洗衣机1000工作状态是否正常;
2.可以直接感知排水完成,立即开始排水,节省整个洗涤过程的时间;
3.可以更精准感知脱水不平衡(例如每个底脚60内的光电传感器4发出的电信号不同),控制装置可根据感测的数值进行调整;
4.可以感测衣物的重量,实现不同衣量进不同水量;
5.可以感知衣物脱水含水率,实现衣物含水率达到要求即停止脱水,比现有的固定时间脱水更智能,更可以保证脱水完成之后衣物含水率达到用户要求。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体,所述机体的底壁的每个拐角处均设有用于支撑所述机体的底脚;
    光电传感器,所述光电传感器设在至少一个所述底脚内,所述光电传感器被构造成在所述机体的重量发生变化时输出电信号,其中,所述光电传感器包括弹性件;
    控制装置,所述控制装置与所述光电传感器相连以接收所述光电传感器传出的电信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述光电传感器包括:
    上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体和所述下壳体之间通过弹性件相连以使得所述上壳体和所述下壳体之间可相对上下移动,所述上壳体的顶壁与所述机体的底壁相连,所述下壳体的底部穿出所述底脚以适于支撑在支撑面上;
    光发射端和光接收端,所述光发射端和所述光接收端设在所述上壳体和所述下壳体的其中一个上;
    光反射面,所述光反射面设在所述上壳体和所述下壳体的另一个上以将从所述光发射端发出的光线反射回所述光接收端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述弹性件的两端分别止抵在所述上壳体的下表面和所述光反射面的上表面上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述上壳体的底端敞开,所述下壳体的顶端敞开,所述上壳体外罩在所述下壳体上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,每个所述底脚内均设有所述光电传感器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机为波轮洗衣机。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述光电传感器还包括与所述控制装置相连的光电传感器导线。
