또한, 네온관이나 콜드 캐소드와 같은 조명장치를 이용한 간판이나 사인물들이 널리 사용되고 있으나 이와 같은 조명들은 고압의 전원을 사용하여 전력소모가 많을 뿐 아니라 감전의 위험이 있으며, 소형으로 제작하여 유리창 등에 걸어 놓을 경우 광고면 후면의 전선과 일부분(문자나 그림을 형상화한 경우) 흑막처리로 보기에 깔끔하지 못하여 그만큼 시각적 인지도가 높지 못하다는 단점이 있다.
상기한 종래의 조명장치로부터 개량되어 출시되고 있는 실외 조명장치는 네온, 냉음극방전관(CCL : Cold Cathode Lamp), 발광다이오드(LED : Light Emitting Diode)를 이용한 전광판 등이 널리 사용되고 있으며, 실내 조명장치는 외부전극형광램프(EEFL : External Electrode Fluorescent Lamp), 냉음극형광램프(CCFL : Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp), 발광다이오드전광판 등이 사용되고 있다.
근래에는 조명장치 또는 발광장치를 단순히 조명의 기능만으로 사용하기 보다는 광고 간판으로 사용하고, 미적 감각이 부가된 디자인으로 인테리어 등에 널리 사용되고 있다.
한편, 대한민국 공개특허공보 제2008-0107822호(공개일:2008.12.11)에는 "선을 이용한 투명패널 라이팅"이 개시되어 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 해당 방향으로만 빛이 조사되게 함으로써, 비해당 방향에 발생되는 번쩍거림, 눈부심 등과 같은 빛 공해를 방지할 수 있고, 명암비가 떨어지며 투과시인성이 저하되는 유해요소를 방지할 수 있는 투명 디스플레이장치 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 투명디스플레이장치는: 투명부재와, 상기 투명부재에 구비되는 광모듈 및 상기 광모듈에서 발생되는 빛을 안내하고, 빛의 재귀반사를 방지하는 광안내부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 광모듈은 상기 투명부재에 겹쳐지게 배치되는 기판부재와, 상기 기판부재에 구비되는 회로패턴 및 상기 회로패턴에 일정간격 이격배치되는 광원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 기판부재는 투명재질인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 기판부재는 바타입인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 광안내부는 상기 투명부재에 구비되고, 상기 광원과 대응되게 배치되는 광튜브 및 상기 광원의 빛이 상기 광튜브에 의해 안내되도록 하여 재귀반사를 방지하는 재귀반사방지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 광튜브는 상기 투명부재에 형성되는 수용홀에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 재귀반사방지부는 상기 광튜브 둘레면 또는 상기 수용홀의 내측면에 형성되는 재귀반사방지코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 재귀반사방지부는 상기 재귀반사방지코팅층을 보호하는 보호코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 재귀반사방지부는 상기 광원의 측면에 구비되어 상기 광원으로부터 나온 빛이 상기 광튜브 이외의 곳으로 발산되는 것을 방지하는 라이트가스켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 라이트가스켓은 상기 수용홀보다 크게 형성되어 상기 투명부재를 지지하고, 상기 투명부재와 상기 광모듈 사이에는 투명층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 라이트가스켓은 상기 수용홀내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 측면에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치의 제조방법은: (a) 광모듈을 형성하는 단계와, (b) 투명부재에 수용홀을 형성하는 단계와, (c) 상기 수용홀에 상기 광모듈의 광원에서 조사되는 빛이 일측으로 출사되도록 재귀반사방지부를 형성하는 단계와, (d) 상기 투명부재와 상기 광모듈을 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 광원 둘레에는 라이트가스켓이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 (c)단계는 상기 수용홀에 삽입되는 광튜브를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 광원에서 조사되는 빛이 상기 광튜브를 통해 일측으로 출사되도록 재귀반사방지코팅층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 재귀반사방지코팅층을 보호하기 위해 보호코팅층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 광원의 둘레면에 라이트가스켓을 배치하는 단계 및 상기 광튜브를 상기 수용홀에 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치 및 이의 제조방법은 투명부재에 광모듈이 구비되고, 광원의 빛이 재귀반사를 방지하는 광안내부에 의해 조사됨으로써, 비해당방향에 발생되는 번쩍거림, 눈부심과 같은 실내 빛 공해를 방지할 수 있으며, 명암비가 떨어지고, 투과 시인성이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 광원과 광튜브가 대응되게 결합되는 간단한 구조에 의해 재귀반사를 방지할 수 있어 제조가 용이하다.

이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치 및 이의 제조방법의 일 실시예를 설명한다.
이 과정에서 도면에 도시된 선들의 두께나 구성요소의 크기 등은 설명의 명료성과 편의상 과장되게 도시되어 있을 수 있다. 또한, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로서 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로, 이러한 용어들에 대한 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.

도 1 내지 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치(100)는 투명부재(110), 광모듈(120) 및 광안내부(130)를 포함한다.
투명부재(110)는 투명유리 또는 투명플라스틱 등의 평면 형상의 판으로 이루어진다. 본 실시예에서는 투명부재(110)를 평면 형상의 판으로 도시하였지만, 곡면 형상의 판으로 이루어질 수도 있다. 그리고, 투명부재(110)에는 후술되는 광튜브(132)가 구비되도록 수용홀(112)이 형성된다.
광모듈(120)은 투명부재(110)에 구비된다. 광모듈(120)은 투명부재(110)에 겹쳐지게 배치되는 기판부재(122)와, 기판부재(122)에 구비되는 회로패턴(124) 및 회로패턴(124)에 일정간격 이격배치되는 광원(126)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 여기서 기판부재(122)가 투명부재(110)에 겹쳐지게 배치된다는 것의 기술적 의미는 기판부재(122)와 투명부재(110)가 완전히 일치되게 겹쳐지는 경우뿐 아니라, 일부가 겹쳐지게 배치되는 경우를 포함하는 등 다양한 배치관계를 포함할 수 있다.
기판부재(122)는 투명부재(110)와 같이 투명재질인 투명유리 또는 투명플라스틱 등의 평면 형상의 판으로 이루어진다. 물론, 투명부재(110)와 대응되도록 곡면 형상의 판으로 이루어질 수도 있으며, 투명부재(110)의 하부에 겹쳐져 구비된다. 그리고, 회로패턴(124)은 기판부재(122)에 구비되어 광원(126)을 전기적으로 연결한다.
이러한 회로패턴(124)은 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 또는 구리(Cu), 그래핀(Graphene)등의 전도체로 이루어지며 회로패턴, 와이어(Wire) 등의 형태로 기판부재(122)에 부착된다. 이는 디스플레이의 투과율을 높이도록 투명하거나 가는 선의 형태로 배치된다. ITO를 스패터링 타켓(Spattering Target)으로 가공하여 기판부재(122)에 스패터링 하거나, 기판부재(122)를 용액에 침적시키는 방법으로 투명한 전극막을 얻을 수도 있다.
회로패턴(124)은 전원공급기, 컨트롤러(Controller) 등으로부터 전기 또는 신호를 광원(126)에 전달하며, 회로패턴(124)에 의해 광원(126)의 발광에 충분한 전류가 흐르게 된다. 회로패턴(124)은 선명도가 높은 투명도를 유지하기 때문에 기판부재(122)의 상면에 구비되어 투명도를 유지할 수 있다.
광원(126)은 LED(Light Emitting Diode)로 이루어지며, 회로패턴(124)에 전도성 접착제에 의해 접착되거나 납으로 납땜된다. 본 실시예는 광원(126)을 LED로 한정한 것이 아니며, 레이저(Laser), 전구 등 빛을 내는 도구의 다양한 변경이 가능하다.
광안내부(130)는 광모듈(120)에서 발생되는 빛을 안내하고, 빛의 재귀반사를 방지한다.
이러한 광안내부(130)는 투명부재(110)에 구비되고, 광원(126)과 대응되게 배치되는 광튜브(132) 및 광원(126)의 빛이 광튜브(132)에 의해 안내되도록 하여 재귀반사를 방지하는 재귀반사방지부(135)를 포함한다. 즉 광안내부(130)의 광튜브(132)와 재귀반사방지부(135)에 의해 해당방향으로만 빛을 조사할 수 있고, 재귀반사를 방지할 수 있어 비해당방향으로 발생하는 번쩍거림이나 눈부심을 방지할 수 있다. 한편, 본 실시예에서는 광튜브(132)가 광원(126)과 대응되게 배치되는 배치관계를 광튜브(132)와 광원(126)이 일직선 방향으로 이격되게 배치되는 경우를 예로 들어 설명하기로 한다.
광튜브(132)는 투명부재(110)에 형성되는 수용홀(112)에 구비된다. 이때, 수용홀(112)은 원형, 각형 등 다양한 형상으로 관통 형성되고, 광튜브(132)는 수용홀(112)에 대응되도록 원형, 각형 등 다양한 형상의 바형태로 형성된다. 광튜브(132)는 수용홀(112)에 수용되어 접착 등의 방법에 의해 고정된다.
재귀반사방지부(135)는 도 6에서 도시된 바와 같이 광튜브(132) 둘레면에 형성되는 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)을 포함한다. 재쉬반사방지코팅층(136)은 광원(126)으로부터 조사된 빛이 반사 또는 흡수되는 코팅층으로 광튜브(132)의 입사면과 출사면을 제외한 투명부재(110)와 접하는 둘레면에 구비된다. 이는 Al, Ag, SUS 등의 반사율이 높은 금속막의 미러코팅(Mirror Coating)으로 구성되거나, 광튜브(132)보다 굴절률이 낮은 수지로 된 클래드코팅(Clad Coating)으로 구성되거나, 도료, 수지 등의 반사 또는 흡수 코팅으로 구성되어 빛을 반사시키거나 흡수하여 측면으로 투과되는 것을 차단한다. 즉, 광튜브(132)와 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)에 의해 투명한 특성으로 광원(126)으로부터 나오는 빛을 전면으로 투과시키며 투명부재(110)로는 차단시킴으로써, 재귀반사를 방지할 수 있다. 이때, 광원(126)의 발광면 크기를 A, 광튜브(132)의 입사면 크기를 B라 할때, A≤B 이고, 광튜브(132)의 외곽크기를 C, 투명부재(110)의 수용홀(112) 크기를 D라 할 때, C≤D를 만족하도록 구성된다.
재귀반사방지부(135)는 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)을 보호하는 보호코팅층(137)을 포함한다. 보호코팅층(137)은 유, 무기성 또는 혼성재료의 UV 또는 열경화형 타입으로 이루어져 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)의 벗겨짐 등의 손상을 방지한다.
재귀반사방지부(135)는 광원(126)의 측면에 구비되어 광원(126)으로부터 나온 빛이 광튜브(132) 이외의 곳으로 발산되는 것을 방지하는 라이트가스켓(138)을 포함한다. 라이트가스켓(138)은 도 4에서 도시된 바와 같이 고무, 실리콘, 플라스틱 등 빛에 대하여 비투과 특성을 지닌 재질로 이루어지고, 중앙에 광원(126)을 감싸는 개구홀이 형성되고, 투명부재(110)와 기판부재(122) 사이에 구비된다. 라이트가스켓(138)은 비투과 특성으로 광원(126)으로부터 나온 빛이 광튜브(132) 이외의 곳으로 발산되는 것을 차단 및 반사하고, 광튜브(132)로부터 재귀반사되는 빛도 차단 및 반사시킨다.
라이트가스켓(138)은 수용홀(112) 보다 크게 형성되어 투명부재(110)를 지지하고, 투명부재(110)와 광모듈(120) 사이에는 투명층(140)이 형성된다. 투명층(140)은 라이트가스켓(138)의 높이만큼 발생되는 공간일 수도 있고, 공간내에 충진되는 투명충진재일 수도 있다. 즉, 투명층(140)은 공간으로 내부에 공기 또는 가스가 충진될 수도 있고, 에폭시, 실리콘 등의 몰딩용 레진이 충진될 수도 있다.
투명층(140)에 투명충진재가 구비될 경우, 광모듈(120)을 보호함은 물론, 강성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치(100)의 제1변형예를 보인 사시도이고, 도 10은 도 9의 분해사시도이며, 도 11은 도 9의 측단면도이다.
도 9 내지 도 11을 참조하면, 본 실시예에 따른 광모듈(120)은 투명부재(110)와 겹쳐지게 배치되는 바 타입의 기판부재(122')와, 기판부재(122')에 구비되는 회로패턴(124), 및 회로패턴(124)에 일정간격 이격 배치되는 광원(126)을 포함한다.
기판부재(122)는 바 타입으로 일정 간격 이격되게 구비되어 도 9에서 도시된 바와 같이 안팎의 이미지를 투과할 수 있다.
한편, 도 12와 도 13은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치(100)의 제2변형예를 보인 도면이다. 도 12와 도 13에서 도시된 바와 같이 제2변형예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치(100)는 라이트가스켓(138)이 수용홀(112)에 내부에 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 광튜브(132)의 두께는 투명부재(110)의 두께보다 얇게 형성되고, 수용홀(112)에 광원(126)과 라이트가스켓(138)이 삽입되는 구조로 이루어질 수 있다(도 12 참고).
그리고, 광튜브(132)의 입광면에 요홈(132a)이 설치되고, 요홈(132a)에는 광원(126)이 수용되는 구조로 이루어질 수 있다. 이때, 라이트가스켓(138)은 광원(126)의 높이보다 낮은, 얇은 두께로 이루어질 수 있어 슬림한 투명 디스플레이장치(100)를 제공할 수 있다(도 13 참고).
한편, 도 14는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치(100)의 제3변형예를 보인 도면이다. 도 14에서 도시된 바와 같이 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)은 수용홀(112)의 내면에 형성될 수도 있다. 물론, 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)은 보호코팅층(137)에 의해 보호된다.
이하, 상기한 구조를 갖는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치의 제조방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 15는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치(100)의 제조방법을 보인 흐름도이다. 도 15를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치(100)의 제조방법은 광모듈(120)을 형성한다(S10). 광모듈(120)은 기판부재(122)의 상면에 ITO 또는 구리(Cu), 그래핀(Graphene) 등으로 이루어진 회로패턴(124)을 형성한다. 회로패턴(124)은 ITO를 스패터링 타켓(Spattering Target)으로 가공하여 기판부재(122)에 스패터링 하거나, ITO를 용해하여 기판부재(122)에 스프레이를 하거나, 기판부재(122)를 용액에 침적시키는 방법으로 형성할 수 있다.
이처럼 형성된 회로패턴(124)에 광원(126)을 접착시킨다. 광원(126)은 회로패턴(124)에 전도성 접착제에 의해 부착 또는 납으로 납땜 될 수 있으며, 회로패턴(124)에 의해 광원(126)의 발광에 충분한 전류가 흐르게 되므로 광원(126)은 발광될 수 있다.
한편, 광모듈(120)은 도 9 내지 도 11에서 도시된 바와 같이 바 타입의 기판부재(122')로 이루어질 수 있다. 즉, 투명재질의 기판부재(122) 또는 일정간격 이격되는 바타입의 기판부재(122')로 이루어져 광모듈(120)은 안팎의 이미지를 투과할 수 있게 형성된다.
이후, 투명부재(110)에 수용홀(112)을 형성한다(S20). 수용홀(112)은 광모듈(120)의 광원(126)과 대응되게 배치되며, 광튜브(132)가 삽입될 수 있도록 동일한 형상으로 형성된다. 즉, 광튜브(132)는 원형, 각형 등 다양한 형상으로 형성될 수 있어 수용홀(112) 또한 광튜브(132)와 대응되는 형상으로 투명부재(110)에 관통되어 형성된다.
그리고, 수용홀(112)에 광모듈(120)의 광원(126)에서 조사되는 빛이 일측으로 출사되도록 재귀반사방지부(135)가 형성된다(S30). 우선, 수용홀(112)에 삽입될 수 있는 광튜브(132)를 형성한다(S31). 광튜브(132)는 수용홀(112)과 대응되는 바타입으로 형성된다.
재귀반사방지부(135)는 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)과 라이트가스켓(138)로 구성되며, 광튜브(132)의 둘레면에는 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)이 형성된다(S32). 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)은 광튜브(132) 둘레면에 Al, Ag, SUS 등의 반사율이 높은 금속막의 미러코팅(Mirror Coating)으로 구성되거나, 광튜브(132)보다 굴절률이 낮은 수지로 된 클래드코팅(Clad Coating)으로 구성되거나, 도료, 수지 등의 반사 또는 흡수 코팅으로 구성된다. 이로 인해 광원(126)의 빛을 반사시키거나 흡수하여 측면으로 투과되는 것을 차단한다.
재귀반사방지코팅층(136)의 둘레면에는 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)의 손상을 방지하도록 유, 무기성 또는 혼성 재료의 UV 또는 열경화형 타입으로 이루어진 보호코팅층(137)이 형성된다(S33).
그리고, 광원(126)의 둘레면에 라이트가스켓(138)을 배치한다(S34). 라이트가스켓(138)은 고무, 실리콘, 플라스틱 등 빛에 대하여 비투과 특성을 지닌 재질로 이루어지며, 중앙에는 광원(126)이 수용되도록 개구되므로, 광원(126)의 둘레면을 감쌀 수 있고, 광원(126)의 측면으로 조사되는 빛을 차단 및 반사할 수 있다.
이후, 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)이 형성된 광튜브(132)를 수용홀(112)에 결합한다(S35).
한편, 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)은 변형예로서, 도 14에서 도시된 바와 같이 광튜브(132)의 둘레면이 아닌 수용홀(112)의 내면에 형성될 수도 있다.
이처럼 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)이 형성된 광튜브(132)는 투명부재(110)의 수용홀(112)에 삽입되어 고정된다.
상기한 상태에서 투명부재(110)와 광모듈(120)을 결합하여 부착한다(S40). 투명부재(110)와 광모듈(120)은 접착필름 또는 접착제, 브라켓 등에 의해 접착된다. 이때, 투명부재(110)와 기판부재(122) 사이에는 라이트가스켓(138)이 구비된 상태이다. 라이트가스켓(138)은 비투과 특성으로 광원(126)으로부터 나온 빛이 광튜브(132) 이외의 곳으로 발산되는 것을 차단 및 반사하고, 광튜브(132)로부터 재귀반사되는 빛도 차단 및 반사시킨다.
라이트가스켓(138)의 높이에 의해 투명부재(110)와 기판부재(122) 사이에는 투명층(140)이 형성되는데, 투명층(140)은 공기, 가스가 충진될 수도 있고, 에폭시, 실리콘 등의 몰딩용 레진이 충진될 수도 있다. 투명층(140)에 몰딩용 레진이 충진될 경우, 기판부재(122)에 상면에 형성되는 회로패턴(124)을 마찰력으로부터 보호할 수 있으며, 외부충격을 완화할 수 있어 파손을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 라이트가스켓(138)은 변형예로서, 도 12와 도 13에서 도시된 바와 같이 수용홀(112)의 내부에 구비되도록 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 광튜브(132)의 두께는 투명부재(110)의 두께보다 얇게 형성되어 수용홀(112)에 광원(126)과 라이트가스켓(138)이 삽입되는 구조로 이루어질 수 있다(도 12 참고). 또한, 광튜브(132)의 입광면에 요홈(132a)이 설치되고, 요홈(132a)에는 광원(126)이 수용되는 구조로 이루어질 수도 있다(도 13 참고). 상기한 같은 구조는 슬림한 투명디스플레이장치를 제공할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 제조된 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치의 작용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
우선, 전원공급기, 컨트롤러 등으로부터 전기 또는 신호가 회로패턴(124)을 통해 광원(126)에 공급되며, 광원(126)의 발광된 빛은 광안내부(130)에 의해 빛의 재귀반사 및 산란이 원천적으로 차단되며 대부분의 빛이 외부로 유도되게 하여 빛의 효율을 증대시킨다. 이를 자세히 설명하면, 도 8에서 도시된 바와 같이 광원(126)에서 발광되는 빛은 광튜브(132)의 둘레에 구비되는 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)과 광원(126)의 둘레면에 구비되는 라이트가스켓(138)에 의해 반사 또는 흡수되어 광튜브(132)를 통해 출사면으로 전달된다.
도 8의 A는 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)과 라이트가스켓(138)에 의해 빛이 반사되어 광튜브(132)의 출사면을 통해 외부로 조사되는 광경로를 보인 것이고, 도 8의 B는 광튜브(132)의 출사면 이외의 광경로를 갖는 빛이 재귀반사방지코팅층(136)과 라이트가스켓(138)에 의해 흡수되는 것을 보인 것이다.
이로 인해, 광원(126)의 빛은 광튜브(132)만을 따라 출사될 수 있으므로, 전반사, 면반사 및 회로패턴(124)이나 부재 표면의 요철 또는 오염물을 만나 빛이 산란되는 것을 방지할 수 있어 빛 효율을 극대화할 수 있다.
가령, 건물의 유리창, 전시장의 투명간판이나 유리문 또는 상점의 쇼윈도, 자동차의 뒷유리에 투명 디스플레이장치(100)가 적용되며, 유리창의 뒤가 휜히 보이는 투명한 유리상태에서 다양한 색상의 빛이 나오며 문자나 영상을 디스플레이 할 수 있고, 재귀반사를 방지할 수 있어 실내의 빛 공해를 방지함은 물론, 명암비 및 투과 시인성이 향상될 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 투명 디스플레이장치에 의하면, 해당 방향으로만 빛이 조사되게 함으로써, 비해당 방향에 발생되는 번쩍거림, 눈부심 등과 같은 실내의 빛 공해를 방지할 수 있고, 명암비가 떨어지며 투과시인성이 저하되는 유해요소를 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 하여 설명되었으나, 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 특허청구범위에 의해서 정하여져야 할 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 투명부재;
    상기 투명부재에 구비되는 광모듈; 및
    상기 광모듈에서 발생되는 빛을 안내하고, 빛의 재귀반사를 방지하는 광안내부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 광모듈은,
    상기 투명부재에 겹쳐지게 배치되는 기판부재;
    상기 기판부재에 구비되는 회로패턴; 및
    상기 회로패턴에 일정간격 이격배치되는 광원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 기판부재는 투명재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 기판부재는 바타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 광안내부는,
    상기 투명부재에 구비되고, 상기 광원과 대응되게 배치되는 광튜브; 및
    상기 광원의 빛이 상기 광튜브에 의해 안내되도록 하여 재귀반사를 방지하는 재귀반사방지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 광튜브는 상기 투명부재에 형성되는 수용홀에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 재귀반사방지부는 상기 광튜브 둘레면 또는 상기 수용홀의 내측면에 형성되는 재귀반사방지코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 재귀반사방지부는 상기 재귀반사방지코팅층을 보호하는 보호코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  9. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 재귀반사방지부는 상기 광원의 측면에 구비되어 상기 광원으로부터 나온 빛이 상기 광튜브 이외의 곳으로 발산되는 것을 방지하는 라이트가스켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 라이트가스켓은 상기 수용홀보다 크게 형성되어 상기 투명부재를 지지하고;
    상기 투명부재와 상기 광모듈 사이에는 투명층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  11. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 라이트가스켓은 상기 수용홀내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치.
  12. (a) 광모듈을 형성하는 단계;
    (b) 투명부재에 수용홀을 형성하는 단계;
    (c) 상기 수용홀에 상기 광모듈의 광원에서 조사되는 빛이 일측으로 출사되도록 재귀반사방지부를 형성하는 단계; 및
    (d) 상기 투명부재와 상기 광모듈을 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치의 제조방법.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 광원 둘레에는 라이트가스켓이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레장치의 제조방법.
  14. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계는,
    상기 수용홀에 삽입되는 광튜브를 형성하는 단계;
    상기 광원에서 조사되는 빛이 상기 광튜브를 통해 일측으로 출사되도록 재귀반사방지코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
    상기 재귀반사방지코팅층을 보호하기 위해 보호코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
    상기 광원의 둘레면에 라이트가스켓을 배치하는 단계; 및
    상기 광튜브를 상기 수용홀에 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 디스플레이장치의 제조방법.
