한국등록실용신안 제20-0421283호(2006. 07. 04 등록)는 배낭후면 하단부에 주머니를 착설하여 안쪽에 엉덩이안착부재와 허리끈연결부위, 그리고 허리끈등 아기띠부분을 연결하고 주머니 입구에 지퍼를 달아, 지퍼를 열어 아기띠부분을 펼치면 아기띠로 변신하고 이 부분을 주머니 안에 접어 넣고 지퍼를 채우면 배낭으로 쓸 수 있도록 고안된 아기띠 겸용 배낭을 제공한다.
그러나 이러한 종래의 가방은 배낭 배면 하부에 허리띠가 구비되어 있어 허리를 감싸 체결시킨 후 어깨에 가방의 무게를 분산시키는 구조로 구성되어 있어 허리가 답답할 수 있으며, 더운 날씨에 허리띠를 체결하면 허리띠와 맞닿는 부분에 땀이 차 피부 트러블을 유발할 수 있는 단점이 있다.
또한, 가방 제작 비용 또한 증가되는 단점이 있다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 전술한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 사용자가 양쪽 어깨에 가방을 메는 경우 가방의 하부에 형성된 고리를 통해 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 걸어 가방의 무게를 분산시키기 위한 기능성 가방에 관한 것이다.
이러한 과제를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명의 한 특징에 따르면, 내부에 수납공간을 가지는 몸체부; 상기 몸체부의 배면에 형성되어, 사용자의 양쪽 어깨에 착용하기 위한 어깨끈부; 및 상기 몸체부의 배면 하부에 형성되어, 사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 걸어 상기 몸체부의 무게를 분산하기 위한 걸이부를 포함하는 기능성 가방을 제공한다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 걸이부는, 사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 걸어 주기 위한 걸이부재; 상기 걸이부재의 양쪽을 각각 고정하기 위한 두 개의 고정부재; 및 상기 고정부재를 상기 몸체부의 배면 하부에 각각 장착하기 위한 두 개의 장착부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
일 실시 예에서, 상기 장착부재는, 상기 고정부재를 삽입 장착하기 위한 장착홀이 형성되도록 양측을 상기 몸체부의 배면 하부에 박음질하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명에 의하면, 기능성 가방은 가방의 무게가 어깨와 허리에 있지 않고 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 무게가 실리기 때문에 사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 걸어 어깨와 허리의 부담을 줄여 어깨와 허리를 보호해주며, 가방의 스타일을 살릴 수 있도록 한다. 또한 가방의 배면 하부에 고리를 구비하여 가방 제작이 단순하고 효율적이며 제조단가 또한 저렴하게 소요되는 효과가 있다.

이제 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 기능성 가방에 대하여 도면을 참고로 하여 상세하게 설명한다.

도 1를 참조하면, 기능성 가방은 몸체부(100), 어깨끈부(200), 걸이부(300)를 포함한다.
몸체부(100)는 상부가 개방되어 내부에 수납공간을 가지도록 형성되며, 나일론, 가죽, 면, 스웨이드, 합성수지 중 어느 하나 이상의 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 또한 몸체부(100)의 전면 또는 측면에는 다수 개의 수납공간이 구비될 수 있으며, 이러한 수납공간은 지퍼 형태, 단추 형태, 자석 형태 등 다양한 형태로 개폐가능하도록 할 수 있다.
어깨끈부(200)는 사용자의 양쪽 어깨에 착용하기 위해 몸체부(100)의 배면 즉 사용자의 등에 접하는 부분에 형성된다. 더욱 자세히는, 어깨끈부(200)는 좌측과 우측에 각각 구비되는데, 몸체부(100)의 상부와 하부를 연결하도록 형성하여 사용자의 양쪽 어깨에 착용된다.
일 실시 예에서, 어깨끈부(200)는 사용자의 양쪽 어깨와 접하는 부분에 충격쿠션(미도시)를 형성할 수 있으며, 충격쿠션(미도시)는 어깨 굴곡에 대응하도록 만곡지게 형성될 수 있으며, 사용자가 몸체부(100)를 휴대하기 위해 어깨끈부(200)를 착용할 시에 몸체부(100)의 무게에 따라 신체에 전달되는 충격을 줄일 수 있다.
걸이부(300)는 몸체부(100)의 배면 하부에 형성되어, 사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 걸이 몸체부(100)의 무게를 분산시켜 준다. 여기서 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분은 사용자의 허리띠 즉 벨트 또는 하의의 골반 윗부분일 수 있다.
종래의 가방은 몸체부, 어깨끈부 및 사용자의 허리에 감싸도록 착용하여 몸체부의 하중을 분산시키는 허리띠를 구비했다면, 본 발명의 가방은 몸체부(100), 어깨끈부(200) 및 사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류부분에 걸이부(300)를 걸어 몸체부(100)의 하중을 분산시키도록 할 수 있다. 이는 사용자의 골반 위에 착용한 벨트나 의류를 가방 배면 부분 사이에 걸어 고정하도록 구성하여, 가방의 외관상 미려함을 유지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용자가 편리하고 간편하게 걸어 사용할 수 있어 효과적이다.
즉, 기능성 가방은 무게가 사용자의 어깨와 허리에 있지 않고 골반 위 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 실려 어깨와 허리를 보호할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 어깨에 50kg의 가방을 착용하면 어깨, 허리, 골반 및 다리에서 가방의 무게가 전달되지만 동일한 무게의 가방을 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 걸어 착용한다면 어깨와 허리에 가방의 무게를 분산시키기 때문에 가방의 전체 무게가 실리지 않아 효과적이다.

우선 도 2에서 설명한 걸이부재(310a)와 도 3에서 설명한 걸이부재(310b) 중 어느 하나 이상에 적용될 수 있으므로, 편의상 걸이부재(310a, 320b)를 통합하여 설명하도록 한다.

체결홀(325)은 가이드수단(323)에 좌우방향으로 관통되도록 형성되며, 누름스위치(326)의 하부를 눌렀을 경우 걸이부재(310)가 상하로 슬라이드 이동되며, 누름스위치(326)에 외부 힘을 가하지 않았을 경우 체결수단(324)은 걸이부재(310)에 체결되도록 하기 위한 홀인 것이다.
누름스위치(326)는 체결홀(325)에 삽입되어, 힌지축(327)에 의해 회동가능하도록 형성된다. 누름스위치(326)는 상부가 체결홀(325)에 삽입되고, 상부와 하부 사이에는 힌지축(327)이 설치되어 힌지축(327)에 의해 하부를 눌러 회동가능하도록 하는 것이다.
스프링(328)은 누름스위치(326)의 하부 즉 누름스위치(326)와 가이드수단(323) 사이에 설치되며, 누름스위치(326)를 탄력 지지하도록 한다.
걸이부재(310)는 체결수단(324)이 체결 고정되기 위해 측면이 요철형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 더욱 자세히는 걸이부재(310)의 요철형상은 오목한 형상과 볼록한 형상이 굴곡지게 형성되도록 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 누름스위치(326)의 하부 부분을 눌렀을 경우 힌지축(327)에 의해 회동되면서 스프링(328)에 탄성력을 제공하며 눌러지고 누름스위치(326)의 상부 부분이 들리면서 걸이부재(310)는 상하로 슬라이드 이동하도록 한다. 이는 사용자가 어깨끈부(200)의 길이 조절을 하면서 걸이부(300)의 높이 조절을 동시에 함으로써, 사용자의 상체 및 하체에 따른 길이조절을 가능하게 하여 가방을 멜 때 몸체부(100)의 무게를 효과적으로 분산시켜 우수한 기능성 가방을 제공할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시 예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시 예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이는 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다. 따라서 본 발명의 사상은 아래에 기재된 특허청구범위에 의해서만 파악되어야 하고, 이의 균등 또는 등가적 변형 모두는 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 내부에 수납공간을 가지는 몸체부;
    상기 몸체부의 배면에 형성되어, 사용자의 양쪽 어깨에 착용하기 위한 어깨끈부; 및
    상기 몸체부의 배면 하부에 형성되어, 사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 걸어 상기 몸체부의 무게를 분산하기 위한 걸이부를 포함하는 기능성 가방.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이부는,
    사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 걸어 주기 위한 걸이부재;
    상기 걸이부재의 양쪽을 각각 고정하기 위한 두 개의 고정부재; 및
    상기 고정부재를 상기 몸체부의 배면 하부에 각각 장착하기 위한 두 개의 장착부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 장착부재는,
    상기 고정부재를 삽입 장착하기 위한 장착홀이 형성되도록 양측을 상기 몸체부의 배면 하부에 박음질하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이부는,
    사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 걸어 주기 위한 걸이부재;
    상기 몸체부 배면 하부에 형성되어, 상기 걸이부재를 돌출시키기 위한 돌출홀;
    상기 걸이부재의 양쪽을 각각 고정하기 위한 두 개의 고정부재; 및
    상기 걸이부재가 상기 돌출홀에 돌출된 상태에서 상기 몸체부의 배면 하부 내면에 장착하기 위한 장착부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 장착부재는,
    상기 고정부재를 덮어 장착하도록 상기 몸체부의 배면 하부 내면에 테두리를 따라 박음질하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
  6. 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부재와 상기 장착부재 사이에 마련되어, 상기 고정부재가 미끄러지지 않고 고정되기 위한 미끄럼 방지부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
  7. 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 고정부재는,
    상기 걸이부재의 양측에 각각 접하여, 상기 걸이부재를 상하로 슬라이드 이동시켜주기 위한 두 개의 가이드수단; 및
    상기 가이드수단에 각각 마련되어, 상기 걸이부재에 체결되기 위한 체결수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 체결수단은,
    상기 가이드수단에 좌우방향으로 관통되도록 형성된 체결홀;
    상기 체결홀에 삽입되어, 힌지축에 의해 회동가능하도록 형성된 누름스위치; 및
    상기 누름스위치의 하부에 설치되어, 상기 누름스위치를 탄력지지하기 위한 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이부재는,
    상기 체결수단이 체결 고정되기 위해 측면이 요철형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
  10. 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이부재는,
    하부 일부분을 감싸도록 구비하여, 탄성에 의해 사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분을 보호하기 위한 보호패드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
  11. 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이부재는,
    집게 형상으로 형성된 상기 고리가 사용자의 골반에 걸쳐진 벨트나 의류의 골반부분에 집어 걸도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 가방.
