本发明创造涉及电器和插座技术领域,具体来说是涉及一种扩展式组合模块电源插座及应用。
[背景技术]
众所周知,插座可插入各种接线,便于与其电路接通,电源插座是为家用电器提供电源接口的电气设备,现有的产品很多,插座的结构从单个插座发展为多个插座或组合式插座,由于目前市售插座普遍存在着4大问题,①插座不够用,只能在插座上连接插座或更换更多插孔的插座,导致插座闲置浪费;②移动用电器时多孔插座通常不能跟随移动,使用不便;③插头之间相互干扰,大插头占据了两个以上的插头空间;④插头和插座形状不匹配,插头插不进去,无法单独选择插座。为满足市场需求,解决消费者对插座的需要,提供一种结构新颖、拆装组合方便的扩展式组合模块的电源插座。
[发明内容]
本发明创造的核心是模块化单个电源插座,利用平行四边形的中心对称性原理解决了模块插座的连接问题,实现了任意两个模块的同向及反向连接,解决了插头之间空间不足而不能插入和模块自由移动及组合的问题。
为了实现上述目的,发明一种扩展式组合模块电源插座,包括单个插座和插座内插接部及电源连接线,主模块插座1左右两侧分别插入连接第一扩展模块插座2和第二扩展模块插座3,在第一扩展模块插座2右侧壁和第二扩展模块 插座3左侧壁分别依次插入连接若干个扩展模块插座,在若干个扩展模块插座的后一个插座侧壁上设有插入连接的绝缘盖板4,在主模块插座1和第一扩展模块插座2及第二扩展模块插座3左右两侧插入连接的凹槽处等距离设有上中下地线10、火线11、零线12三个插孔,所述的三个插孔内设有弹片式双向滑动电源触点,所述的主模块插座1和若干个扩展模块插座及绝缘体盖板4的壳体底部设有若干个定位杆锁定机构8,每套插座可以根据需求自由组合插座的形状及数量,可以随电器的移动、增减而将模块移动和增减。
主模块插座1上设有电源连接线、保险丝、开关、电源LED指示灯、额定功率、电压、电流显示表和地线、火线、零线三个金属插接部及导线。
该插座的插入连接是每个模块的插槽利用平行四边形中心对称匹配设计,模块沿插槽方向移动,每个模块以平行于插槽的中心轴线旋转180度后完全吻合,吻合部位包含地线、火线、零线三个插孔及弹片式双向滑动电源触点。
该插座两个模块连接采用同向安装,电源插孔在同一面,两个模块连接采用反向安装,电源插孔为一正一反,所述的模块采用正向或反向安装,始终为地线、火线、两线的接线方式,每个模块的插座接线符合电源接线标准。
第一扩展模块插座2和第二扩展模块插座3采用两孔或三孔或四孔或多孔组合的插座或双面插座,所述的插座内设有金属插接部及导电材料。
弹片式双向滑动电源触点采用优良导体加弹性钢片或导片加弹簧组成,形状为两段弧线相切后挤压导通电流,确保触点上下滑动。
定位杆锁定机构8设置在每个模块底部,采用嵌入式弹性圆杆,用来锁止 模块插入连接后沿插槽方向滑动,所述的定位杆锁定机构8也可替换纵向自锁结构。
主模块插座1的左侧或右侧单向一次连接若干个扩展模块插座,实现了在主模块上双向扩展插座,减少了电源触点数量。
该插座应用于工业用插座、电脑插座、民用插座、移动插座技术领域。
本发明创造同现有技术相比,该组合模块电源插座结构简单、使用方便、安全可靠,可单向或双向扩展、可反向连接、拆装移动方便、功耗更低,解决了目前市售同类产品的突出问题,其创新点在于四个方面:
1.利用平行四边形中心对称性解决了正反向安装拆卸问题及电源接线定义不变的问题;
2.任意两个模块都可左右、正反安装,实现了在主模块上双向扩展插座,减少了电源触点数量,降低了功耗;
3.每套插座可以根据需求自由组合插座的形状及数量(额定功率之内),可以随电器的移动、增减而将模块移动和增减;
4.通过反向安装可以确保每个插座都可使用,带电源适配器的插头也可以轻松插入,避免相邻插头因空间不足而无法插入。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明中主模块壳体采用塑料或胶木或金属制成,壳体上设有电源接线、电源指示灯、保险丝、总开关、额定功率等,所述三孔插座的三个金属插接部通过导线对应连接主模块左右侧壁三个插孔中插点。
扩展模块:壳体采用塑料或胶木或金属材料制成,不同国家的电源插座标准不同,壳体上设有多形状插座、双面同种形状的插座,一个模块正反面均有插孔,形状相同,所述插孔的金属插接部通过导线对应连接扩展模块左右侧壁三个插孔中插点。
绝缘盖板(图8)两块形状相同,壳体采用塑料或胶木或金属材料制成,可以互换,壳体采用塑料或胶木或金属材料制成,一套组合只需两块(盖于左右两端)。
定位杆锁定机构(图7)模块底部连接处设计有滑动定位杆,以防止使用过程中模块之间平行滑动。需要分拆、安装时可方便的取下定位杆;定位杆安装在相邻两个模块的底部,如果模块装错则无法安装定位杆,电源触点也不会导通(通过定位电源触点的上下位置可轻松实现),这样可以避免因错误安装而产生危险。
地线、火线、零线三个弹性电源触点位于模块连接面的中轴线,模块安装好后,电源触点之间可以在弹片的挤压下良好接触,即使强烈振动也不会断路,并且触点顺序及接线顺序不会改变,这样每个模块的地线、火线、零线的安装均符合标准接法,不会因为模块反向安装而改变,关闭主模块总电源后即可实现模块之间安全连接;所述的纵向自锁装置可以壳体上采用插销式自锁装置式 螺母式或其他公知的锁定装置。
通过反向安装可以确保每个插座都可使用,带电源适配器的插头也可以轻松插入,避免相邻插头因空间不足而无法插入,产品使用及安装方法非常简单,一般有些电学基础知识的用户不看说明书就会安装和使用;可以根据实际需求采购模块的种类和数量,各种不同国家标准的插头都可以独立购买,安装及连接方法完全相同,可轻松实现该产品的全球市场拓展;使用电器增、减、移动时可以方便地增加、减少、移动插座模块,主插座模块上会标识额定功率,通过简单计算就可以知道用电器是否过载,万一用电负荷过载也无需担心,插座上的保险熔断后用户自然明白原因所在。

  1. 一种扩展式组合模块电源插座,包括单个插座和插座内插接部及电源连接线,其特征在于主模块插座(1)左右两侧分别插入连接第一扩展模块插座(2)和第二扩展模块插座(3),在第一扩展模块插座(2)右侧壁和第二扩展模块插座(3)左侧壁分别依次插入连接若干个扩展模块插座,在若干个扩展模块插座的后一个插座侧壁上设有插入连接的绝缘盖板(4),在主模块插座(1)和第一扩展模块插座(2)及第二扩展模块插座(3)左右两侧插入连接的凹槽处等距离设有上中下地线(10)、火线(11)、零线(12)三个插孔,所述的三个插孔内设有弹片式双向滑动电源触点,所述的主模块插座(1)和若干个扩展模块插座及绝缘体盖板(4)的壳体底部设有若干个定位杆锁定机构(8)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种扩展式组合模块电源插座,其特征在于主模块插座(1)上设有电源连接线、保险丝、开关、电源LED指示灯、额定功率、电压、电流显示表和地线、火线、零线三个金属插接部及导线。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种扩展式组合模块电源插座,其特征在于该插座的插入连接是每个模块的插槽利用平行四边形中心对称匹配设计,模块沿插槽方向移动,每个模块以平行于插槽的中心轴线旋转180度后完全吻合,吻合部位包含地线、火线、零线三个插孔及弹片式双向滑动电源触点。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种扩展式组合模块电源插座,其特征在于该插座两个模块连接采用同向安装,电源插孔在同一面,两个模块连接采用反向安装,电源插孔为一正一反,所述的模块采用正向或反向安装,始终为地线、火线、两线的接线方式,每个模块的插座接线符合电源接线标准。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种扩展式组合模块电源插座,其特征在于第一扩展模块插座(2)和第二扩展模块插座(3)采用两孔或三孔或四孔或多孔组合的插座或双面插座,所述的插座内设有金属插接部及导电材料。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种扩展式组合模块电源插座,其特征在于弹片式双向滑动电源触点采用导体加弹性钢片或导片加弹簧组成,形状为两段弧线导体相切后挤压导通电流,确保触点上下滑动。
