1. 本发明塔式交通安全警示装置, 其采用通过转轴将支架铰接于塔座的下端部, 且呼救 灯可拆卸的安装于塔座上, 使其为可收缩结构, 便于携带及放置。
2. 本发明塔式交通安全警示装置, 其采用可拆卸的塔座、 前支脚和后支脚, 以便于装置 的拆装和维护。
3. 本发明塔式交通安全警示装置, 其采用塔式支架结构, 且设置多处限制结构, 以提高 其放置地面上准确的可视效果, 和抗风、 防风的稳定性。
4. 本发明塔式交通安全警示装置, 其采用反光警示片安装于各支脚的表面, 并配合各支 脚的角度, 其可视距离更大, 具有远距离警示效果。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明:
如图 1所示, 本发明一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其包括塔座 10和支架。 所述支架包括 前支脚和后支脚 30, 所述前支脚包括对称结构的第一前支脚 20和第二前支脚 21。 所述第一 前支脚 20、 所述第二前支脚 21和所述后支脚 30通过各自的转轴铰接于所述塔座 10的下端 部,所述后支脚 30的转轴的延长线分别与所述第一前支脚 20和所述第二前支脚 21的转轴的 延长线相互垂直, 此结构确保该塔式交通安全警示装置在受到转轴的转动方向以外的力或者 其中一个转轴的转动方向的力时, 其它各支脚不受影响, 支架稳定性更高。 所述第一前支脚 20和所述第二前支脚 21展开成 30~40° 夹角,所述第一前支脚 20和所述第二前支脚 21展开 后形成的平面与所述塔座 10的所在平面成 60~70° 夹角, 所述后支脚 30展开后与所述塔座 10的所在平面成 60~70° 夹角。 所述第一前支脚 20和所述第二前支脚 21的下端部装有固定 横板 40, 所述第一前支脚 20、所述第二前支脚 21和所述固定横板 40的表面设置反光警示片 26。 所述后支脚 30的表面设置感叹号形反光警示片 31。 所述反光警示片 26和所述感叹号形 反光警示片 31 为同一材质, 为高透光材料 (如: PC、 亚克力) 制成, 常用到的为反光晶格 片。
进一步的,所述第一前支脚 20和所述第二前支脚 21横向开合,所述后支脚 30纵向开合, 所述横向开合和所述纵向开合为如图 1、 3、 4所示的开合方向, 即以图 1中所述警示装置展 开后的可视面的左右方向为横向, 垂直于此可视面的方向为纵向。 所述第一前支脚 20、 所述 第二前支脚 21和所述后支脚 30展开形成三角支架, 如图 1。 所述第一前支脚 20和所述第二 前支脚 21相对旋转约 90度展开使反光板向前, 具体的如, 所述相对旋转为所述第一前支脚 20和所述第二前支脚 21分别以顺时针和逆时针旋转约 90度。 每根支脚也可采用分段式螺纹 伸缩结构, 调整支架高度。 所述塔式交通安全警示装置在收拢状态下, 所述第一前支脚 20、 所述第二前支脚 21、 固定横板 40和所述后支脚 30收拢呈平行或接近平行状态, 如图 3。
所述塔式交通安全警示装置展开立于地面时, 所述第一前支脚和所述第二前支脚横向展 开成 30~40° 夹角, 所述后支脚 30的表面设置的感叹号形反光警示片 31正好置于由所述第 一前支脚 20、 所述第二前支脚 21和所述固定横板 40的表面设置的反光警示片 26组成的三 角形的正中后部。 其展开后, 所述第一前支脚和所述第二前支脚形成的平面与所述塔座成 60-70° 夹角, 所述后支脚与所述塔座成 60~70° 夹角, 反光晶体模块的 R角角度, 结合所述 前支脚展开时, 所述前支脚与水平线的夹角及所述后支脚与水平线的夹角, 实现了入射光水 平射入, 反射光斜向上反射, 合理地利用了车灯与人眼的高度差, 人眼在前方看到的是感叹 号正好置于三角形中间, 起到警示作用, 且可视距离可达到 200米。 进一步的, 所述塔式交通安全警示装置还包括呼救灯, 所述呼救灯以可拆卸的方式安装 于所述塔座 10的顶部。所述塔式交通安全警示装置展开立于地面时, 所述第一前支脚和所述 第二前支脚展开后形成的平面与所述塔座成的夹角等于所述后支脚展开后与所述塔座成的夹 角, 确保所述塔座水平, 所述呼救灯可以平稳的连接于所述塔座 10的顶部。 该可拆卸的方式 为磁力吸接方式、螺纹旋接方式或插拔卡接方式等,所述呼救灯为现有技术中的独立产品(如
LED警示部件、 LED警示信号装置), 可单独使用, 充当便携呼救灯。
进一步的, 如图 2、 3、 4所示, 所述固定横板 40的一端铰接于所述第一前支脚 20的下 端部, 所述固定横板 40的另一端设有 S形搭钩 41 ; 所述 S形搭钩 41分别与所述第一前支脚 20的上端部设置的第一挂钩 43和所述第二前支脚 21的下端部设置的第二挂钩 42配合卡接。 当出现交通事故、 或车辆或道路需要维修时, 将所述塔式交通安全警示装置展开, 所述 S形 搭钩 41卡接于所述第二挂钩 42, 使所述塔式交通安全警示装置更加稳定的立于地面; 当故 障排除, 需要收起所述塔式交通安全警示装置时, 所述 S形搭钩 41卡接于所述第一挂钩 43, 便于折叠。
进一步的, 如图 5、 6所示, 所述第一前支脚 20和所述第二前支脚 21为对称结构的前支 脚, 所述前支脚可为一体成型, 也可为可拆分的组合结构, 优选为组合结构, 便于使用维护。 所述前支脚为组合结构的一实施例为, 所述前支脚包括前支脚主体 22、连接件 23和销钉 24。 所述前支脚主体 22的上端连接有膨胀管 25, 所述膨胀管 25的上端沿半径方向自圆心向外延 伸有维持部 251。 所述维持部 251的上端口 (包括维持部) 具有至少 1个竖向开口, 以受力 压缩时, 所述维持部 251 的上端口直径变小, 撤销力时, 恢复原直径大小。 所述维持部 251 可向上延伸为锥形, 便于插接。 所述连接件 23包括连接件主体 233、 前支脚转轴 231和套管 232, 所述连接件主体 233的两侧设置所述前支脚转轴 231, 所述连接件主体 233的下端连通 所述套管 232, 所述套管 232的上下端为敞口。 所述膨胀管 25的外径与所述套管 232的内径 相比相等或略小, 所述维持部 251的下端外径大于所述套管 232的内径, 所述销钉 24的外径 与所述膨胀管 25的内径相当。 安装时, 所述膨胀管 25伸入所述套管 232, 所述膨胀管 25的 上端口受力向内缩小, 当所述维持部 251穿过所述套管 232的上端口时, 所述膨胀管 25受力 撤销, 所述膨胀管 25 (包括所述维持部 251 ) 恢复原始状态, 使所述维持部 251卡接于所述 套管 232的上端口。再将所述销钉 24插入所述膨胀管 25内, 确保所述膨胀管 25不会因外力 作用与所述套管 232脱离。 此结构使所述前支脚主体 22与所述连接件 23转动连接, 所述前 支脚主体 22可相对于所述连接体 23以所述套管 232的中轴线为旋转轴进行旋转, 因所述前 支脚的表面设置反光警示片, 其通常具有一定宽度, 所述前支脚主体可旋转到适度角度, 便 于折叠收起, 维护拆装。
进一步的, 所述套管 232的下端开有限位槽 235, 所述膨胀管 25的下端设置挡块 252, 所述挡块 252与所述限位槽 235配合控制所述前支脚主体 22相对所述连接件 23的可旋转角 度为 0~90° , 以避免当所述塔式交通安全警示装置立于地面时, 所述前支脚主体再次转动, 影响所述塔式交通安全警示装置的稳定性。 优选的方案为, 所述前支脚主体的旋转角度为 90 进一步的,所述第一前支脚 20和所述第二前支脚 21的前支脚主体 22的上端内侧分别设 置相配合的凸起 221和凹槽 222。 当所述塔式交通安全警示装置立于地面时, 旋转所述前支 脚主体 22使反光警示片 26置于前方, 所述凸起 221和所述凹槽 222扣合, 二次锁紧定位。
进一步的, 所述塔座 10包括塔灯座 11和塔座母体 12, 所述塔灯座 11和所述塔座母体 12扣合形成容纳所述连接件主体 233和所述前支脚转轴 231的机械腔, 所述塔座母体 12开 有供所述套管 232穿过, 并安装所述前支脚转轴 231的槽 121。 安装时, 将所述连接件 23的 所述套管 232由上方穿过所述槽 121, 所述前支脚转轴置于所述槽 121内, 将所述膨胀管 25 由下方伸入所述套管 232, 使所述维持部 251卡接于所述套管 232的上端口, 将所述销钉 24 插入所述膨胀管 25内, 扣合所述塔灯座 11, 所述前支脚转轴 231可旋转地固定于由所述塔 灯座 11和所述塔座母体 12形成的机械腔内。
进一步的, 所述连接件主体 233上沿所述前支脚转轴 231的轴向两侧设置限制部 234, 所述槽 121的内侧壁上沿所述前支脚转轴 231的轴向设置与所述限制部 234相配合的限位卡 122。 以限制所述前支脚的展开角度, 并避免当所述塔式交通安全警示装置立于地面时, 因受 外力干扰张开过大角度使其倾斜, 甚至倒地。
进一步的, 所述后支脚 30为可拆卸结构。 所述后支脚 30的转轴为梨形转轴 32, 即其为 上端窄、 下端宽的形状。 所述塔座母体 12的底部设置方槽 13, 所述方槽 13的两侧壁开有与 所述梨形转轴 32相配合的轴孔, 且所述方槽 13开有使所述轴孔与外部相通的开口, 所述开 口的宽度小于所述轴孔的下端的宽度。 所述轴孔的由下至上的敞开角度取决于所述后支脚 30 展开时要达到的倾斜角度和折叠时的收合角度。 此结构限制了所述后支脚的展开角度, 并避 免当所述塔式交通安全警示装置立于地面时, 因受外力干扰张开过大角度使其倾斜, 甚至倒 地。 且所述后支脚 30为可伸缩结构, 所述前支脚展开后, 如上所述的所述前支脚与所述塔座 的夹角固定, 为确保所述塔座水平(也就是, 确保呼救灯置于所述塔座上时的稳定性), 可再 次调节所述后支脚的长短使所述塔座保持水平。
进一步的, 所述第一前支脚 20、 所述第二前支脚 21和所述后支脚 30的下端分别设置防 滑垫 27。 所述防滑垫 27可为橡胶制品, 以增加所述塔式交通安全警示装置与地面的摩擦力。 所述防滑垫 27的与地面接触的底面为, 当所述塔式交通安全警示装置立于地面时, 适应各支 脚倾斜角度的斜面。
以上所述仅为本发明较佳的实施方式, 并非用来限定本发明的实施范围, 但凡在本发明 的保护范围内所做的等效变化及修饰, 皆应认为落入了本发明的保护范围内。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其包括塔座和支架, 其特征在于, 所述支架包括第一前 支脚、 第二前支脚和后支脚, 所述第一前支脚、 所述第二前支脚和所述后支脚铰接于所述塔 座的下端部, 所述后支脚的转轴与所述第一前支脚和所述第二前支脚的转轴的延长线分别垂 直; 所述第一前支脚和所述第二前支脚展开成 30~40° 夹角, 所述第一前支脚和所述第二前 支脚展开后形成的平面与所述塔座所在平面成 60~70° 夹角, 所述后支脚展开后与所述塔座 所在平面成 60~70° 夹角; 所述第一前支脚和所述第二前支脚的下端部连接有一固定横板, 所述第一前支脚、 所述第二前支脚和所述固定横板的表面设置反光警示片, 所述后支脚的表 面设置感叹号形反光警示片;
所述塔式交通安全警示装置在使用状态下, 自所述警示装置之前向后注视的视角内, 所 述感叹号形反光警示片位于所述第一前支脚、 所述第二前支脚和所述固定横板的表面设置的 反光警示片组成的反光三角形范围之内。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一前支脚和 所述第二前支脚横向开合, 所述后支脚纵向开合, 所述第一前支脚、 所述第二前支脚和所述 后支脚展开形成塔式三角支架, 所述第一前支脚和所述第二前支脚相对旋转展开使反光板向 刖;
所述塔式交通安全警示装置在收起状态下, 所述第一前支脚、 所述第二前支脚、 固定横 板和所述后支脚收拢并呈平行或接近平行状态。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定横板 的一端铰接于所述第一前支脚的下端部, 所述固定横板的另一端设有 S形搭钩; 所述 S形搭 钩分别与所述第一前支脚的上端部设置的第一挂钩和所述第二前支脚的下端部设置的第二挂 钩配合卡接。
4. 根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一前 支脚和所述第二前支脚为对称结构的前支脚, 所述前支脚包括前支脚主体、 连接件和销钉; 所述前支脚主体的上端连接有膨胀管, 所述膨胀管的上端沿半径方向自圆心向外延伸有维持 部; 所述连接件包括连接件主体、 前支脚转轴和套管, 所述连接件主体的两侧设置所述前支 脚转轴, 所述连接件主体的下端连通所述套管; 所述膨胀管伸入所述套管使所述维持部穿过 所述套管卡接于所述套管的上端口, 所述销钉插入所述膨胀管, 使所述前支脚主体与所述连 接件转动连接。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其特征在于, 所述套管的下端开 有与所述膨胀管的下端设置的挡块配合的限位槽, 使所述前支脚主体的旋转角度为 0~90° 。
6. 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一前支 脚和所述第二前支脚的前支脚主体的上端内侧分别设置相配合的凸起和凹槽。
7. 根据权利要求 4-6任一所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其特征在于, 所述塔座包 括塔灯座和塔座母体, 所述塔灯座和所述塔座母体扣合形成容纳所述连接件主体和所述前支 脚转轴的机械腔, 所述塔座母体开有供所述套管穿过, 并安装所述前支脚转轴的槽。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接件主体上 沿所述前支脚转轴的轴向两侧设置限制部, 所述槽的内侧壁上沿所述前支脚转轴的轴向设置 与所述限制部配合的限位卡。
9. 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其特征在于, 所述后支脚的 转轴为梨形转轴, 所述塔座母体的底部设置方槽, 所述方槽的两侧壁开有与所述梨形转轴相 配合的轴孔, 且所述方槽开有使所述轴孔与外部相通的开口。
10. 根据权利要求 7-9任一所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置,其特征在于,所述塔式交 通安全警示装置还包括安装于所述塔灯座上的呼救灯。
11. _根据权利要求 1-10任一所述的一种塔式交通安全警示装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一 前支脚、 所述第二前支脚和所述后支脚的下端分别设置防滑垫。
