Description

一种防退螺栓 技术领域
本发明涉及螺栓领域,特别是涉及一种防退螺栓。
背景技术
螺栓是用来连接零部件的紧固件,螺母和螺栓头部等支撑表面处的摩擦力具有防松作用,因此,在静载荷和工作温度变化不大时,螺栓一般不会松脱。但在冲击、振动、变载荷以及温度变化较大时,螺栓可能会松动。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接强度高、连接更加牢度、使用效果更好、有效防止螺栓松动的防退螺栓。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防退螺栓,包括:头部、螺杆、止退片和螺母,所述螺杆的顶部与所述头部固定连接,所述螺杆的中部为滑杆,所述螺杆的下部设有外螺纹,所述螺杆的下部的外螺纹处还设有一个凹槽,所述止退片设置呈圆环状,且所述止退片的内部设有一个与所述凹槽相配合的第一凸起,所述螺母上设有与所述外螺纹相配合的内螺纹。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凹槽的两端分别与所述外螺纹的上下两端相平齐。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凹槽的宽度为所述螺杆外径的1/5-2/5。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凹槽的深度为所述螺杆外径的1/10-1/5。在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述止退片还包括第二凸起,所述第二凸起位于所述第一凸起的上方,且所述第二凸起上设有裙边。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明防退螺栓通过止退片与螺杆上凹槽的相互配合,有效防止螺栓在受到冲击、振动、变载荷以及温度变化较大时发生松动,螺栓连接强度高,连接更加牢度,使用效果更好,能够有效防止螺栓发生松动。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例包括:
一种防退螺栓,包括:头部1、螺杆2、止退片3和螺母4,所述螺杆2的顶部与所述头部1固定连接,所述螺杆2的中部为滑杆,所述螺杆2的下部设有外螺纹21,所述螺杆2的下部的外螺纹21处还设有一个凹槽22,所述止退片3设置呈圆环状,且所述止退片3的内部设有一个与所述凹槽22相配合的第一凸起31,所述螺母4上设有与所述外螺纹21相配合的内螺纹。
这种防退螺栓在使用的过程中,先将螺杆2穿过零部件的通孔,然后将止退片3穿套在螺杆2上,由于止退片3上设有第一凸起31,所以,必须将第一 凸起31与凹槽22位置相配合之后,才能将止退片3穿套在螺杆2上,这样在螺杆2的下部通过外螺纹21与螺母4固定连接,由于止退片3不会与螺杆2发生旋转或移位,即使在零部件受到冲击、振动、变载荷以及温度变化较大时,螺栓也不会松动,连接牢度高。
另外,所述凹槽22的两端分别与所述外螺纹21的上下两端相平齐。
另外,所述凹槽22的宽度为所述螺杆2外径的1/5-2/5。
另外,所述凹槽22的深度为所述螺杆外径的1/10-1/5。对于凹槽22的高度、深度和宽度,皆是在不影响螺栓的连接强度下,又保证止退片3的连接强度。
另外,所述止退片3还包括第二凸起32,所述第二凸起32位于所述第一凸起31的上方,且所述第二凸起32上设有裙边。由于裙边厚度较薄,能够卡在外螺纹21中,使得止退片3与螺杆2的连接更加牢固可靠。
区别于现有技术,本发明防退螺栓通过止退片与螺杆上凹槽的相互配合,有效防止螺栓在受到冲击、振动、变载荷以及温度变化较大时发生松动,螺栓连接强度高,连接更加牢度,使用效果更好。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种防退螺栓,其特征在于,包括:头部、螺杆、止退片和螺母,所述螺杆的顶部与所述头部固定连接,所述螺杆的中部为滑杆,所述螺杆的下部设有外螺纹,所述螺杆的下部的外螺纹处还设有一个凹槽,所述止退片设置呈圆环状,且所述止退片的内部设有一个与所述凹槽相配合的第一凸起,所述螺母上设有与所述外螺纹相配合的内螺纹。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防退螺栓,其特征在于,所述凹槽的两端分别与所述外螺纹的上下两端相平齐。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防退螺栓,其特征在于,所述凹槽的宽度为所述螺杆外径的1/5-2/5。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防退螺栓,其特征在于,所述凹槽的深度为所述螺杆外径的1/10-1/5。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防退螺栓,其特征在于,所述止退片还包括第二凸起,所述第二凸起位于所述第一凸起的上方,且所述第二凸起上设有裙边。
