Definitions
- the yard-type cups that are currently used can have different shapes but always keeping a base, neck and mouth, but none of them so far has a mechanism in the neck that can function to reduce its height and height. in the same way to return to its original state the number of times that one wishes and with which they can reduce spaces at the time of transportation or storage in their sales site, in the same way that it can serve as an anti-stress event since the Accordion can contract expand and fold e! number of times that one wants without breaking, Po other side in the restaurants and bars where containers are used for various drinks generally use containers with a single capacity such as an 18-ounce or 28-ounce piece or any other capacity, but never with different capacities in the same piece.
- Figure 1 is a bottom plan view of the mentioned model
- Figure 2 is a top plan view of the yard model by which it has a free entrance for all types of liquids
- Figure 3 is a view with a frontal perspective of the yard model with a first modality in its lower part in the form of a sphere and in the second modality in conical form in which we can observe the cups with their improvement in the form of an accordion in contracted view.
- Figure 4 is a front perspective view of the accordion or bellows model along the entire length of the neck.
- Figure 5 shows an elevation view with a front perspective of a first embodiment of the cups shown in Figure 3, since the accordion is in extended form.
- Figure 8 is a view with a front perspective of the cups with an accordion mode with displacement at different angles.
- Figure 7 represents the visa in a variety of ways in which the package can be manufactured also showing the configuration of the rings and the thickness of the bottom of the package.
- the cup that we detail below consists of four parts: the bottom or base (1) that will always be larger than the central part (2) of the cup and will have a wall of greater caliber or thickness (3) than everything
- the rest of the container is for two purposes, the first to give greater stability of the cup (4) since having greater thickness in the wall will have greater weight in the lower part than in the other parts of the cup with this we avoid losing stability and the liquids spill and the second one a!
- the first to give greater stability of the cup (4) since having greater thickness in the wall will have greater weight in the lower part than in the other parts of the cup with this we avoid losing stability and the liquids spill and the second one a!
- At the moment of making the impression in that area it loses stability and the liquids are spilled and the second that at the time of making the impression in that area loses shape or collapses, spoiling the container (5).
- the central part of the cup has a much narrower diameter that includes at least one section of rings (8) which by design can be stretched or contracted since each ring has an upper ring portion (7) of larger size than a portion of the lower ring (8) to be able to give entry or shelter to the immediate lower ring and having a small curve (9) causes it to lock when exerting pressure on one another, changing its curvature from one position to the other totally opposite ( 10) this makes the piece withstand more work or movement independently that the cup will be produced in clarified polypropylene for better operation,
- the cup it is preferred to place four rings in safety at the base (1) so as not to allow the neck to expire too much when entering the liquid and also when the piece is found with the accordion fully extended (11) , then from the bottom up we find the third part of the piece that consists of a smooth neck (12) of the same diameter of the accordion in its narrowest part that will help us to have a drink and be able to take it to the mouth to be able to Take the liquids keeping a good stability and firmness of the piece due to the position in which said smooth neck is.
- this upper section has a lip (15) so as not to hurt people at the moment of drinking liquids, unlike containers or containers with a type of accordion similar to the cup does not have a termination or section to put a screw cap or lid since this cup the function is only to be used as its name So says as a cup and not as a container to conserve, store the liquids that once it is finished is crushed and thrown in the trash, in this case it is a reusable cup that can recover its original size at the time that one wishes and can squash to optimize spaces, in the same way at the end of the liquid in the cup can be used as an anti-stress souvenir.
- the sections of the ring in its expanded position (16) gives us all the capacity of the container which will give us a preferred volume of 23 ounces in which everything is found the accordion stretched out.
- the sections of the ring in its contracted position (17) show us the minimum capacity of the container which will give us a preferred volume of 18 ounces with which we are already achieving two containers in one.
