Claims (7)
- 둘레를 따라 3개 이상의 코너를 가지고, 상면과 주측면 사이의 모서리에 형성되는 주절인과 상기 상면과 부측면 사이의 모서리에 형성되는 부절인이 상기 코너 사이에 연속해서 놓이며, 평평한 하면을 가지는 인서트로서,상기 주절인은 상기 부절인을 향하는 방향으로 갈수록 점점 높이가 낮아지는 경사각을 이루고,상기 주측면은 상기 주절인에 접하는 제1 단 주측면과 상기 하면에 접하는 제2 단 주측면이 서로 다른 여유각으로 연속되어 이루어지고,상기 부측면은 상기 부절인에 접하는 제1 단 부측면과 상기 하면에 접하는 제2 단 부측면이 서로 다른 여유각으로 연속되어 이루어지는 인서트.
- 제1항에서,상기 제2 단 주측면과 상기 제2 단 부측면의 각각의 여유각은 상기 하면에 대해 둔각을 이루는 인서트.
- 제2항에서,상기 하면에 대한 상기 제2 단 주측면의 여유각은 상기 제2 단 부측면의 여유각보다 큰 인서트.
- 제3항에서,상기 하면에 대한 상기 제1 단 주측면 및 상기 제1 단 부측면의 각각의 여유각은 상기 제2 단 부측면의 여유각보다 작은 인서트.
- 제4항에서,상기 제1 단 주측면 및 상기 제1 단 부측면의 각각의 여유각은 상기 하면에 대해 직각을 이루는 인서트.
- 제3항에서,상기 상면에는 주절인에서 상기 상면의 중심으로 갈수록 하향 경사지는 경사면이 형성되는 인서트.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 인서트가 장착되는 공구 홀더로,상기 하면에 면접촉되도록 상기 하면과 동일한 형상을 가지는 하면 시트부;상기 제1 단 주측면에 면접촉되도록 상기 제1 단 주측면과 동일한 형상을 가지는 주측면 시트부; 및상기 제1 단 부측면에 면접촉되도록 상기 제1 단 부측면과 동일한 형상을 가지는 부측면 시트부를 포함하는 공구 홀더.
