采用以上结构后,本发明平板电视支架与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:该平板电视支架包括墙面安装板、第一摇臂、第二摇臂和显示器挂板组件,第一摇臂的一端与墙面安装板可转动连接,第一摇臂的另一端与第二摇臂可转动连接,第二摇臂的另一端可转动连接一连接块,显示器挂板组件包括挂板和连接件,该连接件包括支撑板和转动板,支撑板与连接块通过销轴铰接,转动板的下端与支撑板的下端铰接,转动板的上端滑动连接在支撑板的上端。由于转动板可沿其下端铰销转动,且转动板的上端沿支撑板的上端滑动,在调节挂板上的平板电视的俯仰角度时,扳动挂板向上或向下转动即可;因此,挂板俯仰调节时操作省力、调节灵活;
该上臂、下臂与转动块、连接块构成一个四连杆机构,从而实现第二摇臂的上、下角度调节,在第二摇臂上下调节时,第二摇臂内的气弹簧起到支撑及限位作用,从而使第二摇臂进行上、下角度调节时,调节准确性、稳定性高,挂板上的平板电视始终保持与底面垂直,而且整体显示器支架调节比较灵活。
作为优选,所述转动板的上端滑动连接在支撑板的上端,是指所述转动板的上端设有两个水平对称设置的弧形长孔,所述支撑板上端的两侧壁上设有两个外凸的定位柱,所述的两个定位柱间隙配合在转动板上端的两个弧形长孔内,且两个定位柱的伸出端设有调节螺母。转动板上端的弧形长孔沿两个外凸的定位柱滑动,且两个定位柱的伸出端设有调节螺母,该调节螺母可调节转动板与支撑板之间的摩擦力,从而使转动板的转动平稳,因此该平板电视支架的挂板俯仰调节时操作省力、调节灵活。
作为优选,所述的弧形长孔为两端低中间高的弧形长孔。该弧形长孔的设置使转动块在向上或向下转动时,定位更加方便、准确。
作为一种改进,所述下臂壳的底部设有一供电线放入下臂壳内部的纵向开口,所述纵向开口两侧壁上可拆式连接一限位卡扣。连接挂板上平板电视的电线可以经下臂壳底部的纵向开口装入下臂壳内腔,然后用限位卡扣将纵向开口封住,这样在支架本体转动调节时,电线不会从下臂壳纵向开口中露出,从而使其安全性高,不会影响平板电视的使用。
作为优选,所述的限位卡扣为横截面为“工”字形的限位卡扣,所述限位卡扣与纵向开口的两侧壁插接。换句话说,该纵向卡扣的侧壁上设有两个沿其纵向延伸且贯通两端的插槽,所述的两个插槽与纵向开口的两侧壁插接;该形状的限位卡扣可以直接插在纵向开口的两侧壁上,安装和取下都比较方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示;
本发明一种平板电视支架,它包括支架本体和显示器挂板组件,所述支架本体包括与墙面连接的墙面安装板1、第一摇臂2和第二摇臂3,所述第一摇臂2的一端与墙面安装板1可转动连接,第一摇臂2的另一端与第二摇臂3可转动连接,所述第二摇臂3的另一端可转动连接一连接块4,所述的显示器挂板组件包括挂板6和连接件5,所述的连接件5与连接块4可转动连接,所述的连接件5包括支撑板7和转动板8,所述的支撑板7与连接块4通过销轴铰接,所述的转动板8与挂板6固定连接,所述转动板8的下端与支撑板7的下端铰接,所述转动板8的上端滑动连接在支撑板7的上端。所述的第二摇臂3内设有一气弹簧17,所述气弹簧17的一端与第二摇臂3的一端铰接,气弹簧17的另一端与连接块4铰接。
所述的第二摇臂3包括转动块12、上臂13、下臂14、上臂壳15和下臂壳16,所述的转动块12与第一摇臂2可转动连接,所述上臂13的一端与转动块12铰接,其另一端与连接块4铰接;所述下臂14的一端与转动块12铰接,其另一端与连接块4铰接,所述气弹簧17的 一端与转动块12上下臂14的铰销转动连接,且气弹簧17的另一端与连接块4铰接;所述上臂壳15与上臂13固定连接,且下臂壳16与下臂14固定连接。
所述转动板8的上端滑动连接在支撑板7的上端,是指所述转动板8的上端设有两个水平对称设置的弧形长孔9,所述支撑板7上端的两侧壁上设有两个外凸的定位柱10,所述的两个定位柱10间隙配合在转动板8上端的两个弧形长孔9内,且两个定位柱10的伸出端设有调节螺母11。
所述的弧形长孔9为两端低中间高的弧形长孔9。
所述下臂壳16的底部设有一供电线放入下臂壳内部的纵向开口19,所述纵向开口19两侧壁上可拆式连接一限位卡扣18。
所述的限位卡扣18为横截面为“工”字形的限位卡扣18,所述限位卡扣18与纵向开口19的两侧壁插接。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种平板电视支架,它包括支架本体和显示器挂板组件,所述支架本体包括与墙面连接的墙面安装板(1)、第一摇臂(2)和第二摇臂(3),所述第一摇臂(2)的一端与墙面安装板(1)可转动连接,第一摇臂(2)的另一端与第二摇臂(3)可转动连接,所述第二摇臂(3)的另一端可转动连接一连接块(4),所述的显示器挂板组件包括挂板(6)和连接件(5),所述的连接件(5)与连接块(4)可转动连接,其特征在于:所述的连接件(5)包括支撑板(7)和转动板(8),所述的支撑板(7)与连接块(4)通过销轴铰接,所述的转动板(8)与挂板(6)固定连接,所述转动板(8)的下端与支撑板(7)的下端铰接,所述转动板(8)的上端滑动连接在支撑板(7)的上端;所述的第二摇臂(3)内设有一气弹簧(17),所述气弹簧(17)的一端与第二摇臂(3)的一端铰接,气弹簧(17)的另一端与连接块(4)铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平板电视支架,其特征在于:所述第二摇臂(3)包括转动块(12)、上臂(13)、下臂(14)、上臂壳(15)和下臂壳(16),所述的转动块(12)与第一摇臂(2)可转动连接,所述上臂(13)的一端与转动块(12)铰接,其另一端与连接块(4)铰接;所述下臂(14)的一端与转动块(12)铰接,其另一端与连接块(4)铰接,所述气弹簧(17)的一端与转动块(12)上下臂(14)的铰销转动连接,且气弹簧(17)的另一端与连接块(4)铰接;所述上臂壳(15)与上臂(13)固定连接,且下臂壳(16)与下臂(14)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的平板电视支架,其特征在于:所述转动板(8)的上端滑动连接在支撑板(7)的上端,是指所述转动板(8)的上端设有两个水平对称设置的弧形长孔(9),所述支撑板(7)上端的两侧壁上设有两个外凸的定位柱(10),所述的两个定位柱(10)间隙配合在转动板(8)上端的两个弧形长孔(9)内,且两个定位柱(10)的伸出端设有调节螺母(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的平板电视支架,其特征在于:所述的弧形长孔(9)为两端低中间高的弧形长孔(9)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的平板电视支架,其特征在于:所述下臂壳(16)的底部设有一供电线放入下臂壳内部的纵向开口(19),所述纵向开口(19)两侧壁上可拆式连接一限位卡扣(18)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的平板电视支架,其特征在于:所述的限位卡扣(18)为横截面为“工”字形的限位卡扣(18),所述限位卡扣(18)与纵向开口(19)的两侧壁插接。
