本发明涉及一种平板电视支架。
背景技术
电视机是人们日常生活中最常用的电器产品之一,随着我们国民经济的快速发展,人们生活水平的大幅度提升,以及电视技术的迅猛发展,电视机正朝着大屏幕、超薄型、以及多元化发展。与此同时电视机支架也在不断发展而且被应用的越来越广泛,现在的平板电视机支架不仅可以左右调节还可以进行俯仰调节,如国家知识产权局网站上公开一种名称为全方位自由臂显示器支架的发明专利,其公开的技术方案包括:底座、显示器挂板组件、蝶形螺杆、第一摇臂和第二摇臂,所述的第一摇臂的一端与底座上的转轴可转动连接,第一摇臂的另一端与第二摇臂的一端可转动连接,第二摇臂的另一端连接一连接块,所述的连接块与显示器挂板组件可转动连接。所述的显示器挂板组件包括挂板和连接件,所述连接件的一端与连接块铰接,连接件的另一端与挂板可转动连接。上述支架为了防止挂板上的显示器因自重而连同挂板一起向下倾斜,一般在挂板的销轴上安装两个扭簧来增加挂板向下转动的阻力。但是人们在调整挂板向下转动的角度时,需要克服扭簧的弹力,并且越向下转动所需要的力越大,这样挂板的角度调整比较费力,操作不方便,且挂板转动调节不灵活;另外,现有技术中平板电视机支架摇臂上的线扣底部设有开口,电线是从开口处塞进线扣的空腔中,这样电线容易从线扣底部开口处出来从而脱离线扣,影响平板电视的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服以上现有技术的缺陷,提供一种挂板俯仰调节时操作省力、调节灵活的平板电视支架
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的平板电视支架:它包括支架本体和显示器挂板组件,所述支架本体包括与墙面连接的墙面安装板、第一摇臂和第二摇臂,所述第一摇臂的一端与墙面安装板可转动连接,第一摇臂的另一端与第二摇臂可转动连接,所述第二摇臂的另一端可转动连接一连接块,所述的显示器挂板组件包括挂板和连接件,所述的连接件与连接块可转动连接,所述的连接件包括支撑板和转动板,所述的支撑板与连接块通过销轴铰接,所述的转动板与挂板固定连接,所述转动板的下端与支撑板的下端铰接,所述转动板的上端滑动连接在支撑板的上端;所述的第二摇臂内设有一气弹簧,所述气弹簧的一端与第二摇臂的一端铰接,气弹簧的另一端与连接块铰接。
所述的第二摇臂包括转动块、上臂、下臂、上臂壳和下臂壳,所述的转动块与第一摇臂可转动连接,所述上臂的一端与转动块铰接,其另一端与连接块铰接;所述下臂的一端与转动块铰接,其另一端与连接块铰接,所述气弹簧的一端与转动块上下臂的铰销转动连接,且气弹簧的另一端与连接块铰接;所述上臂壳与上臂固定连接,且下臂壳与下臂固定连接。
采用以上结构后,本发明平板电视支架与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:该平板电视支架包括墙面安装板、第一摇臂、第二摇臂和显示器挂板组件,第一摇臂的一端与墙面安装板可转动连接,第一摇臂的另一端与第二摇臂可转动连接,第二摇臂的另一端可转动连接一连接块,显示器挂板组件包括挂板和连接件,该连接件包括支撑板和转动板,支撑板与连接块通过销轴铰接,转动板的下端与支撑板的下端铰接,转动板的上端滑动连接在支撑板的上端。由于转动板可沿其下端铰销转动,且转动板的上端沿支撑板的上端滑动,在调节挂板上的平板电视的俯仰角度时,扳动挂板向上或向下转动即可;因此,挂板俯仰调节时操作省力、调节灵活;
该上臂、下臂与转动块、连接块构成一个四连杆机构,从而实现第二摇臂的上、下角度调节,在第二摇臂上下调节时,第二摇臂内的气弹簧起到支撑及限位作用,从而使第二摇臂进行上、下角度调节时,调节准确性、稳定性高,挂板上的平板电视始终保持与底面垂直,而且整体显示器支架调节比较灵活。
作为优选,所述转动板的上端滑动连接在支撑板的上端,是指所述转动板的上端设有两个水平对称设置的弧形长孔,所述支撑板上端的两侧壁上设有两个外凸的定位柱,所述的两个定位柱间隙配合在转动板上端的两个弧形长孔内,且两个定位柱的伸出端设有调节螺母。转动板上端的弧形长孔沿两个外凸的定位柱滑动,且两个定位柱的伸出端设有调节螺母,该调节螺母可调节转动板与支撑板之间的摩擦力,从而使转动板的转动平稳,因此该平板电视支架的挂板俯仰调节时操作省力、调节灵活。
作为优选,所述的弧形长孔为两端低中间高的弧形长孔。该弧形长孔的设置使转动块在向上或向下转动时,定位更加方便、准确。
作为一种改进,所述下臂壳的底部设有一供电线放入下臂壳内部的纵向开口,所述纵向开口两侧壁上可拆式连接一限位卡扣。连接挂板上平板电视的电线可以经下臂壳底部的纵向开口装入下臂壳内腔,然后用限位卡扣将纵向开口封住,这样在支架本体转动调节时,电线不会从下臂壳纵向开口中露出,从而使其安全性高,不会影响平板电视的使用。
作为优选,所述的限位卡扣为横截面为“工”字形的限位卡扣,所述限位卡扣与纵向开口的两侧壁插接。换句话说,该纵向卡扣的侧壁上设有两个沿其纵向延伸且贯通两端的插槽,所述的两个插槽与纵向开口的两侧壁插接;该形状的限位卡扣可以直接插在纵向开口的两侧壁上,安装和取下都比较方便。
