[0009] 齿轮齿条机构包括同步齿轮 23和齿条 28, 同步齿轮 23通过齿轮支架 21连接安装 于活动导轨 3上, 齿条 28沿固定导轨 1的滑移导槽方向安装于固定导轨支架 4上, 齿轮 23与齿条 28啮合连接; 齿轮支架 21包括活动导轨连接部 30与齿轮连接部 22 , 活动导轨连接部 30的横截面为 n形, 活动导轨连接部 30的两侧内壁上均设置有 卡脚 32, 活动导轨 3的滑移末端的两侧面幵有安装孔 20, 卡脚 32卡装于安装孔 20 内, 活动导轨连接部 30面向另一侧滑轨机构的一侧外壁上连接设置有齿轮连接 部 22, 齿轮连接部 22为圆盘状, 同步齿轮 23面向另一侧滑轨机构的侧面设置有 轴向凸起 33, 轴向凸起 33幵有轴孔 26, 连接轴 29安装于轴孔 26内, 同步齿轮 23 的另一侧面幵有同轴的圆形凹槽 24, 圆形凹槽 24内沿周向均布设置有三个倒勾 状凸块 25, 三个倒勾状凸块 25与圆盘状齿轮连接部 22勾合、 使得同步齿轮 23能 够绕圆盘状齿轮连接部 22转动; 固定导轨 1内、 活动导轨 3内分别套装有口型传 动架 6、 7, 口型传动架 6、 7的两端的侧壁上均幵有钢球孔, 口型传动架 6、 7内 分别设置有钢球并且钢球由钢球孔限位, 中轨 2的上端、 下端分别插接于口型传 动架 7、 6内并由钢球 9支承, 安装于固定导轨 1的口型传动架 6内的钢球 9-1通过该 口型传动架 6上的钢球孔 8-1与固定导轨 1的内表面接触配合, 安装于活动导轨 3的 口型传动架 7内的钢球 9-2通过该口型传动架 7上的钢球孔 8-2与活动导轨 3的内表 面接触配合; 固定导轨支架 4为 L形, L形固定导轨支架 4的竖向支架 4-1紧固于固 定体, 固定导轨 1焊接连接于 L形固定导轨支架 4的水平支架 4-2上, L形固定导轨 支架 4的水平支架 4-2端面幵有卡槽 27, 齿条 28上对应卡槽 27的位置设置有卡孔 31 , L形固定导轨支架 4与齿条 28通过卡槽 27与卡孔 31卡合连接; 活动导轨 3的顶面 设置有挂钩 16和安装圆孔 15, 挂钩 16勾合于活动导轨支架 5、 并且活动导轨 3与 活动导轨支架 5之间由铆钉通过安装圆孔 15固定连接; 固定导轨 1、 活动导轨 3的 内表面两端设置有口型传动架限位块 17, 中轨 2的上、 下端面两端均设置有口型 传动架限位块 18, 通过口型传动架限位 17、 18对口型传动架 6、 7进行限位。
[0010] 图 1中, 12为滑轨自动回收装置, 其通过固定导轨 1上的挂钩 10、 方形孔 11与固 定导轨 1连接, 活动导轨 3上设置有拨片 13, 当活动导轨 3滑动吋拨片 13能带动自 动回收装置 12上的滑块 14移动。 图 1中, 19为尾塞, 其安装于活动导轨 3的滑移 前端部。
[0011] 本发明机构中, 固定导轨、 中轨、 活动导轨呈对称型轨体叠合结构, 使得活动 体即抽屉上的重量均匀分布在滑轨上, 改善了滑轨装配后结构的稳固性, 有效 的避免了因长吋间受重而变形的情况, 使滑轨的传动更加平稳、 顺畅, 提高了 滑轨的使用寿命。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 三段式隐藏滑轨机构, 其包括成对并且对称安装于活动体左侧、 右侧的滑轨机构, 所述滑轨机构包括固定导轨、 中轨和活动导轨 , 所述固定导轨通过固定导轨支架安装于固定体, 所述活动导轨 通过活动导轨支架安装于所述活动体的侧面, 所述固定导轨、 活 动导轨均幵有水平平行的滑移导槽, 所述中轨的上、 下两端分别 安装于所述活动导轨、 固定导轨的滑移导槽内, 所述中轨能沿所 述固定导轨的滑移导槽滑移、 同吋所述活动导轨能沿所述中轨滑 移, 其特征在于: 所述左侧、 右侧的滑轨机构之间通过同步机构 连接, 所述同步机构包括水平平行安装于左侧、 右侧滑轨机构上 的齿轮齿条机构, 所述左侧、 右侧滑轨机构上的齿轮齿条机构通 过连接轴连接。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的三段式隐藏滑轨机构, 其特征在于: 所述齿 轮齿条机构包括同步齿轮和齿条, 所述同步齿轮通过齿轮支架连 接安装于所述活动导轨上, 所述齿条沿所述固定导轨的滑移导槽 方向安装于所述固定导轨支架上, 所述齿轮与齿条啮合连接。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的三段式隐藏滑轨机构, 其特征在于: 所述齿 轮支架包括活动导轨连接部与齿轮连接部, 所述活动导轨连接部 的横截面为 n形, 所活动导轨连接部的两侧内壁上均设置有卡脚, 所述活动导轨的滑移末端的两侧面幵有安装孔, 所述卡脚卡装于 所述安装孔内, 所述活动导轨连接部面向另一侧滑轨机构的一侧 外壁上连接设置有所述齿轮连接部, 所述齿轮连接部为圆盘状, 所述同步齿轮面向另一侧滑轨机构的侧面设置有轴向凸起, 所述 轴向凸起幵有轴孔, 所述连接轴安装于所述轴孔内, 所述同步齿 轮的另一侧面幵有同轴的圆形凹槽, 所述圆形凹槽内沿周向均布 设置有三个倒勾状凸块, 所述三个倒勾状凸块与所述圆盘状齿轮 连接部勾合、 使得所述同步齿轮能够绕所述圆盘状齿轮连接部转 动。 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3中任一所述的三段式隐藏滑轨机构, 其特征 在于: 所述固定导轨内、 活动导轨内分别套装有口型传动架, 所 述口型传动架的两端的侧壁上幵有钢球孔, 所述口型传动架内设 置有钢球并且所述钢球由所述钢球孔限位, 所述中轨的上端、 下 端分别插接于所述口型传动架内并由所述钢球支承, 安装于所述 固定导轨的口型传动架内的钢球通过该口型传动架上的钢球孔与 所述固定导轨的内表面接触配合, 安装于所述活动导轨的口型传 动架内的钢球通过该口型传动架上的钢球孔与所述活动导轨的内 表面接触配合。
根据权利要求 4所述的三段式隐藏滑轨机构, 其特征在于: 所述固 定导轨支架为 L形, 所述 L形固定导轨支架的竖向支架紧固于固定 体, 所述固定导轨焊接连接于所述 L形固定导轨支架的水平支架上 , 所述 L形固定导轨支架的水平支架端面幵有卡槽, 所述齿条上对 应所述卡槽的位置设置有卡孔, 所述 L形固定导轨支架与所述齿条 通过所述卡槽与卡孔卡合连接。
根据权利要求 4所述的三段式隐藏滑轨机构, 其特征在于: 所述活 动导轨的顶面设置有挂钩和安装圆孔, 所述挂钩勾合于所述活动 导轨支架、 并且所述活动导轨与所述活动导轨支架之间由铆钉通 过所述安装圆孔固定连接。
根据权利要求 4所述的三段式隐藏滑轨机构, 其特征在于: 所述固 定导轨、 活动导轨的内表面两端以及中轨的上、 下端面两端均设 置有口型传动架限位块。
