Abstract

Description
本发明涉及电子烟领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟及电子烟充电提醒方法。
现有的电子烟不具备自动提醒用户充电的功能,使得用户在使用电子烟时,若未及时充电,则可能出现电子烟电池的电量耗尽而无法继续使用的缺陷。因此,现有的电子烟给用户使用带来极大不便。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟不能进行充电提醒的缺陷,提供一种电子烟及电子烟充电提醒方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造
一种电子烟,包括:微控制器、充电提示模块、电量检测模块和供电电池;
电量检测模块用于检测供电电池的剩余电量,并将剩余电量值发送给微控制器;
微控制器用于将接收到的所述剩余电量值与微控制器内的预设值进行比较,当所述剩余电量值低于预设值时,控制充电提示模块发出充电提示信号。

光线充电提示信号、气流充电提示信号、声音充电提示信号。

所述气流充电提示信号按照以下方法发出:

实施本发明的电子烟及电子烟充电提醒方法,具有以下有益效果: 能及时的利用气流、 LED
灯的闪烁和声音来提醒用户供电电池剩余电量不足,方便用户及时的更换供电电池或者充电,有效防止了电子烟供电电池电量耗尽导致用户不能正常使用的情况;通过量化剩余吸烟口数,可给用户更直观的提示,帮助用户合理安排给电子烟充电;可实现智能提醒;通过将用于模仿烟草燃烧的灯具同时作为充电提示模块的灯具,可节约成本;将显示提示单元设置在电子烟远离吸烟端的一端的端部,利于提醒用户;且可通过
LED 灯和声音,在充电过程中也能适时的提醒用户供电电池已充满。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参见图 1 为本发明实施例的电子烟的结构框图。本发明实施例的电子烟包括:微控制器 10 、充电提示模块
11 、电量检测模块 13 和供电电池 1 。其中,电量检测模块 13 用于检测供电电池 1 的剩余电量,并将剩余电量值发送给微控制器 10 ;微控制器 10
用于将接收到的剩余电量值与微控制器 10 内的预设值进行比较,当剩余电量值低于预设值时,控制充电提示模块 11 发出充电提示信号。
在本发明的实施例中,微控制器 10 还用于 当剩余电量值低于预设值时 ,控制充电提示模块 11
提示剩余电量可供吸烟的口数。具体的,假设供电电池的容量为 a ( Ah ),用户每次吸烟持续时间为 s (秒),每次吸烟消耗的电量为 b ( Ah
),则用剩余电量值除以用户每次吸烟持续时间和每次吸烟消耗的电量即可得到剩余电量可供吸烟的口数。由此,通过量化剩余吸烟口数,可给用户更直观的提示,帮助用户合理安排给电子烟充电。
此外,本发明实施例的电子烟还包括电热丝 12 和气流传感器 5 等。电热丝 12 和气流传感器 5
均与微控制器 10 连接。气流传感器 5 检测吸烟信号,并传送给微控制器 10 ;微控制器 10 根据吸烟信号控制电热丝 12 的供电通路导通以给电热丝 12
供电,使其发热雾化烟液。
在本发明的实施例中,充电提示模块 11 至少包括以下其中之一:显示提示单元、气流控制单元、声音提示单元。
显示提示单元可包括一个或多个(两个及两个以上)发光二极管,以发出光线提示信号。声音提示单元可包括扬声器等,已发出声音提示信号。气流控制单元将在后续实施例中进行描述。即本发明实施例的充电提示模块
11 可由显示提示单元、气流控制单元和声音提示单元中的一个或几个组合而成。 当电子烟的剩余电量低于预设值时, 微控制器 10
控制显示提示单元发出光线充电提示信号。当电子烟的剩余电量低于预设值时, 微控制器 10
控制声音提示单元发出声音充电提示信号。当电子烟的剩余电量低于预设值,且接收到吸烟信号时, 微控制器 10
控制气流控制单元以预设频率开闭所述电子烟的气流通道,以发出气流充电提示信号。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,显示提示单元设置 于
电子烟的远离吸烟端一端的端部上。由于电子烟远离吸烟端的一端的 端部为吸烟者通常关注区域,将显示提示单元设置在端部容易被注意到,利于提醒用户。
在本发明的另一优选实施例中,电子烟的远离吸烟端的一端设置有吸烟时用于模仿烟草燃烧并同时作为显示提示单元的灯具。由此,使得一灯可多用,使得电子烟整体结构简洁。
参见图 2 ,本发明实施例的气流控制单元包括弹柱和电磁铁。 以下结合图 2
,详细说明弹柱和电磁铁的位置。
在本发明的实施例中,电子烟包括电子烟本体 8 ,设置在电子烟本体 8 上的 固定套 4 ,固定套 4
内分别开设轴向通孔 7 和分别与轴向通孔 7 相连通并对应设置的第一径向安装位 41 和第二径向安装位 42 。 弹柱可活动地安装在 第一径向安装位 41
内,电磁铁设置在第二径向安装位 42 内。轴向通孔 7 形成电子烟的气流通道。
其中,电磁铁包括设置在第二径向安装位 42 内的铁芯 2 和套设在铁芯 2 上的电子线 21 ,电子线
21 与微控制器 10 连接(图中未示出这一连接关系)。 弹柱包括活动套设在 第一径向安装位 41 内并用于闭合或打开气流通道的抵持件 3 ,和用于为抵持件
3 提供弹力并使抵持件 3 复位的弹簧 31 。抵持件 3 由软磁性材料制成。微控制器 10 给电磁铁供电时,电磁铁对抵持件 3 进行吸附,抵持件 3
朝向电磁铁移动并与电磁铁抵持后闭合气流通道。
参见图 3 ,当电子烟的剩余电量低于预设值,且接收到吸烟信号时,微控制器 10
给电磁铁供电。电磁铁通电产生磁力从而对抵持件 3 进行吸附,抵持件 3 朝向电磁铁移动并与电磁铁抵持后闭合气流通道。微控制器 10 未给电磁铁供电时,抵持件
3 受弹簧 31 作用向远离电磁铁方向移动复位,打开气流通道。优选的,在本发明的实施例中,微控制器 10 按照预设通断电周期给电磁铁供电,以使得抵持件 3
周期性的被吸附以阻塞电子烟的气流通道,从而使得电子烟的气流通道以预设频率开闭。优选的,若假设用户一次吸烟的时长为 3 秒,则设定每隔 0.5 秒即给电磁铁供电
0.1 秒(即预设通断电周期为:通电 0.5 秒后断电 0.1 秒),即在吸烟过程中,每 0.5 秒电子烟的气流通道将被关闭一次,且关闭时长为 0.1
秒(即气流通道以 0.6 秒开闭一次的预设频率开闭,其中开为 0.1 秒,闭为 0.5
秒)。由此,用户在吸烟时,即能感觉到吸烟不畅(只有气流通道开时才能正常吸烟),从而起到提醒用户及时给电子烟充电的作用。
图 2 和图 3 中, 1 为电子烟的电池, 5 为气流传感器(集成咪头), 51 为咪头座, 6
为灯帽。此外,电子烟还包括雾化组件(包括吸嘴、储油棉、雾化座、电热丝组件等),图 2 和图 3
中均未示出,雾化组件的具体结构以及与电池组件的连接不是本发明重点,所以不做详细描述。
参见图 4 为本发明第一实施例的电子烟的电路图。在本发明的第一实施例中,充电提示模块 11
包括显示提示单元和气流控制单元。其中,气流控制单元仅示出了与微控制器 10 连接的电磁铁 H ,显示提示单元包括发光二极管 LED1 。微控制器 10
的型号为 SN8P2711B , 电量检测模块 13 由型号为 DS2762 的芯片 U1 实现。 气流传感器 5 的型号为 S087 。
U1 的第七引脚与微控制器 10 的第十二引脚连接; U1 的第十六引脚通过电阻 R5 与供电电池 1
连接; U1 的第十五引脚通过电阻 R6 与供电电池 1 连接;微控制器 10 的第十一引脚通过电阻 R1 连接 LED1 的阴极; LED1
的阳极与供电电池 1 连接;微控制器 10 的第八引脚与电磁铁 H 电子线的一端连接,电磁铁 H 电子线的另一端与地连接;微控制器的第三引脚与气流传感器 5
连接,气流传感器 5 的另两端分别与供电电池 1 的正极和负极连接。此外,微控制器 10 的第五引脚连接场效应管 Q1 的栅极,场效应管 Q1
的源极接地,场效应管 Q1 的漏极连接电热丝 12 的一端;电热丝 12 的另一端与供电电池 1 的正极连接。
在本发明的第一实施例中, U1 对供电电池 1
的剩余电量进行检测,并通过第七引脚将检测结果发送给微控制器 10 。当检测到的供电电池 1 的剩余电量低于预设值时,微控制器 10
通过控制第十一引脚的输出,从而使发光二极管 LED1 发光以对用户进行充电提示。此外,发光二极管 LED1 还可在用户吸烟的过程中,发光以
模仿真烟的吸烟效果;当供电电池 1 充满电时,发光二极管 LED1 也会发光以告知用户电量已充满。
此外,微控制器 10 还可通过控制第八引脚的输出,从而使电磁铁通电产生磁力,以吸附抵持件 3
。优选的,在本发明的实施例中,微控制器 10 的第三引脚接收到气流传感器 5 检测到的吸烟信号,则通过控制第八引脚的输出使电磁铁通电产生磁力。
应理解,当微控制器 10 接收到气流传感器 5
通过第三引脚传送的吸烟信号,则通过控制第五引脚的输出,使得场效应管 Q1 导通,从而供电电池 1 给电热丝 12 供电,电热丝 12 发热雾化烟液。
在本发明的实施例中,若供电电池 1 的剩余电量低于预设值,则微控制器 10
可通过控制第五引脚的输出电压,实现供电电池 1 对电热丝 12 的供电电压的控制,从而实现对电热丝 12
的输出功率的控制,例如,可在剩余电量低于预设值时降低输出功率,以节省电能。
剩余电量的预设值可设为供电电池 1 满电量的 1/3 或 1/4 等。
在本发明的第一实施例中,当用户吸烟时,气流传感器检测到吸烟信号,并将信号发送给微控制器,微控制器接收到吸烟信号则控制场效应管 Q1 使之导通,从而使电热丝
12 发热雾化烟油,实现用户抽烟的功能。电量检测模块 13 检测供电电池 1 的剩余电量并将信号发送给微控制器 10
,当检测到的剩余电量低于预设值时,微控制器 10 控制电磁铁的通断电,以控制电子烟的气流通道性的开和关,来告知使用可以及时充电或者更换电池。
本发明第一实施例的电子烟,当到检测到的剩余电量低于预设值时,微控制器 10 通过控制电磁铁 H
和发光二极管 LED1 发出气流充电提示信号和光线充电提示信号,以提醒用户及时充电或更换供电电池,可避免出现供电电池电量耗尽而给
用户使用带来不便的情况。

为本发明第二实施例的电子烟的电路结构图。本发明的第二实施例的电子烟,在第一实施例的电子烟的基础上增加了设置模块,即按键 K1 。按键 K1 的一端与微控制器
10 的第四引脚连接且通过电阻 R15 与供电电池 1 的正极连接,按键 K1 的另一端与供电电池 1
的负极连接。另一方面,本发明第二实施例的电子烟将第一实施例中的电量检测模块 13 换为由芯片 FAN4010 芯片 U2 实现。其中, U2
的第四引脚与供电电池 1 连接; U2 的第三引脚与微控制器 10 的第十引脚连接, U2 的第三引脚还通过电阻 R16 接地; U2 的第五引脚通过电阻
R13 与供电电池 1 连接。
具体的,在本发明的第二实施例中,可这样设置:当用户按下按键 K1 一次时,微控制器 10
检测到一次按键信号就自动设定剩余电量的预设值为供电电池 1 电量的 1/10 ,按下按键 K1 两次则预设值为供电电池 1 电量的 2/10 ,以此类推。按键
K1 被按下一次,对应的预设值可定制。
本发明第二实施例的电子烟和第一实施例的电子烟一样,当到检测到的剩余电量低于预设值时,微控制器 10
通过控制电磁铁 H 和发光二极管 LED1 发出气流充电提示信号和光线充电提示信号,以提醒用户及时充电或更换供电电池。
相比于第一实施例,本发明第二实施例的电子烟具有更精确简洁的电量检测模块 13 ,且用户可通过按键 K1
设置电量提醒值(即剩余电量的预设值)。应理解,按键 K1 也可用其他方式替换,例如,由触摸输入模块替换等。

为本发明第三实施例的电子烟的电路图。本发明第三实施例的电子烟在第二实施例的基础上,增加了一发光二极管 LED2 ,从而发光提示单元包括发光二极管 LED1
和发光二极管 LED2 。且 LED1 与 LED2 的发光颜色不相同。由此,当到检测到的剩余电量低于预设值时,微控制器 10 可控制发光二极管 LED1
和发光二极管 LED2 发出交替闪烁的灯光充电提示信号,加之气流控制单元发出气流充电提示信号,以提醒用户及时充电或更换供电电池。

为本发明第四实施例的电子烟的电路图。本发明第四实施例的电子烟在第二实施例的基础上,将气流控制单元替换为了声音提示单元。该声音提示单元包括扬声器 Y1 和型号为
HT86A72 的芯片 U3 。 U3 的两 I/O 引脚(例如, PC0/AD0 和 PC1/AD1 引脚) 分别与微控制器的第十二引脚和第十三引脚连接。
U3 的音频输出引脚与扬声器 Y1 连接。由此,当电子烟的剩余电量低于预设值时,微控制器 10 可控制声音提示单元发出声音充电提示信号。
此外,当电量检测模块 13 检测到供电电池 1 充满电后,微控制器 10
可控制声音提示单元进行语音提示,方便用户知晓电量充满情况,及时关闭充电电源,以免损坏电池。
本发明第四实施例的电子烟,通过语音提醒方式,来提醒用户该更换电池或者充电了,对于用户来说将更加直白、更加明显、更加方便。
应理解,上述第一至第四实施例的电子烟的电路图仅给出了一些实现方式,此外,本发明实施例的电子烟还可同时包括显示提示单元(由发光二极管 LED1 、 LED2
实现)、气流控制单元(由电磁铁实现)和 声音提示单元(由 扬声器 Y1 和芯片 U3 实现 ),或包括它们的任意组合,其电路实现可根据图 4- 图 7
做适应性变换,本发明对此不作限制。
参见图 8 为本发明实施例的 电子烟充电提醒方法的流程图,该方法包括以下步骤:

3 ,电子烟中设有电磁铁和弹柱, 以预设频率开闭所述电子烟的气流通道的方法包括:

在本发明的一实施例中,
电子烟的远离吸烟端的一端设置有吸烟时用于模仿烟草燃烧并同时作为所述充电提示模块的灯具;当微控制器检测到有吸烟动作时,微控制器控制该灯具持续发光一段时间,同时
将接收到的剩余电量值与微控制器内的预设值进行比较;当剩余电量低于预设值时,微控制器控制所述 灯具进行闪烁发光或发出与吸烟时不同颜色的光。
此外,本发明实施例的
电子烟充电提醒方法还包括:对剩余电量的预设值进行设置。具体的,可通过在电子烟中设置按键,以对预设值进行设置。
在本发明的一实施例中,为了节能, 只有 当微控制器检测到有吸烟动作时,再将
收到的剩余电量值与微控制器内的预设值进行 比较 。由此,还可实现无需用按键的其它部件即实现电量提醒,智能、节约成本,且符合用户使用习惯。
应理解,本发明实施例的电子烟充电提醒方法与上述电子烟的工作原理是相对应的,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例的电子烟及 电子烟充电提醒方法, 能及时的利用气流、 LED
灯的闪烁和声音来提醒用户供电电池剩余电量不足,方便用户及时的更换供电电池或者充电,有效防止了电子烟供电电池电量耗尽导致用户不能正常使用的情况;通过量化剩余吸烟口数,可给用户更直观的提示,帮助用户合理安排给电子烟充电;可实现智能提醒;通过将
用于模仿烟草燃烧的灯具同时作为充电提示模块的灯具 ,可节约成本;且通过 LED 灯和声音,在充电过程中也能适时的提醒用户供电电池已充满。
应理解,本发明实施例的芯片选型以及对应的电路连接仅为示意性的,其芯片型号和电路连接还可为其他形式。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (20)
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:微控制器( 10 )、充电提示模块( 11 )、电量检测模块( 13 )和供电电池( 1 );电量检测模块( 13 )用于检测供电电池( 1 )的剩余电量,并将剩余电量值发送给微控制器( 10 );微控制器( 10 )用于将接收到的所述剩余电量值与微控制器内的预设值进行比较,当所述剩余电量值低于预设值时,控制充电提示模块( 11 )发出充电提示信号。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述微控制器( 10 )还用于 当所述剩余电量值低于预设值时 ,控制所述充电提示模块( 11 )提示剩余电量可供吸烟的口数。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述 充电提示模块( 11 )至少包括以下其中之一:显示提示单元、气流控制单元、声音提示单元。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述充电提示模块( 11 )包括气流控制单元;所述微控制器( 10 )用于当所述剩余电量低于预设值,且接收到吸烟信号时,控制气流控制单元以预设频率开闭所述电子烟的气流通道,以发出气流充电提示信号。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述气流控制单元包括:弹柱和 电磁铁 ;当所述剩余电量 低于预设值,且 接收到吸烟信号时,所述微控制器 ( 10 ) 按照预设通断电周期给电磁铁供电,电磁铁通电产生磁力而吸附所述弹柱,使得所述电子烟的气流通道以预设频率开闭以 发出气流充电提示信号 。
- 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括电子烟本体( 8 ),设置在电子烟本体( 8 )上的 固定套( 4 ),所述固定套( 4 )内分别开设轴向通孔( 7 )和分别与轴向通孔( 7 )相连通并对应设置的第一径向安装位( 41 )和第二径向安装位( 42 ),所述 弹柱可活动地安装在 第一径向安装位( 41 )内,所述电磁铁设置在所述第二径向安装位( 42 )内。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述 轴向通孔( 7 )形成所述气流通道;所述 弹柱包括活动套设在 第一径向安装位( 41 )内并用于闭合或打开所述气流通道的抵持件( 3 ),和用于为所述抵持件( 3 )提供弹力并使所述抵持件( 3 )复位的弹簧( 31 );所述微控制器 ( 10 ) 给所述电磁铁供电时,所述电磁铁对所述抵持件( 3 )进行吸附,所述抵持件( 3 )朝向所述电磁铁( 2 )移动并与所述电磁铁( 2 )抵持后闭合所述气流通道;所述微控制器 ( 10 ) 断开给所述电磁铁( 2 )供电时,所述抵持件( 3 )受所述弹簧( 31 )作用向远离所述电磁铁( 2 )方向移动复位,打开所述气流通道。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述充电提示模块( 11 )包括显示提示单元;所述微控制器( 10 )用于当所述剩余电量低于预设值时,控制显示提示单元发出光线充电提示信号。
- 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述显示提示单元设置 于 所述电子烟的远离吸烟端一端的端部上。
- 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟的远离吸烟端的一端设置有吸烟时用于模仿烟草燃烧并同时作为所述显示提示单元的灯具。
- 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述显示提示单元包括至少两个 发光二极管 ,且每个 发光二极管用于显示不同 发光颜色。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述充电提示模块 ( 11 ) 包括声音提示单元;所述微控制器( 10 )用于当所述剩余电量低于预设值时,控制声音提示单元发出声音充电提示信号。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电量检测模块 ( 13 ) 由 DS2762 芯片 U1 实现;其中, U1 的第七引脚与微控制器 ( 10 ) 连接; U1 的第十六引脚通过电阻 R5 与供电电池 ( 1 ) 连接; U1 的第十五引脚通过电阻 R6 与供电电池 ( 1 ) 连接。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电量检测模块 ( 13 ) 由 FAN4010 芯片 U2 实现;其中, U2 的第四引脚与供电电池连接; U2 的第三引脚与微控制器 ( 10 ) 连接; U2 的第五引脚通过电阻 R13 与供电电池 ( 1 ) 连接。
- 一种 电子烟充电提醒方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:电量检测模块检测电子烟供电电池的剩余电量,并将剩余电量值发送给微控制器;微控制器将接收到的所述剩余电量值与微控制器内的预设值进行比较,当所述剩余电量值低于预设值时,所述微控制器控制充电提示模块发出充电提示信号。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟充电提醒方法,其特征在于,所述充电提示信号至少包括以下其中之一: 光线充电提示信号、气流充电提示信号、声音充电提示信号。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟充电提醒方法,其特征在于,所述充电提示信号包括气流充电提示信号;所述气流充电提示信号按照以下方法发出:当所述剩余电量低于预设值,且接收到吸烟信号时,以预设频率开闭所述电子烟的气流通道,以发出气流充电提示信号;其中,以预设频率开闭所述电子烟的气流通道的方法包括:按照预设频率给一电磁铁供电,电磁铁通电产生磁力而吸附与电磁铁相适应设置的弹柱,使得所述电子烟的气流通道以预设频率开闭。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟充电提醒方法,其特征在于,当所述剩余电量值低于预设值时 ,所述微控制器还控制所述充电提示模块提示剩余电量可供吸烟的口数。
- 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟充电提醒方法,其特征在于,所述电子烟的远离吸烟端的一端设置有吸烟时用于模仿烟草燃烧并同时作为所述充电提示模块的灯具;当所述微控制器检测到有吸烟动作时,所述微控制器控制所述灯具持续发光一段时间,同时 将接收到的所述剩余电量值与微控制器内的预设值进行比较;当所述剩余电量低于预设值时,所述微控制器控制所述 灯具进行闪烁发光或发出与吸烟时不同颜色的光。
- 根据权利要求 15 至 19 任一项所述的电子烟充电提醒方法,其特征在于,当所述微控制器检测到有吸烟动作时,再将接 收到的所述剩余电量值与微控制器内的预设值进行 比较 。
