Description

Protective film for display
The present invention relates to a display protective film for protecting a display area of a display.
Protective films may be attached to the displays of various devices such as mobile phones, game machines, and tablet terminals to protect at least the display area. Some protective films of this type not only protect the display area of the display but also have other functions such as a light reflection preventing function.
The protective film is configured by laminating another film layer through an adhesive layer on a base film layer that covers and protects the display area of the display. Specifically, a release film layer is laminated on one surface of the base film layer via an adhesive layer, and after peeling the release film layer from the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer is bonded to the display area of the display. be able to. A film layer corresponding to various functions is laminated on the other surface of the base film layer as necessary.
In a general protective film, one release film layer covers the entire adhesive layer, and after peeling the release film layer to expose the entire adhesive layer, it is bonded to the display area of the display. At this time, the user attaches the protective film while aligning the protective film with respect to the display area, and it is usually difficult to attach the protective film at an accurate position once.
For this reason, many users repeat the work of pasting the protective film to the display area halfway, then peeling it off from the display area, and pasting it while aligning again. In this case, there is a possibility that problems such as a decrease in the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer, and dust or bubbles entering between the adhesive layer and the display area may occur. Therefore, in recent years, a configuration has been proposed in which it is easy to attach the protective film to an accurate position at one time (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2 below).
Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which a release film layer is divided into two parts by forming cuts in the release film layer. Specifically, the release film layer is divided into a temporary fastening release layer and a permanent fastening release layer. After peeling the temporary fastening release layer and pasting a part of the adhesive layer to the display area, A protective film can be bonded to the entire display area by peeling off the release layer for bonding and bonding the remaining part of the adhesive layer to the display area.
Patent Document 2 discloses a configuration for bonding a protective film using a jig. Specifically, by positioning the display (case) using a jig and inserting a protrusion formed on the jig into a through-hole provided in the holding film that holds the protective film The holding film is aligned. Thereafter, the protective film can be bonded to the display region by pressing the holding film.

However, in the configuration in which the release film layer is divided as in Patent Document 1, the adhesive layer may be damaged when a cut is formed in the release film layer. Therefore, it is also conceivable that the release film layer is once peeled off from the adhesive layer to form a cut and then pasted on the adhesive layer again. However, in this case, the manufacturing process of the protective film becomes complicated, and problems such as dust and air bubbles entering between the release film layer and the adhesive layer may occur.
Further, in the configuration in which the display is positioned using a jig as in the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, it is necessary to prepare the jig for the purpose, so that there is a problem that the work becomes large and the cost becomes high.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a protective film for a display that does not damage the adhesive layer. Another object of the present invention is to provide a protective film for a display that can be easily bonded to an accurate position with a simple structure.
The display protective film according to the present invention is a display protective film for protecting the display area of the display, and includes a base film layer, an adhesive layer, a release film layer, and a convex portion. The base film layer covers the display area. The adhesive layer is formed on one surface of the base film layer. The release film layer is provided on the adhesive layer and can be peeled from the adhesive layer. The said convex part is fixed to a part on the said peeling film layer, and is peeled off while tearing the said peeling film layer along the edge.
According to such a configuration, a part of the adhesive layer can be exposed by peeling off the release film layer along the edge of the convex portion fixed on the release film layer. Therefore, since it is not necessary to form a cut in the release film layer, the adhesive layer is not damaged.
Also, after a part of the exposed adhesive layer is bonded to the display area, the remaining part of the adhesive layer can be exposed by peeling off the remaining release film layer. Therefore, since the entire adhesive layer is not attached to the display area during the alignment of the protective film, the protective film can be easily attached to an accurate position with a simple configuration.
It is preferable that the edge of the convex part extends in a straight line from one end edge to the other end edge of the release film layer.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to easily make a cut along the edge of the convex portion from one edge or the other edge of the release film layer. Moreover, since the edge part of the convex part has extended on the straight line, the peeling film layer which made the cut can be cut straight easily easily. Thereby, since the operation | work which peels while peeling a peeling film layer can be performed smoothly, workability | operativity improves.
The protective film for display according to the present invention is a protective film for display for protecting the display area of the display, and includes a base film layer, an adhesive layer, a release film layer, and a convex portion. The base film layer covers the display area. The adhesive layer is formed on one surface of the base film layer. The release film layer is provided on the adhesive layer and can be peeled from the adhesive layer. The convex portion is formed on the release film layer and is positioned by being locked to the display.
According to such a configuration, the adhesive layer exposed by peeling the release film layer in a region different from the convex portion in a state where the convex portion formed on the release film layer is locked and positioned on the display. Part of it can be pasted into the display area. Thereafter, the remaining release film layer is peeled off in the region including the convex portion, so that the remaining portion of the adhesive layer can be exposed and bonded to the display region. Thereby, a protective film can be easily bonded to an accurate position with a simple configuration in which the convex portions formed on the release film layer are simply locked to the display.
The convex portion may be positioned by being locked along the outer edge of the display.
According to such a configuration, the convex portion formed on the release film layer can be easily locked along the outer edge of the display. In other words, the projection can be locked using the outer edge of the display without providing a portion for locking the projection on the display side, so that the protective film can be easily bonded with a simpler configuration. be able to.
The convex portion may be positioned by being locked to a concave portion formed on the surface of the display.
According to such a configuration, the convex portion formed on the release film layer can be easily locked to the concave portion formed on the surface of the display. In this case, if a concave portion formed on the surface of the display is used for a speaker, a microphone, a headphone, or the like, it is not necessary to separately provide a portion for locking the convex portion on the display side. The protective film can be easily attached.
According to the present invention, since it is not necessary to form a cut in the release film layer, the adhesive layer is not damaged. In addition, since the entire adhesive layer does not adhere to the display area during the alignment of the protective film, the protective film can be easily attached to an accurate position with a simple configuration.
According to the present invention, the protective film can be easily bonded to an accurate position with a simple configuration in which the convex portion formed on the release film layer is simply locked to the display.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the protective film according to the present invention will be described in detail. In addition, each layer of the protective film illustrated in the following embodiments is shown with a thickness larger than the actual thickness for easy understanding of the description.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a configuration example of a protective film 101 according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of the protective film 101 in FIG. 1, and shows only a part of the protective film 101. FIG. The protective film 101 according to the present embodiment is a display protective film that is attached to a display of various devices such as a mobile phone, a game machine, or a tablet terminal, and protects at least a display area of the display.
The protective film 101 is configured by laminating a base film layer 111 and a release film layer 112 via an adhesive layer 113. That is, the adhesive layer 113 is formed on one surface of the base film layer 111, and the release film layer 112 is provided on the adhesive layer 113. On the other surface of the base film layer 111, for example, an arbitrary film layer corresponding to various functions such as a light reflection preventing function may be laminated. Moreover, the base film layer 111 itself may have such various functions.
The base film layer 111 has a shape that can cover the display area of the display. More specifically, the base film layer 111 has a shape that is the same as or larger than the display area of the display. In this example, the base film layer 111 is formed in a rectangular shape, but may be formed in another rectangular shape such as a square shape or the like, depending on the shape of the display area of the display. Instead, it may be formed in various other shapes such as a circle or an ellipse.
The adhesive layer 113 is formed on the entire one surface of the base film layer 111. The release film layer 112 has a shape larger than that of the base film layer 111 and is laminated in a state of protruding outward from the periphery of the base film layer 111. The release film layer 112 is formed of, for example, a transparent film. In the state shown in FIG. 1, the base film layer 111 on the back side is visible through the transparent release film layer 112. However, the release film layer 112 may have the same shape as the base film layer 111 or may not be transparent.
The release film layer 112 can be peeled from the adhesive layer 113. Therefore, by peeling the release film layer 112 to expose the adhesive layer 113 and bonding the adhesive layer 113 to the display area of the display, the display area can be covered and protected by the base film layer 111.
In this embodiment, the convex part 114 is fixed to a part on the peeling film layer 112. The protrusion 114 is formed in a band shape having a predetermined width, for example, and extends in parallel to the short side of the base film layer 111. In this example, the edge part 114a of the convex part 114 is extended on the straight line from the one end edge 112a of the peeling film layer 112 to the other end edge 112b. Thereby, the peeling film layer 112 can be made to peel while tearing along the edge 114a.
The release film layer 112 is preferably formed of a material that can be easily cut, for example, a biaxially stretched film made of polypropylene as a raw material. The thickness of the release film layer 112 is preferably about 10 to 100 μm, for example. In addition, the base film layer 111 and the adhesion layer 113 can be formed with the well-known material generally used in the protective film.
FIG. 3 is a plan view for explaining an aspect when the release film layer 112 is peeled while being cut. When peeling the release film layer 112, the corner 112c of the one end edge 112a of the release film layer 112 is picked and peeled while applying a force along the direction D in which the edge 114a of the convex part 114 extends.
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 3, the one end edge 112a of the peeling film layer 112 is torn along the edge part 114a of the convex part 114. Then, by applying a force as it is along the direction D in which the edge portion 114a extends, the release film layer 112 can be peeled along the edge portion 114a while being cut from the one end edge 112a to the other end edge 112b. As a result, a part 112d of the release film layer 112 is removed, and the adhesive layer 113 facing this part is exposed.
The part 112d of the release film layer 112 to be peeled at this time is preferably a part corresponding to an area less than half of the entire area of the release film layer 112, and an area of 1/3 to 1/4. It is more preferable if it is a part corresponding to. Note that the release film layer 112 may be cut from the other end edge 112b instead of from the one end edge 112a.
4A to 4C are schematic cross-sectional views for explaining a mode when the protective film 101 of FIG. 1 is bonded to the display region 2 of the display 1. After the part 112 d of the release film layer 112 is peeled in the manner described in FIG. 3, the protective film 101 is aligned with the display area 2 of the display 1.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 4A, the protective film 101 is moved in a state where the adhesive layer 113 is separated from the display region 2 so that the exposed adhesive layer 113 faces the display region 2 of the display 1. And after aligning so that each side of the base film layer 111 is parallel to each side of the display region 2 and the base film layer 111 covers the entire display region 2, it is shown in FIG. 4B. Thus, the exposed adhesive layer 113 is bonded to the display area 2. However, it is also possible to perform alignment by moving the protective film 101 in the horizontal direction while bringing the surface of the convex portion 114 into sliding contact with the display area 2.
Thereafter, the remaining portion of the release film layer 112 is peeled off from the convex portion 114 side, and the remaining portion of the adhesive layer 113 is pasted on the display area 2 while being reversed and pulled out as shown in FIG. 4C. Match. In this way, the entire adhesive layer 113 can be bonded to the display area 2.
As described above, in this embodiment, a part of the adhesive layer 113 is exposed by peeling off the release film layer 112 along the edge 114a of the protrusion 114 fixed on the release film layer 112. Can be made. Accordingly, since it is not necessary to form a cut in the release film layer 112, the adhesive layer 113 is not damaged.
Further, after a part of the exposed adhesive layer 113 is bonded to the display region 2, the remaining part of the adhesive layer 113 can be exposed by peeling off the remaining release film layer 112. Therefore, since the entire adhesive layer 113 is not attached to the display area 2 during the alignment of the protective film 101, the protective film 101 can be easily attached to an accurate position with a simple configuration.
In particular, in this embodiment, since the edge 114a of the protrusion 114 extends from the one end edge 112a of the release film layer 112 to the other end edge 112b, the protrusion 114 protrudes from the one end edge 112a or the other end edge 112b of the release film layer 112. A cut can be easily made along the edge 114a of the portion 114. Moreover, since the edge part 114a of the convex part 114 has extended on the straight line, the peeling film layer 112 which made the cut can be cut straight easily easily. Thereby, since the operation | work which peels while peeling the peeling film layer 112 can be performed smoothly, workability | operativity improves.
FIG. 5 is a plan view for explaining another mode when the release film layer 112 is peeled while being cut. In this example, along the edge part 114a of the convex part 114, the peeling film layer 112 on the side where the convex part 114 is fixed is peeled while being cut. That is, when the release film layer 112 is peeled off, a part of the convex portion 114 at one end edge 112a of the release film layer 112 is picked and a force is applied along the direction D in which the edge portion 114a of the convex portion 114 extends. Remove.
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5, the one end edge 112 a of the release film layer 112 is cut along the edge part 114 a of the convex part 114. Then, by applying a force as it is along the direction D in which the edge portion 114a extends, the release film layer 112 can be peeled off along with the convex portion 114 while tearing from the one end edge 112a to the other end edge 112b. As a result, a part 112e (part where the convex part 114 is fixed) of the release film layer 112 is removed, and the adhesive layer 113 facing this part is exposed.
The part 112e of the release film layer 112 to be peeled at this time is preferably a part corresponding to an area less than half of the entire area of the release film layer 112, and an area of 1/3 to 1/4. It is more preferable if it is a part corresponding to. Note that the release film layer 112 may be cut from the other end edge 112b instead of from the one end edge 112a.
In the above description, the configuration in which the edge portion 114a of the convex portion 114 extends in parallel to the short side of the base film layer 111 has been described. However, the configuration is not limited to this, and the edge portion 114 a of the convex portion 114 may extend in parallel to the long side of the base film layer 111, for example. Moreover, if it is the structure which can be made to peel while peeling the peeling film layer 112, the convex part 114 can be formed not only in the above shapes but in another arbitrary shape.
FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a configuration example of a protective film 201 according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a BB cross-sectional view of the protective film 201 in FIG. 6 and shows only a part of the protective film 201. The protective film 201 according to the present embodiment is a display protective film that is bonded to a display of various devices such as a mobile phone, a game machine, or a tablet terminal, and protects a display area of the display.
The protective film 201 is configured by laminating a base film layer 211 and a release film layer 212 via an adhesive layer 213. That is, the adhesive layer 213 is formed on one surface of the base film layer 211, and the release film layer 212 is provided on the adhesive layer 213. On the other surface of the base film layer 211, for example, an arbitrary film layer corresponding to various functions such as a light reflection preventing function may be laminated. Moreover, the base film layer 211 itself may have such various functions.
The base film layer 211 has a shape that can cover the display area of the display. More specifically, the base film layer 211 has a shape that is the same as or larger than the display area of the display. In this example, the base film layer 211 is formed in a rectangular shape, but may be formed in another rectangular shape such as a square shape or the like, depending on the shape of the display area of the display. Instead, it may be formed in various other shapes such as a circle or an ellipse.
The adhesive layer 213 is formed on the entire one surface of the base film layer 211. The release film layer 212 has a shape larger than that of the base film layer 211, and is laminated in a state of protruding outward from the periphery of the base film layer 211. The release film layer 212 is formed of, for example, a transparent film. In the state shown in FIG. 6, the base film layer 211 on the back side is visible through the transparent release film layer 212. However, the release film layer 212 may have the same shape as the base film layer 211 or may not be transparent.
The release film layer 212 can be peeled from the adhesive layer 213. Therefore, by peeling the release film layer 212 to expose the adhesive layer 213 and bonding the adhesive layer 213 to the display area of the display, the display area can be covered and protected by the base film layer 211.
In this embodiment, the convex part 214 is formed in a part on the peeling film layer 212. The convex portion 214 is formed in a region of the release film layer 212 that does not face the base film layer 211. In this example, the convex part 214 is formed in a part of the peripheral part of the peeling film layer 212. More specifically, from one end edge 212a of the release film layer 212 to the other end edge 212b, a first protrusion 214a extending in parallel to the short side of the base film layer 211, and both ends of the first protrusion 214a. A U-shaped convex portion 214 is formed by a pair of second convex portions 214 b extending in parallel to the long side of the base film layer 211.
6 and 7, when the protective film 201 is bonded to the display 1, the convex portion 214 is positioned by being locked to the display 1 as indicated by a two-dot chain line. In this example, the projection 214 is locked along the outer edge of the display 1, whereby the movement of the protective film 201 in the short side direction and the long side direction is restricted and positioned with respect to the display 1.
More specifically, the pair of second convex portions 214 b are opposed to each other at an interval corresponding to the width of the display 1. Therefore, by disposing the display 1 between the pair of second convex portions 214b, the second convex portions 214b are hooked on the long sides of the display 1 to restrict the movement of the protective film 201 in the short side direction. be able to. Moreover, the 1st convex part 214a can be hooked on the short side of the display 1, and the movement to the long side direction of the protective film 201 can be controlled. Thus, the convex part 214 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the display 1 to which the protective film 201 is applied.
The convex portion 214 can be formed by punching, for example. That is, after another film layer is bonded onto the release film layer 212, a portion other than the portion where the convex portion 214 is to be formed is punched and removed to form the convex portion 214 in the remaining portion. can do. For example, if the convex part 214 is colored, since the position of the convex part 214 is easy to understand, the protective film 201 can be positioned smoothly.
The thickness of the release film layer 212 is preferably about 50 to 100 μm, for example. The thickness of the convex portion 214 is preferably larger than the thickness of the release film layer 212, and is preferably 500 μm or more, for example. The thickness of the projection 214 with respect to the thickness of the release film layer 212 is preferably 10 to 40 times, for example, and more preferably 20 to 40 times.
The base film layer 211, the release film layer 212, and the adhesive layer 213 can be formed of a known material that is generally used in a protective film. The convex part 214 may be formed with the same material as the peeling film layer 212, and may be formed with a different material.
However, the convex 214 is not limited to the shape illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, and may be formed, for example, over the entire circumference of the release film layer 212, or along the peripheral edge of the release film layer 212. A configuration in which the plurality of convex portions 214 are provided intermittently by being partially formed may be used. Moreover, the convex part 214 may be formed integrally with the peeling film layer 212.
For example, a cut 215 is formed in a region of the release film layer 212 where the convex portion 214 is not formed. The notch 215 extends in a straight line from the one end edge 212a to the other end edge 212b of the release film layer 212, whereby the release film layer 212 is divided into two. If the release film layer 212 is peeled from the one end edge 212a or the other end edge 212b along the notch 215, a part 212c of the release film layer 212 is removed, and the adhesive layer 213 corresponding to this part is exposed.
8A to 8C are schematic cross-sectional views for explaining an aspect when the protective film 201 of FIG. 6 is bonded to the display region 2 of the display 1. After the part 212c on the side where the convex part 214 is not formed in the release film layer 212 is peeled in the manner as described above, the protective film 201 is aligned with the display area 2 of the display 1.
At this time, the protective film 101 is moved in a state where the adhesive layer 213 is separated from the display region 2 so that the exposed adhesive layer 213 faces the display region 2 of the display 1. Then, as shown in FIG. 8A, after positioning the protrusion 214 along the outer edge of the display 1, the exposed adhesive layer 213 is pasted on the display area 2 as shown in FIG. 8B. Match. However, like the convex portion 114 in FIGS. 4A to 4C, a convex portion is provided on the surface of the release film layer 212, and the protective film 201 is placed in the horizontal direction while the surface of the convex portion is in sliding contact with the display region 2. It is also possible to perform alignment by moving.
Thereafter, the remaining part of the release film layer 212 is peeled off from the cut 215 side, and as shown in FIG. 8C, the remaining part of the adhesive layer 213 is bonded to the display area 2 while the release film layer 212 is reversed and pulled out. . In this way, the entire adhesive layer 213 can be bonded to the display area 2.
However, it is not an embodiment in which the protective film 201 is positioned after the part 212c of the peeling film layer 212 is peeled in advance, and after the protective film 201 is positioned, the part 212c of the peeling film layer 212 is peeled and exposed. The adhesive layer 213 may be bonded to the display area 2. In this case, the other end portion of the protective film 201 is turned up while the one end portion of the protective film 201 is locked to the outer edge of the display 1 by the convex portion 214, and the part 212c of the release film layer 212 is peeled off. do it.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the release film layer 212 is peeled in a region different from the protrusions 214 in a state where the protrusions 214 formed on the release film layer 212 are locked and positioned on the display 1. Thus, a part of the adhesive layer 213 exposed can be bonded to the display area 2. Thereafter, the remaining release film layer 212 is peeled off in the region including the convex portion 214, so that the remaining portion of the adhesive layer 213 can be exposed and bonded to the display region 2. Thereby, the protective film 201 can be easily bonded to an accurate position with a simple configuration in which the convex portion 214 formed on the release film layer 212 is simply locked to the display 1.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the convex portion 214 formed on the release film layer 212 can be easily locked along the outer edge of the display 1. That is, the projection 214 can be locked using the outer edge of the display 1 without separately providing a portion for locking the projection 214 on the display 1 side, so that the protective film 201 can be configured with a simpler configuration. Can be easily pasted together.
FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a modification of the protective film 201 of FIG. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC of the protective film 201 in FIG. 9 and shows only a part of the protective film 201. In this example, the shape of the convex portion 214 and the formation position of the notch 215 are different from those in FIG. 6, and the other configurations are the same as those in FIG. 6. Detailed description will be omitted.
In this example, the convex portion 214 is not locked along the outer edge of the display 1 but is locked in a concave portion formed on the surface of the display 1. As a recess for locking the projection 214, various recesses for a speaker, a microphone, a headphone, or the like formed in the display 1 can be used. The surface of the display 1 on which the concave portion is formed may be a surface on which the display region 2 is formed, or may be a surface on which the display region 2 is not formed, such as a side surface of the display 1. Good.
The convex portion 214 is formed in a region of the release film layer 212 that does not face the base film layer 211. In this example, the convex part 214 is formed in a part of the peripheral part of the peeling film layer 212. More specifically, a horizontally long convex portion 214 is formed at the central portion along the short side of the release film layer 212. However, the shape and position of the convex portion 214 can be arbitrarily set according to the shape and position of the concave portion formed in the display 1.
The convex portion 214 can be formed by punching, for example, as in the case of FIG. Moreover, the convex part 214 may be colored similarly to the case of FIG. Further, the thickness and material of the release film layer 212 and the convex portion 214 can be set in the same manner as in the case of FIG.
In this example, a plurality of cuts 215 are provided instead of one. Specifically, a pair of cuts 215 extending in parallel with each other extend in a straight line from one end edge 212a to the other end edge 212b of the release film layer 212, whereby the release film layer 212 is divided into three parts. Yes. If the release film layer 212 is peeled from the one end edge 212a or the other end edge 212b along these notches 215, the central portion 212d of the release film layer 212 is removed, and the adhesive layer 213 corresponding to this part is exposed. Can do. Thus, the number and position of the cuts 215 can be arbitrarily set.
FIGS. 11A to 11C are schematic cross-sectional views for explaining an aspect when the protective film 201 of FIG. 9 is bonded to the display region 2 of the display 1. After the central portion 212 d of the release film layer 212 is peeled in the manner as described above, the protective film 201 is aligned with the display area 2 of the display 1.
At this time, the protective film 101 is moved in a state where the adhesive layer 213 is separated from the display region 2 so that the exposed adhesive layer 213 faces the display region 2 of the display 1. Then, after positioning the convex portion 214 by inserting it into the concave portion 3 of the display 1 and locking it, the exposed adhesive layer 213 is bonded to the display region 2 as shown in FIG. 11A.
Thereafter, the part on one end side of the release film layer 212 is peeled off from the notch 215 side, and the exposed part of the adhesive layer 213 is pasted on the display area 2 while being reversed and pulled out as shown in FIG. 11B. Match. Further, the remaining portion on the other end side of the release film layer 212 is peeled off from the cut 215 side, and the remaining portion of the adhesive layer 213 is displayed in the display area while the release film layer 212 is reversed and pulled out as shown in FIG. 11C. Paste to 2. In this way, the entire adhesive layer 213 can be bonded to the display area 2.
However, it is not an aspect in which the protective film 201 is positioned after the central portion 212d of the release film layer 212 is previously peeled off, and after the protective film 201 is positioned, the central portion 212d of the release film layer 212 is released and exposed. The adhesive layer 213 may be bonded to the display area 2. In this case, the other end portion of the protective film 201 is turned up while the one end portion of the protective film 201 is locked to the concave portion 3 of the display 1 by the convex portion 214, and the central portion 212d of the release film layer 212 is removed. It can be peeled off.
As described above, in the example of FIGS. 9 to 11C, the convex portion 214 formed on the release film layer 212 can be easily locked to the concave portion 3 formed on the surface of the display 1. In this case, if the concave portion 3 formed on the surface of the display 1 is used for a speaker, a microphone, a headphone, or the like, there is no need to separately provide a portion for locking the convex portion 214 on the display 1 side. The protective film 201 can be easily bonded with a simpler configuration.
