  • a testing unit will checks its weight on online weighing system with sorting device of tablets or filled capsules to determine statistically if the quantity of product within an acceptable range. So some of percentages of products will be in not acceptable range, so it will be rejected, so loss of value - means production cost, raw material cost, labor cost, inventory cost, stock value etc.
  • the measurement of the quantity of product metered into the tablet or capsules is generally an indirect type of measurement and is obtained by evaluating the difference between the weight of a tablet or filled capsule, detected by the testing unit, and the average weight of tablet or capsules known from the type of tablet or capsules employed.

  • Load Cell (11) is checking online weight up to the desired weight of dose. When desired weight is achieved by load cell (1 1), it gives signal - command to PLC to stop the servo - stepper motor (1) & immediately servo - stepper motor (1) stops & PLC also commands to pneumatic cylinder (12) to operate. Now pneumatic cylinder (12) lifts or rotates the weighing bowl (9) & weighing bowl (9) rotates on axes which are fixed to hinge bracket (10) and accurately weighed dose will be poured to further process to discharge chute will be ready for further operation.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de dosage avec un poids précis qui est utilisé avec un système à base de poids, la vitesse et la direction de la vis transporteuse montée dans le servomoteur pas à pas étant commandées par un circuit PLC. Selon le système de dosage de la présente invention, la première dose est définie manuellement sur le circuit PLC, puis une matière première est introduite dans la cuvette d'évacuation tout d'abord par alimentation grossière et ensuite par alimentation fine de manière commandée. Au niveau du poids précis, le matériau de dosage est introduit dans la cuvette d'évacuation et une cellule de charge étalonne le poids en ligne de façon précise et envoie le signal au moyen de l'organe de commande PLC pour arrêter le servomoteur pas à pas. Puis un cylindre pneumatique soulève ou fait tourner la cuvette d'évacuation qui tourne sur des axes qui sont fixés à un étrier de charnière et une dose pesée avec précision va être versée pour un traitement ultérieur de sorte que la goulotte d'évacuation soit prête pour une opération supplémentaire.
