打开数据请求接收单元,用于接收被分享用户的打开数据请求;
第三在线判断单元,用于判断数据源所在的数据平台是否在线;
打开数据请求发送单元,用于发送所述被分享用户的打开数据请求至数据源所在的数据平台;以便所述数据平台在验证到所述被分享用户的打开数据请求合法时,将数据返回至所述被分享用户。

本发明采用上述技术方案,相比现有技术具有如下优点:通过一个统一的多维信息指针平台将用户的手机、PC等个人终端设备及个人云空间中的数据搜索、分类并生成与用户对应的数据指针链接,通过数据指针链接访问相应的个人终端设备和个人云空间,实现手机、PC等个人终端设备和个人云空间之间的全部打通,所有的数据指针链接列表统一集中管理,信息分享加入安全机构,使用指针链接方式,避免文件传输,无需个人文件实时同步到云空间中,提高数据访问的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围作出更为清楚明确的界定。
结合附图1所示,一种多维信息指针平台,它用于实现用户的个人终端设备和个人云空间的数据统一管理、用户的各个人终端设备及个人云空间之间的数据交互分享、用户间的个人终端设备和个人云空间的数据交互分享。本实施例中提及的个人终端设备包括手机平台、PC平台等。该多维信息指针平台包括身份认证模块、多维指针和搜索分类模块、数据链接整合模块、信息分享模块、支付模块,另外还包括用于接收用户访问请求的用户访问请求接收单元、。
身份认证模块,其使用tocken(令牌)或key(密钥)对用户做出唯一认证标识,并根据所述的认证标识对用户进行身份验证,身份认证模块调用统一认证、加密、签名授权平台API。多维指针与搜索分类模块,其与所述身份认证模块及个人终端设备和/或个人云空间通过移动平台、PC平台API相连接,用户使用认证标识通过所述多维指针与搜索分类模块在个人终端设备和/或个人云空间中搜索数据源,并根据用户分类并建立与数据源对应的数据指针链接。数据链接整合模块,其与所述多维指针与搜索分类模块相连接,所述数据链接整合模块将所述数据指针链接、用户的认证标识和数据源所在的位置对应存储形成数据目录。信息分享模块,所述信息分享模块与所述数据链接整合模块和所述身份认证模块相连接,分享用户通过所述信息分享模块用于向被分享用户授权分享需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接,分享用户分享的数据目录或数据指针链接存储在所述分享信息模块中。支付模块,用于调用统一支付平台API。
该多维信息指针平台的基本原理如下:(1)使用tocken或key对用户做唯一认证标识;(2)使用用户唯一认证标识通过多维指针和搜索分类模块中的搜索分类引擎和多维指针引擎把个人云空间、PC以及手机中的数据源根据用户分类并建立与数据源对应的数据指针链接,并将所述数据指针链接、用户的所述认证标识和数据源所在的位置对应存储,形成所述数据目录;(3)接收到用户的访问请求后,通过认证后可以拿到数据目录,通过数据目录的数据指针链接访问数据;(4)用户可以通过信息分享模块中信息分享引擎对数据链接指针或数据目录行授权分享;(5)信息分享可以通过支付模块实现收费,被分享用户需要付费才能打开数据。
下面具体介绍上述平台的数据访问方法。
结合附图2所示,该多维信息指针平台建立数据目录。用户登录该平台,该多维信息指针平台使用用户的唯一认证标识在个人终端设备和/或个人云空间上搜索数据源,创建与数据源对应的数据指针链接并将所述数据指针链接、用户的所述认证标识和数据源所在的位置对应存储,形成所述数据目录。
结合附图3所示,该多维信息指针平台可根据用户在个人终端设备和/或个人云空间上所创建或修改的数据源更新数据目录。用户登录多维信息指针平台后,用户在手机、PC上新建或修改数据源,创建与用户在个人终端设备和/或个人云空间上新建或修改的数据源相对应的数据指针链接,该多维信息指针平台接收用户的请求该数据指针链接的存储状态及存储位置的更新请求后,将该数据指针链接更新至所述数据目录。
结合附图4所示,用户可通过该多维信息指针平台访问个人终端设备和/或个人云空间的数据源。该多维信息指针平台接收用户的访问请求后,对用户的唯一认证标识进行验证,并在验证通过后将预先生成的与用户认证标识对应的数据目录返回至所述用户,以便用户通过所数据目录中的数据指针链接访问数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间。具体地,该多维信息指针平台根据用户的唯一认证标识获取所述数据目录,并在接收到用户的打开数据请求时判断数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间是否在线;若数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间在线,则该多维信息指针平台将所述用户的打开数据请求发送至数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间,以便所述个人终端设备和/或个人云空间在验证到所述用户的打开数据请求合法时,将数据返回至所述用户。
结合附图5所示,用户可通过该多维信息指针平台同步各个人终端设备和/或个人云空间的数据。用户可能在多个终端设备或云空间上存储同一数据的不同版本,当在其中一个上进行修改后,需要将修改后的内容同步至其他终端上。具体的,用户登录该平台,该多维信息指针平台接收用户的同步数据请求,该请求包含被请求同步的数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间和目标数据平台(其他个人终端设备和/或个人云空间)。验证用户的同步数据请求合法性,当结果为真时,判断被请求同步的数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间是否在线;若被请求同步的数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间在线,则该多维信息指针平台同步数据至目标数据平台。
结合附图6所示,用户可通过该多维信息指针平台分享信息。若分享用户需要将数据目录分享给其它用户:则分享用户登录该平台,该多维信息指针平台接收分享用户的分享请求,对分享用户的唯一认证标识进行验证,验证通过后该平台根据分享用户的唯一认证标识获取数据目录,并根据分享用户选择的被分享用户(即,分享目标用户),获取被分享用户的认证标识并进行校验,若校验未通过则多维指针信息平台拒绝分享用户的分享请求,校验通过后,分享用户先使用分享用户的私钥对其所分享的数据标识列表进行签名,再通过被分享用户的公钥对其所分享的数据标识列表进行加密生成分享信息,分享信息存储在该平台中。如果是收费数据,需要将收费信息传给支付模块。
若用户只需要将某些数据指针链接分享给其它用户:则分享用户登录该平台,该多维信息指针平台接收分享用户的分享请求,对分享用户的唯一认证标识进行验证,验证通过后根据用户的唯一认证标识获取数据目录,通过所述数据目录中的需要分享的数据指针链接请求数据后,判断数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间是否在线,当该个人终端设备和/或个人云空间在线时,该个人终端设备和/或个人云空间判断打开数据请求的合法性,若该个人终端设备不在线或请求不合法,则拒绝请求;若打开数据请求合法,则个人终端设备和/或个人云空间返回需要分享的数据;然后该平台根据用户选择的被分享用户,获取被分享用户的认证标识并进行校验,若校验未通过则多维指针信息平台拒绝其分享请求,校验通过后,分享用户先使用分享用户私钥对其所分享的数据指针链接进行签名,再通过被分享用户的公钥对其所分享的数据指针链接进行加密生成分享信息,分享信息存储在该平台中。如果是收费数据,需要将收费信息传给支付模块。
结合附图7所示,用户可通过该多维信息指针平台打开其它用户向其分享的信息。被分享用户登录多维指针信息平台,被分享用户接收到分享信息提示。如果是付费信息,需要向统一支付平台发起安全支付请求,支付成功后进入下一步。该多维信息指针平台接收到用户的打开分享请求后,验证分享用户身份,验证成功后使用被分享用户密钥对所述需要分享的数据目录或需要分享的数据指针链接解密;该多维信息指针平台接收到被分享用户的打开数据请求并判断数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间在线时,发送所述被分享用户的打开数据请求至数据源所在的个人终端设备和/或个人云空间,以便所述个人终端设备和/或个人云空间在验证到所述被分享用户的打开数据请求合法时,将数据返回至所述被分享用户。
对应上述方法,本发明多维信息指针平台包括:
用户访问请求接收单元,用于接收用户的访问请求,所述访问请求包括所述用户的唯一认证标识;
身份认证模块,用于根据所述的唯一认证标识对所述用户的身份进行验证;
数据目录返回单元,用于在验证通过时,将预先生成的与所述唯一认证标识对应的数据目录返回至所述用户;所述数据目录包括至少一个数据指针链接;
数据打开请求接收单元,用于接收所述用户发送的针对至少一个所述数据指针链接的数据打开请求;
数据打开请求发送单元,用于将所述数据打开请求发送至所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台,以便所述数据平台返回数据至所述用户。
优选的,所述多维信息指针平台还包括:
多维指针与搜索分类模块,用于使用用户的唯一认证标识在至少一个数据平台上搜索数据源;
数据链接整合模块,用于创建与数据源对应的数据指针链接并将所述数据指针链接、所述唯一认证标识和所述数据源所在的位置对应存储,形成数据目录。
所述多维信息指针平台还包括:
第一在线判断单元,用于判断所述数据源所在的数据平台是否在线;
所述数据打开请求发送单元,用于在所述数据源所在的数据平台在线时,将所述数据打开请求发送至所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台,以便所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台在验证到所述打开数据请求合法时,将数据返回至所述用户。
为进行数据同步,所述多维信息指针平台还包括:
同步数据请求接收单元,用于接收用户的同步数据请求,所述同步数据请求包含被请求同步的数据源所在的数据平台和目标数据平台;
同步数据请求验证单元,用于验证所述同步数据请求的合法性;
第二在线判断单元,用于在所述同步数据请求合法时,判断所述被请求同步的数据源所在的数据平台是否在线;
同步单元,用于在被请求同步的数据源所在的数据平台在线,同步数据至目标数据平台。
为进行数据更新,所述多维信息指针平台还包括:
更新请求接收单元,用于接收用户的更新请求,所述更新请求中包含新建或新修改数据的数据指针链接;
数据更新单元,用于根据所述新建或新修改数据的数据指针链接更新所述用户的数据目录。
为进行数据分享,所述多维信息指针平台还包括信息分享模块,所述信息分享模块包括:
分享请求接收单元,用于接收分享用户的分享请求,所述分享请求包括所述分享用户选择的被分享用户和需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接;
签名和加密单元,用于对需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接进行分享用户签名并加密;
存储单元,用于存储加密后的需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接。
分享信息接收单元,用于接收分享用户的分享信息;所述分享信息包括所述分享用户选择的被分享用户和需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接;
解密单元,用于验证分享用户的身份,验证成功后对所述需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接解密;
打开数据请求接收单元,用于接收被分享用户的打开数据请求;
第三在线判断单元,用于判断数据源所在的数据平台是否在线;
打开数据请求发送单元,用于发送所述被分享用户的打开数据请求至数据源所在的数据平台;以便所述数据平台在验证到所述被分享用户的打开数据请求合法时,将数据返回至所述被分享用户。
需要说明的是,本发明所指的数据平台包括个人终端和/或云空间。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种数据访问方法,其特征在于,所述数据访问方法包括以下步骤:
    接收用户的访问请求,所述访问请求包括所述用户的唯一认证标识;
    根据所述的唯一认证标识对所述用户的身份进行验证;
    若验证通过,则将预先生成的与所述唯一认证标识对应的数据目录返回至所述用户;所述数据目录包括至少一个数据指针链接;
    接收所述用户发送的针对至少一个所述数据指针链接的数据打开请求;
    将所述数据打开请求发送至所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台,以便所述数据平台返回数据至所述用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数据访问方法,其特征在于,所述数据访问方法还包括以下步骤:
    使用用户的唯一认证标识在至少一个数据平台上搜索数据源;
    创建与数据源对应的数据指针链接并将所述数据指针链接、所述唯一认证标识和所述数据源所在的位置对应存储,形成数据目录。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的数据访问方法,其特征在于:
    将所述数据打开请求发送至所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台包括:
    判断所述数据源所在的数据平台是否在线;
    若在线,则将所述数据打开请求发送至所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台,以便所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台在验证到所述打开数据请求合法时,将数据返回至所述用户。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的数据访问方法,其特征在于,该数据访问方法还包括以下步骤:
    接收用户的同步数据请求,所述同步数据请求包含被请求同步的数据源所在的数据平台和目标数据平台;
    验证所述同步数据请求的合法性;
    若合法,则判断所述被请求同步的数据源所在的数据平台是否在线;
    若被请求同步的数据源所在的数据平台在线,则同步数据至目标数据平台。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的数据访问方法,其特征在于,所述数据访问方法还包括以下步骤:
    接收用户的更新请求,所述更新请求中包含新建或新修改数据对应的数据指针链接;
    根据所述新建或新修改数据的数据指针链接更新所述用户的数据目录。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的数据访问方法,其特征在于,所述数据访问方法还包括以下步骤:
    接收分享用户的分享请求,所述分享请求包括所述分享用户选择的被分享用户和需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接;
    对需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接进行分享用户签名并加密;
    存储加密后的需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的数据访问方法,其特征在于,所述数据访问方法还包括以下步骤:
    接收分享用户的分享信息;所述分享信息包括所述分享用户选择的被分享用户和需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接;
    验证分享用户的身份,验证成功后对所述需要分享的数据目录或数据指针链接解密;
    在接收到被分享用户的打开数据请求并判断数据源所在的数据平台在线时,发送所述被分享用户的打开数据请求至数据源所在的数据平台,以便所述数据平台在验证到所述被分享用户的打开数据请求合法时,将数据返回至所述被分享用户。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的数据访问方法,其特征在于:所述数据平台包括个人终端和/或云空间。
  9. 一种多维信息指针平台,其特征在于,包括:
    用户访问请求接收单元,用于接收用户的访问请求,所述访问请求包括所述用户的唯一认证标识;
    身份认证模块,用于根据所述的唯一认证标识对所述用户的身份进行验证;
    数据目录返回单元,用于在验证通过时,将预先生成的与所述唯一认证标识对应的数据目录返回至所述用户;所述数据目录包括至少一个数据指针链接;
    数据打开请求接收单元,用于接收所述用户发送的针对至少一个所述数据指针链接的数据打开请求;
    数据打开请求发送单元,用于将所述数据打开请求发送至所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台,以便所述数据平台返回数据至所述用户。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多维信息指针平台,其特征在于:所述多维信息指针平台还包括:
    多维指针与搜索分类模块,用于使用用户的唯一认证标识在至少一个数据平台上搜索数据源;
    数据链接整合模块,用于创建与数据源对应的数据指针链接并将所述数据指针链接、所述唯一认证标识和所述数据源所在的位置对应存储,形成数据目录。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的多维信息指针平台,其特征在于:所述多维信息指针平台还包括:
    第一在线判断单元,用于判断所述数据源所在的数据平台是否在线;
    所述数据打开请求发送单元,用于在所述数据源所在的数据平台在线时,将所述数据打开请求发送至所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台,以便所述数据指针链接所指向的数据源所在的数据平台在验证到所述打开数据请求合法时,将数据返回至所述用户。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的多维信息指针平台,其特征在于:所述多维信息指针平台还包括:
    同步数据请求接收单元,用于接收用户的同步数据请求,所述同步数据请求包含被请求同步的数据源所在的数据平台和目标数据平台;
    同步数据请求验证单元,用于验证所述同步数据请求的合法性;
    第二在线判断单元,用于在所述同步数据请求合法时,判断所述被请求同步的数据源所在的数据平台是否在线;
    同步单元,用于在被请求同步的数据源所在的数据平台在线,同步数据至目标数据平台。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的多维信息指针平台,其特征在于:所述多维信息指针平台还包括:
    更新请求接收单元,用于接收用户的更新请求,所述更新请求中包含新建或新修改数据的数据指针链接;
    数据更新单元,用于根据所述新建或新修改数据的数据指针链接更新所述用户的数据目录。

    打开数据请求发送单元,用于发送所述被分享用户的打开数据请求至数据源所在的数据平台;以便所述数据平台在验证到所述被分享用户的打开数据请求合法时,将数据返回至所述被分享用户。
