Abstract
一种压缩机连接控制器(10)的接线结构,包括一端与压缩机连接的压缩机线,所述压缩机线的另一端设有第一对接端子(40);一端与控制器连接的控制器线,所述控制器线的另一端设有第二对接端子(11);所述压缩机和所述控制器通过所述第一对接端子和所述第二对接端子的对接进行电连接,所述控制器上设有用于固定所述第一对接端子或所述第二对接端子的固定座(20)。通过在控制器上设置用于固定第一对接端子或第二对接端子的固定座,使得操作人员在进行组装或者维修操作时,可以单手进行对接端子的拔插,方便快捷,提高了工作效率。
Description
本申请要求于2014年04月16日提交中国专利局、申请号为201420184856.4、发明名称为“压缩机连接控制器的接线结构及空调室外机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及电气连接领域,具体涉及一种空调外机中压缩机连接控制器的接线结构和采用该接线结构的空调室外机。
现有的空调室外机结构中,为了方便室外机控制器的操作以及空调总装装配的便利性,压缩机通电线通常分为两段,一段接在控制器上,一段接在压缩机本体上;这两段线上均带有对接端子,两对接端子插接在一起后实现压缩机和控制器的电连接。由于压缩机和控制器上具有对接端子的电线的一端为悬置状态,所以在进行对接端子的拔插时需要双手进行操作。特别是针对室外机空间比较小的情况下,双手伸入室外机内进行操作是很不方便的,不仅操作起来比较困难,人手还容易被室外机的壳体边缘刮伤。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种压缩机连接控制器的接线结构,所述接线结构能够方便操作人员进行组装和维修操作。
所述压缩机连接控制器的接线结构,包括一端与压缩机连接的压缩机线,所述压缩机线的另一端设有第一对接端子;一端与控制器连接的控制器线,所述控制器线的另一端设有第二对接端子;所述压缩机和所述控制器通过所述第一对接端子和所述第二对接端子的对接进行电连接,所述控制器上设有用于固定所述第一对接端子或所述第二对接端子的固定座。
进一步地,所述固定座包括多个卡勾,多个所述卡勾围成一个固定空间,所述卡勾对置于所述固定空间内的所述第一对接端子或所述第二对接端子进行卡扣固定。
进一步地,所述卡勾沿所述第一对接端子和所述第二对接端子的对接方向设置在所述固定空间的两边,以及沿与所述对接方向相垂直的方向设置在所述固定空间的另外两边。
进一步地,所述固定座包括多个卡勾和限位凸台,多个所述卡勾和限位凸台围成一个固定空间,所述卡勾沿所述第一对接端子和所述第二对接端子的对接方向设置在固定空间的两边,所述限位凸台则沿与所述对接方向相垂直的方向设置在固定空间的另外两边。
进一步地,所述限位凸台与所述卡勾一体连接。
进一步地,所述固定座还包括底基。
进一步地,所述卡勾设置在所述底基上端面的四个端角。
进一步地,所述底基周边还设有加强筋。
进一步地,所述控制器包括盒体,所述固定座设置在所述盒体的外表面。
本发明还提供了一种便于进行组装和维修操作的空调室外机,所述空调室外机包括压缩机和控制器,还包括上述压缩机连接控制器的接线结构。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过在控制器上设置用于固定第一对接端子或第二对接端子的固定座,使得操作人员在进行组装或者维修操作时,可以单手进行对接端子的拔插,方便快捷,提高了工作效率。
除了上面所描述的目的、特征和优点之外,本发明还有其它的目的、特征和优点。下面将参照图,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
本发明所述的控制器是指包括控制电路等部件的控制装置。
如图2至图4所示的压缩机连接控制器的接线结构,包括一端与压缩机连接的压缩机线,所述压缩机线的另一端设有第一对接端子40;一端与控制器10连接的控制器线,所述控制器线的另一端设有第二对接端子11;所述压缩机和所述控制器10通过所述第一对接端子40和所述第二对接端子11的对接进行电连接,所述控制器10上设有用于固定所述第一对接端子40或所述第二对接端子11的固定座20。通过在控制器10上设置用于固定第一对接端子40或第二对接端子11的固定座20,使得操作人员在进行组装或者维修操作时,可以单手进行对接端子的拔插,方便快捷,提高了工作效率。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述固定座20包括多个卡勾22,多个所述卡勾22围成一个固定空间,所述卡勾22对置于所述固定空间内的所述第一对接端子40或所述第二对接端子11进行卡扣固定。所述卡勾22沿所述第一对接端子40和所述第二对接端子11的对接方向设置在所述固定空间的两边,以及沿与所述对接方向相垂直的方向设置在所述固定空间的另外两边。通过设置的卡勾22,对第一对接端子40或第二对接端子11的前后左右方向进行限制,以及卡勾22的扣压作用,能够牢固的将对接端子进行固定,避免对接端子随意移动所带来的插接操作困难。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述固定座20包括多个卡勾22和限位凸台23,多个所述卡勾22和限位凸台23围成一个固定空间,所述卡勾22沿所述第一对接端子40和所述第二对接端子11的对接方向设置在固定空间的两边,所述限位凸台23则沿与所述对接方向相垂直的方向设置在固定空间的另外两边。所述限位凸台23与所述卡勾22一体连接。通过限位凸台23和卡勾22对第一对接端子40或第二对接端子11的前后左右方向进行限制,以及卡勾22的扣压作用,使得对接端子能够有效固定的同时,减少了卡勾22的数量,降低加工难度,节省生产材料。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述固定座20还包括底基21,所述底基21具有设定高度H。通过设置设定高度H,可以方便人手进行拔插操作,避免手指和控制器10抵触而带来的操作不便。所述设定高度H在一根手指宽度至两根手指宽度的范围内。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述卡勾22设置在所述底基21上端面的四个
端角。卡勾22设置于四个端角,能够留出卡勾22之间的空间,便于手指对对接端子进行相应操作,提高操作便捷性。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述底基21周边还设有加强筋24。通过设置的加强筋24可以提高固定座20和控制器10连接的牢固性,提高产品质量。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述控制器10包括盒体,所述固定座20设置在所述盒体的外表面。设置在盒体的外表面可以方便地进行可视操作。当然,固定座20也可以设置在空调室外机30的壳体内壁等位置,只要能够便于进行拔插操作即可。
如图1所示,本发明还提供了一种便于进行组装和维修操作的空调室外机30,所述空调室外机30包括压缩机和控制器10,还包括上述压缩机连接控制器的接线结构。所述空调室外机30不仅能够提高空调组装的便捷性,还能很方便地进行售后维修操作。
本发明所述的压缩机连接控制器的接线结构和采用该接线结构的空调室外机30,通过在控制器10上设置用于固定第一对接端子40或第二对接端子11的固定座20,使得操作人员在进行组装或者维修操作时,可以单手进行对接端子的拔插,方便快捷,提高了工作效率。
Claims (10)
- 压缩机连接控制器的接线结构,包括一端与压缩机连接的压缩机线,所述压缩机线的另一端设有第一对接端子;一端与控制器连接的控制器线,所述控制器线的另一端设有第二对接端子;所述压缩机和所述控制器通过所述第一对接端子和所述第二对接端子的对接进行电连接,其特征在于:所述控制器上设有用于固定所述第一对接端子或所述第二对接端子的固定座。
- 根据权利要求1所述的接线结构,其特征在于:所述固定座包括多个卡勾,多个所述卡勾围成一个固定空间,所述卡勾对置于所述固定空间内的所述第一对接端子或所述第二对接端子进行卡扣固定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的接线结构,其特征在于:所述卡勾沿所述第一对接端子和所述第二对接端子的对接方向设置在所述固定空间的两边,以及沿与所述对接方向相垂直的方向设置在所述固定空间的另外两边。
- 根据权利要求1所述的接线结构,其特征在于:所述固定座包括多个卡勾和限位凸台,多个所述卡勾和限位凸台围成一个固定空间,所述卡勾沿所述第一对接端子和所述第二对接端子的对接方向设置在固定空间的两边,所述限位凸台则沿与所述对接方向相垂直的方向设置在固定空间的另外两边。
- 根据权利要求4所述的接线结构,其特征在于:所述限位凸台与所述卡勾一体连接。
- 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的接线结构,其特征在于:所述固定座还包括底基。
- 根据权利要求6所述的接线结构,其特征在于:所述卡勾设置在所述底基上端面的四个端角。
- 根据权利要求6所述的接线结构,其特征在于:所述底基周边还设有加强筋。
- 根据权利要求1所述的接线结构,其特征在于:所述控制器包括盒体,所述固定座设置在所述盒体的外表面。
- 一种空调室外机,包括压缩机和控制器,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的压缩机连接控制器的接线结构。
