【技术领域】
本发明涉及玩具领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种电子敲击棒。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种电子敲击棒, 包括壳体、 电池、 电路板、 灯和喇叭, 电 池为电子敲击棒供电, 电路板上设置有控制单元, 当敲击电子敲击棒时控制单 元控制喇八发出不同敲击乐及控制灯发光; 壳体包括通过热熔固定的面壳和底 壳。 此方案未公开。 面壳和底壳通过热熔固定, 热熔固定牢固, 但是, 不易拆 卸, 一旦壳体内部的器件出现故障, 不易拆卸壳体对其内的器件进行检查和维 修。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种面壳和底壳可拆卸固定的电子敲击 棒。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种电子敲击棒, 包括壳体 和电路板, 还包括与所述电路板通过导线连接的灯、 喇八及电池; 所述电路板 上设置有控制单元, 当敲击所述电子敲击棒时所述控制单元控制所述喇叭发出 不同敲击乐及控制所述灯发光; 所述壳体包括可拆卸固定的面壳和底壳。
优选的, 所述面壳和底壳通过螺丝固定。 螺丝固定牢固。
优选的, 所述面壳设置有螺孔柱, 所述底壳设置有与所述螺孔柱配合的螺 丝孔。 螺丝孔和螺孔柱配合通过螺丝固定, 固定牢固。
优选的, 所述底壳沿所述螺丝孔延伸有延伸部, 所述延伸部内表面设置有 与螺丝配合的螺纹。 设置延伸部增加固定面积, 增加固定的牢固性。
优选的, 所述延伸部设置有用于套接在所述螺孔柱上的凸沿。 这样设置起 到限位作用。
优选的, 所述底壳设置有固定柱, 所述面壳设置有与所述固定柱插配的固 定槽。 固定柱插入固定槽内使面壳和底壳固定更加紧密。

优选的, 所述底壳边沿内表面设置有多个间隔布置的凸起。 增加边沿强度。 优选的, 所述延伸部外表面和所述螺孔柱都设置有加强筋。 增加强度。 优选的, 所述固定柱为顶部设置有倒圓角的圓柱体结构。 便于固定柱插入 固定槽内。
本发明由于壳体包括可拆卸固定的面壳和底壳, 从而方便拆卸面壳和底壳, 一旦壳体内部的器件出现故障就方便拆开壳体进行检测和维修。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种电子敲击棒, 如图 1至图 4所示, 包括壳体和电路板, 还 包括与所述电路板通过导线连接的灯、 喇叭及电池; 所述电路板上设置有控制 单元, 当敲击所述电子敲击棒时所述控制单元控制所述喇叭发出不同敲击乐及 控制所述灯发光; 所述壳体包括可拆卸固定的面壳和底壳。 本发明由于壳体包 括可拆卸固定的面壳 1和底壳 2, 从而方便拆卸面壳 1和底壳 2, 一旦壳体内部 的器件出现故障就方便拆开壳体进行检测和维修。
在本实施例中, 所述面壳 1和底壳 2通过螺丝固定。 螺丝固定牢固。
在本实施例中, 底壳 2包括相互配合的第一底壳 20和第二底壳 200, 第一 底壳 20和第二底壳 200相互配合后与面壳 1固定。
所述面壳 1设置有螺孔柱 11,所述底壳 2的第一底壳 20设置有与所述螺孔 柱 11配合的螺丝孔。 螺丝孔和螺孔柱 11配合通过螺丝固定, 固定牢固。 同时, 第二底壳 200在面壳 1和第一底壳 20之间固定的一个螺孔柱 11处设置有一用 于避让螺孔柱 11的避让孔 26, 如图 4所示, 从而第一底壳 20和第二底壳 200 都通过螺丝固定。 第二底壳 20沿所述螺丝孔延伸有延伸部 21, 所述延伸部 21 内表面设置有与螺丝配合的螺纹。 设置延伸部 21增加固定面积, 增加固定的牢 固性。 所述延伸部 21设置有用于套接在所述螺孔柱 11上的凸沿 22。 这样设置 起到限位作用。
在本实施例中, 螺丝孔的个数为三个, 且间隔布置, 螺孔柱 11配合螺丝孔 设置, 这样固定牢固, 当然, 也可以设置其它个数的螺丝孔进行固定。
如图 4所示, 第二底壳 200设置有固定柱 25, 结合图 2, 面壳 1设置有与 所述固定柱 25插配的固定槽 12。 固定柱 25插入固定槽 12内使面壳 11和第二 底壳固定更加紧密和牢固, 从而使面壳 1和底壳固定更加牢固。 面壳 1 内表面 上设置有圓柱体的凸块, 固定槽 12设置在圓柱体的凸块的中部, 这样和固定柱 插接配合, 固定效果好。 且固定柱也为圓柱体结构, 固定柱顶部设置有倒圓角, 对应的, 固定槽适合固定柱设置, 这样方便固定柱插入到固定槽内部。
如图 2至图 4所示, 所述底壳的第一底壳 20和第二底壳 200的边沿内表面 都设有凸边 23, 所述面壳 1边沿内表面设置有与所述凸边 23配合的平台 13。 凸边 23和平台 13配合使面壳 1和底壳配合更紧密。
如图 2至图 4所示, 所述底壳的第一底壳 20和第二底壳 200边沿内表面都 设置有多个间隔布置的凸起 24, 这样增加边沿强度。
如图 2和图 3所示, 所述延伸部 21外表面和所述螺孔柱 11都设置有加强 筋 14, 这样增加强度。
在本实施例中, 所述底壳 2的第一底壳 20沿螺丝孔设置有用于放置螺丝的 凹陷。 防止螺丝凸出壳体, 防止螺丝受损, 增加固定的牢固性。
如图 1所示, 喇叭固定在壳体 1的一端的端部, 灯固定在壳体 1的另一端, 电子敲击棒还包括套接在灯上的用于保护灯的灯罩 4及固定在喇叭处的用于保 护喇八的喇八罩 3, 从而防止灯和喇八受损。 使用者手握喇八固定端进行敲击, 灯罩 4为透明的软质的塑料材料, 弹性好, 在受到撞击时更加保护灯而受损。
本实施例面壳 1和底壳 2的可拆卸固定方式为螺丝固定及与插接固定相互 配合, 这样固定效果更佳。 当然, 本实施例也可以釆用其它可拆卸固定方式, 进行固定。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的电子敲击棒, 其特征在于, 所述面壳和底壳通过螺 丝固定。
3、如权利要求 2所述的电子敲击棒, 其特征在于, 所述面壳设置有螺孔柱, 所述底壳设置有与所述螺孔柱配合的螺丝孔。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的电子敲击棒, 其特征在于, 所述底壳沿所述螺丝孔 延伸有延伸部, 所述延伸部内表面设置有与螺丝配合的螺纹。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的电子敲击棒, 其特征在于, 所述延伸部设置有用于 套接在所述螺孔柱上的凸沿。
6、 如权利要求 1至 5任一所述的电子敲击棒, 其特征在于, 所述底壳设置 有固定柱, 所述面壳设置有与所述固定柱插配的固定槽。
7、 如权利要求 1至 5任一所述的电子敲击棒, 其特征在于, 所述底壳边沿 内表面设有凸边, 所述面壳边沿内表面设置有与所述凸边配合的平台。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电子敲击棒, 其特征在于, 所述底壳边沿内表面设 置有多个间隔布置的凸起。
9、 如权利要求 5所述的电子敲击棒, 其特征在于, 所述延伸部外表面和所 述螺孔柱都设置有加强筋。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的电子敲击棒, 其特征在于, 所述固定柱为顶部设 置有倒圓角的圓柱体结构。
