随着家庭网关的发展,相关技术中出现了语音型家庭网关,可支撑实现有线/无线多用户宽带上网、IPTV、VoIP等综合业务。相关技术中一种语音型家庭网关结构如图1所示,家庭组网内有多个设备,例如手机101、笔记本102、电话座机103等。家庭网关设备104在实际使用中会承担多样的功能,例如电话语音业务、有线无线上网、IPTV业务等。在图1所示的相关技术的家庭组网连接示意图中,电话座机103通过电话口接在语音型家庭网关104上,通过VoIP协议完成语音功能。语音型家庭网关是顺应用户使用需求的快速发展的家庭网关。

从上面所述可以看出,本发明实施例提供的家庭网关设备控制方法、装置及其家庭网关设备,允许用户在家中发出报障呼叫,并在收到所述报障呼叫后打开家庭网关设备的相应端口,使得远程维护人员在远程服务器端能够通过所述相应端口访问家庭网关设备,提高了维护你维护家庭网关设备的效率,节省用户和维护人员的精力和时间,同时节约因上门服务所耗费的路途费用。同时,本发明实施例所提供的方法、装置及其家庭网关设备,允许用户通过语音呼叫装置拨叫相应的报障服务号码,避免因外界因素意外发出报障呼叫给维护人员带来的不便。此外,本发明实施例还在维护人员访问控制家庭网关设备前,对维护人员的权限进行鉴定,防止恶意访问和控制。

以下结合说明书附图对本发明实施例进行说明。
本发明实施例首先提供一种远程控制方法,包括如图2所示的步骤:
步骤201:接收用户通过语音型家庭网关连接的语音呼叫装置发出的报障呼叫;
步骤202:打开语音型家庭网关的相应端口并启动该端口对应的服务,使得远程服务器能够通过相应端口与语音型家庭网关建立访问连接。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明实施例提供的远程控制方法允许用户在使用家庭网关设备遇到故障时通过呼叫保障电话打开家庭网关设备相应的端口,以便远端服务方的服务器能够对发生故障的家庭网关设备进行维护操作,从而维护人员无需亲自上门,即可帮助用户解决家庭网关设备的故障问题,也节省了用户和维护人员的时间,还为运营商节省下大量的金钱。
在具体实施例中,步骤201中所述语音呼叫装置可以为一个预设的按键,当用户按下此按键时,可自动发出报障呼叫。
在步骤202中,用户家庭网关设备的相应端口打开后,运营商的维护人员通过接听报障呼叫,或者通过其它交互方式,可得知用户所遇故障的具体情况。通过用户电话号码或用户ID等唯一标识,可在运营商自身的数据库中快速检索到对应用户家庭网关的IP地址,远程登录到该IP的语音型网关上,进行诊断检测,控制语音型家庭网关,使得所述网关设置改变以解决设备故障问题;或进行其它操作以解决设备故障问题。
所述端口对应的服务,指该端口所设置的应用程序启动后运行时所提供的服务。
在本发明的具体实施例中,所述语音呼叫装置可以是电话装置,也可以是其它可以进行语音呼叫的装置,如网络电话等。当用户通过电话装置拨叫 预先设定的报障服务号码时,发出所述报障呼叫。
在本发明的具体实施例中,所述号码可以指代数字号码,也可以是其它任意种类的字符串组成的号码。
在本发明一些实施例中,接收用户通过语音型家庭网关连接的语音呼叫装置发出的报障呼叫之后,还包括:
步骤2011:从用户所发出的报障呼叫中,获取用户通过所述语音呼叫装置所拨叫的报障号码;
步骤2012:匹配用户发出报障呼叫时所拨的报障号码;
步骤2013:当所述报障号码与预设的报障服务号码匹配时,通知打开语音型家庭网关的端口并启动该端口对应的服务的步骤。
在本发明具体实施例中,当用户遇到家庭网关设备的使用故障时,例如无线网络无法使用、IPTV无法使用等,可通过与其语音型家庭网关相连的电话装置呼叫维护电话,例如*12345#。当接收到用户通过所述电话装置发出的呼叫时,获取到用户所拨叫的号码,并将用户所拨叫的号码的模拟信号转化成数字信号,以便后续匹配。
将用户所拨叫的号码与运营商预设的号码列表进行匹配。运营商可预设一个或多个号码。当用户的家庭网关设备遭遇故障时,可选择运营商预设的多个号码中任意一个进行呼叫,当接收到用户发出的拨号呼叫后,可将用户拨叫的号码与号码列表中的所有记录有预设报障服务号码的表项进行一一对比,当存在与用户拨叫号码一致的表项时,说明该拨叫号码与在语音型家庭网关中预先设定的报障服务号码匹配。
所述预先设定的号码,可以存储在用户的语音型家庭网关中,也可以存储在一个专门的服务器中。
在步骤2011-步骤2013所述的实施例中,当所述报障号码与预先设定的报障服务号码不匹配时,可不执行任何操作,或进行语音提示。
在本发明的一些实施例中,按照预设的规则、打开用户网关设备的相应端口并启动该端口相应的服务、使得远程服务器能够通过相应端口与语音型家庭网关建立访问连接的步骤具体包括:
打开语音型家庭网关的WAN(Wide Area Network,广域网)侧端口并启动WAN侧端口相应的服务或LAN(Local Area Network,局域网)侧端口并启动LAN侧端口相应的服务。
在具体实施例中,运营商可以专门设置一个故障维护端口用于远程登录用户的家庭网关设备,但这样运营商在家庭网关设备的制造时期将会增加大量投入成本。因此,在本发明上述实施例中,通过打开家庭网关设备的WAN侧端口允许远程服务器的访问,利用了家庭网关设备相关技术的结构,节省了运营商的制造设计成本,同时影响远程控制的效果。
所述LAN侧端口相应的服务,可以包括LAN侧端口设置的应用运行时提供的服务。
在本发明一些实施例中,打开语音型家庭网关的WAN侧端口并启动WAN侧端口相应的服务、使得远程服务器能够通过相应端口与语音型家庭网关建立访问连接的步骤进一步具体包括:
通过打开语音型家庭网关WAN侧80或443端口并启动80或443端口对应的WEB服务,使得远程服务器能够以WEB方式对语音型家庭网关进行访问;
和/或,打开语音型家庭网关WAN侧23端口并启动23端口对应的TELNET服务,使得远程服务器能够与语音型家庭网关建立基于TELNET协议的访问连接;
和/或,打开远程日志端口并启动日志端口对应的日志提供服务,将语音型家庭网关的日志上传到远程服务器上。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明上述实施例提供的远程控制方法,允许运行商通过多种灵活的方式对用户家庭网关设备进行访问和控制。
在具体实施例中,通过WEB方式或令远程服务器与家庭网关设备建立基于TELNET协议的访问连接,使得维护人员可以直接观察家庭网关设备本身的运行状况,以便于了解故障产生原因并针对故障产生原因对用户家庭网关设备进行控制维护。
在具体实施例中,将语音型家庭网关的日志上传到远程服务器上,使得 维护人员可以从设备日志中查找出故障原因,以便于维护人员了解家庭网关设备的真实情况。
在其它实施例中,可以通过其它接口使得远程服务器与用户家庭网关设备建立连接,例如,在条件允许的情况下,可以打开家庭网关设备的LAN侧端口以建立远程服务器和家庭网关设备之间的连接。
在本发明的一些实施例中,打开语音型家庭网关的相应端口并启动该端口相应的服务、使得远程服务器能够通过相应端口与语音型家庭网关建立访问连接之后,还包括:
当检测到本次端口打开后无操作时间达到设定的时间阈值或接收到关闭端口的命令时,关闭所打开的端口并停止该端口相应的服务。
在远程登录的维护会话结束后,家庭网关自动关闭所打开的端口,避免被外部黑客攻击,被暴力破解密码登录而导致安全问题。在具体实施例中,可以预设一个无操作情况下自动关闭的时间阈值,当维护人员通过控制家庭网关设备解决故障之后,用户和维护人员均不再对家庭网关设备进行操作,若是无操作时间达到所述时间阈值,则自动关闭所打开的端口并停止该端口相应的服务。更具体的,由于用户打开家庭网关的相应端口后,维护人员可能由于某些原因无法及时接听用户的报障呼叫,可以在用户或维护人员任意一方的一项操作结束时开始计时,当计时时间达到所述时间阈值时,关闭之前所打开的端口。
更为具体的,由于用户等待维护人员接听电话的等待时间和维护人员操作间隔时间以便情况下会有所不同,可以设置不同的第一时间阈值和第二时间阈值,在打开语音型家庭网关的相应端口之后,若是无操作时间达到预设的第一时间阈值,则关闭所打开的端口。在响应维护人员操作指令进行相应操作之后,若是无操作时间达到设定的第二时间阈值,则关闭所打开端口。
在本发明的一些实施例中,打开语音型家庭网关的相应端口、使得远程服务器能够通过相应端口与语音型家庭网关建立访问连接之后,还包括:
接收访问方通过远程服务器访问用户的语音型家庭网关访问请求;
根据所述访问请求,鉴定访问方的权限;并获得鉴定结果;
当所述鉴定结果指示所述访问方具有访问语音型家庭网关的权限时,接受所述访问请求,使得远程服务器登陆到语音型家庭网关。
为防止所述相应端口打开后,外部存在恶意访问的情况,可通过账号或其它方式对访问权限进行限制,以保证用户家庭网关设备的安全。
本发明实施例还提供了一种远程控制装置,结构如图3所示,包括:
报障呼叫接收模块301,设置成:接收用户通过语音型家庭网关连接的语音呼叫装置发出的报障呼叫;
端口打开模块302,设置成:打开语音型家庭网关的相应端口并启动该端口对应的服务,使得远程服务器能够通过相应端口与语音型家庭网关建立访问连接
从上面所述可以看出,本发明实施例提供的远程控制装置,能够相应于用户发出的报障呼叫,打开响应端口,使得远程维护人员可以在远程服务器端访问家庭网关设备,方便维护人员即时地对用户家庭网关设备进行维护,也节省用户的等待时间和维护人员的上门工作的交通路途时间,此外,还能够节省运营商所投入的资金。
在本发明一些实施例中,仍然参照图3,报障呼叫接收模块301包括报障号码获取模块3011和报障号码匹配模块3012,其中:
报障号码获取模块3011,设置成:从用户所发出的报障呼叫中,获取用户通过所述语音呼叫装置所拨叫的报障号码;
报障号码匹配模块3012,设置成:匹配用户发出报障呼叫时所拨的报障号码;当所述报障号码与预设的报障服务号码匹配时,触发所述端口打开模块302。
在本发明一些实施例中,所述端口打开模块302具体包括WAN侧端口打开单元和/或LAN侧端口打开单元:
WAN侧端口打开单元,设置成:打开语音型家庭网关的WAN侧端口并启动WAN侧端口相应的服务;
或LAN侧端口打开单元,设置成:打开LAN侧端口并启动LAN侧端口 相应的服务。
在本发明一些实施例中,所述WAN侧端口打开单元包括80端口打开子单元、443端口打开子单元、23端口打开子单元和/或远程日志端口打开子单元,其中:
80端口打开子单元,设置成:通过打开语音型家庭网关WAN侧80端口并启动80端口对应的WEB服务,使得远程服务器能够以WEB方式对语音型家庭网关进行访问;
和/或,443端口打开子单元,设置成:通过打开语音型家庭网关WAN侧443端口并启动443端口对应的WEB服务,使得远程服务器能够以WEB方式对语音型家庭网关进行访问;
和/或,23端口打开子单元,设置成:打开语音型家庭网关WAN侧23端口并启动23端口对应的TELNET服务,使得远程服务器能够与语音型家庭网关建立基于TELNET协议的访问连接;
和/或,远程日志端口打开子单元,设置成:打开远程日志端口并启动日志端口对应的日志提供服务,将语音型家庭网关的日志上传到远程服务器上。
仍然参照图3,在本发明一些实施例中,所述装置还包括:
端口关闭模块303,设置成:当检测到本次端口打开后无操作时间达到设定的时间阈值或接收到关闭端口的命令时,关闭所打开的端口并停止该端口相应的服务。
在本发明一些实施例中,所述装置还包括:
访问请求接收模块,设置成:接收访问方通过远程服务器访问用户的语音型家庭网关访问请求;
权限鉴定模块,设置成:根据所述访问请求,鉴定访问方的权限;并获得鉴定结果;
访问请求接受模块,设置成:当所述鉴定结果指示所述访问方具有访问语音型家庭网关的权限时,接受所述访问请求,使得远程服务器登陆到语音型家庭网关。
本发明实施例进一步还提供一种家庭网关设备,包括语音呼叫装置,还 包括本发明任意一项实施例中所提供的远程控制装置。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行上述任意的远程控制方法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种载有所述计算机程序的载体。
另外,本发明实施例中的装置可以任意组合。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种远程控制方法,包括如下步骤:
    接收与语音型家庭网关连接的语音呼叫装置发出的报障呼叫;
    打开所述语音型家庭网关的端口并启动该端口对应的服务,使得远程服务器能够通过该端口与所述语音型家庭网关建立访问连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的远程控制方法,其中,接收与语音型家庭网关连接的语音呼叫装置发出的报障呼叫的步骤包括:
    从所述报障呼叫中,获取所述语音呼叫装置所拨叫的报障号码;
    将预设的报障服务号码与所述报障号码进行匹配;
    当所述报障号码与预设的报障服务号码匹配时,通知打开所述语音型家庭网关的端口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的远程控制方法,其中,打开所述语音型家庭网关的端口并启动该端口相应的服务、使得所述远程服务器能够通过该端口与所述语音型家庭网关建立访问连接的步骤包括:
    打开所述语音型家庭网关的WAN侧端口并启动所述WAN侧端口相应的服务,使得所述远程服务器能够通过所述WAN侧端口与所述语音型家庭网关建立访问连接;或,
    打开所述语音型家庭网关的LAN侧端口并启动所述LAN侧端口相应的服务,使得所述远程服务器能够通过所述LAN侧端口与所述语音型家庭网关建立访问连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的远程控制方法,其中,打开所述语音型家庭网关的WAN侧端口并启动所述WAN侧端口相应的服务、使得所述远程服务器能够通过所述WAN侧端口与所述语音型家庭网关建立访问连接的步骤包括:
    打开所述语音型家庭网关的WAN侧80或443端口并启动所述80或443端口对应的WEB服务,使得所述远程服务器能够以WEB方式对所述语音型家庭网关进行访问;和/或,
    打开所述语音型家庭网关WAN侧23端口并启动23端口对应的TELNET服务,使得所述远程服务器能够与所述语音型家庭网关建立基于TELNET协 议的访问连接;和/或,
    打开远程日志端口并启动日志端口对应的日志提供服务,将所述语音型家庭网关的日志上传到所述远程服务器上。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的远程控制方法,其中,打开所述语音型家庭网关的端口并启动该端口相应的服务、使得所述远程服务器能够通过该端口与所述语音型家庭网关建立访问连接的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    当检测到打开的端口打开后无操作时间达到设定的时间阈值或接收到关闭端口的命令时,关闭所打开的端口并停止该端口相应的服务。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的远程控制方法,其中,打开所述语音型家庭网关的端口、使得所述远程服务器能够通过该端口与所述语音型家庭网关建立访问连接的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    接收访问方通过所述远程服务器访问所述语音型家庭网关的访问请求;
    根据所述访问请求,鉴定所述访问方的权限,并获得鉴定结果;
    当所述鉴定结果指示所述访问方具有访问所述语音型家庭网关的权限时,接受所述访问请求,使得所述远程服务器登陆到所述语音型家庭网关。
  7. 一种远程控制装置,包括报障呼叫接收模块和端口打开模块,其中:
    所述报障呼叫接收模块设置成:接收与语音型家庭网关连接的语音呼叫装置发出的报障呼叫;
    所述端口打开模块设置成:打开所述语音型家庭网关的端口并启动该端口对应的服务,使得远程服务器能够通过该端口与所述语音型家庭网关建立访问连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的远程控制装置,所述报障呼叫接收模块包括报障号码获取模块和报障号码匹配模块,其中:
    所述报障号码获取模块设置成:从用所述报障呼叫中,获取所述语音呼叫装置所拨叫的报障号码;
    所述报障号码匹配模块设置成:将所述报障号码与预设的报障服务号码进行匹配,当所述报障号码与预设的报障服务号码匹配时,触发所述端口打开模块打开所述语音型家庭网关的端口。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的远程控制装置,其中,所述端口打开模块包括 WAN侧端口打开单元和/或LAN侧端口打开单元,其中:
    所述WAN侧端口打开单元设置成:打开所述语音型家庭网关的WAN侧端口并启动所述WAN侧端口相应的服务;
    所述LAN侧端口打开单元设置成:打开LAN侧端口并启动所述LAN侧端口相应的服务。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的远程控制装置,其中,所述WAN侧端口打开单元包括80端口打开子单元、443端口打开子单元、23端口打开子单元和/或远程日志端口打开子单元,其中:
    所述80端口打开子单元设置成:通过打开所述语音型家庭网关的WAN侧80端口并启动所述80端口对应的WEB服务,使得所述远程服务器能够以WEB方式对所述语音型家庭网关进行访问;
    所述443端口打开子单元设置成:通过打开所述语音型家庭网关的WAN侧443端口并启动所述443端口对应的WEB服务,使得所述远程服务器能够以WEB方式对所述语音型家庭网关进行访问;
    所述23端口打开子单元设置成:打开所述语音型家庭网关的WAN侧23端口并启动所述23端口对应的TELNET服务,使得所述远程服务器能够与所述语音型家庭网关建立基于TELNET协议的访问连接;
    所述远程日志端口打开子单元设置成:打开远程日志端口并启动所述远程日志端口对应的日志提供服务,将所述语音型家庭网关的日志上传到所述远程服务器上。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10中任一项所述的远程控制装置,所述装置还包括端口关闭模块,其中:
    所述端口关闭模块设置成:当检测到打开的端口打开后无操作时间达到设定的时间阈值或接收到关闭端口的命令时,关闭所打开的端口并停止该端口相应的服务。
  12. 根据权利要求7-10中任一项所述的远程控制装置,所述装置还包括访问请求接收模块、权限鉴定模块和访问请求接受模块,其中:
    所述访问请求接收模块设置成:接收访问方通过所述远程服务器访问所述语音型家庭网关的访问请求;
    所述权限鉴定模块设置成:根据所述访问请求,鉴定所述访问方的权限,并获得鉴定结果;
    所述访问请求接受模块设置成:当所述鉴定结果指示所述访问方具有访问所述语音型家庭网关的权限时,接受所述访问请求,使得所述远程服务器登陆到所述语音型家庭网关。
  13. 一种家庭网关设备,包括语音呼叫装置,还包括如权利要求7-12中任意一项所述的远程控制装置。
  14. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行权利要求1-6中任一项所述的远程控制方法。
