本发明基于 TR-069协议定义的信令和自动配置架构对个人终端进行设 置、 升级、 故障诊断及维护, 节省了重新定制协议所需耗费的时间和人力, 并节省了重新设置自动配置架构所需耗费的人力和资金;
本发明仅将家庭网络设备注册在 ACS上, 通过家庭网络设备集中管理 通过其接入网络的个人终端, 即这些个人终端可看作家庭网络设备的新增 附图说明

本发明实施例远程管理个人终端的方法的实现流程如图 1 所示, 包括 以下步骤:
步骤 101: 通过接口连接个人终端和家庭网络设备; 其中, 所述接口包 括以下接口方式的一种或多种: USB接口、 网络接口或无线接口等。
步骤 102: 家庭网络设备获取个人终端的参数, 并将获取的个人终端的 参数上 4艮给自动配置服务器( ACS , Auto-Configuration Server );
其中, 具体的获取方法包括:
家庭网络设备向个人终端发送属性查询请求;
个人终端接收到属性查询请求后, 回复个人终端自身的参数给家庭网 络设备。 其中, 个人终端的参数包括: 厂商标识符、 设备标识符、 产品类 型标识符、 硬件版本号和软件版本号, 一台个人终端由其厂商标识符、 设 备标识符和产品类型标识符唯一标识。
这里, 步骤 102前, 本发明实施例还包括: 家庭网络设备注册在 ACS 上, 具体为:
家庭网络设备向 ACS发送注册请求;
ACS存储接收到的注册请求携带的家庭网络设备的参数, 完成家庭网 络设备注册。
步骤 103: ACS存储接收到的个人终端的参数, 并建立所述家庭网络 设备的参数和所述个人终端的参数的关联关系;
这里, 所述家庭网络设备的参数包括: 厂商标识符、 设备标识符、 产 品类型标识符、 硬件版本号和软件版本号, 一台家庭网络设备由其厂商标 识符、 设备标识符和产品类型标识符唯一标识; 所述家庭网络设备的参数 是 TR-069协议标准参数, 所述个人终端的参数是厂商自定义参数, 用以区 别于家庭网络设备的参数;
其中, 所述建立关联关系具体为:
将所述家庭网络设备的厂商标识符、 设备标识符和产品类型标识符, 和所述个人终端的厂商标识符、 设备标识符和产品类型标识符对应起来, 作为所述家庭网络设备的参数和所述个人终端的参数的关联关系并存储。
其中, 厂商自定义参数的格式可以为:
X_<VENDOR>_VendorSpecificName . 或
X_<VENDOR>_VendorSpecificValue;
其中, <VENDOR>是厂商标识符, 可以是一个组织的唯一标识( OUI , Organizationally Unique Identifier )或域名; VendorSpecificName是设备的特 定名称, VendorSpecific Value是设备的特定价值; 例如, 个人终端为数码相 框时, 其参数: 厂商标识符、 设备标识符、 产品类型标识符、 硬件版本号 和软件版本号依次表示为:

InternetatewayDe vice . Service . X_ZTE-COM_Photo . Software Version; 其中, X_ZTE-COM为该数码相框的厂商标识符; Photo为该数码相框 的特定名称, 用来区别于通过所述家庭网络设备接入网络的其它类型的个 人终端, 例如, 数字电视。
步骤 104: ACS根据所建立的关联关系, 通过所述家庭网络设备管理 所述个人终端。
其中, 所述 ACS通过所述家庭网络设备管理所述个人终端包括: ACS 根据建立的关联关系, 通过所述家庭网络设备对所述个人终端进行配置, 具体为:
ACS根据建立的关联关系, 确定与需要进行配置的个人终端连接的家 庭网络设备, 并将该个人终端的配置信息发送至所确定的家庭网络设备; 其中, 所述配置信息是厂商自定义参数, 且其名称中包含需要进行配置的 个人终端的特定名称, 以使得个人终端的配置信息区别于家庭网络设备的 配置信息, 并区别于通过所述家庭网络设备接入网络的其它类型的个人终 端; 而当同类型的多台个人终端通过所述家庭网络设备接入网络时, 还可 以通过为所述多台个人终端编号, 并将个人终端的编号加入其厂商自定义 参数名称中来加以区别, 例如, 两台数码相框通过所述家庭网络设备接入 网络, 则其厂商自定义参数名称分别为:
InternetatewayDevice.Service.X_ZTE-COM_Photo. { 1 }和
InternetatewayDe vice . Service .X_ZTE-COM_Photo . { 2 } ,
家庭网络设备确定接收到的配置信息的类型为厂商自定义参数类型, 则将接收到的配置信息发送至需要进行配置的个人终端; 这里, 家庭网络 设备通过接收到的厂商自定义参数的名称中个人终端的特定名称确定所述 需要进行配置的个人终端, 或通过个人终端的特定名称和编号确定所述需 要进行配置的个人终端,
个人终端根据接收到的配置信息进行配置、 或更新自身配置; 或者, 个人终端通过家庭网络设备向 ACS发送配置信息请求, 该请求中携带 个人终端的厂商标识符和设备序列号,
ACS确定接收到的配置信息请求携带的厂商标识符和设备序列号, 则 回复厂商自定义参数类型的配置信息至家庭网络设备; 家庭网络设备确定接收到的配置信息的类型为厂商自定义参数类型, 则将接收到的配置信息发送至个人终端,
个人终端根据接收到的配置信息进行配置、 或更新自身配置; 其中, 所述配置信息包括: 个人终端的功能驱动、 功能参数等, 其中 功能参数可包括启用 /禁用、 休眠开始 /结束时间、 对比度调节、 音量调节、 图片播放节奏等; 通过对个人终端的配置, 可以管理个人终端的功能, 例 如, 通过对个人终端的配置, 使得个人终端能够播放指定网络路径的广告 或文字新闻等。
这里,可以是 CPE在开机后发起对所述个人终端的配置,也可以是 ACS 可在任意需要的时刻发起对所述个人终端的配置。
进一步地,所述 ACS通过所述家庭网络设备管理所述个人终端还包括: ACS根据建立的关联关系, 通过所述家庭网络设备, 升级所述个人终端上 安装的软件, 具体为:
ACS根据建立的关联关系, 确定与需要进行升级的个人终端连接的家 庭网络设备, 发送下载 (Download )参数至所确定的家庭网络设备;
家庭网络设备确定接收到的 Download参数中的文件类型 ( FileType ) 为厂商自定义文件类型,则将接收到的 Download参数发送至需要进行升级 的个人终端; 这里, 下发给个人终端的 Download参数中的 FileType为厂商 自定义文件类型, 是为了区别于下发给家庭网络设备的 Download参数; 个人终端接收 Download参数, 并在该 Download参数指定的位置下载 该 Download参数指定的软件, 根据下载的软件更新自身的软件。
进一步地, 所述 ACS根据建立的关联关系, 通过所述家庭网络设备管 理所述个人终端还包括:
所述个人终端通过家庭网络设备向 ACS发送用于状态和性能统计的数 据、 以及用于诊断连接性和服务的信息; ACS根据接收到的用于状态和性能统计的数据、 以及用于诊断连接性 和服务的信息, 对个人终端的状态和性能进行监测, 并通过家庭网络设备 对个人终端进行故障诊断及维护。
本发明实时例中 , ACS使用 TR-069协议定义的信令对个人终端进行设 置、 升级、 故障诊断及维护。
本发明实时例中, 家庭网络设备和 ACS基于 TR-069协议的协议栈进 行交互; TR-069 协议的协议栈如图 2 所示, 其中, CPE/ACS 应用管理
( CPE/ACS Management Application )层由家庭网络设备和 ACS本地定义; 远程过程调用方法( RPC Method )层是在筒单对象访问协议( SOAP )层之 上定义的, 是用于配置、 更新、 诊断等操作的特定的 RPC方法; SOAP层 用于编码远程过程调用; 超文本传输协议( HTTP )层, 用于家庭网络设备 和 ACS间的会话; 安全套接字层(SSL ) /安全传输层协议(TLS )层是标 准的 Internet 传输层安全协议; 最底层为传输控制协议 /互联网络协议
( TCP/IP )层。
本发明实施例远程管理个人终端的系统的结构如图 3所示, 包括: 包 含接口模块的家庭网络设备和 ACS; 其中,
接口模块, 用于连接个人终端和家庭网络设备;
家庭网络设备, 用于通过所述接口模块获取个人终端的参数, 并将获 取的个人终端的参数上报给 ACS;
ACS , 用于存储接收到的个人终端的参数, 建立家庭网络设备的参数 和所述个人终端的参数的关联关系; 并根据所建立的关联关系, 通过所述 家庭网络设备管理所述个人终端。
其中, 所述家庭网络设备包括:
转发模块, 用于通过所述接口模块获取个人终端的参数, 并将获取的 个人终端的参数上报给自动配置服务器 ACS; 所述家庭网络设备还包括:
注册模块, 用于向 ACS发送注册请求。
所述 ACS包括: 第一存储模块、 管理模块; 其中,
第一存储模块, 用于存储接收到的个人终端的参数, 建立并存储家庭 网络设备的参数和所述个人终端的参数的关联关系;
管理模块, 用于根据所建立的关联关系, 通过所述家庭网络设备管理 所述个人终端;
所述 ACS还包括:
第二存储模块, 用于存储接收到的注册请求携带的家庭网络设备的参 数, 完成家庭网络设备注册。
进一步地, 所述管理模块包括: 配置模块、 和 /或软件升级模块、 和 / 或监测诊断模块; 其中,
配置模块, 用于根据建立的关联关系, 确定与需要进行配置的个人终 端连接的家庭网络设备, 并将该个人终端的配置信息通过确定的家庭网络 设备发送至需要进行配置的个人终端; 或者, 接收到个人终端通过家庭网 络设备发来的配置信息请求, 确定接收到的配置信息请求携带厂商标识符 和设备序列号, 则通过家庭网络设备回复厂商自定义参数类型的配置信息 至个人终端;
软件升级模块, 用于根据建立的关联关系, 确定与需要进行升级的个 人终端连接的家庭网络设备,通过确定的家庭网络设备发送 Download参数 至需要进行升级的个人终端;
监测诊断模块, 用于接收通过家庭网络设备发来的个人终端的用于状 态和性能统计的数据、 以及用于诊断连接性和服务的信息; 并根据接收到 的用于状态和性能统计的数据、 以及用于诊断连接性和服务的信息, 对个 人终端的状态和性能进行监测, 并通过家庭网络设备对个人终端进行故障 诊断及维护。
进一步地, 该系统还包括:
个人终端, 用于根据接收到的配置信息进行配置、 或更新自身配置; 和 /或用于接收 Download参数, 并在该 Download参数指定的位置下载该 Download参数指定的软件, 根据下载的软件更新自身的软件; 和 /或用于通 过家庭网络设备发送用于状态和性能统计的数据、 以及用于诊断连接性和 服务的信息至所述监测诊断模块。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种远程管理个人终端的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 连接个人终端和家庭网络设备;
家庭网络设备获取个人终端的参数, 并将获取的个人终端的参数上报 给自动配置服务器(ACS );
ACS存储接收到的个人终端的参数, 并建立家庭网络设备的参数和所 述个人终端的参数的关联关系; ACS根据所建立的关联关系, 通过所述家 庭网络设备管理所述个人终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述远程管理个人终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 家庭网络设备获取个人终端的参数前,该方法还包括:家庭网络设备向 ACS 注册的步骤, 具体为:
家庭网络设备向 ACS发送注册请求;
ACS存储接收到的注册请求携带的家庭网络设备的参数, 完成家庭网 络设备注册。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述远程管理个人终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管理包括: ACS根据建立的关联关系, 通过所述家庭网络设备对所述 个人终端进行配置, 具体为:
ACS根据建立的关联关系, 确定与需要进行配置的个人终端连接的家 庭网络设备, 并将该个人终端的配置信息发送至确定的家庭网络设备; 家 庭网络设备确定接收到的配置信息的类型为厂商自定义参数类型, 则将接 收到的配置信息发送至需要进行配置的个人终端; 个人终端根据接收到的 配置信息进行配置、 或更新自身配置; 或者,
个人终端通过家庭网络设备向 ACS发送配置信息请求, 该请求中携带 个人终端的厂商标识符和设备序列号; ACS确定接收到的配置信息请求携 带厂商标识符和设备序列号, 则回复厂商自定义参数类型的配置信息至家 庭网络设备; 家庭网络设备确定接收到的配置信息的类型为厂商自定义参 数类型, 则将接收到的配置信息发送至个人终端, 个人终端根据接收到的 配置信息进行配置、 或更新自身配置。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述远程管理个人终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管理包括: ACS根据建立的关联关系, 通过所述家庭网络设备, 升级 所述个人终端上安装的软件, 具体为:
ACS根据建立的关联关系, 确定与需要进行升级的个人终端连接的家 庭网络设备, 发送下载 (Download )参数至家庭网络设备;
家庭网络设备确定接收到的 Download参数中的文件类型 ( FileType ) 为厂商自定义文件类型,则将接收到的 Download参数发送至需要进行升级 的个人终端;
个人终端接收 Download参数, 并在该 Download参数指定的位置下载 该 Download参数指定的软件, 根据下载的软件更新自身的软件。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述远程管理个人终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 ACS根据建立的关联关系, 通过所述家庭网络设备管理所述个人终端 包括:
所述个人终端通过家庭网络设备向 ACS发送用于状态和性能统计的数 据、 以及用于诊断连接性和服务的信息;
ACS根据接收到的用于状态和性能统计的数据、 以及用于诊断连接性 和服务的信息, 对个人终端的状态和性能进行监测, 并通过家庭网络设备 对个人终端进行故障诊断及维护。
6、 一种远程管理个人终端的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 接口模块, 用于连接个人终端和家庭网络设备;
家庭网络设备, 用于通过所述接口模块获取个人终端的参数, 并将获 取的个人终端的参数上报给自动配置服务器 ACS;
ACS , 用于存储接收到的个人终端的参数, 建立家庭网络设备的参数 和所述个人终端的参数的关联关系; 并根据所建立的关联关系, 通过所述 家庭网络设备管理所述个人终端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述远程管理个人终端的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 家庭网络设备包括:
转发模块, 用于通过所述接口模块获取个人终端的参数, 并将获取的 个人终端的参数上报给 ACS;
注册模块, 用于向 ACS发送注册请求。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述远程管理个人终端的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 ACS包括:
第一存储模块, 用于存储接收到的个人终端的参数, 建立并存储家庭 网络设备的参数和所述个人终端的参数的关联关系;
管理模块, 用于根据所建立的关联关系, 通过所述家庭网络设备管理 所述个人终端;
第二存储模块, 用于存储接收到的注册请求携带的家庭网络设备的参 数, 完成家庭网络设备注册。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述远程管理个人终端的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 管理模块包括: 配置模块、和 /或软件升级模块、和 /或监测诊断模块; 其中, 配置模块, 用于根据建立的关联关系, 确定与需要进行配置的个人终 端连接的家庭网络设备, 并将该个人终端的配置信息通过确定的家庭网络 设备发送至需要进行配置的个人终端; 或者, 接收个人终端通过家庭网络 设备发来的配置信息请求, 确定接收到的配置信息请求携带厂商标识符和 设备序列号, 则通过家庭网络设备回复厂商自定义参数类型的配置信息至 个人终端; 软件升级模块, 用于根据建立的关联关系, 确定与需要进行升级的个 人终端连接的家庭网络设备,通过确定的家庭网络设备发送 Download参数 至需要进行升级的个人终端;
监测诊断模块, 用于接收通过家庭网络设备发来的个人终端的用于状 态和性能统计的数据、 以及用于诊断连接性和服务的信息; 并根据接收到 的用于状态和性能统计的数据、 以及用于诊断连接性和服务的信息, 对个 人终端的状态和性能进行监测, 并通过家庭网络设备对个人终端进行故障 诊断及维护。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述远程管理个人终端的系统, 其特征在于, 该 系统还包括:
个人终端, 用于根据接收到的配置信息进行配置、 或更新自身配置; 和 /或用于接收 Download参数, 并在该 Download参数指定的位置下载该 Download参数指定的软件, 根据下载的软件更新自身的软件; 和 /或用于通 过家庭网络设备发送用于状态和性能统计的数据、 以及用于诊断连接性和 服务的信息至所述监测诊断模块。
