背景技术
在静脉输液医疗场合, 静脉输液器输液针通过肝素帽与静脉留置针配合使用进行输液的方法,如图 1 所示,在国内医疗机构中使用较为普遍,这种输液接头在使用过程中 , 尤其是在给婴幼儿、老年、意识障碍等特殊患者使用时风险较大,由于病患躁动造成 静脉输液钢针折断,断端残留于静脉留置针肝素帽内,如果发现、处理不及时,锋利的断针会随着输注药液进入血管,刺入血管壁及软组织内,引发出血、感染、异物反应等损伤。并且输液过程中还可能发生穿刺胶塞落屑、塑料件受刮擦而产生的落屑以及接头配件内腔意外吸附的杂物碎屑,这些碎屑都有可能随输注药液进入血管内,引发异物反应。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于根据现有技术不足之处而提供一种可防止断针或碎屑进入人体血管的、使用较安全的 带药液过滤功能医用输液接头 。
本发明的目的是通过以下途径来实现的。

关于滤膜可以有如下几种进一步的选择:
一种是:滤膜是一种片状滤膜,与针尖止进件层叠在一起并位于针尖止进件的后方。
另一种是:滤膜塞设在针尖止进件的过液通道上。

Claims (11)

  1. 带药液过滤功能医用输液接头, 包括与体外留置导管组件驳接的接头基座和与药液输注器械驳接的驳接头,接头基座与驳接头或者一体构造或者分体构造但连接成一体,且二者内腔中均具有相互连通的输液通道,其特征在于,还包括一种药液过滤组件, 药液过滤组件由一种滤膜和针尖止进件组合在一起而组成,其安装于输液通道中,输液通道隔离成 过滤前通道和过滤后通道, 针尖止进件包括阻拦板和过液通道,过滤前通道在针尖止进件上的投影面位于此阻拦板内,此阻拦板或者由实心板组成或者由孔隙弯折的透空板组成或者由孔隙倾斜的透空板组成, 过液通道则或者位于此阻拦板以外或者位于阻拦板上的弯折孔隙以及倾斜孔隙上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,针尖止进件是一种薄板状构件,其由中央的实心阻拦板以及环围在阻拦板外围的复数个作为过液通道的透孔组成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,针尖止进件由复数块实心阻拦板沿输液通道轴向间隔交错遮盖而组成,相邻两阻拦板间隔孔隙为过液通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,针尖止进件是一种顶部封闭、底部开口、侧壁分布有复数个透孔的筒状构件,其外径小于安装对应位置处的输液通道的孔径,封闭的顶部为阻拦板,输液通道中段有一个孔径较大的段落,从而具有前后两个台阶,筒状构件安设在后台阶上,其顶部与前台阶具有间隔,此间隔以及筒状构件外侧与输液通道内壁间的间隔以及筒状构件侧壁上的复数个透孔以及筒状构件内筒腔顺序连通组成弯折的过液通道,滤膜安装在针尖止进件上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,滤膜或者塞设在针尖止进件侧壁的复数个透孔中,或者是一种具有微细孔隙的滤芯,整体塞装在针尖止进件的筒形空腔中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,滤膜是一种片状滤膜,与针尖止进件层叠在一起并位于针尖止进件的后方。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,滤膜塞设在针尖止进件的过液通道上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,滤膜安装处开设有与外界连通的排气孔,此排气孔中塞设有透气阻液的排气塞。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,药液过滤组件夹合在分体构造的接头基座与驳接头之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,驳接头下端是一种法兰盘状的具有内凹的上安装盘,接头基座上端是一种法兰盘状的具有内凹的下安装盘,药业过滤组件安装在该上下安装盘之间的内凹腔中。
  11. 根据权利要求1或9或10所述的带药液过滤功能医用输液接头,其特征在于,驳接头或者是一种有针接头,或者是一种无针接头,或者是一种具有拔除输液器或注射器后能产生正向液体流动的正压接头。
