Abstract

Especialmente concebido para conseguir un mejor mezclado de las bolas (5)en un bombo(3)de una máquina recreativa de azar, se constituye a partir de una pieza(1)laminar alargada horizontalmente, a modo de placa, dotada en sus extremos de medios de fijación articulada o basculante en el interior del bombo(3), en correspondencia con el eje de giro de dicho bombo(3), pieza(1) que presenta una configuración esencialmente rectangular, cuyos bordes laterales presentan una convergencia(6)para adaptarse a la curvatura interna del bombo(3), mientras que el borde inferior está dotado de unas escotaduras(7)formal y dimensionalmente adecuadas para permitir el paso a su través de las bolas(5) que están alojadas en el bombo (3).

Description

DISPOSITIVO FAVORECEDOR DEL MEZCLADO DE BOLAS EN BOMBOS DE MÁQUINAS RECREATIVAS
D E S C R I P C I O N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCION
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo favorecedor del mezclado de bolas en bombos de máquinas recreativas, concretamente máquinas recreativas de azar destinadas a otorgar premios a los participantes.
El objeto de la invención es favorecer y, por tanto, conseguir un óptimo mezclado de las bolas que participan en el interior del bombo de la máquinas de juego, para asegurar que todas las bolas participantes en el interior del bombo tengan las mismas oportunidades de salir a través del correspondiente orifico de caída unitaria de bolas.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN En el ámbito de aplicación práctica de la invención, son conocidas máquinas recreativas de azar que incluyen un dispositivo auto-volteador con capacidad para mezclar e identificar bolas, que comprende un armazón dotado de unos medios de sustentación para un bombo, en cuyo seno se introducen una pluralidad de bolas, dotado de un eje central rotatorio dotado de medios impulsores del bombo, y en el que se establecen unas palas en sentido radial, para el mezclado de las bolas, de manera que el citado bombo incorpora un orificio de translación situado en la recta mediatriz del eje de rotación del bombo asociado a un mecanismo o conjunto expositor-recogedor de las bolas, adaptado para fijarse al bombo en la zona de dicho orificio, contando con una cestilla expositora exterior al bombo cuya boca se enfrenta la citado orificio y está adaptada para recoger una bola desde el bombo cuando dicha cestilla y, consecuentemente el bombo, alcanzan la posición límite inferior, de manera que en oposición a dicho punto límite inferior la maquina cuenta con medios de lectura de la bola para su identificación y posterior devolución hasta el bombo.
La existencia del citado eje en la zona media del bombo hace que constituya un obstáculo para el mezclado de las bolas, lo que repercute negativamente en su mezclado.
Experimentalmente se ha podido comprobar que, cuando el cestillo se encuentra en su punto limite superior, las bolas, visibles en todo momento, que se encuentran sobre los laterales del bombo, tienen muy pocas posibilidades de caer en el cestillo y por lo tanto ser premiadas, de manera que el jugador nunca apostara por estas bolas, viéndose aumentadas las probabilidades de éxito en el juego, en contra de las probabilidades "teóricas" para las que se diseñó la máquina, con la consecuente y negativa repercusión que ello supone.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El dispositivo que se preconiza, está previsto precisamente para favorecer el mezclado de bolas en bombos de máquinas recreativas, de manera que siendo aplicable a cualquier tipo de los bombos utilizados en máquinas recreativas, que cuentan con un eje de giro, cestillo de recepción de cada bola en su salida, sensores de detección de la posición del bombo, etc, presenta la particularidad de que el dispositivo propiamente dicho está constituido por una pieza diametral, preferentemente rígida o semirígida y que va montada con basculamiento libre a través de sus extremos, en sendos puntos en oposición diametral sobre el eje de giro del bombo de la máquina recreativa, de manera que esa pieza, presenta inicialmente una configuración laminar, esencialmente rectangular, con ligera convergencia de sus bordes laterales y unas escotaduras en su borde inferior que corresponden a pasos para las bolas, de manera que al estar montada la pieza o dispositivo de forma basculante pero libre, el empuje de las propias bolas la hace moverse hacia un lado y otro consiguiéndose así un mejor mezclado de las bolas que participan en el juego, concretamente en el interior del bombo.
La pieza laminar rígida o semirígida que constituye el dispositivo favorecedor del mezclado de bolas, puede ser opaca o transparente, en el primer caso para evitar la visión de las bolas en el interior del bombo y en el segundo caso para permitir la visión de tales bolas y, por lo tanto, evitar suspicacias de que en el desarrollo del juego se puedan realizar "trampas".
Preferentemente el dispositivo o pieza laminar será de naturaleza transparente.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos, en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente: La figura 1.- Muestra una vista frontal de la pieza que constituye el dispositivo objeto de la invención.
La figura 2.- Muestra una vista del montaje de la pieza representada en la figura anterior, en el interior de un bombo con bolas correspondientes a una máquina recreativa de azar.
La figura 3.- Muestra otra vista en este caso viéndose el dispositivo o pieza que lo constituye lateralmente, indicando con líneas de flechas el basculamiento libre que puede presentar el dispositivo al quedar suspendido en dos puntos diametrales del bombo, de forma articulada.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN Como se puede ver en las figuras referidas, el dispositivo de la invención se constituye a partir de una pieza (1) laminar alargada horizontalmente, a modo de placa, que puede ser de cualquier material rígido o semirígido, y que presenta una configuración que puede considerarse esencialmente rectangular, en uno de cuyos bordes, considerado como superior, presentan sus extremos unos salientes (2) que constituyen medios de montaje basculante y libre sobre dos puntos diametrales (4) de un bombo (3), en correspondencia con su eje de giro, bombo (3) en cuyo interior se incluyen bolas (5) que participan en el desarrollo de un juego de una máquina recreativa de azar, como es convencional, y en el que, como también es convencional, se incluye un cestillo (8) de recepción de cada bola (5) cuando ésta se enfrenta a un orifico de salida que está unido a la superficie lateral del propio bombo (3).
En cualquier caso, la pieza (1) del dispositivo, presenta sus laterales de forma convergente (6) , para adaptarse a la curvatura interior del bombo (3), mientras que su borde inferior presenta una pareja de escotaduras (7) de forma aproximadamente semicircular, para permitir el paso a través de ellas de las correspondientes bolas (5) que participan en el juego, concretamente en el interior del bombo (3) destinado a ser volteado para que las bolas (5) se mezclen convenientemente y tengan las mismas posibilidades de salir hacia el cestillo (8) de recogida.
De esta forma, como consecuencia de que la pieza (1) queda en disposición diametral como se referencia en la figura 2, en el interior del bombo (3) y en virtud del montaje libre en su basculamiento por los extremos (2) de dicha pieza (1) del dispositivo, éste puede bascular hacia un lado u otro sin problema de ningún tipo, cuyo basculamiento lo establecen las propias bolas (5) por empuje de las mismas contra la pieza (1) del dispositivo, de manera que las escotaduras (7) permiten que parte de las bolas (5) pasen bajo la pieza (1) del dispositivo y otras choquen contra la superficie de ésta, para conseguir así un óptimo mezclado de las bolas (5) en el interior del bombo (3), que es lo que se pretende en las máquinas recreativas de azar, y concretamente en los bombos cuyos premios lo otorgan bolas (5) que acceden al cestillo (8) inferior de recogida de cada bola (5).
Tal y como se ha comentado anteriormente, la pieza (1) del dispositivo es preferentemente transparente para permitir la visión de las bolas (5) en el interior del bombo (3) y evitar suspicacias por parte de los clientes o participantes en el juego, que podrían sospechar de manipulaciones o trampas de cualquier índole, aunque no se descarta que dicha pieza (1) del dispositivo pueda ser opaca impidiendo la visión de las bolas (5) que quedan al otro lado de dicha pieza (1) del dispositivo.

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
Ia.- Dispositivo favorecedor del mezclado de bolas en bombos de máquinas recreativas, caracterizado en que se constituye a partir de una pieza (1) laminar alargada horizontalmente, a modo de placa, dotada en sus extremos de medios de fijación articulada o basculante en el interior de un correspondiente bombo (3), en correspondencia con el eje de giro de dicho bombo (3). 2a.- Dispositivo favorecedor del mezclado de bolas en bombos de máquinas recreativas, según la reivindicación Ia, caracterizado en que la pieza (1) presenta una configuración esencialmente rectangular, cuyos bordes laterales presentan una convergencia (6), para adaptarse a la curvatura interna del bombo (3), mientras que el borde inferior está dotado de unas escotaduras (7) formal y dimensionalmente adecuadas para permitir el paso a su través de las bolas (5) que se alojan en el bombo (3).
3a.- Dispositivo favorecedor del mezclado de bolas en bombos de máquinas recreativas, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado en que la pieza (1) constitutiva del dispositivo es de material transparente.
4a.- Dispositivo favorecedor del mezclado de bolas en bombos de máquinas recreativas, según las reivindicaciones I a y 2a, caracterizado en que la pieza (1) constitutiva del dispositivo es de material opaco.
