Claims (9)
- 一种安全扣转锁及推发键防退式婴幼儿末梢采血器,包括外壳(3)以及触发器,所述触发器为推发型结构,由一个推发键(2)滑动定位在外壳(3)上构成,推发键(2)与外壳(3)之间卡设有一防止无意中击发采血机构的保险结构,其特征在于:所述保险结构为安全扣(1),该安全扣(1)为一个转动连接在外壳(3)上的卡件,所述卡件在相对外壳(3)的转动路径中具有两种占位姿态,第一种占位姿态是卡设在推发键(2)与外壳(3)之间的位置上,并迫使推发键(2)处于发射前的锁定状态;第二种占位姿态是脱离第一种占位姿态的位置,使推发键(2)处于解锁状态;在推发键(2)与外壳(3)之间,或者推发键(2)与所述采血机构中所设的凸轮(4)之间,或者推发键(2)与安全扣(1)之间,设有一锁定结构用于锁定发射后的推发键(2),所述锁定结构由设在推发键(2)上的第一锁定部和设在外壳(3)或凸轮(4)或安全扣(1)上的第二锁定部组成,第一锁定部和第二锁定部两者在推发键(2)的滑动过程中相遇,在推发键(2)沿触发方向滑动的状态下,第一锁定部与第二锁定部相遇后两者形成滑动配合,在推发键(2)沿退回方向滑动的状态下,第一锁定部与第二锁定部相遇后两者形成锁定配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采血器,其特征在于:在安全扣(1)与外壳(3)的转动连接处,所述安全扣(1)和外壳(3)两者中,一者上设有转轴(9),另一者上设有转轴孔(11),转轴(9)与转轴孔(11)配合,使安全扣(1)相对外壳(3)呈转动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采血器,其特征在于:在安全扣(1)相对外壳(3)的转动路径上,安全扣(1)与外壳(3)之间设有定位结构,该定位结构由一者上所设的凹点与另一者上所设的凸点相配合构成,所述定位结构使安全扣(1)相对外壳(3)在转动路径上具有两个定位位置,其中,一个对应于第一种占位姿态的位置,另一个对应于第二占位姿态的位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采血器,其特征在于:所述第一锁定部为设在推发键(2)上的卡槽(14),第二锁定部为设在外壳(3)上的楔形凸筋(13)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采血器,其特征在于:所述第一锁定部为设在推发键(2)上的弹性钩(16),第二锁定部为设在外壳(3)上的凸起(15)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采血器,其特征在于:所述第一锁定部为设在推发键(2)上的限位挡块(17),第二锁定部为设在凸轮(4)上的锁定臂(18)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采血器,其特征在于:所述第一锁定部为设在推发键(2)上的弹性臂(20),第二锁定部为设在外壳(3)上的限位块(19)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采血器,其特征在于:所述第一锁定部为设在推发键(2)上的后端面,第二锁定部为设在安全扣(1)上的倒钩(21)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的采血器,其特征在于:所述第一锁定部由设在安全扣(1)上的转轴(9)穿过外壳(3)上转轴孔(11)后形成的凸起构成,第二锁定部由设在推发键(2)上的斜面(24)和直面(25)连接形成的凸缘构成。
