Abstract

La présente invention concerne une rondelle (40) pour utilisation dans un bouton-pression qui est adaptée pour être placée sur la partie inférieure (20) d'un composant de bouton-pression de sorte que la rondelle (40) soit située entre le tissu (30) et la partie inférieure (20) du bouton-pression. La partie supérieure (10) du bouton-pression est placée sur le tissu (30) et est pressée en place par un outil de presse (15). La rondelle (40) est constituée d'un matériau élastique, tel que du plastique du caoutchouc, qui est ensuite pressé par l'outil de presse (15) afin de combler tout espacement qui permettrait une fuite d'eau à travers celui-ci. Dans son état non assemblé, la rondelle (40) est constituée d'un anneau plat entourant une protubérance centrale (42), dont l'intérieur est creux. Afin d'assembler le bouton-pression, la protubérance centrale (42) est placée sur le montant central (22) de la partie inférieure (20) du bouton-pression. Le montant central (22) avec la rondelle (40) est ensuite inséré à travers un trou (31) dans le tissu (30) auquel le bouton-pression doit être fixé.
