更进一步的,步骤(4)中紧急呼叫联系人电话号码被允许通过短信控制该手机,紧急呼叫联系人电话号码通过短信向手机发送学习命令后,手机将学习期间所经过的基站的定位信息保存在FLASH存储器中,并在短信接收In命令后,手机如果进入学习期间所经过的基站,则发送“Inside”短信到紧急呼叫联系人电话号码;在短信接收out命令后,手机如果离开学习期间所经过的基站,则发送“Outside”短信到紧急呼叫联系人电话号码;
手机通过短信接收到紧急呼叫联系人电话号码发送的定位查询命令后,手机自动回复当前基站定位信息;在紧急呼叫联系人电话号码通过短信将手机设置成监护状态后,手机收到紧急呼叫联系人电话号码呼叫时手机自动摘机。
本发明还提供一种单键手机装置,包括CPU、FLASH存储器、一个按键、音频电路、GSM模块、麦克风、扬声器和SIM卡,所述CPU用于统计按键闭合松开动作次数及间隔时间,并调用和存储FLASH存储器中的电话簿和录音,驱使GSM模块进行无线通信,并控制音频电路进行录音及录音播放;所述麦克风生成的语音信号经音频电路中功率放大器、抗干扰模块处理后输入GSM模块;所述GSM模块接收的语音信号经语音电路中抗干扰模块、功率放大器处理后输入扬声器进行语音播放;所述SIM卡与GSM模块连接供网络用户身份验证。
更进一步的,所述CPU采用ATmega328芯片,所述GSM模块采用SIM900A芯片;所述抗干扰模块由若干电容并联或/和串联而成;每条电话薄的记录包含3个字段,第1字段存储记录序号,表征该记录在FLASH存储器中的物理位置顺序,第2字段存储电话号码,第3字段存储录音,用于按键提示音。
有益效果:(1)本发明只采用一个按键,通过按这一按键的次数,拨通用键值对应的记录号中的电话号码,将记忆冗长的电话号码变成了记忆简单的记录号并有录音提示,无须记忆电话号码。(2)本发明通过简单操作:按住一个按键,手机自动依次拨通设定的前3个手机号码,同时给它们发送“SOS”短信,这样,发生紧急状况时,例如突发急病,遇到歹徒等,能够用手机及时求援,增加安全。(3)本发明提供的手机有预存联系人录音功能,当联系人来电时来电提示音即为该联系人的录音,通过按键次数拨电话时,每按一次键,与键值对应的记录号中的录音播放一次,用以提示该键值的联系人,相当于利用录音查找电话簿,方便高效。(4)本发明设有“区域识别”功能,此功能对监护自控能力不足的病人和孩童非常有用。(5)本发明设有语音识别功能,在手机振铃期间,CPU识别来自麦克风的语音,一旦识别出“Hello”音则摘机,并进入免提通话状态。(6)本发明提供的手机只有一个特大按键,对于手不灵便的老人和孩子不会导致像普通手机一样容易按错号码,在身体不适或情绪紧张时特别有用。(7)本发明只有一个按键操作电话,可省去键盘;并且拨打和接听电话都有录音提示,可省去显示屏;可以将电话做的非常小,尤其使与电话无线连接的小蓝牙设备不仅可以接听电话还可以主动拨打电话。(8)本发明松开键值可以对应传统键盘上的数字键和字母键,闭合键值可以对应传统键盘上的功能键,此方法使一个按键完成整个键盘的功能。本发明使电话可以用一个键完成如下功能①拨打任意电话号码,②快速拨打预存号码,③通话中发送双音多频键值信号,④快速循环拨打3个预存号码,用于紧急呼叫,⑤预存号码并存储与该号码对应的提示录音,⑥来电时播放与来电号码对应的录音,⑦拨打预存号码时播放与号码对应的录音,⑧基站定位,⑨区域识别。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种手机单键通话方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按键刚闭合时,键值加1;
(2)判断按键闭合时间是否小于t1,若是,跳转至步骤(3),否则,跳转至步骤(4);
(3)判断按键松开时间是否小于t2,若是,跳转至步骤(1),否则,松开键值固化,并退出键值变化过程,执行松开键值处理流程,当手机处于空闲状态且不在编辑状态时,拨打松开键值对应电话簿中的电话号码;
(4)闭合键值固化,并退出键值变化过程,执行闭合键值处理流程,当手机不在编辑状态且不在通话状态时,按键值为1的闭合键进行紧急呼叫,对第1至3条电话簿中的电话号码按顺序依次呼叫,直到其中一个呼叫成功,并发送“SOS”短信到第1至3条电话簿中的电话号码;
(5)按键进入空闲状态,键值清零;
其中,松开键值对应普通手机中的数字键,闭合键值对应普通手机中的功能键。本发明优选t1=t2=1.7s,并且在手机FLASH存储器中对应每条记录预存联系人的录音。当联系人来电时来电提示音即为该联系人的录音;通过按键次数拨电话时,每按一次键,与键值对应的记录号中的录音播放一次,用以提示该键值的联系人,如果想呼叫某联系人,则在录音播放后不再按键,1.7秒后自动呼叫此联系人;如果不想呼叫这个联系人,需在1.7秒内继续按键至想呼叫的联系人。
每条电话号码在手机FLASH存储器占用1条记录,每条记录包含3个字段。
第1字段:记录序号,表征该记录在存储器中的物理位置顺序;
第2字段:电话号码,
第3字段:录音,用于在键值形成期,按键提示音。例如欲拨打第3条记录里存储的电话时,键值形成过程必须从1到3,当1键值时,提示第1条记录的录音;当2键值时,提示第2条记录的录音;当3键值时,提示第3条记录的录音。松开按键,时间大于t2,形成键值为3的数字键。程序自动拨打第3条记录里存储的电话号码。从而语音提示相当于利用录音查找电话簿。
本发明提供如下3种方法存储电话号码:
(1)通过短信设置
首先通过键值等于2的功能键进入编辑状态(有灯光提示),给该手机发送短信,短信格式为:特征字:n,m
特征字-现在为add
n-欲存储的记录序号
m-欲存储的电话号码
此方法,录音字段为空。以后用修改录音方法补充。
(2)通过来电显示设置
被叫挂断30秒内,首先进入编辑状态,然后如前所述按键值为n的功能键并且不能松开,程序自动提取来电号码并存储到第n条记录的第2字段,并启动录音。当松开键时录音结束,并将录音信息存储到该条记录的第3字段。
(3)通过编辑设置
首先进入编辑状态,然后如前所述用数字键方法键入电话号码。然后如前所述按键值为n的功能键并且不能松开,程序将输入的电话号码存储到第n条记录的第2字段,并启动录音。当松开键时录音结束,并将录音信息存储到第n条记录的第3字段。
修改录音方法:首先保证30秒前没有来电,进入编辑状态,如前所述按键值为n的功能键并且不能松开,程序启动录音。当松开键时录音结束,并将录音信息存储到第n条记录的第3字段。
(一)松开键值处理流程
本实施例中松开键值处理规则如下:
1:振铃中,键值为1的松开键表示接听,键值为2的松开键表示挂机不接听;
2:通话并不在编辑状态中,任何键值的松开键都表示挂机;
3:拨号成功但还没有接听中,任何键值的松开键都表示挂机;
4:空闲并不在编辑状态中,呼叫松开键值表示的记录号中的电话号码;
5:在编辑状态中,1到12松开键值分别表示1234567890#和摘机键;
在不违背上述规则情况下,松开键值处理流程可以任意设置,本发明优选手机单键通话方法松开键值处理流程如图3所示:
(31)判断手机是否处于编辑状态,若是,跳入步骤(32),否则,跳入步骤(34);
(32)松开键值为1至12分别对应现有电话的按键1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、0、#和摘机键,判断手机是否处于通话状态,若是,发送与该松开键值对应的双音多频信号;否则跳入步骤(33);
(33)判断松开键值是否对应摘机键,若是,将之前记忆的松开键值作为电话号码进行拨号;否则记忆该松开键值;
(34)判断手机是否处于空闲状态,若是,拨打松开键值对应电话簿中的电话号码;否则跳入步骤(35);
(35)判断手机是否处于通话状态,若是,任意松开键值表示手机挂机;否则跳入步骤(36);
(36)判断手机是否处于拨号成功但无接听状态,若是,任意松开键值表示手机挂机;否则跳入步骤(37);
(37)判断手机是否处于振铃状态,若是,松开键值为1时表示手机接听,松开键值为2时表示手机挂机。
(二)闭合键值处理流程
本实施例中闭合键值处理规则如下:
1:在编辑状态下;
键值为2的闭合键表示退出编辑状态;
键值为3闭合键表示开关机键,进入开关机程序;
2:在编辑状态下,只要不是2或3键值的闭合键;
A:在通话中表示只退出编辑状态,不做任何处理;
B:不在通话中则退出编辑状态,并且进入联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程;
3:不在编辑状态下并且在通话状态;
键值为2的闭合键表示进入编辑状态;
键值为3的闭合键表示开关机键,进入开关机程序;
其他值闭合键表示无效键;
4:不在编辑状态下并且不在通话状态;
键值为1的闭合键表示紧急呼叫,将1到3电话记录顺序呼叫,直到其中一个呼叫成功,并发送”SOS“到1到3电话记录;
键值为2的闭合键表示进入编辑状态;
键值为3的闭合键表示开关机键,进入开关机程序;
其他值闭合键表示无效键;
5:不在编辑状态下并且不在空闲和通话状态均表示无效键;
在不违背上述规则情况下,闭合键值处理流程可以任意设置,本发明优选手机单键通话方法闭合键值处理流程如图2所示:
(41)判断手机是否处于编辑状态,若是,跳入步骤(42);否则,跳入步骤(44);
(42)当闭合键值为2时手机退出编辑状态,当闭合键值为3时手机进入开关机程序;否则进入步骤(43);
(43)判断手机是否处于通话状态,若是,非闭合键值2和3的其他任意闭合键值都表示手机退出编辑状态;否则非闭合键值2和3的其他任意闭合键值都表示手机退出编辑状态,进入联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程;
(44)判断手机是否处于通话状态,若是,当闭合键值为2时手机进入编辑状态,当闭合键值为3时手机进入开关机程序;否则,当闭合键值为1时手机进入紧急呼叫状态,当闭合键值为2时手机进入编辑状态,当闭合键值为3时手机进入开关机程序;所述紧急呼叫联系人电话号码为电话薄中第1至3条电话号码;当手机进入紧急呼叫状态时,对第1至3条电话簿中的电话号码按顺序依次呼叫,直到其中一个呼叫成功,并发送“SOS”短信到第1至3条电话簿中的电话号码。
(三)联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程
1:退出编辑前输入的是无效松开键值(松开键值大于12时为无效键值),退出设置电话号和录音处理流程进入空闲状态。
2:闭合键值等于1;
A:之前输入过松开键值,将输入的号码保存到最近的空记录;
B:之前没输入过松开键值,并且被叫挂机超过30秒,退出设置电话号和录音处理流程进入空闲态;
C:之前没输入过松开键值,并且被叫挂机没超过30秒,将来电号码和录音保存到电话簿最近的空记录;
3:闭合键值等于2或3非法;
4:闭合键值大于3;
A:之前输入过松开键值,保存号码和录音到键值处(输入的号码位数大于2,否则退出编辑状态进入空闲状态);
B:之前没输入过松开键值,并且被叫挂机超过30秒,不保存号码仅保存录音到键值处;
C:之前没输入过松开键值,并且被叫挂机没超过30秒,将来电号码和录音保存到键值处;在不违背上述规则情况下,联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程可以任意设置,本发明优选联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程如图10所示:
(431)判断闭合键值是否等于1,若是,跳入步骤(432);否则,闭合键值大于3,跳入步骤(434);
(432)退出编辑状态前是否输入松开键值,若是,将输入的松开键值作为联系人电话号码存储到电话薄记录序号最小的空闲记录的第2字段,并启动录音直到按键松开;然后将录音存储到同记录的第3字段;否则,跳入步骤(433);
(433)判断是否处于被叫挂断30s内,若是,提取来电联系人电话号码并存储到电话簿记录序号最小的空闲记录的第2字段,并启动录音直到按键松开;然后将录音存储到同记录的第3字段;否则,退出联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程,进入空闲状态;
(434)退出编辑状态前是否输入松开键值,若是,将输入的松开键值作为联系人电话号码存储到电话簿中与闭合键值对应的记录的第2字段,并启动录音直到按键松开;然后将录音存储到同记录的第3字段;否则,跳入步骤(435);
(435)判断是否处于被叫挂断30s内,若是,提取来电联系人电话号码并存储到电话簿中与闭合键值对应的记录的第2字段,并启动录音直到按键松开;然后将录音存储到同记录的第3字段;否则,启动录音直到按键松开,并将录音信息存储到与闭合键值对应的电话薄记录的第3字段。
本发明提供的手机单键通话方法还设有区域识别功能,第1至3条电话簿中的电话号码被允许通过短信控制该手机,控制方法如下:
第一步:通过短信接收学习命令后,手机将学习期间所经过的基站的定位信息保存在FLASH存储器中。
第二步:通过短信接收In命令后,手机如果进入学习期间所经过的基站,则发送“Inside”短信到前3个记录号中的电话号码;通过短信接收out命令后,手机如果离开学习期间所经过的基站,则发送“Outside”短信到前3个记录号中的电话号码。
本发明提供的手机单键通话方法还设有定位功能:通过短信接收到前3个记录号中的电话号码发送的定位查询命令后,手机自动回复当前基站定位信息
本发明提供的手机单键通话方法还设有监护功能:通过短信将手机设置成监护状态时,收到前3个记录号中的电话号码呼叫时手机自动摘机,对方可以清楚地听到手机周围的声响。
本发明提供的手机单键通话方法还设有语音识别功能:振铃期间,手机CPU识别来自麦克风的语音,一旦识别出“Hello”音则摘机,并进入免提通话状态。
如图4所示,本发明还提供的一种单键手机装置,包括ATmega328芯片、FLASH存储器、按键、音频电路、SIM900A芯片、麦克风、扬声器和SIM卡,ATmega328芯片统计按键闭合松开动作次数及间隔时间,并调用和存储FLASH存储器中的电话簿,驱使SIM900A芯片进行无线通信,并控制音频电路进行录音及录音播放;麦克风生成的语音信号经音频电路中功率放大器、抗干扰模块处理后输入SIM900A芯片;SIM900A芯片接收的语音信号经语音电路中抗干扰模块、功率放大器处理后输入扬声器进行语音播放;所述SIM卡与SIM900A芯片连接供网络用户身份验证。按键数目只需一个,既可以是手机按键,又可以是通过蓝牙等方式与手机无线/有线连接的装置上的按键。
如图5和图6所示,FLASH存储器与ATmega328芯片Y2、Y3、B61、B71、B81管脚相连,如图5和图7所示,SIM900A芯片与ATmega328芯片NETLIGHT、MTX、MRX、PWRKEY管脚相连,如图5和图9所示,音频电路与ATmega328芯片B5、Y4、ADC6管脚相连,如图8和图9所示,音频电路扬声器部分通过6个电容组成的抗干扰模块与SIM900A芯片SPKP、SPKN管脚相连,麦克风部分通过7个电容组成的抗干扰模块与SIM900A芯片MICP、MICN管教相连。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:该方法通过一个按键实现,包括如下步骤:
    (1)按键刚闭合时,键值加1;
    (2)判断按键闭合时间是否小于t1,若是,跳转至步骤(3);否则,跳转至步骤(4);
    (3)判断按键松开时间是否小于t2,若是,跳转至步骤(1);否则,键值固化,形成松开键值,并退出键值形成过程,执行松开键值处理流程;
    (4)键值固化,形成闭合键值,并退出键值形成过程,执行闭合键值处理流程;
    (5)按键进入空闲状态,键值清零;
    其中,所述步骤(3)按松开键值拨打对应电话簿中的电话号码时,每按一次按键,与松开键值对应的电话簿中的联系人相应的提示声音播放一次,若拨打该联系人,则在提示音播放后不再按键,t2时间后自动呼叫该联系人;否则,在t2时间内继续按键至要拨打的联系人提示音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述t1=1.7s;t2=1.7s。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)每按一次键,与键值对应的电话簿中的联系人相应的提示声音播放一次。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)松开键值处理流程包括如下步骤:
    判断手机处于编辑状态的步骤,若是,松开键值为1至12分别对应现有电话的按键1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、0、#和摘机键;
    判断手机处于空闲状态且不在编辑状态的步骤,若是,拨打松开键值对应电话簿中的电话号码;
    判断手机处于通话状态的步骤,若是,任意松开键值表示手机挂机;
    判断手机处于拨号成功但无接听状态的步骤,若是,任意松开键值表示手机挂机;
    判断手机处于振铃状态的步骤,若是,松开键值为1时表示手机接听,松开键值为2时表示手机挂机。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述判断手机处于编辑状态的步骤还包括如下步骤:
    判断手机处于通话状态的步骤,若是,发送与该松开键值对应的双音多频信号;
    判断松开键值对应摘机键的步骤,若是,将之前记忆的松开键值作为电话号码进行拨号;否则记忆该松开键值。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述判断手机处于振铃状态 的步骤中,手机处于振铃状态时,若电话簿中存在来电联系人的电话号码,振铃提示音为该联系人的录音;若不存在,振铃提示音为普通铃音。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述判断手机处于振铃状态的步骤中,手机处于振铃状态时,手机自动识别麦克风语音,当识别出手机已设定摘机语音时,自动摘机。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)闭合键值处理流程包括如下步骤:
    手机处于编辑状态时,包括如下步骤:判断闭合键值为2或3的步骤,若是,当闭合键值为2时手机退出编辑状态,当闭合键值为3时手机进入开关机程序;判断闭合键值非2或3且处于通话状态的步骤,若是,非闭合键值2和3的其他任意闭合键值都表示手机退出编辑状态;否则非闭合键值2和3的其他任意闭合键值都表示手机退出编辑状态,同时启动联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程;
    手机不在编辑状态时,判断是否处于通话状态的步骤,若是,当闭合键值为2时手机进入编辑状态,当闭合键值为3时手机进入开关机程序;否则,当闭合键值为1时手机进入紧急呼叫状态,当闭合键值为2时手机进入编辑状态,当闭合键值为3时手机进入开关机程序。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述紧急呼叫联系人电话号码为电话薄中第1至3条电话号码;当手机进入紧急呼叫状态时,对第1至3条电话簿中的电话号码按顺序依次呼叫,直到其中一个呼叫成功,并发送“SOS”短信到第1至3条电话簿中的电话号码。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述电话薄的每条记录包含3个字段,第1字段存储记录序号,表征该记录在FLASH存储器中的物理位置顺序;第2字段存储电话号码,第3字段存储录音。
  11. 根据权利要求8或10所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程包括如下步骤:
    判断闭合键值是否等于1的步骤,若是,执行判断退出编辑状态前是否输入过松开键值的步骤,者输入过松开键值,将输入的松开键值作为联系人电话号码存储到电话薄记录序号最小的空闲记录的第2字段,并启动录音直到按键松开,然后将录音存储到同记录的第3字段;若没有输入过松开键值,执行判断是否处于被叫挂断t3内的步骤,若是,提取来电联系人电话号码并存储到电话簿记录序号最小的空闲记录的第2字段,并启动录音直到按键松开,然后将录音存储到同记录的第3字段,否则,退出联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程,进 入空闲状态;
    判断闭合键值是否大于3的步骤,若是,执行判断退出编辑状态前是否输入过松开键值的步骤,若是输入过松开键值,将输入的松开键值作为联系人电话号码存储到电话薄中与闭合键值对应的记录的第2字段,并启动录音直到按键松开,然后将录音存储到同记录的第3字段;若没有输入过松开键值,执行判断是否处于被叫挂断t3内的步骤,若是,提取来电联系人电话号码并存储到电话簿中与闭合键值对应的记录的第2字段,并启动录音直到按键松开,然后将录音存储到同记录的第3字段,否则只是启动录音直到按键松开,并将录音信息存储到与闭合键值对应的电话薄记录的第3字段,并不改动对应的记录的第2字段的原来电话号码;
    判断退出编辑状态前输入的松开键值是否为无效键值的步骤,若是,退出联系人电话号码及录音存储设置流程,进入空闲状态。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机单键通话方法,其特征在于:所述按键为手机本身按键,或者通过有线/无线方式与手机连接的装置所设按键。
