Description

AUTONOMOUS COMPLEX
FOR DISPOSAL OF ORGANIC WASTE
The utility model relates to methods for the disposal of organic waste, namely to their processing by pyrolysis to produce generator gas, and can be used for waste disposal of rice plants, namely rice husk.
Currently, the vast majority of rice producers utilize rice husk by simply burning or transporting it to landfills (see http: // www.np-urs.ru/ events / 73). At the same time, in the process of processing rice grain into cereals, a considerable amount of rice husk (husk) is obtained as waste: the mass of waste is up to 20% of the weight of unbroken rice grain.
One of the options for utilization of rice husk is high-temperature decomposition (pyrolysis), during which low-calorie generator gas is generated, which is processed into electricity and an ash residue, mainly consisting of amorphous silicon dioxide. The amorphous structure makes silicon from rice husk a very valuable product for many industries: the construction industry, rubber industry.
The prior art complex for the disposal of organic waste containing a loading line, a gas generator, providing the possibility of generating gas by pyrolysis, and a line for cooling and unloading the ash residue (see patent RU 84015, CL 10B 53/00, publ. 27.06. 2009). The disadvantages of the known complex are the need for external energy supply and low quality of the produced gas.
The objective of the utility model is to eliminate these drawbacks. The technical result is to increase the efficiency of disposal. The problem will be solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that in an autonomous complex for the disposal of organic waste containing a loading line, a gas generator that provides the possibility of generating generator gas by pyrolysis, and a line for cooling and unloading the ash residue, the loading line is equipped with an automatic reception hopper and is made with the ability to clean waste from metal inclusions and accumulate them before being fed into the gas generator, and the gas generator is equipped with a generator gas exhaust line containing th air-cooled transition, a vortex trap, cooling heat exchangers, scrubbers, a bag filter and a fine filter, moreover, the specified generator gas exhaust line is connected to the fuel supply line to at least one internal combustion engine. The resulting liquid fraction in the area between the cooling heat exchangers is preferably discharged from the generator gas exhaust line to the cyclone furnace. Internal combustion engines are preferably equipped with a synchronization unit, which allows you to synchronize the received electricity to transmit it to the user network.

Cooling heat exchangers 10 are connected to water cooling units 12 and provide lowering the temperature of the generator gas from 800 to 90 ° C. The resulting liquid fraction in an amount of about 1 liter per 175 kg of rice husk in the area between the cooling heat exchangers 8 is discharged from line 5 through the flow switch 13 into the cyclone furnace 14 with the boiler 15.
