d. the pressure guide pipe balances the pressure between the calcining tower and the third intermediate tank and the pressure between the calcining tower and the fourth intermediate tank, and the waste salt in the third intermediate tank and the fourth intermediate tank is directly introduced into the calcining tower under the action of gravity;
e. the combustion furnace burns the organic matters contained in the waste salt;
f. the organic content of the waste salt is more than 1.5 percent, the temperature in the calcining tower is overhigh, and the heat storage boiler absorbs heat in the calcining tower; the organic matter content of the waste salt is less than 1.5%, the temperature in the calcining tower is too low, and the heat storage boiler supplements heat to the calcining tower;
g. discharging the obtained harmless salt through a discharge pipe.
The technical scheme can carry out primary processing on the slag salt, and the slag salt meeting the process requirements is introduced into the next process; the device has compact structure, stable operation and high efficiency. The slag salt produced by different processes has difference in organic matter content, the temperature in the calcining tower is directly influenced by the amount of the organic matter, and the arranged heat storage boiler can accurately control the combustion temperature in the calcining tower, so that efficient heat supplement and heat extraction are realized. When the calcining tower works, the internal pressure reaches 0.2mPa, and slag salt is difficult to smoothly introduce due to the internal and external pressure difference, so that the operation is influenced; the pressure guide pipe is arranged, so that the pressure among the calcining tower, the third intermediate tank and the fourth intermediate tank can be effectively balanced, and the slag salt is directly guided into the calcining tower for operation through the inclined sixth conveying pipeline under the action of gravity.
