本发明实施例公开了一种情绪信息的处理方法及装置,该方法包括:首先确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式,若应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为情绪传递或者情绪纠正,则获取消息发送人的情绪信息,然后将消息发送人的情绪信息发送给消息接收人。本发明实施例适用于在应用程序中输出用户的情绪信息。

本发明涉及信息技术领域,特别涉及一种情绪信息的处理方法及装置。
背景技术
随着信息技术的发展,终端设备的功能也越来越智能。例如,终端设备不仅可以辅助管理用户的个人信息资料,还可以通过获取到的数据分析用户的情绪状态、所处场景等信息。
目前,在运行应用程序的过程中,终端设备首先接收消息发送人输入的消息内容,然后将该消息内容发送给对应的消息接收人。然而,通过将消息内容发送给消息接收人时,终端设备直接按照消息发送人输入的消息内容发送对应的消息,从而导致终端设备发送消息的智能化程度较低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种情绪信息的处理方法及装置,可以提高终端设备发送消息的智能化程度。
本发明实施例采用的技术方案为:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种情绪信息的处理方法,包括:
确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式,所述情绪信息模式包括情绪不传递、情绪传递及情绪纠正;
若所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正,则获取消息发送人的情绪信息,所述消息发送人通过所述应用程序向消息接收人发送消息;
将所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述获取消息发送人的情绪信息的步骤之前,还包括:
确定所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式;

本发明实施例提供另一种情绪信息的处理装置,如图8所示,所述装置的实体可以为终端设备,例如PC、手机、平板电脑等,所述装置包括:确定单元81、获取单元82、发送单元83。
确定单元81,用于确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式。
其中,情绪信息模式包括情绪不传递、情绪传递及情绪纠正。
获取单元82,用于当确定单元81确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为情绪传递或者情绪纠正时,获取消息发送人的情绪信息,消息发送人通过应用程序向消息接收人发送消息。
发送单元83,用于将获取单元82获取的消息发送人的情绪信息发送给消息接收人。
确定单元81,还用于确定消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式。
获取单元82,具体用于当确定单元81确定消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为情绪传递或者情绪纠正时,获取消息发送人的情绪信息。
确定单元82,还用于当应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为情绪纠正时,确定消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式是否为情绪纠正。
可选地,所述装置还可以包括:纠正单元84。
纠正单元84,用于当确定单元81确定消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为情绪纠正时,对消息发送人的情绪信息进行纠正。
发送单元83,具体用于将纠正单元84纠正后的消息发送人的情绪信息发送给消息接收人。
可选地,所述装置还可以包括:接收单元85、运行单元86。
接收单元85,用于接收语音操作指令。
其中,语音操作指令中携带有需要发送消息的应用程序及消息接收人。
运行单元86,用于运行接收单元85接收的需要发送消息的应用程序。
获取单元82,具体用于当确定单元81确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为情绪传递或者情绪纠正时,根据语音操作指令,获取消息发送人的情绪信息。
接收单元85接收的语音操作指令中携带有指令发送人的身份信息。
可选地,所述装置还可以包括:验证单元87。
验证单元87,用于根据接收单元85接收的指令发送人的身份信息,验证指令发送人是否为消息发送人。
运行单元86,具体用于当验证单元87验证指令发送人为消息发送人时,运行需要发送消息的应用程序。
获取单元82,还用于根据消息发送人的表情信息或者生理参数,获取其他情绪信息。
可选地,所述装置还可以包括:判断单元88。
判断单元88,用于判断消息发送人的情绪信息是否与获取单元82获取的其他情绪信息相同。
发送单元83,具体用于当判断单元88判断消息发送人的情绪信息与其他情绪信息相同时,将消息发送人的情绪信息发送给消息接收人。
获取单元82,具体用于当确定单元81确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为情绪纠正时,获取语音信息中消息发送人的情绪信息。
纠正单元84,还用于对获取单元82获取的消息发送人的情绪信息进行纠正。
发送单元83,具体用于将纠正单元84纠正后的消息发送人的情绪信息发送给消息接收人。
发送单元83,具体用于将消息发送人的情绪信息对应的表情符号发送给消息接收人。
发送单元83,具体还用于将消息发送人的情绪信息对应的特殊字体发送给消息接收人。
发送单元83,具体还用于将消息发送人的情绪信息对应的背景图片发送给消息接收人。

处理器91,用于确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式。
其中,情绪信息模式包括情绪不传递、情绪传递及情绪纠正。
处理器91,还用于当应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为情绪传递或者情绪纠正时,获取消息发送人的情绪信息,消息发送人通过应用程序向消息接收人发送消息。
发送器92,用于将处理器91获取的消息发送人的情绪信息发送给消息接收人。
处理器91,还用于确定消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式。
处理器91,具体用于当消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为情绪传递或者情绪纠正时,获取消息发送人的情绪信息。
处理器91,还用于当应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为情绪纠正时,确定消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式是否为情绪纠正。
处理器91,还用于当消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为情绪纠正时,对消息发送人的情绪信息进行纠正。

发送器92,具体还用于将消息发送人的情绪信息对应的特殊字体发送给消息接收人。

本发明实施例提供的情绪信息的处理装置可以实现上述提供的方法实施例,具体功能实现请参见方法实施例中的说明,在此不再赘述。本发明实施例提供的情绪信息的处理方法及装置可以适用于在应用程序中输出用户的情绪信息,但不仅限于此。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆 体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种情绪信息的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式,所述情绪信息模式包括情绪不传递、情绪传递及情绪纠正;
    若所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正,则获取消息发送人的情绪信息,所述消息发送人通过所述应用程序向消息接收人发送消息;
    将所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的情绪信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取消息发送人的情绪信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    确定所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式;
    所述获取消息发送人的情绪信息的步骤包括:
    若所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正,则获取所述消息发送人的情绪信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的情绪信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述获取消息发送人的情绪信息的步骤之前,还包括:
    当所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪纠正时,确定所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式是否为情绪纠正;
    若所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为情绪纠正,则对所述消息发送人的情绪信息进行纠正;
    所述将所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人的步骤包括:
    将纠正后的所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的情绪信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收语音操作指令,所述语音操作指令中携带有需要发送消息的应用程序及消息接收人;
    运行所述需要发送消息的应用程序;
    所述若所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正,则获取消息发送人的情绪信息的步骤包括:
    若所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正,则根据所述语音操作指令,获取所述消息发送人的情绪信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的情绪信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述语音操作指令中携带有指令发送人的身份信息;
    所述运行所述需要发送消息的应用程序的步骤之前,还包括:
    根据所述指令发送人的身份信息,验证所述指令发送人是否为所述消息发送人;
    所述运行所述需要发送消息的应用程序的步骤包括:
    若所述指令发送人为所述消息发送人,则运行所述需要发送消息的应用程序。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的情绪信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述语音操作指令,获取所述消息发送人的情绪信息的步骤之后,还包括:
    根据所述消息发送人的表情信息或者生理参数,获取其他情绪信息;
    判断所述消息发送人的情绪信息是否与所述其他情绪信息相同;
    所述将所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人的步骤包括:
    若所述消息发送人的情绪信息与所述其他情绪信息相同,则将所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的情绪信息的处理方法,其特征在于,当所述应用程序为语音通话时,所述若所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正,则获取消息发送人的情绪信息的步骤包括:
    若所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪纠正,则获取语音信息中所述消息发送人的情绪信息;
    所述获取语音信息中所述消息发送人的情绪信息的步骤之后,还包括:
    对所述消息发送人的情绪信息进行纠正;
    所述将所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人的步骤包括:
    将纠正后的所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的情绪信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述将所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人的步骤包括:
    将所述消息发送人的情绪信息对应的表情符号发送给所述消息接收人;或者
    将所述消息发送人的情绪信息对应的特殊字体发送给所述消息接收人;或者
    将所述消息发送人的情绪信息对应的背景图片发送给所述消息接收人。
  9. 一种情绪信息的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式,所述情绪信息模式包括情绪不传递、情绪传递及情绪纠正;
    获取单元,用于当所述确定单元确定所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正时,获取消息发送人的情绪信息,所述消息发送人通过所述应用程序向消息接收人发送消息;
    发送单元,用于将所述获取单元获取的所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的情绪信息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述确定单元,还用于确定所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式;
    所述获取单元,具体用于当所述确定单元确定所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正时,获取所述消息发送人的情绪信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的情绪信息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述确定单元,还用于当所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪纠正时,确定所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式是否为情绪纠正;
    所述装置还包括:纠正单元;
    所述纠正单元,用于当所述确定单元确定所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为情绪纠正时,对所述消息发送人的情绪信息进行纠正;
    所述发送单元,具体用于将所述纠正单元纠正后的所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11任一所述的情绪信息的处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:接收单元、运行单元;
    所述接收单元,用于接收语音操作指令,所述语音操作指令中携带有需要发送消息的应用程序及消息接收人;
    所述运行单元,用于运行所述接收单元接收的所述需要发送消息的应用程序;
    所述获取单元,具体用于当所述确定单元确定所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正时,根据所述语音操作指令,获取所述消息发送人的情绪信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的情绪信息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元接收的所述语音操作指令中携带有指令发送人的身份信息;
    所述装置还包括:验证单元;
    所述验证单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的所述指令发送人的身份信息,验证所述指令发送人是否为所述消息发送人;
    所述运行单元,具体用于当所述验证单元验证所述指令发送人为所述消息发送人时,运行所述需要发送消息的应用程序。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的情绪信息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元,还用于根据所述消息发送人的表情信息或者生理参数,获取其他情绪信息;
    所述装置还包括:判断单元;
    所述判断单元,用于判断所述消息发送人的情绪信息是否与所述获取单元获取的所述其他情绪信息相同;
    所述发送单元,具体用于当所述判断单元判断所述消息发送人的情绪信息与所述其他情绪信息相同时,将所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的情绪信息的处理方法,其特征在于,当所述应用程序为语音通话时,
    所述获取单元,具体用于当所述确定单元确定所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪纠正时,获取语音信息中所述消息发送人的情绪信息;
    所述纠正单元,还用于对所述获取单元获取的所述消息发送人的情绪信息进行纠正;
    所述发送单元,具体用于将所述纠正单元纠正后的所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  16. 根据权利要求9至15任一所述的情绪信息的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,具体用于将所述消息发送人的情绪信息对应的表情符号发送给所述消息接收人;
    所述发送单元,具体还用于将所述消息发送人的情绪信息对应的特殊字体发送给所述消息接收人;
    所述发送单元,具体还用于将所述消息发送人的情绪信息对应的背景图片发送给所述消息接收人。
  17. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于确定应用程序对应的情绪信息模式,当所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正时,获取消息发送人的情绪信息,所述情绪信息模式包括情绪不传递、情绪传递及情绪纠正,所述消息发送人通过所述应用程序向消息接收人发送消息;
    发送器,用于将所述处理器获取的所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于确定所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式;
    所述处理器,具体用于当所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正时,获取所述消息发送人的情绪信息。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于当所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪纠正时,确定所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式是否为情绪纠正;
    所述处理器,还用于当所述消息接收人对应的情绪信息模式为情绪纠正时,对所述消息发送人的情绪信息进行纠正;
    所述发送器,具体用于将所述处理器纠正后的所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  20. 根据权利要求17至19任一所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括:接收器;
    所述接收器,用于接收语音操作指令,所述语音操作指令中携带有需要发送消息的应用程序及消息接收人;
    所述处理器,还用于运行所述接收器接收的所述需要发送消息的应用程序;
    所述处理器,具体用于当所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪传递或者所述情绪纠正时,根据所述语音操作指令,获取所述消息发送人的情绪信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的终端设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收器接收的所述语音操作指令中携带有指令发送人的身份信息;
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述接收器接收的所述指令发送人的身份信息,验证所述指令发送人是否为所述消息发送人;
    所述处理器,具体用于当所述指令发送人为所述消息发送人时,运行所述需要发送消息的应用程序。
  22. 根据权利要求20或21所述的终端设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述消息发送人的表情信息或者生理参数,获取其他情绪信息;
    所述处理器,还用于判断所述消息发送人的情绪信息是否与所述其他情绪信息相同;
    所述发送器,具体用于当所述处理器判断所述消息发送人的情绪信息与所述其他情绪信息相同时,将所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  23. 根据权利要求17所述的终端设备,其特征在于,当所述应用程序为语音通话时,
    所述处理器,具体用于当所述应用程序对应的情绪信息模式为所述情绪纠正时,获取语音信息中所述消息发送人的情绪信息;
    所述处理器,还用于对所述消息发送人的情绪信息进行纠正;
    所述发送器,具体用于将所述处理器纠正后的所述消息发送人的情绪信息发送给所述消息接收人。
  24. 根据权利要求17至23任一所述的终端设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送器,具体用于将所述消息发送人的情绪信息对应的表情符号发送给所述消息接收人;
    所述发送器,具体还用于将所述消息发送人的情绪信息对应的特殊字体发送给所述消息接收人;
    所述发送器,具体还用于将所述消息发送人的情绪信息对应的背景图片发送给所述消息接收人。
