技术领域
本公开涉及智能电视技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能家电控制方法、装置及终端。
背景技术
智能电视,是具有全开放式平台,搭载了操作系统,用户在欣赏普通电视内容的同时,可自行安装和卸载各类应用软件,持续对功能进行扩充和升级的新电视产品。智能电视能够不断给用户带来丰富的个性化体验。
由于智能电视的功能要比传统电视复杂得多,使得对智能电视的操作的难度和复杂度也远大于传统电视,如果仍使用传统的遥控器来操作智能电视将颇为不方便。同样对于其它智能家电,例如:智能空调等,也存在类似问题。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种智能家电控制方法、装置及终端。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种智能家电控制方法,包括:获取当前的操作指令;判断是否存在与所述当前的操作指令对应的预设组合指令,所述预设组合指令中包括至少两个操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息,所述操作信息至少包括:相邻操作指令之间的顺序和相邻操作指令之间的时延;当存在所述预设组合指令且被选定时,将所述预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电;当不存在所述预设组合指令时,将所述当前的操作指令发送到所述对应的智能家电。
结合第一方面,在第一方面第一种可能的实现方式中,当所述当前的操作指令为选定任一所述预设组合指令时,所述方法还包括:将选定的所述预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电。

本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
当用户输入当前的操作指令后,通过判断是否预先存储有与当前操作指令对应的预设组合指令,如果存在预设组合指令且被选定,直接将预设组合指令中的所有操作指令发送给对应的智能家电。
所述智能家电控制方法在使用时,用户只需输入一次操作指令或者输入少数几个(少于实现某个功能所需的所有操作指令的数量)操作指令,就可以实现自动发送预设组合指令中的所有操作指令,进而无需用户再多次输入预设组合指令内的所有操作指令,省去用户多次输入预设组合指令内所有操作指令的等待时间,并且降低操作的难度,使得对智能家电的控制方便、简单。

预设组合指令是用户预先设置的多个操作指令相绑定得到的组合,例如:在电视待机的状态下,当用户需要观看频道号为13的CCTV13新闻频道时,通常需要首先点击“待机/开机”按键,然后在开机后再依次点击“数字1”按键和“数字3”按键,对于一些使用机顶盒的用户,如果在开机后显示的为主菜单界面,还需要点击“退出”按键,然后再依次点击数字1按键和数字3按键。此时,用户可以将由待机状态直接进入 CCTV13新闻频道所需按动的多个按键的顺序进行记录下来作为一个组合指令,例如:将“待机/开机”按键→“数字1”按键→“数字3”按键作为一个组合指令,或者,将“待机/开机”按键→“退出”按键→“数字1”按键→“数字3”按键作为一个组合指令,那么在后续待机状态时需要直接进入CCTV13时,就可以直接选择相应的预设组合指令即可。
预设组合指令中操作信息内的相邻操作指令之间的时延,主要是考虑到现有电视的响应时间,例如:用户点击“待机/开机”按键后,通常电视机由待机状态进入开机状态,需要1~3秒,如果在预设组合指令中不记录相邻操作指令之间的时延,那么就会出现预设组合指令中的所有操作指令在3秒内全部执行完成,但电视仍未开机的情况。另外,如果上述预设组合指令中的“数字1”按键和“数字3”按键在执行时,时间较长,那么就会直接进入到频道号为1的电视节目。所以预设组合指令中的操作信息必须包括相邻操作指令之间的时延。
当存在预设组合指令且被选定时,在步骤S 130中,将预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电。
当该方法应用于终端中时,可以由终端直接发送智能家电可以识别的无线信号,此时要求终端上设置有无线信号发送模块,另外,终端还可以将预设组合指令发送给无线控制台,例如:用于控制家庭内多个智能家电的红外信号控制台,然后由该无线控制台将预设组合指令转换成无线信号发送给智能家电。
当该方法应用于智能家电时,可以运行在智能家电中的处理器中,处理器通过无线接收模块接收当前的操作指令,并通过分析后在步骤S130中将预设组合指令中的操作指令转换成控制信号,通过电路发送给智能家电。
当不存在预设组合指令时,在步骤S140中,将当前的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电。
如果不存在预设组合指令,即意味着当前用户的操作指令并非预先设定好的,那么就可以将当前的操作指令发送给对应的智能家电,就像普通遥控器控制家电一样。
本公开示例性实施例提供的智能家电控制方法,当用户输入当前的操作指令后,通过判断是否预先存储有与当前操作指令对应的预设组合指令,如果存在预设组合指令且被选定,直接将预设组合指令中的所有操作指令发送给对应的智能家电。
在使用智能家电控制方法时,用户只需输入一次操作指令或者输入少数几个(少于实现某个功能所需的所有操作指令的数量)操作指令,就可以实现自动发送预设组合指令中的所有操作指令,进而无需用户再多次输入预设组合指令内的所有操作指令,省去用户多次输入预设组合指令内所有操作指令的等待时间,并且降低操作的难度,使得对智能家电的控制方便、简单。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种智能家电控制方法的流程图,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
在步骤S210中,获取当前的操作指令。
在步骤S220中,获取当前的操作指令之前的历史操作指令。
在用户输入操作指令时,通过某一个操作指令无法了解用户本次操作的意图,而通过用户输入的两个或两个以上的操作指令,可以大致确定用户本次的操作意图。例如:用户当前的操作指令为按动“数字3”按键,但从“数字3”来看无法清除用户本次的操作意图,但如果“数字3”之前,用户的历史操作指令为依次为“待机/开机”按键、“数字1”按键,然后是“数字3”按键,那么就可以知道本次用户操作的目的是选择频道进行播放。
在步骤S230中,将当前的操作指令以及历史操作指令与预设组合指令进行匹配。
在匹配时,可以按照历史操作指令以及当前操作指令的次序以及相邻两个操作指令之间的时延等信息与预设组合指令中的所有操作指令依次进行匹配。这里匹配可以为模糊匹配,例如:以操作指令的顺序的优先级最高,在操作指令的顺序一致的情况,就可以认为相匹配,而相邻两个操作指令之间的时延,可以不过多考虑。
在步骤S240中,根据匹配度由大到小的顺序确定至少一个推荐组合指令作为与当前操作指令对应的预设组合指令。
该匹配度由当前的操作指令以及历史操作指令的匹配度确定。
在确定匹配度时,可以操作指令顺序以及相邻操作指令之间的时延的优先级,例如:可以将操作指令的顺序的优先级高于相邻操作指令之间的时延,这样,在进行匹配时,可以按照历史操作指令以及当前操作指令的顺序,按照时间由早到晚的顺序依次与所有预设组合指令进行匹配,并按照匹配度由大到小的顺序确定至少一个推荐组合指令。
例如:历史操作指令为依次按动“待机/开机”按键、“退出”按键,当前操作指令为按动“数字1”按键,那么至少一个推荐组合指令可以为:①、“待机/开机”按键→“退出”按键→“数字1”按键(选择频道号为1的频道);②、“待机/开机”按键→“退出”按键→“数字1”按键→“数字0”至“数字9”任一按键(选择频道号为10-19的频道);③、“待机/开机”按键→“退出”按键→“数字1”按键→“数字0”至“数字9”任一按键→“数字0”至“数字9”任一按键(选择频道号为100-199的频道)。
上述推荐组合指令中,①类、②类和③类的推荐组合指令的匹配度由高到低排列。在同一类推荐组合指令中,可以按照数字大小设置优先级,例如:第一个数字按键相同时,数字值小第二个数字按键的优先级大于数字值大的第二个数字按键,对应实际场景可以为:频道号100对应的推荐组合指令的优先级要高于频道号105对应的推荐组合指令。
推荐组合指令的个数,可以根据实际需要自由设定,例如:能显示的推荐组合指令的个数,也可以设置成一个固定值,例如:每次都显示五个推荐组合指令,推荐组合指令不足五个时,全部显示。
在步骤S250中,将确定的至少一个推荐组合指令在本地显示或者发送到发送操作指令的终端进行显示或者发送到智能家电的显示屏进行显示。
当确定出至少一个推荐组合指令后,可以在本次进行显示,也可以发送到终端显示, 这里终端是指发送操作指令的终端,例如:直接在用户输入操作指令的手机等终端上进行显示,便于用户及时了解到推荐组合指令,此外还可以发送到智能家电的显示屏进行显示,这样用户可以通过观察智能家电的显示屏及时了解到推荐组合指令。
当至少一个推荐组合指令中任意一个被选定时,在步骤S260中,生成被选定的推荐组合指令中操作指令对应的控制信号。
在步骤S270中,根据被选定的推荐组合指令中操作指令之间的顺序和操作指令之间的时延将生成的控制信号发送到对应的智能家电。
本公开示例性实施例中,该智能家电控制方法可以根据获取到的操作指令以及历史操作指令,利用匹配度自动推荐与当前操作指令以及历史操作指令相似的推荐组合指令,即具有模糊推荐功能,用户可以在显示的至少一个推荐组合指令中选择一个,然后自动执行该推荐组合指令中的所有操作指令。该智能家电控制方法,利用获取到的操作指令,进行模糊推荐,从而在用户无需记住所有预设组合指令中,根据实际需要输入部分操作指令,就可以自动为用户推荐至少一个推荐组合指令,使得智能家电的控制简单、方便、智能化。
在本公开一示例性实施例中,当在步骤S120或步骤S260中判断不存在预设组合指令时,如图3所示,该智能家电控制方法还可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S310中,记录当前的操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息。
在每次获取判断不存在预设组合指令时,都将当前的操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息进行记录。
在本公开另一实施例中,在步骤S310之后,如图3所示,该智能家电控制方法还可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S320中,判断是否获取到停止操作指令,或,判断操作指令结束后的计时时长是否大于或等于预设时长。
在本公开实施例中,一种情况下:用户可以通过终端、遥控器或通过智能电视上的按键进入到组合指令录入界面,即用户根据需要依次将完成某一项选择(例如:切换到某一个频道)的所有操作指令都输入一遍,并且在最后可以输入停止操作指令,以指示完成本次组合指令录入。可选地,在用户录入组合指令时,输入的所有操作指令都可以实时地发送给智能家电,以辅助用户确认录入组合指令的正确性。
另一种情况下:用户可以通过终端、遥控器或通过智能电视上的按键正常输入操作指令,对智能电视进行控制,并且在用户完成一项选择后,用户不再输入操作指令,此时就在操作指令结束后开始计时,并且判断计时时长大于或等于预设时长,确定用户完成本次选择过程。
当获取到所述停止操作指令或所述计时时长大于或等于预设时长时,在步骤S330中,将本次记录的所有操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息作为一组组合指令进行保存,否则,结束流程。
在本公开一示例性实施例中,如图4所示,在可以在终端内设置有APP,用于显示 遥控器上按键的虚拟界面,在该虚拟界面内包含有遥控器上常见的按键。用户可以通过点击该虚拟界面内的虚拟按钮输入操作指令,然后终端可以通过内置的红外信号发送模块向智能家电发送,或通过网络(例如路由器)发送给智能家电。
在实际应用中,用户可以提前根据需要,提前录入不同的预设组合指令,并且在终端的显示界面中还可以设置一个与预设组合指令相对应的控件,如图5所示,图中在虚拟界面中设置有8个预设组合指令,分别为:CCTV1、CCTV5、CCTV9、北京卫视、湖南卫视、浙江卫视、凤凰卫视以及儿子喜欢的频道,这里图5中控件所显示的名字通常可以直接为对应的电视频道,当然用户在录入时也可以手动输入,如图5中“儿子喜欢的”的控件名称。
在本公开另一示例性实施例中,考虑到终端界面能够显示的控件个数有限,还可以采用下拉菜单等方式将多个预设组合指令隐藏起来,并且设置一个综合控件,这样用户点击该综合控件,就可以将多个预设组合指令以列表或其它形式展示出来,方便用户选择。
结合图5,本公开一示例性实施例提供的智能家电控制方法,如图6所示,所述方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S410中,获取当前的操作指令。
这里当前的操作指令是指用户针对图5中所示的预设组合指令控件的操作。
在步骤S420中,判断当前的操作指令是否为选定的任一预设组合指令。
当当前的操作指令为选定的任一预设组合指令时,在步骤S430中,将选定的预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电。否则,结束流程。
下面结合具体应用,对本公开示例性实施例中的智能家电控制方法进行说明:
场景一:
参见图7,为本公开一示例性实施例提供的智能家电的一场景示意图,图7中,包括终端101(图中以手机为例,在其它实施例中还可以为平板电脑、计算机等),智能家电102。在本公开示例性实施例中,智能电视102可以为普通电视(在其它实施例中可以为冰箱、空调等),终端101中内置有可控制智能家电102的红外信号发射模块。
针对场景一,该智能电视控制方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤a1中,终端接收用户输入的当前的操作指令。
在步骤a2中,终端判断是否存在与当前的操作指令对应的预设组合指令。
对于特定家庭成员而言,预设组合指令可以预先存储在家庭成员的终端中,例如:终端通过录入等方式将预设组合指令存储在终端内。
另外,如图4所示,可以在终端内设置有APP,用于显示遥控器上按键的虚拟界面,在该虚拟界面内包含有遥控器上常见的按键。用户可以通过点击该虚拟界面内的虚拟按钮输入操作指令,并且终端根据用户点击的虚拟按钮生成相应的红外信号,并发送给智能电视。
当存在预设组合指令且被选定时,在步骤a3中,将预设组合指令中的操作指令发 送到智能电视。
当不存在预设组合指令时,在步骤a4中,将当前的操作指令发送到智能电视。
场景二:
参见图8,为本公开一示例性实施例提供的智能家电的一场景示意图,图8中,终端101(图中以手机为例,在其它实施例中,还可以为平板电脑、计算机等),智能家电102,路由器103。在本公开示例性实施例中,智能电视102可以与网络相连接。
针对场景二,该智能家电控制方法的步骤可以参见场景一中关于步骤的描述,但与场景一所示实施例不同的是,终端101不再直接将操作指令发送给智能电视102,而是通过路由器103转发给智能电视102。
在场景一中描述到,针对家庭成员,预设组合指令可以存储在终端101内。但对于非家庭成员来说,当需要利用终端控制智能电视时,预设组合指令还可以存储在路由器103中,这样当非家庭成员的终端101与路由器103连接时,可以从路由器103中下载预设组合指令,并且这种通过路由器103存储预设组合指令的方式,非常适合公共场所,例如:酒店客房、酒吧以及其它人员流动性较大的场所。
场景三:
场景一中需要特定的终端,要求终端内置有红外信号发射模块,场景二中要求智能电视能够与网络相连接,这两种场景由于对硬件要求较高,在实际应用时应用范围较小,在现有设备的基础上应用时,需要对硬件进行改进,成本较高。
参见图9,为本公开一示例性实施例提供的智能家电的一场景示意图,图9中,包括终端101(图中以手机为例,在其它实施例中,还可以为平板电脑、计算机等),智能家电102,路由器103,无线控制台104。在本公开示例性实施例中,智能电视102可以为普通的电视。无线控制台104可以通过无线或有线通信方式与路由器103进行数据交互,并且无线控制台104还可以接收终端101或路由器103发送的操作指令,并将操作指令转换成智能家电可识别的信号,例如:红外信号,然后发送给智能家电102。
随着科技的发展,目前家庭智能设备越来越多,为了方便家庭内智能家电的智能管理,可以在家庭内设置有一个无线控制台104,无线控制台104可以发送包括红外信号的多种无线信号,这样对于一些没有内置红外信号发射模块的终端,可以借助无线控制台104对智能电视102进行控制。
针对场景三,该智能家电控制方法的步骤可以参见场景一中的关于步骤的描述,但与场景一所示实施例不同的是,终端101不再直接将操作指令发送给智能电视102,而是通过路由器103转发给无线控制台104,然后由无线控制台104将操作指令转换为红外信号发送给智能电视102。
本公开示例性实施例提供的场景三的应用方案,只需设置一个无线控制台104,即可使用现有的手机来对普通电视进行控制,使得该智能家电控制方法的应用范围非常广。
场景四:
在本场景中,还可以在智能电视102中内置用于接收操作指令的处理器,并且终端101可以为现有的遥控器。在该场景中,所述智能电视控制方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤b1中,处理器接收用户输入的当前的操作指令。
处理器可以利用智能电视自带的无线接收模块接收操作指令,例如红外接收模块。
在步骤b2中,处理器判断是否存在与所述当前的操作指令对应的预设组合指令。
由于对操作指令的分析过程全部由智能电视中内置的处理器来完成,所以预设组合指令可以存储在智能电视的处理器中。
当存在所述预设组合指令且被选定时,在步骤b3中,处理器将所述预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到智能电视。
处理器可以通过电路与智能电视相连接,进而处理器可以将操作指令转换为电信号后发送给智能电视。
当不存在所述预设组合指令时,在步骤b4中,处理器将所述当前的操作指令发送到智能电视。
图10是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种智能家电控制装置示意图。参照图10,该装置包括第一获取单元11、第一判断单元12、第一指令发送单元13和第二指令发送单元14。

图11是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于智能家电控制的终端800的框图。例如,终端800可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图11,终端800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件802,存储器804,电源组件806,多媒体组件808,音频组件810,输入/输出(I/O)的接口812,传感器组件814,以及通信组件816。
处理组件802通常控制终端800的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件802可以包括一个或多个处理器820来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件802可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件802和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件802可以包括多媒 体模块,以方便多媒体组件808和处理组件802之间的交互。
存储器804被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在终端800的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在终端800上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器804可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件806为终端800的各种组件提供电力。电源组件806可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为终端800生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件808包括在所述终端800和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件808包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当终端800处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件810被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件810包括一个麦克风(MIC),当终端800处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器804或经由通信组件816发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件810还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

传感器组件814包括一个或多个传感器,用于为终端800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件814可以检测到终端800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为终端800的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件814还可以检测终端800或终端800一个组件的位置改变,用户与终端800接触的存在或不存在,终端800方位或加速/减速和终端800的温度变化。传感器组件814可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件814还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件814还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件816被配置为便于终端800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。终端800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一示例 性实施例中,通信组件816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一示例性实施例中,所述通信组件816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,终端800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种智能家电控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取当前的操作指令;
    判断是否存在与所述当前的操作指令对应的预设组合指令,所述预设组合指令中包括至少两个操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息,所述操作信息至少包括:相邻操作指令之间的顺序和相邻操作指令之间的时延;
    当存在所述预设组合指令且被选定时,将所述预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电;
    当不存在所述预设组合指令时,将所述当前的操作指令发送到所述对应的智能家电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述当前的操作指令为选定任一所述预设组合指令时,所述方法还包括:
    将选定的所述预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取当前的操作指令,包括:
    获取本地输入的操作指令;或者;
    接收另一终端发送的操作指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否存在与所述当前的操作指令对应的预设组合指令,包括:
    获取所述当前的操作指令之前的历史操作指令;
    将所述当前的操作指令以及所述历史操作指令与预设组合指令进行匹配;
    根据匹配度由大到小的顺序确定至少一个推荐组合指令作为与所述当前的操作指令相对应的预设组合指令,所述匹配度由所述当前的操作指令以及所述历史操作指令的匹配度确定;
    将所述确定的至少一个推荐组合指令在本地显示或者发送到发送所述操作指令的终端进行显示或者发送到所述智能家电的显示屏进行显示。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当不存在所述预设组合指令时,记录所述当前的操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    判断是否获取到停止操作指令,或,判断所述操作指令结束后的计时时长是否等于 或大于预设时长;
    当获取到所述停止操作指令或所述计时时长等于或大于预设时长时,将本次记录的所有操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息作为一组组合指令进行保存。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述预设组合指令中的操作指令或所述当前的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电,包括:
    生成与所述预设组合指令中操作指令或与当前的操作指令相对应的控制信号;
    根据操作指令之间的顺序和操作指令之间的时延将所述生成的控制信号发送到对应的智能家电。
  8. 一种智能家电控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取单元,用于获取当前的操作指令;
    第一判断单元,用于判断是否存在与所述当前的操作指令对应的预设组合指令,所述预设组合指令中包括至少两个操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息,所述操作信息至少包括:相邻操作指令之间的顺序和相邻操作指令之间的时延;
    第一指令发送单元,用于当存在所述预设组合指令且被选定时,将所述预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电;
    第二指令发送单元,用于当不存在所述预设组合指令时,将所述当前的操作指令发送到所述对应的智能家电。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二判断单元,用于判断所述当前的操作指令是否为选定任意所述组合指令;
    第三指令发送单元,用于当所述当前的操作指令为选定任一所述预设组合指令时,将选定的所述预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一获取单元包括:
    本地输入子单元,用于获取本地输入的操作指令;或者;
    接收子单元,用于接收另一终端发送的操作指令。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一判断单元包括:
    第二获取子单元,用于获取所述当前的操作指令之前的历史操作指令;
    匹配子单元,用于将所述当前的操作指令以及所述历史操作指令与预设组合指令进行匹配;
    确定子单元,用于根据匹配度由大到小的顺序确定至少一个推荐组合指令作为与所述当前的操作指令相对应的预设组合指令,所述匹配度由所述当前的操作指令以及所述历史操作指令的匹配度确定;
    显示子单元,用于将所述确定的至少一个推荐组合指令在本地显示或者发送到发送所述操作指令的终端进行显示或者发送到所述智能家电的显示屏进行显示。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    记录单元,用于当不存在所述预设组合指令时,记录所述当前的操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第三判断单元,用于判断是否获取到停止操作指令,或,判断所述操作指令结束后的计时时长是否等于或大于预设时长;
    组合指令存储单元,用于当获取到所述停止操作指令或所述计时时长等于或大于预设时长时,将本次记录的所有操作指令以及每个操作指令对应的操作信息作为一组组合指令进行保存。
  14. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一指令发送单元或第二指令发送单元或第三指令发送单元包括:
    控制信号生成子单元,用于生成与所述预设组合指令中操作指令或与当前的操作指令相对应的控制信号;
    信号发送子单元,用于根据操作指令之间的顺序和操作指令之间的时延将所述生成的控制信号发送到对应的智能家电。
  15. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取当前的操作指令;
    判断是否存在与所述当前的操作指令对应的预设组合指令,所述预设组合指令中包括至少两个操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息,所述操作信息至少包括:相邻操作指令之间的顺序和相邻操作指令之间的时延;
    当存在所述预设组合指令且被选定时,将所述预设组合指令中的操作指令发送到对应的智能家电;
    当不存在所述预设组合指令时,记录所述当前的操作指令以及操作指令的操作信息。
