针对上述提到的现有技术中的大功率电气设备电缆采用悬吊方式, 存在着 容易损坏等缺点, 本实用新型提供一种新的大功率电气设备终端电缆固定夹, 通过固定夹固定安装电缆, 可解决上述问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是: 一种大功率电气设备终端 电缆固定夹, 固定夹包括主体、 悬吊装置和固定环, 悬吊装置固定安装在主体 的一个面上, 固定环固定安装在主体另一面上, 悬吊装置所处的平面和固定环 所处的平面相互垂直。

本实用新型主要包括主体 1、 悬吊装置 2和固定环 3, 本实施例中, 主体 1 采用角铁制成, 具体实施时, 也可以采用槽钢等制作, 悬吊装置 2 固定安装在 主体 1 的一个侧面上, 固定环 3 固定安装在主体 1 的另一侧面上, 本实施例 中, 悬吊装置 2所处的平面与固定环 3所处的平面相互垂直。 本实施例中, 悬 吊装置 2采用螺杆制成, 固定环 3采用圆弧形钢板制成, 固定环 3通过固定螺 钉 4固定在主体 1上。
本实用新型在使用时, 通过固定环 3将线缆与主体 1固定在一起, 然后通 过悬吊装置 2将固定有电缆的主体 1 固定安装在电气设备上, 从而实现对电缆 的辅助固定。

本实用新型中保护一种电缆固定夹, 通过固定夹将电缆安装在电气设备 上, 可有效保护电缆的安全。
