本发明涉及一种电缆端部的夹持架,包括本体,其特征在于:本体包括上下叠合的上夹板及下夹板,上夹板的下表面中部具有上弧形槽,下夹板的上表面中部具有与上弧形槽相对应的下弧形槽,上夹板与下夹板叠合后,上弧形槽与下弧形槽形成电缆的夹持空间;上夹板的两端分别部具有通孔,下夹板的两端部分别具有与通孔相对应的螺纹通孔;下夹板的两端部下表面对称固接L型支架,L型支架带有连接槽;本发明用于扁平状电缆端部的固定,利用上下夹持片与紧固螺钉配合对电缆端部进行夹持,有效地防止电缆脱落,并且设置一定高度的支架,改变了电缆端部的悬挂状态,其具有操作简单、固定方便、稳固性能高的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电气技术领域,尤其是电缆的端部固定装置。
背景技术
电缆是发电厂、变电站的重要组成部分。目前,电缆一般埋在地下进行保护,但电缆的两端由于需要与器件连接,通常需要利用固定装置进行合理固定,以防止端部损坏。现有的电缆端部一般采用金属片进行夹持固定或者利用绳索进行捆扎,其缺点是电缆端部处于悬挂状态,容易松动,其固定效果不佳。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有布线中电缆固定方式中存在的上述缺点,提供一种电缆端部的夹持架,其具有结构精巧,固定效果好,操作方便的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种电缆端部的夹持架,包括本体,其特征在于:本体包括上下叠合的上夹板及下夹板,上夹板的下表面中部具有上弧形槽,下夹板的上表面中部具有与上弧形槽相对应的下弧形槽,上夹板与下夹板叠合后,上弧形槽与下弧形槽形成电缆的夹持空间;上夹板的两端分别部具有通孔,下夹板的两端部分别具有与通孔相对应的螺纹通孔;下夹板的两端部下表面对称固接L型支架,L型支架带有连接槽。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明用于扁平状电缆端部的固定,利用上下夹持片与紧固螺钉配合对电缆端部进行夹持,有效地防止电缆脱落,并且设置一定高度的支架,改变了电缆端部的悬挂状态,其具有操作简单、固定方便、稳固性能高的特点。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
见图1及图2,本发明包括本体,其特征在于:本体包括上下叠合的上夹板1及下夹板2,上夹板1的下表面中部具有上弧形槽11,下夹板2的上表面中部具有与上弧形槽11相对应的下弧形槽21,上夹板1与下夹板2叠合后,上弧形槽11与下弧形槽21形成电缆的夹持空间4;上夹板1的两端分别部具有通孔12,下夹板2的两端部分别具有与通孔12相对应的螺纹通孔22;下夹板2的两端部下表面对称固接L型支架3,L型支架3带有连接槽31。
本发明工作时,电缆置于夹持空间4中,利用螺钉穿过通孔12后与螺纹通孔22螺旋连接,并借助螺钉通过连接槽31将本发明固定于架体或者固定物上,使电缆端部处于固定状态而非悬挂状态,有效地防止电缆脱落及松动,提高了对电缆端部的保护性能。

1.一种电缆端部的夹持架,包括本体,其特征在于:所述本体包括上下叠合的上夹板(1)及下夹板(2),所述上夹板(1)的下表面中部具有上弧形槽(11),下夹板(2)的上表面中部具有与所述上弧形槽(11)相对应的下弧形槽(21),上夹板(1)与下夹板(2)叠合后,所述上弧形槽(11)与下弧形槽(21)形成电缆的夹持空间(4);所述上夹板(1)的两端分别部具有通孔(12),所述下夹板(2)的两端部分别具有与所述通孔(12)相对应的螺纹通孔(22);所述下夹板(2)的两端部下表面对称固接L型支架(3),所述L型支架(3)带有连接槽(31)。
