L'invention concerne un dispositif de retenue de fluide corporel scellé jetable, qui comprend un tuyau de stockage de fluide (1) et un tuyau de dilution (2). Le tuyau de stockage de fluide comprend une cavité de stockage de fluide (11) et une partie ouverture (12). Le tuyau de dilution comprend une cavité de dilution (21). La partie ouverture est munie d'un bloc (4). La partie ouverture du tuyau de stockage de fluide est située dans la cavité de dilution. Le dispositif est pratique à utiliser, avec lequel un échantillon peut être directement dilué dans une solution après échantillonnage, la charge de travail d'un expert est réduite, et la force de travail est diminuée ; une pollution secondaire de l'échantillon est empêchée efficacement ; et la diffusion d'odeur de l'échantillon est empêchée.
