Consiste en un foco de iluminación solar sumergible, que integra paneles fotovoltaicos, baterías, sistema de iluminación y con control en un mismo bloque plano y hermético de reducido espesor que permite la iluminación de la piscina durante la noche, con un diseño delgado para ser adherido o fijado en la pared, escalera o suelo de la piscina, permitiendo una cómoda instalación sin cableados y no interfiriendo en el uso de la misma.

SISTEMA DE ILUMINACION SOLAR SUMERGIBLE
DESCRIPCIÓN OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención, tal como expresa el enunciado de la presente memoria descriptiva, describe un sistema de iluminación solar sumergible destinado mayormente a piscinas que carecen de iluminación.
De forma más concreta, el objeto de la invención de la patente consiste en un sistema de iluminación solar sumergible, que integra un sistema de carga de baterías mediante paneles fotovoltaicos, baterías y sistema de iluminación con encendido automático en un mismo bloque plano y hermético de reducido espesor que permite la iluminación de la piscina durante la noche con un diseño delgado para ser adherido o fijado en la pared, escalera o suelo del vaso de la piscina, permitiendo una instalación sin cableados y no interfiriendo en el uso de la misma.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
En la actualidad existen un gran número de sistemas de iluminación solar para piscinas que están dotadas de un panel fotovoltaico que cargan una batería o acumulador durante el día y un sistema de iluminación que se enciende durante la noche. Dichos sistemas suelen estar diseñados para flotar en la superficie del agua, de tal modo que la zona que se mantiene a flote contiene los paneles solares y la parte sumergida el sistema de iluminación para poder iluminar el fondo de la piscina, para que se recarguen los acumuladores han de estar flotando durante el día en la piscina, limitando el uso de la misma ya que éstos se encuentran flotando en la superficie.
Existen también sistemas que consisten en situar fuera de la piscina el panel solar fotovoltaico y mediante una instalación de cableado llevar la alimentación eléctrica a los dispositivos de iluminación dentro de la piscina.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El dispositivo aquí descrito comprende un sistema de captación solar formado por células fotovoltaicas que permiten la carga de unas baterías durante las horas de luz así como un sistema de iluminación que mediante un circuito electrónico se enciende automáticamente durante las horas de oscuridad. El conjunto de células solares fotovoltaicas y el sistema de iluminación están montados en el mismo plano frontal del dispositivo, cubierto por un material transparente que permite tanto la entrada de luz al los paneles fotovoltaicos como la salida de luz del sistema de iluminación. Debajo de éstos se encuentran las baterías y el circuito electrónico de control en un bloque inyectado de material adherido debajo del sistema de captación solar e iluminación, formando un sólo bloque en estado sólido y hermético de bajo perfil, permitiendo que una vez adherido o fijado dentro de la piscina no interfiera con el uso de la misma y no requiera instalación de cableado. Para completar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, de un juego de planos, en los que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente:
La figura número 1 reproduce una vista frontal del dispositivo en la que se pueden apreciar el sistema de captación solar comprendido por una serie de paneles fotovoltaicos y el sistema de iluminación.
La figura 2 muestra un corte transversal del dispositivo en la que se puede apreciar la colocación de los paneles fotovoltaicos y el sistema de iluminación así como el circuito controlador y la batería, todo ello dentro de un material protector, formando un bloque estanco, de bajo grosor y sin aristas en su parte frontal.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
La figura número 1 reproduce una vista frontal del dispositivo en la que se puede ver la disposición de los paneles solares otovoltaicos (1) usados para captar la luz, a su vez se pueden observar los emisores de luz (2) montados sobre una superficie refractante (3) rodeados por una barrera opaca ( 4 ) que impide que la luz generada por los emisores de luz (2) se propague a los paneles fotovoltaicos (1 ) a través del material protector transparente y solido (5) que forma el frontal del dispositivo, a su vez se puede apreciar el diseño de las esquinas (6) redondeadas.
La figura 2 muestra un corte transversal del dispositivo en el que se pueden apreciar en la cara frontal (6) los paneles fotovoltaicos (1 ) y los emisores de luz (2) que están dispuestos sobre una superficie refractante (3) , estando ésta rodeada por una barrera opaca (4) que evita que la luz generada por los emisores de luz (2) se propague a través del material protector transparente y sólido (5) que forma el frontal del dispositivo hacia los paneles fotovoltaicos (1) , éstos se encargan de cargar las baterías (7) durante las horas de luz, el circuito de control (8) se encarga de encender o apagar el sistema de iluminación (2) según la luz existente, asi como de controlar la carga y descarga de las baterías (7). El circuito de control (8) y las baterías (7) se encuentran a su vez dentro de un material sólido y protector (9) que puede ser como el material de la parte frontal (5), la unión de ambos hacen que todo el conjunto sea un sólo bloque sólido y estanco pudiéndose adherir, fijar o depositar dentro de la piscina sobre la cara posterior ( 10 ) . Se puede apreciar también la forma redondeada (11) de los vértices frontales del dispositivo para evitar posibles daños a los usuarios de la piscina.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Sistema de iluminación solar sumergible caracterizado por que integra un sistema de carga de baterías mediante paneles solares fotovoltaicos, baterías y sistema de iluminación con circuito de control de encendido automático en un mismo bloque plano y hermético de reducido grosor que permite la iluminación durante la noche, con un diseño delgado para ser adherido o fijado en la pared, escalera o suelo, por ejemplo, de una piscina, permitiendo una fácil instalación sin cableados y no interfiriendo en el uso de la misma.
2.- Sistema de iluminación solar sumergible según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado por que los paneles fotovoltaicos y el sistema de iluminación se encuentran en un mismo plano.
3.- Sistema de iluminación solar sumergible según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado por tener en su conjunto un diseño se bajo grosor y libre de aristas para no interferir con el uso del espacio que ocupe.
4.- Sistema de iluminación solar sumergible según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado por estar construido de un material que, ya sea inyectado mediante molde o por cualquier otro método, integra todos sus componentes de tal manera que forma un bloque sólido e impermeable.
5.- Sistema de iluminación solar sumergible según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado por que la superficie frontal que alberga los paneles fotovoltaicos y el sistema de iluminación están cubiertos de un material transparente, ya sea inyectado mediante molde o por cualquier otro método.
6.- Sistema de iluminación solar sumergible según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado por que el área reflectora del sistema de iluminación posee un perímetro construido de material opaco que evita que la luz emitida por el sistema de iluminación se propague a través del material transparente que conforma la parte frontal llegando a los paneles fotovoltaicos .
