Abstract
The invention relates to a tool slide, which is designed as a wedge drive, comprising at least two components (2, 3; 3, 4) that can be arranged against each other in a movable, sliding manner, wherein the components (2, 3; 3, 4) are arranged against each other in a sliding manner at sliding surfaces, wherein one sliding surface is designed as a more wear-resistant stationary sliding surface and the corresponding sliding surface is designed as a more wear-susceptible sacrificial sliding surface (5, 9) and in particular as a replaceable sacrificial sliding surface (5, 9), wherein at least one chip channel (15) or chip removal groove (15) is arranged in a sliding surface (6, 8; 5, 9) preferably adjacently to a tool-side front edge (14), wherein the stationary sliding surface is a sliding surface infiltrated or coated with hard material. The invention further relates to a method for producing a tool slide, in particular a tool slide that is designed as a wedge drive and that has sliding surfaces (5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12) between the parts (2, 3, 4) of the slide assembly, wherein in each case one of the corresponding sliding surfaces is designed as a stationary sliding surface and one of the corresponding sliding surfaces is designed as a sacrificial sliding surface, in particular as a replaceable sacrificial sliding surface, wherein the stationary sliding surfaces are formed directly on the part of the slide and are infiltrated or coated with a hard-material layer, or the stationary sliding surfaces are designed as shells or plates and the shells or plates or infiltrated are coated with hard material.
