随着生产技术水平的发展,保温技术渗透到各行各业中,对保温技术的要求也越来越高,比如药品安全运输,随着国家对药品的监督越来越严格,特别是疫苗对温度的敏感性要求,保温技术也跟着日新月异地发展。保温箱以安全环保、保冷保热、携带方便的概念受到各行各业的关注。
现有真空绝热板保温箱一般采用粘贴式方式,有缝隙,容易漏气,降低了保温箱的保温性能;或者与发泡塑料一体成型,制造方法复杂,需要开模具,成本比较高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温箱,其成型方法简单,结构简单,成本低,不漏气,特别是采用真空绝热板,导热系数极低,绝热效果是目前绝热材料中最好的。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:
一种保温箱,由箱体和盖子组成,所述箱体由保温板和阻隔膜组成,保温板围成箱体框架,箱体框架表面全部包覆阻隔膜,保温板和阻隔膜之间为真空;保温箱成型是内部依靠保温板和阻隔膜之间的真空和外部的大气压,即保温板框架和阻隔膜抽真空成型,阻隔膜在大气压作用下贴紧于保温板上;所述的盖子由保温材料制成。
所述的保温板为平面、曲面、不规则面的板材。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型保温箱成型方法简单,可以采用导热系数低的真空绝热板,厚度薄,结构简单,成本低,不漏气,保温性能好。
