Description

本发明涉及一种移动终端塞子弹出系统、移动终端及移动终端塞子弹出方法。
背景技术
移动终端,如手机,常用的塞子按照功能可分为移动存储卡-T卡塞子、客户识别模块(sim)卡塞子、同轴塞子等;按照材料和制造工艺可分为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(TPU)塞子、TPU+聚碳酸酯(PC)塞子、PC塞子、金属塞子等。
目前上述塞子的取出方式有扣开式塞子和针捅式塞子,扣开式塞子设有扣手,通过手动打开扣手实现塞子的取出,这种扣手为了便于手动打开,体积较大,不美观,且频繁的开启易导致扣手的损坏,使其无法继续取出塞子,且损坏的塞子更加影响手机的外观;针捅式塞子设置在手机内部,需要借助工具例如针插入手机上的小孔推压,实现针捅式塞子的弹出,但使用这种针捅式塞子会常常出现因辅助工具没有随身携带,导致无法取出塞子的情况,且不易操作。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端塞子弹出系统、移动终端及移动终端塞子弹出方法,以解决如何实现移动终端塞子的自动弹出的技术问题。

3)手机中的手机塞子弹出系统在所述磁性的作用下将塞子本体弹出,包括:该磁性吸引U型支架1一侧壁上的限位凸台101向外侧移动,使限位凸台101从塞子本体2的限位凹槽201中脱离;塞子本体2的底边在弹出弹簧3推力的作用下弹出,塞子本体2在弹出一段距离后,塞子本体2上的第二凸台202与U型支架1上的第一凸台103相抵,使塞子本体被第一凸台103挡 住而停止继续弹出;也可限定弹出弹簧3的长度及弹性强度,使塞子本体2无法在弹力的作用下从U型支架1内完全弹出。
操作完成后,如取出sim卡或t卡等,,可手工将塞子本体2向手机内推动,使塞子本体2的限位凹槽201碰到U型支架上的限位凸台,并与限位凸台固定,实现塞子本体的复位。

工业实用性
上述技术方案中的塞子弹出系统增加了磁性模块,通过磁性控制U型支架与塞子本体的弹出,实现塞子的取出,优化了移动终端塞子的外观,取消了原有塞子中的扣手、小孔等辅助工具,操作简单方便,打破了传统移动终端塞子的取出方式,使移动终端具有了一种新的功能,给用户以全新的体验。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种移动终端塞子弹出系统,包括支架以及可放置在所述支架内的塞子本体,其中,
    所述支架侧壁的内侧设有限位凸台,所述限位凸台的部分或全部为磁性物质;
    所述塞子本体具有容纳空间,所述塞子本体的外壁设有与所述限位凸台对应的限位凹槽,通过所述限位凸台和限位凹槽之间的卡合将所述塞子本体固定在所述支架内;
    所述塞子本体与所述支架之间设有弹出弹簧,所述弹出弹簧设置为弹出塞子本体;
    所述系统还包括磁性模块,所述磁性模块为电磁性模块,通电时吸引所述限位凸台脱离所述限位凹槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端塞子弹出系统,
    所述支架侧壁的内侧还设有第一凸台;
    所述塞子本体的外壁还设有第二凸台,所述限位凸台和限位凹槽之间卡合时,所述第二凸台位于所述第一凸台的下方,且所述第二凸台与所述第一凸台相隔扣合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端塞子弹出系统,其中,
    具有所述限位凸台的支架侧壁,与所述支架底边的连接部的内侧设有弹性凹槽。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一所述的移动终端塞子弹出系统,其中,
    所述支架为U型支架。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的移动终端塞子弹出系统,其中,
    所述限位凸台设置在所述U型支架的一侧壁,所述第一凸台设置在所述U型支架的另一侧壁。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的移动终端塞子弹出系统,其中,
    所述U型支架的一侧壁或两侧壁设有限位凸台。
  7. 如权利要求1-3任一所述的移动终端塞子弹出系统,其中,
    所述塞子本体的前端还设有支柱,所述弹出弹簧套设在所述支柱上。
  8. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述移动终端为手机。
  9. 一种移动终端,包括移动终端本体、控制模块、检测模块、设置在所述移动终端本体内的如权利要求1-7任一权利要求所述的移动终端塞子弹出系统,
    所述检测模块,设置为检测到塞子弹出指令后通知所述控制模块;
    所述控制模块,设置为接收所述通知,控制所述弹出系统中的磁性模块产生磁性。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述弹出系统的支架与所述移动终端本体为可拆卸连接或一体成型。
  11. 如权利要求9或10所述的移动终端,所述移动终端为手机。
  12. 一种移动终端塞子的弹出方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端为权利要求9~10中任一项所述的移动终端,所述方法包括:
    移动终端的检测模块检测到塞子弹出指令;
    移动终端中的控制模块接收上述检测结果,激活磁性模块产生磁性;
    移动终端中的移动终端塞子弹出系统在所述磁性的作用下将塞子本体弹出。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的弹出方法,其中,
    所述检测到塞子弹出指令包括:检测到对塞子弹出的应用的触摸、检测到预设语音或在检测到对触摸屏指定区域所做的预设手势。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的方法,其中,所述移动终端为手机。
