- the step S110 specifically includes:
- A1 Acquire the acceleration of each action of the user in the activity on the day through the sensor to obtain the daily activity information of the user on the day;
- A2. Determine the intensity of each activity based on the daily activity information obtained
- the daily activity information includes walking, running, cycling, and riding a car.
- the daily activity information of the user is acquired and stored, for example, using various sensors, and the current behavior of the user can be accurately determined: sleep, walking, running, riding a bicycle, riding a car, etc., for walking, running, You can also judge the strength by cycling and other activities.
- the sensor in this embodiment is a device that receives a signal or stimulates and reacts, and can convert a physical quantity or a chemical quantity to be measured into another corresponding output, including but not limited to an acceleration sensor, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, and the like.
- the acceleration sensor When a person is active, even a small movement is detected by the acceleration sensor, and the data obtained by the sensor is the acceleration of the motion. When a person walks, the frequency of the arm swing is usually about 1.5 times per second. If the time is the horizontal axis and the acceleration is the vertical axis, the waveform shown in Figure 2 can be obtained.

- Step S120 According to the cumulative intensity of the activity on the day, and the cumulative activity of the daily activity as a function of sleep time, the user's required sleep time is calculated.
- the daily activity history data of the user needs to be obtained before establishing the relationship between the cumulative activity of the daily activity and the sleep time function.
- the user's daily activity history data can be obtained through resident memory detection, and the accumulated sleep time and daily activity intensity can be obtained and stored in the local storage space or the remote server to obtain daily activity historical data.
- the user's required sleep time is calculated. For example, the user runs for a long time today, and the intensity is 700.
- Step S130 Obtaining the wake-up alarm time set by the user, and calculating the starting sleep time of the user by using the wake-up alarm time and the required sleep time of the user;
- the user does not necessarily fall asleep immediately when sleeping in the bed, and needs a transition time.
- the alarm application needs to know the following information:
- the accumulated strength of the user's activity on the day to date, according to the correlation function, can calculate how much sleep time the user needs (such as defined as the required sleep time)
