Abstract

本发明公开了一种上报非授权频谱能力的方法和装置,涉及宽带接入技术领域,用于解决因由LTE基站设备直接给用户设备配置非授权频谱资源会导致用户设备无法使用自身被分配到的频谱资源的情况出现,进而影响用户设备的数据传输性能的问题。具体包括:通过由UE将其所能支持的非授权频谱列表和每个非授权频谱的最大带宽上报至其服务基站的方法,使得该UE的服务基站能够根据接收到的非授权频谱能力参数为其配置非授权频谱资源,基站能根据不同的UE自身所能够支持的非授权频谱能力进行配置

一种上报非授权频谱能力的方法和装置 技术领域
本发明涉及宽带接入技术领域, 尤其涉及一种上报非授权频谱 能力的方法和装置。
背景技术
目前大部分国家的频谱管理都采用固定频谱分配策略, 频谱由 政府部门管理并分配给固定的授权用户, 各个运营商使用的频谱是 通过购买的方式获得一段频谱的使用权, 这些被严格限制和保护的 频谱称为授权 ( licensed) 频谱。 然而授权频谱的带宽非常有限, 随着用户对移动宽带服务的需求日益增长, 授权频谱资源已经不能 够满足这一需求, 然而对于大量的非授权 ( unlicensed ) 频 i普资源, 目前还没有被有效利用, 因此, 为了有效利用非授权频 i普资源, 以 满足更多的移动宽带服务的需求, 将 LTE ( Long-term Evolution, 长期演进) 设备应用在非授权频谱已经成为运营商利用频谱资源的 发展趋势。 利用非授权频谱资源的可行方案之一是 LTE基站设备将 非授权频谱配置给 LTE 用户设备, 作为 LTE 用户设备的 Scell ( Secondary Cell, 辅小区 ) 来使用, 这样 LTE基站就可以利用非 授权频谱与 LTE用户设备进行数据通信。
但是, 由 LTE基站设备直接给用户设备配置非授权频谱资源会 导致用户设备无法使用 自身被分配到的频谱资源的情况出现。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种上报非授权频谱能力的方法和装置, 用于解决因由 LTE基站设备直接给用户设备配置非授权频谱资源会 导致用户设备无法使用 自身被分配到的频谱资源的情况出现, 进而 影响用户设备的数据传输性能的问题。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种上报非授权频谱能力的 U E , 所述 UE包括:
上报模块, 用于将所述 U E 的非授权频谱能力参数上报至所述 UE 的服务基站; 所述非授权频谱能力参数用于指示所述 UE 所支持 的非授权频谱的信息, 包括所述 UE所支持的非授权频谱列表和每个 非授权频谱的最大带宽值。
结合第一方面, 在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述上报模块, 还用于通过上行 R RC 消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给服务基 站; 或者, 通过 MAC 层消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给服务 基站; 通过 PHY层消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给服务基站。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式中, 在第三种可能的实 现方式中, 所述上报模块, 还用于上报包含所述 U E能够支持的服务 小区可同时使用的非授权频谱的数量、 可同时使用的非授权频谱和 授权频谱的数量、 可使用的非授权频谱的频谱范围、 可使用的非授 权频谱与授权频谱的频谱范围、 可使用的双工方式中的一个或多个 的非授权频 普能力参数。
第二方面, 本发明还提供了一种上报非授权频谱能力的基站, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收所述 U E发送的非授权频谱能力参数; 配置模块, 用于根据所述非授权能力参数, 为所述 UE配置非授 权频谱服务小区。
结合第二方面, 在第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述配置模块还 包括:
选择单元, 用于根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中的非授权频谱 列表, 选择出非授权频谱列表中的至少一个频谱; 和或, 从所选出 的非授权频谱中筛选出带宽值小于或等于所述非授权频谱能力参数 中非授权频谱的最大带宽值的非授权频谱; 和或, 根据所述非授权 频谱能力参数中所述 UE 能够支持的服务小区可同时使用的非授权 频谱的数量、 可同时使用的非授权频谱和授权频谱的数量来选择合 适的非授权频谱的数量; 和或, 根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所 述 UE能够支持的服务小区可使用的非授权频谱的频谱范围, 非授权 频谱与授权频谱的频谱范围来选择具有合适频谱范围的非授权频 谱; 和或, 根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE能够支持的服务 小区可使用的双工方式来选择合适的双工方式中的一个或多个; 配置单元, 用于将选择出的非授权频谱确定为所述 UE的辅助小 区, 并将所述辅助小区配置为所述 UE非授权频谱服务小区。

所述接收模块, 还用于在所述 UE处于双连接状态时, 接收所述 UE 发送的非授权频谱能力参数; 所述双连接状态是指所述 UE 同时 由两个或多个基站提供服务的状态; 接收所述辅助基站发送的配置 信息, 所述配置信息是指所述辅助基站根据接收到的非授权频谱能 力参数为所述 UE配置的非授权频谱小区的信息;
所述配置模块, 还用于根据所接收的非授权频谱能力参数为所 述 UE配置非授权频谱小区;
所述通知模块, 用于将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给辅助基 站; 将所述主基站与所述辅助基站分别为所述 UE所配置的非授权频 谱小区告知所述 UE, 以使得所述 UE 能够使用所述主基站与所述辅 助基站所配置的非授权频谱小区进行数据传输。
第三方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种非授权频谱能力的方法, 包括:
用户设备 U E将非授权频谱能力参数上报至所述 U E的服务基站; 所述非授权频谱能力参数用于指示所述 UE 所支持的非授权频谱的 信息, 包括所述 UE所支持的非授权频谱列表和每个非授权频谱的最 大带宽值。
结合第三方面, 在第三方面的第一种可能的实现方式中, 所述 将所述非授权频谱能力参数上报至所述 UE的服务基站, 包括:

所述主基站将所述主基站与所述辅助基站分别为所述 U E 所配 置的非授权频谱小区告知所述 U E , 以使得所述 U E 能够使用所述主 基站与所述辅助基站所配置的非授权频谱小区进行数据传输。
本发明实施例提供的一种上报非授权频谱能力的方法, 通过由 U E将其所能支持的非授权频谱列表和每个非授权频谱的最大带宽上 报至其服务基站的方法, 使得该 U E的服务基站能够根据接收到的非 授权频谱能力参数为其配置非授权频谱资源, 因而基站能够根据不 同的 U E 自身所能够支持的非授权频谱能力来进行配置, 避免了基站 直接给用户设备配置非授权频谱资源, 解决了因由 L T E基站设备直 接给用户设备配置非授权频谱资源会导致用户设备无法使用 自身被 分配到的频谱资源的情况出现, 进而影响用户设备的数据传输性能 的问题。

本发明提供了一种上报非授权频谱能力的 U E , 如图 1所示, 用 以实现如图 4 中所示的方法流程, 所述 UE包括:
上报模块 1 1 , 用于将所述 UE 的非授权频谱能力参数上报至所 述 UE 的服务基站; 所述非授权频谱能力参数用于指示所述 UE所支 持的非授权频谱的信息, 包括所述 UE所支持的非授权频谱列表和每 个非授权频谱的最大带宽值。
此外, 所述上报模块 1 1 , 还用于通过上行 RR C消息将所述非授 权频谱能力参数发送给服务基站; 或者, 通过 MAC 层消息将所述非 授权频谱能力参数发送给服务基站; 通过 P HY 层消息将所述非授权 频谱能力参数发送给服务基站。
此外, 所述上报模块 11, 还用于上报包含所述 UE 能够支持的 服务小区可同时使用的非授权频谱的数量、 可同时使用的非授权频 谱和授权频谱的数量、 可使用的非授权频谱的频谱范围、 可使用的 非授权频谱与授权频谱的频谱范围、 可使用的双工方式中的一个或 多个的非授权频谱能力参数。
本发明另一实施例提供了一种上报非授权频谱能力的基站, 如 图 2, 图 3 所示, 用以实现如图 2 和图 3 中任一所示的方法流程, 所述基站包括:
接收模块 21 , 用于接收所述 UE发送的非授权频谱能力参数; 配置模块 22, 用于根据所述非授权能力参数, 为所述 UE 配置 非授权频谱服务小区。
此外, 所述配置模块 22还包括:
选择单元 23, 根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中的非授权频谱列 表, 选择出非授权频谱列表中的至少一个频谱; 从所选出的非授权 频谱中筛选出带宽值小于或等于所述非授权频谱能力参数中非授权 频谱的最大带宽值的非授权频谱; 根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中 所述 UE能够支持的服务小区可同时使用的非授权频谱的数量、 可同 时使用的非授权频谱和授权频谱的数量来选择合适的非授权频谱的 数量; 根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE能够支持的服务小区 可使用的非授权频谱的频谱范围, 非授权频谱与授权频谱的频谱范 围来选择具有合适频谱范围的非授权频谱; 根据所述非授权频谱能 力参数中所述 UE 能够支持的服务小区可使用的双工方式来选择合 适的双工方式中的一个或多个;

此外, 所述基站还包括通知模块 25;
所述接收模块 21 , 还用于在所述 UE 处于双连接状态时, 接收 所述 UE 发送的非授权频谱能力参数; 所述双连接状态是指所述 UE 同时由两个或多个基站提供服务的状态; 接收所述辅助基站发送的 配置信息, 所述配置信息是指所述辅助基站根据接收到的非授权频 谱能力参数为所述 UE配置的非授权频谱小区的信息;
所述配置模块 22, 还用于根据所接收的非授权频谱能力参数为 所述 UE配置非授权频谱小区;
所述通知模块 25, 用于将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给辅助 基站; 将所述主基站与所述辅助基站分别为所述 UE所配置的非授权 频谱小区告知所述 UE, 以使得所述 UE 能够使用所述主基站与所述 辅助基站所配置的非授权频谱小区进行数据传输。
本发明实施例提供的一种上报非授权频谱能力的装置, 通过由 UE将其所能支持的非授权频谱列表和每个非授权频谱的最大带宽上 报至其服务基站的方法, 使得该 UE的服务基站能够根据接收到的非 授权频谱能力参数为其配置非授权频谱资源, 因而基站能够根据不 同的 UE 自身所能够支持的非授权频谱能力来进行配置, 避免了基站 直接给用户设备配置非授权频谱资源, 解决了因由 LTE基站设备直 接给用户设备配置非授权频谱资源会导致用户设备无法使用 自身被 分配到的频谱资源的情况出现, 进而影响用户设备的数据传输性能 的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种上报非授权频谱能力的方法, 其交互 流程如图 4所示, 具体包括:
401、 UE将非授权频谱能力参数上报至所述 UE的服务基站。 其中, 所述非授权频谱能力参数用于指示所述 UE所支持的非授 权频谱的信息, 包括所述 UE所支持的非授权频谱列表和每个非授权 频谱的最大带宽值。
其中, 所述 UE通过上行 RRC消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发 送给服务基站; 或者, 通过 MAC 层消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数 发送给服务基站; 或者, 通过 PHY 层消息将所述非授权频谱能力参 数发送给服务基站。
另外, 所述 UE 的非授权频谱能力参数还包括所述 UE 能够支持 的服务小区可同时使用的非授权频谱的数量、 可同时使用的非授权 频谱和授权频谱的数量、 可使用的非授权频谱的频谱范围、 可使用 的非授权频谱与授权频谱的频谱范围、 可使用的双工方式。
另外, UE 上报非授权频谱能力参数的方式可选择由 UE 直接向 服务基站上报, 也可以选择由 U E先将其非授权频谱能力上报给核心 网, 然后再由核心网通知给服务基站, 或者选择由服务基站主动查 询 UE 的非授权频谱能力, U E 在接收到相应的查询消息后, 再向服 务基站上报 U频谱能力。 另外, 当 UE由当前的服务基站切换到新的 服务基站时, 还可以直接由源服务基站将其获得的 UE的非授权频谱 能力通知给新的服务基站。
本发明实施例提供的一种上报非授权频谱能力的方法, 通过由 UE将其所能支持的非授权频谱列表和每个非授权频谱的最大带宽上 报至其服务基站的方法, 使得该 U E的服务基站能够根据接收到的非 授权频谱能力参数为其配置非授权频谱资源, 因而基站能够根据不 同的 UE 自身所能够支持的非授权频谱能力来进行配置, 避免了基站 直接给用户设备配置非授权频谱资源, 解决了因由 LT E基站设备直 接给用户设备配置非授权频谱资源会导致用户设备无法使用 自身被 分配到的频谱资源的情况出现, 进而影响用户设备的数据传输性能 的问题。
进一步的, 在本发明实施例的一种实现方式中, 还提供了基站 根据非授权频谱能力参数, 为 U E配置非授权频谱服务小区的方法, 其方法流程如图 5所示, 包括:
5 0 1 、 所述基站根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中的非授权频谱 列表, 选择出非授权频谱列表中的至少一个频谱。
其中, 所述 UE所有非授权频 i普可由 U E的使用权限, UE的服务 基站的覆盖范围内所具有的非授权频谱等因素来决定。
5 02、 所述基站将所选出的非授权频谱的带宽值设置为小于或等 于所述非授权频谱能力参数中非授权频谱的最大带宽值所对应的带 宽值。 其中, UE 能够支持的频谱带宽有限, 当为 UE 配置的频谱带宽 过大时, UE接收数据的速度无法充分利用为其分配的频谱带宽所能 达到的数据传输速度造成带宽的浪费, 因此可通过将 选出的非授 权频谱的带宽值设置为小于或等于 UE 能够支持的非授权频谱的最 大带宽值的一个值。
503、 所述基站根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE 能够支 持的服务小区可同时使用的非授权频谱的数量、 可同时使用的非授 权频谱和授权频谱的数量来选择合适的非授权频谱的数量。
其中, 所述合适的非授权频谱的数量小于或等于所述可同时使 用的非授权频谱的数量, 以及所述可同时使用的非授权频谱和授权 频谱的数量。
其中, UE支持的非授权频谱可能有多个, 支持的授权频谱也可 能存在多个, 而这多个非授权频谱可能同时供 UE的服务小区使用, 当然, 鉴于不同 UE 本身性能的限制, UE 允许其服务小区同时使用 的频谱的数量各不相同, 因此可通过将其所能支持的服务小区可同 时使用的非授权频谱及授权频谱的数量告知基站, 这样基站就能够 根据不同 UE的支持情况配置合适的频谱数量。
504、 所述基站根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE 能够支 持的服务小区可使用的非授权频谱的频谱范围, 非授权频谱与授权 频谱的频谱范围来选择具有合适频谱范围的非授权频谱。
其中, 不同的 UE能够支持的非授权频谱的频谱范围, 非授权频 谱与授权频谱之间的范围是不同的, 因此, 若为 UE所配置的频谱之 间的跨度过大,就可能造成 UE不能够正常使用所配置的频谱,所以, 在为 UE 配置非授权频谱小区时, 需要在一定的频段范围内进行选 择。
505、 所述基站根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE 能够支 持的服务小区可使用的双工方式来选择合适的双工方式。
其中,UE所支持的非授权频谱服务小区可能存在多种双工方式, 包括 TDD, FDD, FDD DL, FDD UL, 半双工 FDD中的一种或多种, 其 中 TDD 中也可能包含所能够支持的 TDD上下行配比, 可以是现有的 7 种配比中的一种或多种, 也可以是新的上下行配比, 本发明实施 例对此不做更多的限制。
506、 所述基站将选择出的非授权频谱确定为所述 UE 的辅助小 区, 并将所述辅助小区配置为所述 UE非授权频谱服务小区。
其中 , 配置了非授权频谱的服务小区只作为 UE的辅助小区来使 用, 而不用来作为 UE的主小区使用。
另外, 需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 方法流程中各个步 骤的先后顺序并不作为实际的处理顺序, 仅作为方法实施过程中的 一中可能的处理顺序, 至于具体的处理步骤的顺序可按照实际情况 进行排列。
特别需要说明的是, 本发明实施例的流程步骤仅为本发明方案 的一种可实现的方式, 其中, 步骤的先后顺序可根据实际情况重新 排列, 本发明实施例对此不再做更多的限制。
在本实施方式中, 通过根据 UE所上报的非授权频谱能力参数中 各个参数 选该 UE可用的所有非授权频谱, 最终将 选出的非授权 频谱配置给 UE 的服务小区 , 并将配置好的服务小区作为该 UE 的辅 助小区的方式, 进一步阐述了基站在接收到非授权频谱能力参数后, 如何进行配置的方法, 使得基站能够利用 UE所上报的参数, 更合理 的为 UE配置合适的非授权频谱小区。
进一步的, 在本发明实施例的另一种实现方式中, 提供了另一 种基站为 UE配置非授权频谱小区的方法, 其方法如图 3所示, 具体 包括:
601、 当所述 UE处于双连接状态时, 所述 UE的主基站接收所述 UE发送的非授权频谱能力参数。
其中, 所述双连接状态是指所述 UE同时由两个或多个基站提供 服务的状态。 UE上报非授权频谱能力参数的方法可采用由单个基站 提供服务时所采用的上报方法。
602、 所述主基站根据所接收的非授权频谱能力参数为所述 UE 配置非授权频谱小区, 并将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给辅助基 站。
其中, 所述为所述 UE 配置非授权频谱小区的方法可采用步骤
5 0 1至 5 0 6所述的方法进行。
6 0 3、 所述主基站接收所述辅助基站发送的配置信息。
其中, 所述配置信息是指所述辅助基站根据接收到的非授权频 谱能力参数为所述 U E配置的非授权频谱小区的信息。 另外, 为所述
UE配置非授权频谱小区的方法可同样采用步骤 5 0 1至 5 0 6所述的方 法进行。
6 04、 所述主基站将所述主基站与所述辅助基站分别为所述 UE 所配置的非授权频谱小区告知所述 UE , 以使得所述 UE 能够使用所 述主基站与所述辅助基站所配置的非授权频谱小区进行数据传输。
其中, 所述主基站告知 UE主基站和辅助基站为其所配置的非授 权频 i普小区的方法可通过通用的发送的 4艮文方式, 也可通过回复请 求信息的方式, 本发明实施例对此不做更多的限制。
在本实施方式中, 在 U E处于双连接状态下时, 通过由主基站接 收 U E发送的非授权频谱能力参数, 并进行配置, 再由主基站将接收 到的非授权频谱能力参数发送给辅助基站, 由辅助基站能够根据该 非授权频谱能力参数进行配置, 并将相关的配置信息发送到主基站, 由主基站将主基站和辅助基站为所述 UE 配置的信息通知给 UE 的方 法, 为处于双连接状态下的 UE 完成了配置, 使得 UE 能够根据所配 置的非授权频谱小区进行数据传输, 为 U E的配置提供了另一种情况 下的方法, 提高了为 U E配置非授权频谱小区的可实施性。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地 了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也 可以通过硬件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的 理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分 可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在可读取 的存储介质中, 如计算机的软盘, 硬盘或光盘等, 包括若干指令用 以使得一台计算机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设 备等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种上报非授权频谱能力的 UE, 其特征在于, 所述 UE包括: 上报模块,用于将所述 UE的非授权频谱能力参数上报至所述 UE的服 务基站; 所述非授权频谱能力参数用于指示所述 UE所支持的非授权频谱 的信息, 包括所述 UE所支持的非授权频谱列表和每个非授权频谱的最大 带宽值。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述上报模块, 还用于 通过上行 RRC消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给服务基站; 或者, 通 过 MAC层消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给服务基站; 通过 PHY层 消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给服务基站。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述上报模块, 还用于 上报包含所述 UE 能够支持的服务小区可同时使用的非授权频谱的数量、 可同时使用的非授权频谱和授权频谱的数量、 可使用的非授权频谱的频谱 范围、 可使用的非授权频谱与授权频谱的频谱范围、 可使用的双工方式中 的一个或多个的非授权频谱能力参数。
4、 一种上报非授权频谱能力的基站, 其特征在于, 所述基站包括: 接收模块, 用于接收所述 UE发送的非授权频谱能力参数;
配置模块, 用于根据所述非授权能力参数, 为所述 UE配置非授权频 谱服务小区。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述配置模块还包括: 选择单元, 用于根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中的非授权频谱列表, 选择出非授权频谱列表中的至少一个频谱; 和或, 从所选出的非授权频谱 中筛选出带宽值小于或等于所述非授权频谱能力参数中非授权频谱的最大 带宽值的非授权频谱; 和或, 根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE 能 够支持的服务小区可同时使用的非授权频谱的数量、 可同时使用的非授权 频谱和授权频谱的数量来选择合适的非授权频谱的数量; 和或, 根据所述 非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE 能够支持的服务小区可使用的非授权频谱 的频谱范围, 非授权频谱与授权频谱的频谱范围来选择具有合适频谱范围 的非授权频谱; 和或, 根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE能够支持 配置单元, 用于将选择出的非授权频谱确定为所述 UE的辅助小区, 并将所述辅助小区配置为所述 UE非授权频谱服务小区。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站还包括通知模 块;
所述接收模块, 还用于在所述 UE处于双连接状态时, 接收所述 UE 发送的非授权频谱能力参数; 所述双连接状态是指所述 UE 同时由两个或 多个基站提供服务的状态; 接收所述辅助基站发送的配置信息, 所述配置 信息是指所述辅助基站根据接收到的非授权频谱能力参数为所述 UE配置 的非授权频谱小区的信息;
所述配置模块, 还用于根据所接收的非授权频谱能力参数为所述 UE 配置非授权频谱小区;
所述通知模块, 用于将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给辅助基站; 将 所述主基站与所述辅助基站分别为所述 UE所配置的非授权频谱小区告知 所述 UE, 以使得所述 UE能够使用所述主基站与所述辅助基站所配置的非 授权频谱小区进行数据传输。
7、 一种上报非授权频谱能力的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 用户设备 UE将非授权频谱能力参数上报至所述 UE的服务基站;所述 非授权频谱能力参数用于指示所述 UE所支持的非授权频谱的信息, 包括 所述 UE所支持的非授权频谱列表和每个非授权频谱的最大带宽值。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述非授权频谱 能力参数上报至所述 UE的服务基站, 包括:
所述 UE通过上行 RRC消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给服务基 站;
或者,所述 UE通过 MAC层消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给服 务基站;
或者, 所述 UE通过 PHY层消息将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给服 务基站。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述非授权频谱能力参 数还包括所述 UE 能够支持的服务小区可同时使用的非授权频谱的数量、 可同时使用的非授权频谱和授权频谱的数量、 可使用的非授权频谱的频谱 范围、 可使用的非授权频谱与授权频谱的频谱范围、 可使用的双工方式中 的一个或多个。
10、 一种上报非授权频谱能力的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 所述基站接收所述 UE发送的非授权频谱能力参数, 根据所述非授权 频谱能力参数, 为所述 UE配置非授权频谱服务小区。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站根据所述非 授权频谱能力参数, 为所述 UE配置非授权频谱服务小区, 包括:
所述基站根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中的非授权频谱列表, 选择出 非授权频 i普列表中的至少一个频 i普; 和或
所述基站将所选出的非授权频谱的带宽值设置为小于或等于所述非授 权频谱能力参数中非授权频谱的最大带宽值所对应的带宽值; 和或
所述基站根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE能够支持的服务小 区可同时使用的非授权频谱的数量、 可同时使用的非授权频谱和授权频谱 的数量来选择合适的非授权频谱的数量; 和或
所述基站根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE能够支持的服务小 区可使用的非授权频谱的频谱范围, 非授权频谱与授权频谱的频谱范围来 选择具有合适频谱范围的非授权频谱; 和或
所述基站根据所述非授权频谱能力参数中所述 UE能够支持的服务小 所述基站将选择出的非授权频谱确定为所述 UE 的辅助小区, 并将所 述辅助小区配置为所述 UE非授权频谱服务小区。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站根据所述非 授权能力参数, 为所述 UE配置非授权频谱服务小区, 还包括:
当所述 UE处于双连接状态时, 所述 UE的主基站接收所述 UE发送的 非授权频谱能力参数; 所述双连接状态是指所述 UE 同时由两个或多个基 站提供服务的状态;
所述主基站根据所接收的非授权频谱能力参数为所述 UE配置非授权 频谱小区, 并将所述非授权频谱能力参数发送给辅助基站;
所述主基站接收所述辅助基站发送的配置信息, 所述配置信息是指所 述辅助基站根据接收到的非授权频谱能力参数为所述 UE配置的非授权频 谱小区的信息;
所述主基站将所述主基站与所述辅助基站分别为所述 UE所配置的非 授权频谱小区告知所述 UE, 以使得所述 UE能够使用所述主基站与所述辅 助基站所配置的非授权频谱小区进行数据传输。
