技术领域
本发明与调理机有关, 特别是指一种调理机的杯体。 现有技术
在日常生活中, 经常要用到杯子, 有的时候会用杯子冲泡奶粉、 麦片、 冲 剂等食物, 通常的方法是用筷子、 勺子等搅棒进行搅拌, 这样不但操作不方便, 还存在搅拌不均匀的问题, 由于饮料的口感很大程度上取决于搅拌的程度, 往 往融合度较差, 影响其口感。
另外, 随着人均生活水平的提高, 大部分家庭均购置有如搾汁机、 豆浆机、 调理机等用于自制食品的小型电器。 这种小型电器均由杯体状本体和用于打碎 食物的电动刀片构成, 电动刀片在打碎食物的同时会对食品进行同步搅拌, 使 粉碎后的食物更加均匀。
为了增加上述杯体的搅拌效果, 现市面有出现一种有长肋条的杯体, 其在 透明搅拌杯体的内壁面设有凸出的长肋条, 长肋条用于提高食物的搅拌效果。 这种长肋条的结构不仅影响杯体的外观,还会增加清洗杯体的内壁面的复杂度。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种杯体, 其不仅能够提高粉碎后食物的搅拌 效果外, 还不影响杯体的外观以及降低清洗杯体内壁面的复杂度。
为达到上述目的, 本发明所提供的一种杯体, 其特征在于包括一搅拌台、 一内壁面及一内底面, 所述搅拌台形成于所述杯体的内部, 且自所述杯体的内 底面周缘往上倾斜延伸至所述杯体的内壁面, 所述搅拌台的顶缘有多个转折角 及多个延伸弧线, 各所述延伸弧线分别连接各所述转折角, 且紧贴所述杯体的 内壁面。
上述本发明的技术方案中, 各所述转折角中相对的每两转折角为对称的结 构, 各所述转折角中相邻的每两转折角位于所述杯体的内壁面的高度不相同, 各所述转折角中相邻的每两转折角之间的所述延伸弧线是自高度较高的所述转 折角向高度较低的所述转折角方向渐斜。

本发明的优点: 各转折角中相对的每两转折角为对称的结构, 各转折角中 相邻的每两转折角位于杯体的内壁面的高度不相同, 各转折角中相邻的每两转 折角之间的延伸弧线是自高度较高的转折角向高度较低的转折角方向渐斜。 如 此, 被搅拌的食物可通过搅拌台的不同转折角高度的配置来提高搅拌效果。
由此, 本发明的杯体的搅拌台可增加使用时对食物的搅拌效果, 及提高搅 拌效率。 与传统杯体的长肋条相比, 不仅能够提高对食物的搅拌效果, 而且还 不影响杯体的整体外观及更易于清洗, 使杯体内壁能够设置成平整面或者弧形 面, 放宽对杯体的整体外观限制, 从而不受凸出的长肋条影响。

如图 1及图 2所示, 在此实施例中, 本发明的杯体 1是以方形透明杯体为 例, 杯体的四个边角均为圆角。 本实施例的杯体 1 为用于搅拌机的杯体, 且杯 体 1的底部用于安装搅拌刀片 6。搅拌刀片 6被安装在杯体 1内时, 刚好被配置 在搅拌台 2的中央。 杯体 1的内壁面为平整面。 其中, 为了增加杯体 1 内部的 搅拌效果, 本发明是在杯体 1内形成有用于增加搅拌效果的搅拌台 2, 搅拌台 2 与杯体 1是一体成型制造而成, 因此, 与传统杯体的内壁面有凸出的长肋条相 比, 搅拌台 2不影响杯体 1的整体外观, 且更易于清洗。

如图 3至图 5所示, 在此实施例中, 相对的两转折角 23为对称的结构, 且 相对的两转折角 25也是相对的结构。 相邻的两转折角 23、 25位于杯体 1的内 壁面 13的高度不相同, 相邻的每两转折角 23、 25之间的延伸弧线 27是自高度 较高的转折角 23向高度较低的转折角 25方向渐斜。 换句话说, 因为延伸弧线 27是有弧度的, 因此, 搅拌台 2的底缘 21至顶缘 (即转折角 23、 25及延伸弧线 27)之间形成的斜面 29倾斜角度也会随着延伸弧线 27的弧度改变而有不同。
本实施例中, 由于杯体 1是以方形透明杯体为例, 因此, 方形透明杯体会 有四个转角 15。四个转折角 23、 25分别设置在透明方形杯体 1的转角 15位置。 相对的两个转折角 23及相对的两个转折角 25都为对称结构, 也就是说透明方 形杯体 1的内部对角为对称结构。

请再参照图 3及图 4所示, 杯体 1还包括一外壁面 17及一引流斜面 19。 引流斜面 19是自杯体 1的内壁面 13往杯体 1的外壁面 17的顶缘方向倾斜, 且 位于杯体 1的转角 15, 如此, 倒出杯体 1 内的汁液时, 汁液就不会沿着杯体 1 的外壁面 17往下流, 故可避免倒汁液时汁液流下造成杯体 1的外壁面 17脏污。
虽然本较佳实施例中以方形杯体为例来做说明, 但实际上, 杯体的形状也 可以是其他多边形, 因此, 若杯体的转角数量非偶数, 且搅拌台的转折角数量 也不是偶数时, 这样搅拌台的转折角不会相对, 但因为有本发明的搅拌台的特 征, 所以仍可实现本发明提高搅拌效果的目的, 因此, 杯体不以透明方杯为限, 且搅拌台不以相对的转折角的特征为限。
再者, 搅拌台的转折角除了选用不同高度外, 也可选择都是相同的高度, 或者都不相同的高度, 因此, 转折角的高度不限制在不同高度。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的杯体, 其特征在于: 各所述转折角中相对的每两转 折角为对称的结构, 各所述转折角中相邻的每两转折角位于所述杯体的内壁面 的高度不相同, 各所述转折角中相邻的每两转折角之间的所述延伸弧线是自高 度较高的所述转折角向高度较低的所述转折角方向渐斜。

6、 如权利要求 1至 3所述的杯体, 其特征在于: 所述杯体为透明方形杯, 各所述转折角分别设置在所述透明方形杯的转角位置。
