进一步的改进,防坍塌框架式自救装置的后侧面沿对角线方向还设有斜杆。
进一步的改进,底板为框架结构,该框架沿两个对角线方向设有相互交叉的定型架。
所述自救装置的材料为铝锂合金材料;优选地,减震元件内设有发射器;优选地,保护板上的下端面设有挂钩;优选地,底板上设有水枪固定支杆;优选地,保护板上的下端面还设有储物盒,该储物盒内装有包扎药物和食品;优选地,该底板下部设有滑轮。
减震元件内设有的发射器可实时监控救援人员的具体方位,以便外边人员可实时掌控救援情况;挂钩的设置可供救援人员及被困人员使用,在建筑物发生坍塌时,救援人员及被困人员不会被甩出,确保被困人员及救援人员的安全;底板上设置的水枪固定支杆可减轻救援人员长期战斗的疲劳;储物盒内设有包扎药物和食品,可让救援人员实现简单的自救;在自救装置下部设有滑轮,方便自救装置移动。
在安全的情况,为了使消防员可以在框架周围2米处自由行走,前进或转弯,并且另一个战斗员可以在框架装置外侧进行推拉,遇到障碍物,战斗员可以自行清除,在保护板的顶部四周和底板的底部四周均设有滑珠。
为了让消防员在出现危险时,第一时间在这个框架内,在保护板上还设有四个自动收缩装置;在储物盒内还装有紧急带。在框架上方保护板设置的4个自动收缩装置,当观察员发现框架装置受到重力撞击或倾斜时,身体蜷缩依靠自身重力拉紧急带,自动收缩装置将迅速收缩安全带,安全带连接消防员的消防腰带,攻坚组成员将会被迫迅速收缩到框架结构内,确保消防员的生命安全。
为了防止房屋坍塌后的沙块等废料堆积到自救装置内,在保护板的四周还设有铁皮板;其中,铁皮板与保护板通过合页连接。
有益效果
本实用新型所提供的防坍塌框架式自救装置的有益效果在于,该防坍塌框架式自救装置便于拆卸,便于携带及运输;并且使用时能确保该自救装置具有缓冲的作用,在遇到危险时,能第一时间将施救人员送到框架式自救装置内,确保救援人员及被困人员的人身安全。

一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图1和图2所示,该自救装置的材料为铝锂合金材料;该自救装置包括保护板1,4个支撑杆2和底板3,支撑杆2竖直放置;保护板1,4个支撑杆2和底板3形成六面空间框架式自救装置;其中,每个支撑杆2均由滑动杆21和中空管22套接组成,每个滑动杆21的一端分别与保护板1的端点卡扣连接,每个中空管22的一端分别与底板3的端点卡扣连接,每个滑动杆21的另一端分别插于中空管22的另一端内;每个中空管22内均设有可伸缩的减震元件4,减震元件4可使滑动杆21在中空管22内滑动。
实施例2
一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图3和图4所示,该防坍塌框架式自救装置与实施例1不同的是,每个滑动杆21的一端分别与保护板1的端点通过螺栓和螺母连接,每个中空管22的一端分别与底板3的端点通过螺栓和螺母连接,并且该六面空间框架式自救装置的左右两侧面延对角线方向分别设有一个X型支架,X型支架由两个伸缩杆5组成,每个伸缩杆5均由第一滑动杆51和第一中空管52套接组成,第一滑动杆51的一端与保护板1通过螺栓和螺母连接;第一中空管52的一端与底板3通过螺栓和螺母连接,每个第一滑动杆51的另一端分别插于第一中空管52的另一端内,并且每个第一中空管52的另一端通过螺栓和螺母连接;每个第一中空管52内均设有可伸缩的减震元件4,减震元件4可使第一滑动杆51在第一中空管52内滑动;所述减震元件4内设有发射器8。
实施例3
一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图5和图6所示,与实施例2不同的是,该防坍塌框架式自救装置所述六面空间框架式自救装置的左右两侧面还分别设有一个分重杆6,分重杆6竖直放置;分重杆6由第二滑动杆61和第二中空管62套接组成,第二滑动杆61的一端与保护板1通过螺栓和螺母连接;第二中空管62的一端与底板3通过螺栓和螺母连接,第二滑动杆61的另一端分别插于第二中空管62的另一端内,并且,所述第二中空管62的另一端与第一中空管52通过螺栓和螺母连接;第二中空管62内设有可伸缩的减震元件4,所述减震元件4可使第二滑动杆61在第二中空管62内滑动;所述保护板1上设有挂钩9。
实施例4
一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图7和图8所示,与实施例3不同的是,所述六面空间框架式自救装置的左右两侧面分别设有两个X型支架和两个分重杆6;所述X型支架间还竖直设有第二分重杆7;第二分重杆7由第三滑动杆71和第三中空管72套接组成,第三滑动杆71的一端与保护板1通过螺栓和螺母连接;第三中空管72的一端与底板3通过螺栓和螺母连接,第三滑动杆71的另一端分别插于第三中空管72的另一端内;第三中空管72内设有可伸缩的减震元件4,减震元件4可使第三滑动杆71在第三中空管72内滑动;底板3上设有水枪固定支杆10;保护板1上设有储物盒11,所述储物盒内装有包扎药物和食品;所述底板3下部还设有4个滑轮12。
实施例5
一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图9和图10所示,该自救装置的材料为铝锂合金材料;该自救装置包括保护板1,4个支撑杆2和底板3,支撑杆2竖直放置;保护板1,4个支撑杆2和底板3形成六面空间框架式自救装置;其中,每个支撑杆2均由滑动杆21和中空管22套接组成,每个滑动杆21的一端分别与保护板1的端点卡扣连接,每个中空管22的一端分别与底板3的端点卡扣连接,每个滑动杆21的另一端分别插于中空管22的另一端内;每个中空管22内均设有可伸缩的减震元件4,减震元件4可使滑动杆21在中空管22内滑动;该六面空间框架式自救装置的相对左右侧面分别设有一个分重杆6,该分重杆6竖直放置;分重杆6由第二滑动杆61和第二中空管62套接组成,该第二滑动杆61的一端与保护板1卡扣连接;第二中空管62的一端与底板3卡扣连接,第二滑动杆61的另一端插于第二中空管62的另一端内;该第二中空管62内设有可伸缩的减震元件4,该减震元件4可使第二滑动杆61在第二中空管62内滑动。
实施例6
一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图11和图12所示,该防坍塌框架式自救装置与实施例5不同的是,每个滑动杆21的一端分别与保护板1的端点通过螺栓和螺母连接,每个中空管22的一端分别与底板3的端点通过螺栓和螺母连接,每个第二滑动杆的一端与保护板1通过螺栓和螺母连接;第二中空管62的一端与底板3通过螺栓和螺母连接;并且支撑杆2和分重杆6之间还设有倾斜杆13,该倾斜杆13由第四滑动杆14和第四中空管15套接组成,该第四滑动杆14的一端与保护板1和滑动杆21通过螺栓和螺母连接;第四中空管15的一端与底板3和第二中空管62通过螺栓和螺母连接,第四滑动杆14的另一端插于第四中空管15的另一端内,第四中空管15内设有可伸缩的减震元件4,该减震元件4可使第四滑动杆14在第四中空管15内滑动;其中,减震元件4内设有发射器8;保护板1上的下端面设有3个挂钩9;底板3上设有水枪固定支杆10,保护板1上的下端面还设有储物盒11,该储物盒11内装有包扎药物和食品。
实施例7
一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图13所示,该防坍塌框架式自救装置与实施例6不同的是,该六面空间框架式自救装置的相对左右侧面分别设有三个分重杆6,该三个分重杆6均布在两个支撑杆2之间;支撑杆2与分重杆6之间分别设有一个倾斜杆13,分重杆6与分重杆6之间分别设有一个倾斜杆13;共设置4个倾斜杆,并且底板3下部设有8个滑轮12;设置在中部的分重杆6中的第二滑动杆61的一端套接到设置在保护板1中部的一头套管41内,中部的第二中空管62的一端与临近的两个第四中空管15的一端套接到设置在底板3中部的三头套管43内;第四滑动杆14的一端分别与临近的滑动杆21的一端和第二滑动杆61的一端套接到设置在保护板1上的二头套管42内;中空管22的一端套接到设置在底板3上的一头套管41内;第四中空管15的一端与临近的第二中空管62的一端套接到设置在底板3上的二头套管42内。
实施例8
一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图14所示,该框架式自救装置与实施例7不同的是,支撑杆2上设有减重杆31,除中部的分重杆6外,分布两侧的分重杆6上分别设有减重杆31,所述减重杆31由第五滑动杆32和第五中空管33套接组成,设在支撑杆2上的减重杆31的第五滑动杆32的一端套接到设置在滑动杆21上的一头套管41内;第五中空管33的一端套接到设置在底板3上的一头套管41内,设置在分重杆6上的减重杆31的第五滑动杆32的一端套接到设置在第二滑动杆61上的一头套管41内;第五中空管33的一端套接到设置在底板3上的一头套管41内;该第五滑动杆32的另一端插于第五中空管33的另一端内,该第五中空管33内设有可伸缩的减震元件4,该减震元件4可使第五滑动杆32在第五中空管33内滑动;保护板1上的下端面还设有四个自动收缩装置,储物盒11内还装有紧急带。
实施例9
一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图15所示,该框架式自救装置与实施例8不同的是,保护板1的四周还设有铁皮板17;该铁皮板17与保护板1通过合页连接(图中未标出)。
实施例10
一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,如图16所示,该框架式自救装置与实施例9不同的是,保护板1的顶部四周和底板3的底部四周均设有滑珠(底板3底部四周的滑珠未标出);并且底板3内没有水枪固定支架10;在自救装置的后侧面沿对角线方向还设有斜杆16;并且底板3为框架结构,该框架沿两个对角线方向设有相互交叉的定型架。
本实用新型的防坍塌框架式自救装置操作运输方便,对压下的重物具有缓冲作用,可保证救援人员及被困人员的人身安全。

  1. 一种防坍塌框架式自救装置,包括保护板(1),4个支撑杆(2)和底板(3),所述支撑杆(2)竖直放置;所述保护板(1),4个支撑杆(2)和底板(3)形成六面空间框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述每个支撑杆(2)均由滑动杆(21)和中空管(22)套接组成,每个滑动杆(21)的一端分别与保护板(1)的端点活动连接,每个中空管(22)的一端分别与底板(3)的端点活动连接,每个滑动杆(21)的另一端分别插于中空管(22)的另一端内;每个中空管(22)内均设有可伸缩的减震元件(4),所述减震元件(4)可使滑动杆(21)在中空管(22)内滑动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述六面空间框架式自救装置的相对侧面分别设有一个或多个分重杆(6),所述分重杆(6)竖直放置;所述分重杆(6)由第二滑动杆(61)和第二中空管(62)套接组成,所述第二滑动杆(61)的一端与保护板(1)活动连接;所述第二中空管(62)的一端与底板(3)活动连接,所述第二滑动杆(61)的另一端插于第二中空管(62)的另一端内;所述第二中空管(62)内设有可伸缩的减震元件(4),所述减震元件(4)可使第二滑动杆(61)在第二中空管(62)内滑动。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述六面空间框架式自救装置的相对侧面还分别设有X型支架,所述X型支架由两个伸缩杆(5)组成,每个伸缩杆(5)均由第一滑动杆(51)和第一中空管(52)套接组成,所述第一滑动杆(51)的一端与保护板(1)活动连接;所述第一中空管(52)的一端与底板(3)活动连接,每个第一滑动杆(51)的另一端分别插于第一中空管(52)的另一端内,并且每个第一中空管(52)的另一端活动连接或所述第二中空管(62)的另一端与第一中空管(52)活动连接;每个第一中空管(52)内均设有可伸缩的减震元件(4),所述减震元件(4)可使第一滑动杆(51)在第一中空管(52)内滑动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述X型支架间还竖直设有第二分重杆(7);所述第二分重杆(7)由第三滑动杆(71)和第三中空管(72)套接组成,所述第三滑动杆(71)的一端与保护板(1)活动连接;所述第三中空管(72)的一端与底板(3)活动连接,所述第三滑动杆(71)的另一端分别插于第三中空管(72)的另一端内;第三中空管(72)内设有可伸缩的减震元件(4),所述减震元件(4)可使第三滑动杆(71)在第三中空管(72)内滑动。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述支撑杆(2)与分重杆(6)之间、和/或分重杆(6)与分重杆(6)之间还设有倾斜杆(13),所述倾斜杆(13)由第四滑动杆(14)和第四中空管(15)套接组成,所述第四滑动杆(14)的一端与保护板(1)和滑动杆(21)、或与保护板(1)和第二滑动杆(61)活动连接;所述第四中空管(15)的一端与底板(3)和第二中空管(62)活动连接,所述第四滑动杆(14)的另一端插于第四中空管(15)的另一端内,所述第四中空管(15)内设有可伸缩的减震元件(4),所述减震元件(4)可使第四滑动杆(14)在第四中空管(15)内滑动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述支撑杆(2)和分重杆(6)上设有减重杆(31),所述减重杆(31)由第五滑动杆(32)和第五中空管(33)套接组成,所述第五滑动杆(32)的一端与支撑杆(2)的滑动杆(21)或分重杆(6)的第二滑动杆(61)活动连接;所述第五中空管(33)的一端与底板(3)活动连接,所述第五滑动杆(32)的另一端插于第五中空管(33)的另一端内,所述第五中空管(33)内设有可伸缩的减震元件(4),所述减震元件(4)可使第五滑动杆(32)在第五中空管(33)内滑动。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述活动连接包括通过螺栓和螺母连接或通过卡扣连接。
  8. 如权利要求1、2、5或6任一所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述活动连接为套接到设置在保护板(1)、底板(3)、滑动杆(21)或第二滑动杆(61)上的套管内;所述套管包括一头套管(41)、二头套管(42)和/或三头套管(43)。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述防坍塌框架式自救装置的后侧面沿对角线方向还设有斜杆(16)。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述底板(3)为框架结构,所述框架沿两个对角线方向设有相互交叉的定型架。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述自救装置的材料为铝锂合金材料;优选地,所述减震元件(4)内设有发射器(8);优选地,所述保护板(1)上的下端面设有挂钩(9);优选地,所述底板(3)上设有水枪固定支杆(10);优选地,所述保护板(1)上的下端面还设有储物盒(11),所述储物盒(11)内装有包扎药物和食品;优选地,所述底板(3)下部设有滑轮(12)。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述保护板(1)的顶部四周和底板(3)的底部四周均设有滑珠;优选地,所述保护板(1)上还设有四个自动收缩装置,所述储物盒(11)内还装有紧急带。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的防坍塌框架式自救装置,其特征在于,所述保护板(1)的四周还设有铁皮板(17);所述铁皮板(17)与保护板(1)通过合页连接。
