背景技术
目前已有的消防车,在开展实施高楼灭火、救人工作时,主要使用云梯攀爬,消防人员将需要被救援的人员从高楼内抢救出,将其从门窗口或阳台上通过云梯运送到地面,整个过程救援速度慢,而且由于目前的云梯缺少有效的安全防护,对于运送老人、小孩、胆小的女性及肥胖的人也较危险,也影响了救援速度,特别是当需要被救援的人员较多时,由于救援速度无法跟上,常常导致很多不必要的伤亡、损失。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术所存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种能快速实施高楼救人的消防车,它不仅具备了常规消防车所具有的灭火消防功能,而且可方便快捷地将高楼上需要救援的人员快速输送到地面上,从而可大大减少生命和财产的损失。
本发明技术方案是这样构成的,一种能快速实施高楼救人的消防车,它包括车体、安装于车体上的悬臂或云梯以及安装于悬臂或云梯上端部的操作平台,其特征在于:所述车体上设有弹性缓冲装置,所述弹性缓冲装置与操作平台之间连接有能随操作平台的升降而在弹性缓冲装置与操作平台之间伸缩变形的滑道;滑道的滑道壁的下部设有出口;滑道的顶部设有入口。
所述滑道内悬挂有由入口处延伸至出口处的缆绳,缆绳上设有一个以上的缓降器。所述缓降器可采用登山专用缓降器,或称缓速器,每个被施救者可手拉缓降器沿滑道下滑,从而控制下降速度。所述缓降器也可采用现有的各种能沿缆绳下行并起到减速作用的工具。

此外,所述出口最好位于与滑道下滑方向垂直且与地面平行的方向上,这样沿滑道下滑的人员到达滑道底部时,不会直接冲出滑道,而是在水箱的顶箱壁和滑道的配合缓冲下减速停止后,再从出口出滑道。当然,所述出口不一定非要设置在与滑道下滑方向垂直且与地面平行的方向上,具体实施时,出口可设于环绕滑道底部四周的任何位置,只要不设置在顺着下滑方向的位置,被救援人员就不会直接滑出滑道。
所述滑道的下滑方向最好与地面呈倾斜状态 - 或者说呈锐角夹角。不管操作平台上升到什么高度,连接于操作平台和弹性缓冲装置之间的滑道始终相对于地面呈倾斜状态,这样有利于被救援人员沿滑道减速下滑,而不是直接垂直下坠。
为了能够进一步提高缓冲减速效果,所述水箱的 顶箱壁可由密封的双层结构构成,双层结构的中间夹层填充有气体。这样不仅能起到比水更好的缓冲效果,而且当水箱内的水用完后,依然具有缓冲保护作用。
本发明上述技术方案的工作原理说明如下:当高楼发生事故需要救援时,将本发明所述的能快速实施高楼救人的消防车开到高楼旁侧,利用悬臂将操作平台提升到需要进行救援工作的楼层的旁侧停靠,如有需要,可利用操作平台上配备的切割工具先切割开防盗网之类的障碍物,如果不需要,消防人员可拖带操作平台上配备的水枪直接进入相应楼层进行灭火,寻找受困人员,将需要救援的人员带到操作平台上,使其从滑道的入口进入滑道,之后沿滑道下滑到底部。由于滑道底部设有水箱,且水箱的侧箱壁和顶箱壁 由弹性材料制成,当水箱内盛装有水且盛装的水不会太满时,水箱的顶箱壁可对下落到其上的人起到较好的弹性缓冲减速作用,使沿滑道下落的人减速后,再从出口爬出。必要时,滑道的出口处也可配备人员帮助沿滑道下落的人员爬出。而另一方面,水箱内的水同时也可供灭火工作使用。
