Abstract

L'invention concerne un brûleur à gaz (1) destiné à une table de cuisson, comprenant un boîtier de brûleur (4), une section de mélange (8) prévue au niveau du boîtier de brûleur (4) pour mélanger le gaz combustible à de l'air primaire et une buse de gaz agencée au niveau de la section de mélange (8) et configurée pour injecter le gaz combustible dans une chambre de mélange de la section de mélange (8). La section de mélange (8) comprend au moins une entrée d'air primaire (13) aspirant l'air primaire provenant de l'environnement (14) du brûleur à gaz (1) dans la chambre de mélange, la ou les entrées d'air primaire (13) comportant un élément de guidage (15), qui est configuré pour diriger l'air primaire aspiré dans la chambre de mélange vers le gaz combustible injecté dans la chambre de mélange de telle manière que l'air primaire et l'air combustible se mélangent. L'élément de guidage (15) comporte un premier bord d'extrémité et un second bord d'extrémité, et il est incurvé de telle manière que l'air primaire s'écoule le long de l'élément de guidage (15) du premier bord extérieur jusqu'au second bord extérieur et que l'élément de guidage (15) passe dans la zone du second bord d'extrémité à côté de la buse de gaz. L'invention concerne par ailleurs une table de cuisson munie dudit bruleur à gaz. L'invention concerne également un foyer muni dudit brûleur à gaz (1) et/ou de ladite table de cuisson.
